There's one AI system you can build just

0:02

once and sell to every local business in

0:04

your town for $2,500 each month. You

0:06

don't have to start fresh every time and

0:07

build a custom solution for each client.

0:09

I've been able to do over $25 million in

0:11

the last 7 years selling this one AI

0:13

system. And it's not just me. My

0:15

partners are also selling the exact same

0:17

system. Tommy hit $12,000 a month in

0:19

about 42 days with it. And Jason did 11K

0:21

a month in 30 days in home service. And

0:23

AP hit $93,000 in profit in 3 months

0:26

with peptides. Now, I'm going to show

0:29

you the same system, how it works, and

0:31

the C L O S E R closure framework I use

0:35

to sell it to business owners. Let's

0:36

[music] get into it. The reason why you

0:37

can make five to seven figures every

0:39

month with one system is because of how

0:41

business works. Every local business you

0:43

can think of has the exact same

0:45

problems, a dentist, a roofer, a med

0:47

spa, a chiropractor, a gym. It really

0:49

does not matter which one. Pick any

0:50

local business. They all miss calls,

0:52

follow up too slow, and they do not have

0:54

any clue how to get good reviews. And

0:56

they also don't know how to get

0:57

referrals. And the same problems mean

0:59

the same fix works on every single one

1:00

of them. It's like photocopying the

1:02

solution to their problems. Just look at

1:04

Alex Rousei. He got rich with gym launch

1:06

and he didn't do it by inventing new gym

1:09

equipment. He sold gyms the exact same

1:12

solution over and over and over again.

1:14

And the best part about this system is

1:17

that it replaces an entire part of how

1:19

each client runs their business. So my

1:21

clients have paid me for years. And it's

1:23

not because I'm the cheapest, but

1:25

because ripping out my system means

1:27

rebuilding seven things at the exact

1:29

same time. And nobody has the time or

1:31

the money to do that. And then it gets

1:32

even better than that. Once the system's

1:34

in their business and integrated, you go

1:36

deeper and upsell them to more services

1:38

and make a lot more money per client per

1:40

month without ever finding a new client.

1:42

My partner Nick started out selling only

1:44

done for you Facebook ads. Then he

1:46

switched to selling the full system I'm

1:47

about to show you. And now his clients

1:49

come back asking him to build him more

1:51

things. So what is the system? I call it

1:53

the Aristotle system. Aristotle said

1:55

this. He said the whole is greater than

1:56

the sum of its parts. And that's exactly

1:58

what this system does and generates in

2:00

terms of result. Every pillar makes

2:03

every other pillar work more

2:04

effectively. So the whole thing is worth

2:06

way more than the pieces if you were to

2:08

add them up. Think about Steve Jobs and

2:10

the iPod. It beat better devices like

2:11

Zoom from Microsoft, but not because it

2:13

was better. It won because it wasn't

2:15

just a device. It was the iPod plus

2:18

iTunes plus the iTunes store. If you

2:21

remember, it was a system nobody else

2:22

could copy. Now, what this system does

2:24

is handles everything that most business

2:26

owners ignore when they're trying to

2:28

actually get clients and grow their

2:29

business. They think the answer is

2:30

always more. More leads, more ads,

2:33

[music] and more traffic, but they

2:34

ignore the crucial parts of the lead to

2:36

customer process. And the best way I can

2:38

explain this is with a story of Jack and

2:40

Jill. They both need to go up a hill to

2:42

get water, but Jack goes up the hill

2:44

first. He grabs his bucket and heads

2:46

straight up the hill. He doesn't even

2:47

look at the bucket. He just focused on

2:49

getting to the water. He gets to the

2:50

very top, fills the bucket all the way

2:52

up, and starts heading back down the

2:54

hill. But halfway down the hill, he

2:56

notices something unusual. The bucket

2:58

keeps getting lighter and lighter as he

3:00

goes down the hill. He looks down, and

3:01

the water is pouring out from all the

3:03

holes in the bucket. And he didn't even

3:05

know those holes were there. So, he

3:07

panics and he runs into a friend on the

3:09

way down and says, "Hey, can you help

3:10

me? My bucket's leaking water out

3:11

everywhere." And what his friend does is

3:13

he takes a look. He pulls out a patch

3:15

and says, "There you go. You're all set.

