So, in 2025, I made half a million

0:02

dollars off Claude Code. This is a

0:04

breakdown right here of where that money

0:06

came from. A majority of that money came

0:08

from the SAS I built with Claude Code,

0:10

which I made over $300,000 on. I also

0:12

created a ton of content with and about

0:15

Claude Code. In total, you can see how

0:17

that content did for me. X content made

0:19

me about $100,000. That's ad revenue and

0:22

subscriptions, newsletter sponsorships

0:25

and subscriptions, YouTube sponsorships

0:28

and ad revenue as well as a private

0:30

community. All of this was driven by

0:32

Claude Code and I am very very confident

0:35

you can do something similar. In this

0:38

video, I'm going to go over every single

0:41

step you can start doing today, not

0:43

tomorrow, not next week, today to start

0:47

making money off Claude Code and AI. I'm

0:49

going to go over my complete framework I

0:52

built for making revenue with Claude

0:54

Code. We're going to talk about building

0:55

apps with Claude Code. We're going to

0:57

talk about creating content with Claude

0:59

Code. And we're going to talk about how

0:59

it all ties together. And even if you

1:02

have zero followers today, I had under a

1:05

thousand subscribers on YouTube at the

1:08

beginning of 2025. You can still start

1:11

building a business with Claude Code

1:13

today. Still start generating revenue.

1:16

And I'm going to go over every single

1:18

step. There will be no secrets not

1:20

revealed during this video. This video

1:22

is made for you if you're willing to

1:24

start taking action today. If you're not

1:26

willing, I humbly invite you to watch

1:28

some sort of other video on YouTube.

1:29

Maybe you can watch Ninja play Fortnite

1:31

or something. I don't know. But if

1:32

you're ready to take action, then lock

1:34

in and let's get into it. So, we're

1:36

going to cover everything in this video.

1:37

We're going to start real quick on

1:39

setting up Claude Code. Then I'm going

1:40

to talk about building app. I'm going to

1:42

talk about marketing. I'm going to talk

1:43

about getting your first customer. I'm

1:44

going to talk about starting your

1:46

content journey so you can drive people

1:49

to your app and also open up multiple

1:51

revenue streams. We're going to talk

1:52

about a lot here, but basically from a

1:55

high level, what we'll be talking about

1:56

is the buildin public framework. And

1:59

that is the framework that you see here.

2:01

building in public. So, building apps,

2:03

solving challenges that people have,

2:06

creating content around what you're

2:08

building that content driving revenue

2:10

for you, whether it's driving people to

2:12

your app or earning money through

2:14

sponsorships or ad revenue or the

2:16

thousand different ways you can make

2:17

money by creating, listening to the

2:19

feedback people give you based on what

2:22

you're creating and then building based

2:24

on that feedback. And that spins this

2:27

wheel over and over and over. It's

2:29

basically a flywheel. And the more you

2:31

go through this wheel, the more your

2:33

revenue will grow. And the best part is

2:35

is you don't need to quit your job to do

2:37

this. When I started building this

2:39

flywheel, I had a 9 to5 and I just

2:42

started tweeting and building for 10

2:44

minutes a day. And that has led me to

2:45

where I am now. So this doesn't require

2:47

a massive time commitment. Obviously,

2:49

the more time you spend, the better this

2:51

flywheel will go, but anyone can start

2:53

taking the actionable steps I'm about to

2:56

start going through in this video. So

2:57

Claude Code drives all this and I'm

2:59

going to walk through how that works as

3:00

well. So to start off, I'm just going to

3:03

go 10 seconds on how to set up Claude

3:05

Code. If you already have Claude Code

3:06

set up, feel free to grab a drink of

3:08

water or you can just fast forward to

3:10

the next chapter. All you need to do to

3:11

install Claude Code is get the command

3:13

to install it. So I'll leave the

3:14

documentation for Claude Code down

3:16

below. But here's the Mac OS. Here's the

3:18

Windows command. You just copy this. You

3:20

go into your terminal. I like to use a

3:23

terminal. Some people like to use Visual

3:24

Studio Code. Some people like to use

3:26

cursor. I do this straight in my

3:27

terminal because it's the simplest and

3:29

fastest. I'm actually using Ghosty,

3:30

which is a terminal emulator, but you

3:32

can just use your built-in terminal to

3:33

your computer. You paste in that command

3:36

from the documentation. You hit enter.

