I'm sure you've been exposed to people

like this who never told no, who are

told all of their ideas are smart. It

actually makes them dumber. And like you

have CEOs who you're like, wait, you

just said an idea that all of us sitting

at this table know is is DOA or it just

doesn't make sense, but you're not told

no and nobody's challenging you. Like,

what does that do to your psychology?

And like what does that do to your

ability to make informed decisions and

all that stuff. So that's kind of like