3:17

Jack says thanks. And he keeps on

3:19

walking down the hill. But by the time

3:20

he gets home, he looks down and the

3:22

bucket is completely empty. Every single

3:24

drop in the bucket was completely gone

3:26

because his friend only patched one

3:28

hole. And the water just leaked out of

3:31

all the other holes in the bucket. So

3:33

Jack climbed the whole hill, filled the

3:35

bucket to the top, and got back with

3:37

literally nothing. Now he's sitting

3:38

there with an empty bucket, frustrated

3:40

and exhausted. But then he sees his

3:42

sister, Jill, getting back, and her

3:43

bucket's completely full. And Jack is

3:45

completely confused. He's dumbfounded.

3:47

He's like, "How?" I asked mom and she

3:49

told me that all of our buckets had

3:50

holes. How do you still have all your

3:52

water? And Jill says, "Yeah, my bucket

3:54

had holes, but before I went up the

3:56

hill, I asked mom to take a look at it."

3:58

So, she sat down and patched every

4:00

single one of the holes before I went up

4:02

the hill. And this is exactly how the AI

4:04

market is right now. Jack and Jill are

4:06

both businesses. They're both climbing

4:08

the same hill, spending money on

4:10

marketing, running ads, and doing

4:11

everything they can to get more clients,

4:13

aka going to the well to get water, but

4:16

their business has a bunch of holes in

4:18

them. Those are the problems that make

4:20

them lose clients before they ever get

4:22

to enjoy the fruits of their labor. For

4:24

example, only about 27% of leads ever

4:26

get contacted in the first place.

4:28

businesses take around 42 hours to

4:30

follow up with new leads that just came

4:32

through their website or just called in

4:33

and they also miss 60 to 90% of calls

4:36

that come into their business. Every one

4:37

of those stats is a whole leaking money

4:39

out of the business and it's a problem

4:41

they need to fix to make more money. So

4:43

the Aristotle system is a set of AI

4:46

employees that plugs the holes in the

4:47

business so that the customers can get

4:49

more clients and make more money while

4:51

doing literally less work and as a

4:53

result they pay you significantly more

4:55

money. Now, let me explain what each of

4:57

these AI employees does for the clients

5:00

I work with. Okay, so the very first AI

5:02

employee of the entire AI Aristotle

5:04

system is the AI website mobile plus

5:07

load speed optimize. And so before you

5:09

hire a single AI employee, you have to

5:11

fix the front door of the business,

5:13

which is their website. Okay, so

5:15

Google's own data shows that 53% of

5:17

people leave a site that takes longer

5:19

than 3 seconds to load. Have you ever

5:21

been to a website and it took extremely

5:23

long to load and you just left because

5:24

it gave you an unusual feeling or maybe

5:26

it represented the business in a poor

5:28

light? Well, the majority of businesses

5:30

fail Google's load speed test. And the

5:33

majority of local businesses fail it

5:35

miserably. So on average, 47% of

5:37

websites on Google fail this, but when

5:39

it comes to local businesses, they're

5:41

really behind the eight-ball. And so

5:42

almost all the traffic is on a phone as

5:45

well. And so most Google searches and

5:47

basically every single Facebook and

5:48

Instagram inquiry is is on a a phone. So

5:51

it's happening with thumb clicks, not

5:53

with a mouse. And so the reason why

5:55

that's so important is that these sites

5:57

for the most part were built optimized

5:59

for a computer, somebody that's on their

6:01

computer, not somebody that's on their

6:02

phone. Have you ever gone to a website

6:04

and recognized right away that it was

6:06

not optimized for someone on their phone

6:08

and then you bounce? That is exactly

6:10

what happens. And what the data shows is

6:11

that people who go to websites that are

6:14

not optimized for mobile leave right

6:16

away. On average, 78% of people leave

6:18

right away and just look for another

6:19

competitor when it comes to local search

6:21

like gym near me, chiropractor near me,

6:23

dentist near me. And then in addition to

6:24

that, 70% of small businesses websites

6:27

don't even ask for your info. They don't

6:29

have an offer to incentivize you to

6:31

leave their information. What they

6:32

typically have is a contact form. Right?