3:38

It installs Claude Code. Boom. You have

3:40

Claude Code set up. I'm going to go

3:42

through all the tips and tricks on how

3:43

to use it very shortly. But first, let's

3:46

go into what we're going to actually do

3:48

with Claude Code. What we're going to

3:49

actually build. So let's jump into this

3:52

first phase of the build and public

3:54

framework which is the actual building

3:56

part. You need to build something with

3:58

claude code. So the first step in the

3:59

process is building an app. The best

4:02

apps in the entire world solve problems.

4:05

So if you want to build an app people

4:06

are going to want to use, you need to

4:08

build an app that solves problems. Now

4:09

what problem do you solve, you ask?

4:11

Well, the best problems to solve are

4:14

your own problems. If you solve problems

4:16

and challenges that you have, odds are

4:19

other people have those challenges, too.

4:21

So, to give you an example, this is

4:23

Creator Buddy. This is the SAS I built

4:25

last year that made over $300,000. I

4:27

built this cuz I had a challenge. I

4:29

wanted an AI that analyzed all my

4:32

content. I was spending hours a day

4:34

analyzing my own Twitter content. So,

4:36

that was taking up a ton of time. So, I

4:39

aimed to build an AI that analyzed all

4:42

my own Twitter content for me and

4:44

recommended better Twitter content to

4:47

make. So, I built this to save my own

4:49

time, to solve my own challenge.

4:51

Luckily, other people had that

4:53

challenge, too. And it ended up leading

4:55

to tons and tons of customers buying my

4:57

product. These are the best challenges

4:59

to solve are your own challenges cuz

5:01

worst case scenario, even if no one buys

5:03

your product, which people will buy your

5:05

product after this video, you make your

5:06

own life easier. But the best case

5:08

scenario, if you do all the steps I lay

5:10

out in this video, you'll get customers

5:12

and you'll make money. So, you want to

5:14

find challenges to solve in your own

5:16

life. What's the best way to find

5:17

challenges to solve in your own life? I

5:19

love brain dumping. Get a notebook, get

5:21

a pen, carry it around with you all day

5:24

and write down every single challenge

5:26

you have on a day-to-day basis. Every

5:28

challenge you have from beginning today

5:30

to end today, write it down. Then, what

5:32

we can do is we can go into Claude Code

5:34

and find solutions to those challenges.

5:36

So, now that we have Claude Code

5:38

installed, I'm going to type in Claude

5:40

in a brand new folder on my computer.

5:42

And it is going to boot up Claude Code.

5:45

So, I'm going to say yes, I trust this

5:46

folder. And boom, Claude's there to go.

5:47

We're going to do shift tab, shift tab,

5:49

which is going to put us in plan mode in

5:51

Claude. And this is basically our

5:53

conversational feature in Claude. We're

5:55

just going to talk. We're not going to

5:56

build anything. We're just going to talk

5:57

to Claude. So, I'm going to do is this.

5:59

I'm going to say, "Here are all my

6:00

challenges I had today. Please recommend

6:02

solutions we can build with Claude code

6:04

that will solve one of these challenges.

6:06

Then I'm simply going to list the

6:08

challenges I wrote down in my notebook.

6:10

So I wrote down a bunch of example

6:11

challenges I have. And you can do this

6:13

along with me by the way. So feel free

6:14

to pause as we go and just do this along

6:16

with me. You'll come out of this video

6:18

with an entire game plan ready to go. It

6:20

takes me a really long time to analyze

6:21

my tweets. Scripting YouTube videos

6:23

takes hours. Creating YouTube thumbnails

6:25

is difficult. I don't know what to cook

6:27

with the ingredients in my fridge. I

6:29

don't know what workouts to do at the

6:30

gym to get big muscles. And I'm going to

6:32

hit enter on that. And what we're going

6:34

to do now is we're going to have a

6:35

conversation with Claude Code around

6:37

potential solutions to those challenges.

6:40

So this is one of the biggest things I

6:41

see from people trying to use claude

6:43

code is they just don't know what to

6:44

build. They have no idea what to build.