6:35

Have you ever seen a contact form on a

6:36

website that literally says contact

6:37

form? What the data shows is that on

6:39

average they convert at 1%. So if a

6:41

business gets a 100 people on their

6:43

website in a week, they're going to get

6:44

one lead. Okay? The businesses with the

6:46

highest converting website see about 11

6:48

to 12% conversion rates. And all they do

6:51

is they put a contact form right at the

6:53

top of the website when people enter it

6:54

and they don't say contact us. They say

6:56

something along the lines of claim a

6:58

free 7-day pass. And instead of asking

7:00

first name, last name, phone number, and

7:02

email in one big form, they ask it just

7:05

one at a time. So they could just say

7:07

email. And then once they click and put

7:08

their email in and then select next and

7:10

then ask for the next thing. And we've

7:11

seen just by making these changes make

7:13

massive impact to the point where we'll

7:14

literally have clients that are getting

7:16

one to three leads a month. And by doing

7:18

this, they now end up getting 30 to 40

7:19

new leads a month. And that's why we

7:21

start right there. Now, the second AI

7:24

agent is the database reactivation. And

7:26

so, every business is kind of sitting on

7:28

a list of old leads and past clients

7:30

that nobody really ever follows up with.

7:32

And the average rep makes 1.3 attempts

7:36

to get a lead to then become a customer

7:38

again. And what the data shows is that

7:40

it takes on average six attempts to turn

7:42

a lead into a customer. But the average

7:44

rep at a local business gives up after

7:46

the first attempt. Okay? In addition to

7:48

that, the majority of these businesses

7:49

will reach out to their old leads via

7:51

email. And what the data shows is that

7:53

the open rates on email is literally 6%.

7:55

But on text, it's 98%. Okay? And so what

7:58

we do is rather than that is we text

8:01

these leads with an offer to give them a

8:03

reason to come back in. And if they

8:04

don't respond, we follow back up with

8:06

them six times. And by doing that, we're

8:08

able to generate a massive amount of

8:09

people coming through the door without

8:11

the business owner having to do anything

8:13

else extra to make these people come

8:15

through the door. And it allows them to

8:16

generate more sales without spending any

8:19

money on marketing. Just like how we fix

8:20

the front door with the website, this is

8:22

pretty much just taking old leads off

8:23

the shelf, reaching out to them, driving

8:25

them back into the business, leveraging

8:26

AI so that the business owner and their

8:27

staff don't have to do it. And also

8:29

because they already don't do it in the

8:31

first place and there's a ton of money

8:32

sitting there. The third AI employee is

8:34

the reputation manager. And so once

8:36

you've got people returning to the

8:38

business, your next AI hire should be a

8:40

reputation manager. And here's why.

8:41

Everyone looks at reviews before buying

8:43

something. Okay? And the data shows that

8:44

98% of people reference reviews before

8:47

actually making a purchasing decision.

8:48

So, the crazy thing about that is the

8:50

fact that only 11% of people that work

8:52

at these businesses ask for reviews.

8:54

Okay? And so, what we do is we plug

8:56

customers into our AI. And what it will

8:58

do is when somebody signs up or has a

9:00

purchase event or an activation event or

9:02

a triggering event, we might call it, we

9:04

follow up with that person asking how

9:05

their experience was. And not just

9:07

simply asking them for a review, but we

9:09

ask them with an incentive. So, we say,

9:11

"Hey, we'd really value your feedback

9:12

and if you give it to us, we'll put your

9:14

name into a raffle where you have a

9:15

chance to win a membership for free for

9:17

the year." By doing that, we get a

9:18

massive conversion rate on people to

9:20

actually give us their feedback. And

9:21

then once they give us our feedback, we

9:22

ask them for reviews. Once they leave a

9:24

review, we respond to that review for

9:26

the business owner so they don't have

9:27

to. And then we also follow up with them

9:29

saying, "Hey, we really appreciate your

9:31

feedback and the kind words. By the way,

9:33

if you want your name put into that

9:34

raffle five more times, we've got a

9:36

couple 7-day passes for friends and

9:37

family that you could bring in with you

9:38

next time. Anyone that comes from you,

9:40

we'll put your name in that raffle five

9:41

more times." And so what ends up

9:42

happening is the happy customers that

9:44

just left reviews for the business now

9:46

end up bringing in friends and family.

9:48

That cost the business owner zero. And

9:50

it also cost them no time or effort

9:52

either because the system did it for

9:53

them. And the other big benefit to this

9:55

is the fact that when business are

9:56

getting reviews and they're responding

9:58

their their reviews, that is almost a

10:00

quarter of the formula in terms of what

10:03

impacts SEO and how these local

10:05

businesses rank compared to the

10:06

competition. And so if they don't have a

10:08

process like this in place, which most

10:09

none of them do, especially the process

10:11

I just outlined there. None of them have

10:12

a process like that in place, they're at

10:14

a massive disadvantage to get people to

10:16

their website. And that's why we fix the

10:18

website first, so that once we do start

10:20

doing this and they get more traffic to

10:21

their website, they get more leads and

10:22

they make more money. And these first

10:24

three things literally cost them no

10:26

money on marketing, but they generate

10:27

more leads for them absolutely free and

10:30

absolutely without any additional work

10:32

from them. And that's why we start with

10:33

these first three. Now, the fourth is

10:35

the website lead nurturing employee.

10:37

What we need to do from there is make

10:38

sure that the leads that come through

10:40

the website are actually followed up

10:41

with. And so, what the data shows is

10:42

that it takes a local business on

10:43

average 42 to 47 hours to follow up with

10:46

a lead. Have you ever submitted your

10:47

information out of business and they

10:48

never contact you and then you just went

10:50

to another business. I've done it a ton.

10:51

It's [ __ ] ridiculous how long it

10:53

takes some of these businesses to

10:54

actually respond to people who want to

10:56

give them money, but it is what it is.

10:58

And so we connect our AI to the system,

11:01

their website to make sure that once a

11:02

lead comes through, it's followed up

11:04

with right away, literally within a

11:05

minute, and then once anyone responds,

11:07

they get responded to right away. And

11:09

the whole objective is to get the lead

11:10

to book an appointment, qualify them,

11:12

remind them of their appointment, give

11:13

them an incentive to show up to their

11:15

appointment an hour before their

11:16

appointment, and if they do not show up

11:18

to their appointment, reschedule them,

11:19

and then rerun the whole process to get

11:21

them to show up. And then once they show

11:22

up, we follow up with them asking for a

11:24

review, then asking for a referral. And

11:26

the whole system starts to become

11:27

cyclical. As you can kind of see, this

11:29

is a whole system that's rather

11:31

elaborate, especially when you look at

11:33

the specific sequence in which we run it

11:35

in. But this is why I call it the

11:37

Aristotle AI system is because the

11:38

impact of the system compounds as you

11:41

run it. The fifth AI employee is the AI

11:43

receptionist. And so what the AI

11:45

receptionist does is answers the phone

11:46

if the staff doesn't pick it up after 10

11:48

seconds. And so what the data shows is

11:49

that 62% of local business owners and

11:52

their team miss inbound calls of people

11:55

calling in wanting to become a customer.

11:56

And I've seen it as bad as over 90%. I

11:58

literally had a customer that got over

11:59

100 calls in one month and they answered

12:01

seven. Okay. So the fact that some of

12:03

these businesses literally miss over 90%

12:05

of their calls when people are just

12:06

calling in trying to become a customer

12:08

or just trying to ask a couple more

12:09

questions before they become a customer

12:11

really just goes to show how big of a

12:12

gap there is that this solution solves.

12:15

And that's why we do this. on the fifth

12:18

step is because once these businesses

12:19

are getting more visibility on Google

12:21

and more people are going to their

12:22

website and more people are inquiring

12:24

and calling because they have more

12:25

positive reviews, we then install this

12:27

to make sure that all of that interest

12:29

is capitalized on and again it requires

12:32

the business owner to do nothing. Once

12:33

these people then book an appointment

12:35

with the on the phone and then text them

12:37

to then confirm their appointment,

12:38

incentivize them to show up. Then if

12:40

they don't show up, it handles

12:40

rescheduling them, right? And if they do

12:42

show up and then ask them for a review,

12:44

ask them for a referral, right? And runs

12:45

the whole entire system. Now, the six AI

12:47

employee is the AI sales coach. Really,

12:49

what this does is it does two things. It

12:51

allows the business and their staff to

12:52

roleplay with our AI. The reason why

12:54

that's important is because on average,

12:56

70% of people that work at small

12:58

businesses, local businesses, have never

13:00

received any training on sales. So, they

13:02

have no clue what they're doing. They

13:03

don't know how to actually convert

13:04

people. And that's why if you've ever

13:05

gone to a local business and had a very

13:07

bizarre experience with a college kid,

13:09

it's because they were never taught how

13:10

to properly interact with the people

13:12

coming into the business, right? But

13:13

what the data also shows is that the

13:15

people that do receive formal sales

13:16

training, even though only or 70% don't

13:18

receive it, right? Only 30% do, is that

13:20

they have over a 50% increase in sales.

13:22

So they convert a significant a higher

13:25

amount, a massive amount compared to the

13:27

rest that don't. And so for that reason,

13:29

the AI can roleplay with them and

13:31

actually teach them a sales process and

13:33

a script. In addition to that, once they

13:35

do do consultations with people that are

13:37

trying to sell, they can record it and

13:39

then upload it into the the GBT. And the

13:41

GPT will grade them on how they did in

13:43

comparison to the script. And so it

13:44

gives them training and feedback in real

13:46

time. And again, it requires the

13:47

business owner of their team to do

13:49

nothing additional in terms of work

13:50

other than the employee working with the

13:52

AI. That's literally it. Now, the final

13:54

one is the paid ads with AI nurturing.

13:56

And so this is the last one because on

14:00

average small business owners, local

14:02

business owners, they spend about $5,000

14:03

a month on marketing. But now think

14:05

about all of the holes in the bucket,

14:06

the bucket of their business that they

14:08

have. Let's just start with the website,

14:09

right? The majority of these businesses

14:11

websites convert traffic at a very low

14:13

rate. Yet they're spending $5,000 a

14:15

month driving people to their website to

14:16

become lead. Okay? It's not optimized to

14:18

convert the traffic. So we solve that

14:19

problem before we ever run ads. In

14:21

addition to that, we make sure that the

14:22

leads that have already gone to their

14:24

website are followed up with adequately

14:25

and hammered to get them back through

14:27

the door so that we can help the

14:28

business owner start off at a profit. So

14:30

they have an ad fund that they can then

14:32

invest into marketing at a profit, not

14:34

at a loss, which is what most all

14:36

agencies do. In addition to that, we

14:38

follow up with the people that left

14:39

reviews asking for referrals. So we

14:41

literally help them generate referrals

14:42

for free. And then in addition to that,

14:44

we've taught them how to actually sell

14:46

and how to close so that when they do

14:48

pour gas on the fire, because that's

14:49

what we're doing is we're now turning

14:51

the system into a consistent growth

14:53

system that's scalable with at pouring

14:55

gas in the fire. These leads are getting

14:57

followed up with right away. The

14:58

business owner doesn't have to lift a

14:59

finger to do it. Neither does their

15:00

staff. And then once they come in, we're

15:02

also helping them get better at

15:03

converting the traffic that we're

15:04

bringing through the door. And that's

15:06

why the whole is greater than the sum of

15:07

its parts is because when you provide

15:09

this system and this sequential order,

15:11

it is a complete gamecher. And we are

15:13

literally charging people $2,500 a month

15:15

for this. And they are loving it. We

15:17

have people that are not cancelling.

15:18

They're staying at a very high rate

15:20

because it's so effective. And to take

15:22

it out of their business is a very big

15:24

big risk to them. So now you know the

15:26

system you can sell to every single

15:28

business. But I know you're thinking,

15:30

why ham the whole thing away instead of

15:32

gatekeeping it? It's very simple that

15:33

I'm looking to eventually sell my

15:35

business because my broker told me that

15:36

if I can help around three to four other

15:38

people do exactly what I've done but in

15:40

different verticals instead of selling

15:41

for a 4x multiple, I could roll those

15:43

businesses into a portfolio and then

15:45

sell for potentially an 8 to 15x

15:47

multiple, which would ultimately take my

15:49

business from being worth around $5

15:50

million, which is what I got it valued

15:52

at by a company called Value Buddy to

15:54

instead being worth $10 to $15 million

15:56

for literally no additional work other

15:58

than me helping other people do what

15:59

I've already done, which is the one

16:01

thing I know more about than anything

16:02

else cuz it's what I've done for the

16:04

last [music] 8 years. So, if you're

16:05

serious about building this, you can

16:07

apply to work with me directly through

16:08

the link below on this video. We'll have

16:10

a one-to-one conversation. I'll be able

16:12

to determine whether I think you're a

16:13

good fit or not. And if you are, great.

16:15

If not, no big deal. Now, something that

16:17

I've found from helping my partners

16:18

build their business is that they don't

16:20

struggle with building the system and

16:21

actually fulfilling on the Aristotle AI

16:24

agency offer. They struggle with selling

16:25

it. For example, Nick made getting

16:27

clients, leads, and building automations

16:29

look very easy, but he was struggling to

16:31

actually get clients. He was doing

16:33

everything and still leaving a lot of

16:34

money on the table at the last step. And

16:36

this is something that'll happen to

16:37

everyone because most people have never

16:39

sold something in their entire lives.

16:41

Kind of like these business owners that

16:42

have employees that they don't teach how

16:43

to do sales or they don't even know how

16:45

to do sales and they operate businesses.

16:46

So, they talk too much, pitch way too

16:48

early, and lose the client's interest.

16:50

And I know because this used to happen

16:51

to me. So, I built a process after doing

16:53

over 4,000 cold sales calls and closing

16:55

over 1500 people on onetoone Zoom calls.

16:57

And these were people that literally had

16:59

no idea who I was. They didn't trust me,

17:01

but I still had over an average close

17:02

rate of 50%, which is unprecedented in

17:05

this space. And it's way above industry

17:07

average. And I call it the closing

17:09

framework. And it's designed to make

17:11

sales easier, even for a complete

17:12

beginner, and also make it fun and

17:14

enjoyable because you know exactly what

17:15

to do. Let me explain it to you. Okay,

17:17

so the first letter is C for comfort.

17:19

The first minute is literally just about

17:21

making the person you're talking to

17:22

comfortable and letting them know you're

17:24

a normal person. You want to talk about

17:25

things like where they're from, the

17:27

weather, if they like a sports team in

17:28

their area. Very basic stuff. Then you

17:30

slowly want to go into the authority

17:32

seat and let them know that you're

17:33

running the call. The next is L for

17:34

learn. This is the most important step

17:37

by far. Also known as the discovery. You

17:39

want to get clear on what their numbers

17:41

look like in terms of their their

17:42

business's growth, what they're

17:43

spending, how many leads they're

17:44

getting, their book rate, their show

17:45

rate, their close rate, if they're

17:46

actually making money or if they're

17:48

losing money. And then you want to keep

17:49

digging in until they feel the gap

17:51

between where they are and where they

17:53

want to be. And then agitate it with

17:54

creating urgency around why they need to

17:56

do it. If you nail the step, the sale

17:58

almost closes itself. And you could do a

18:00

really bad job on everything else. And

18:02

if you do this well, you'll still close

18:04

people even if you make mistakes later

18:05

on. O is for obstacles. You want to ask

18:08

them, is there anything else we haven't

18:10

covered that I should know about? And by

18:12

doing this, after you've gone through

18:13

the discovery, they're going to let you

18:15

know certain things that they might not

18:16

have let you know earlier on in the

18:18

conversation. And you're surfacing the

18:20

hidden deal breakers before you ever

18:21

pitch them anything so you can overcome

18:23

them before they come off. Right?

18:25

Something like a past agency that burned

18:26

them or a partner that's not actually on

18:28

the call with them that needs to be on

18:30

the call to make a decision. S is for

18:32

stakes. You want to frame where they are

18:34

today against where they want to be and

18:36

what staying stuck is ultimately going

18:38

to cost them every single month and

18:40

potentially just how bad it might be if

18:42

they don't fix it. And then you want to

18:43

ask permission to walk them through your

18:45

process. I is simply introduce the

18:47

system. So you're going to be pitching

18:48

them. You want to show each pillar of

18:50

the Aristotle system that I just broke

18:51

down and explain the benefits of each

18:53

one and how it ties into their

18:55

situation. And then after each pillar

18:56

you pitch, tie it straight back to the

18:58

problem they said they have, which is

18:59

typically growing their business. and

19:00

then ask what questions do you have

19:03

specifically on that. You don't want to

19:04

ask them, "Do you have any questions?"

19:06

You want to ask them, "What questions do

19:07

you have on that?" Because you're

19:08

assuming there's a question, which

19:09

creates dialogue while you're pitching

19:11

them, which makes it sink in so that

19:13

they comprehend what you're actually

19:15

saying. Because if they don't have

19:16

clarity around how this can help them,

19:17

they're not going to pay you any money,

19:18

right? So, you want there to be a little

19:20

bit of dialogue there. And by assuming

19:21

there's a there's a question that they

19:23

have a question, they will ask you a

19:24

question. N stands for narrow the gap.

19:26

Ask them 1 to 10, how ready are you to

19:29

start? With one being, I want to get off

19:30

this call and 10 being, "I'm ready to

19:32

get going right now. I could care less

19:33

about the cost." You want to ask them

19:34

that. That number is the gap between

19:36

them buying or not buying. Anything

19:37

under a nine means an objection is still

19:39

hiding. Typically, they're unsure. They

19:41

don't comprehend how you can actually

19:42

help them. So, ask them simply, "What's

19:44

stopping them from being a 10?" And then

19:46

keep narrowing the gap by handling their

19:47

objections and getting them to actually

19:49

see the value in it. And then reask one

19:51

more time. Simply saying, "Now, where

19:53

are you at on a scale of 1 to 10?" And

19:55

the G is get paid. So, what you want to

19:56

do from here is you want to outline the

19:58

next steps for them before you drop the

19:59

investment. And then lastly, drop the

20:00

investment. This is critical. A lot of

20:02

people mess this up, but you need to

20:03

follow this to a tea if you really want

20:04

to close people right then and there on

20:06

the spot. And you want to mitigate or

20:07

eliminate any back and forth of them

20:09

saying, "Send me the contract. Send me

20:10

the invoice." Any [ __ ] like that. So,

20:12

what you want to tell them is, okay,

20:13

first thing we're going to do is we're

20:14

going to process payment. We're going to

20:15

sign the agreement and review it

20:16

together. And then from there, we're

20:17

going to schedule an onboarding call. On

20:18

that call, we'll break down everything

20:20

we need to do to start working together

20:21

so that I can start helping you succeed

20:23

and get this system integrated into your

20:24

business. Sound good? Yep. Okay, great.

20:26

So now they know what exactly is going

20:28

to happen after they say yes. And then

20:30

from there you want to drop the price.

20:32

And the way you want to drop the price

20:33

is like this. The investment to

20:35

integrate my AI system into your

20:36

business to take you from where you're

20:37

at right now to where you want to get is

20:38

$2,500 a month. And then you want to

20:40

shut up. You want to stop talking and

20:42

then let them respond. Because if you've

20:43

done all of this right, the only thing

20:45

they'll have to say is yes or no. Okay?

20:47

So there's the whole playbook to build a

20:49

sixfigure a month business selling only

20:51

one system. But there's something I

20:53

can't give you in a YouTube video, and

20:54

that's my personalized advice to help

20:56

you close more deals and more clients.

20:58

And it's exactly what I do with my

21:00

partners that really moves the needle

21:01

forward, which is I watch their sales

21:03

calls, and I let them know what they're

21:04

doing wrong. And then I tell them

21:05

exactly what they need to do differently

21:07

to improve it because if there's one

21:08

thing I know, it's how to sell this

21:10

system at a high level. I've literally

21:11

done it over 1500 times and adapted and

21:13

tweaked it. And I also give them the

21:15

entire system built so all they have to

21:17

do is sell it. So, if you're serious

21:18

about building, scaling, or eventually

21:20

selling your own AI agency, apply to

21:22

partner with me through the link in the

21:23

description. We'll hop on a call

21:24

together. I'll be able to see if I think

21:26

you're a good fit. If so, we can bang it

21:28

out. If not, no big deal either. You can

21:30

still continue to watch these videos on

21:31

my channel, get a bunch of value from

21:33

it, and then eventually maybe you will

21:35

be a fit. So, thank you for watching.

21:36

I'll see you in the next one.

Interactive Summary

The video outlines a scalable AI-driven service model for local businesses, which the presenter calls the 'Aristotle System'. This system focuses on fixing common operational 'leaks' in businesses—such as poor lead follow-up, low website conversion, missed calls, and lack of reviews—to help them grow without additional marketing spend. The system consists of seven key AI-powered components: website optimization, database reactivation, reputation management, lead nurturing, an AI receptionist, a sales coach, and paid ad management. Furthermore, the presenter explains their 'CLOSER' sales framework, designed to help service providers effectively sell this system to business owners.