6:47

This solves that for you. So here are

6:50

the challenges that are well suited for

6:51

building with cloud code. Tweet

6:52

analysis. The solution is CLI tool that

6:54

analyze engagement sentiment best

6:56

posting times. YouTube scripting script

6:58

generator with hook structure templates

6:59

and inter refinement. Recipe finder.

7:02

Inputs your ingredients. Get recipe

7:04

suggestions with instructions. A workout

7:06

planner. Generate muscle building

7:08

workout plans based on goals, equipment,

7:10

and experience. And a YouTube thumbnail

7:12

builder. You know what? Let's actually

7:14

go with this workout planner. I need

7:16

that. I go to the gym every day. I'm not

7:18

seeing the results I want to see. Let's

7:20

build a workout planner. And if you do

7:21

this with me, by the way, you'll not

7:23

only have an app that'll help your life,

7:25

but you'll also have an app you can

7:26

start selling. You can take whatever we

7:27

build in this video and just start

7:29

selling it right away. So Claude's going

7:30

to ask me which I'm most interested in.

7:32

I'm going to choose the workout planner.

7:34

So I'm going to scroll down, hit enter

7:35

there. It's going to ask me follow-up

7:37

questions, which I absolutely love about

7:38

Claude Code. So any specific design

7:40

styles. I like dark and bold. Dark and

7:42

bold's always nice to me. So let's do

7:44

dark and bold. And it's going to

7:45

finalize the plan for us. If this is

7:47

your first time using Claude Code, one

7:48

of my biggest tips I can give you is

7:50

just always ask questions to Claude.

7:52

Treat it like a co-orker. Treat it like

7:54

a collaborator and feel free to go back

7:56

and forth with it. So, it's going to

7:57

give me this entire plan. And if you

7:59

don't understand the technical stuff,

8:00

it's no big deal at all. It's going to

8:02

give us personalized muscle building

8:03

workout plans based on user input. So,

8:05

multi-step forms for user preferences, a

8:07

clean, responsive UI, and it's going to

8:09

generate entire workout plans for us. I

8:11

love that. This is something we can

8:13

start selling to people and creating

8:14

content around right away. So, I'm going

8:16

to hit yes. Let's start building it. And

8:17

Claude Code is going to get to work

8:19

building this. By the way, once this V1

8:21

is done, which will be done in like 15

8:22

seconds here, I'm going to talk about

8:24

getting your first customer. So, I'm

8:26

going to talk about starting a content

8:28

journey, getting your first customers,

8:29

and iterating from there. You'll have a

8:32

bulletproof plan for making your first

8:34

dollar with Claude code in just a few

8:35

minutes. All right, looks like it's

8:36

done. Been working for a while here. Do

8:38

I want to proceed? Yes. Let's build this

8:40

and let's see what this V1 of the app

8:42

looks like. All right, looks like Claude

8:44

finished building the V1 of our app.

8:45

Let's check it out. All you need to do

8:47

is go to the address it gives you. I

8:49

then pull it over. Let's look what we

8:51

got here. This actually looks pretty

8:53

nice. This doesn't look like an AI build

8:55

app at all. Build your perfect plan.

8:57

Let's get started. Oh wow. So, it gives

8:59

you this nice multi- menu approach. And

9:01

we'll talk about getting our first

9:03

customers and all that in a second. Say

9:05

I'm an intermediate. How many days? I

9:07

work out like five times a week. What

9:09

equipment do you have? We have a gym at

9:11

the building. Let's do full gym. How

9:13

long are your sessions? There's 60

9:15

minutes. We'll go medium. And wow, look

9:17

at this. It gives me an entire plan.

9:19

Wow, this is all out of the box. I

9:21

didn't have to implement any AI or

9:23

anything and just implement. This is

9:24

awesome. Push day. It gives me exact

9:26

workouts. This is incredible. So, we

9:28

already have a full app. If you were to

9:30

stop right here and like this is the end

9:32

of the video for you, you already built

9:34

something that's going to improve your

9:36

life and you did it in just a few

9:37

minutes. So, that's amazing. But the

9:39

point of this video is making half a

9:40

million dollars a year. So we need to go

9:42

into getting our first customers, making

9:44

our first dollar, building more revenue

9:47

streams on top that. So let's go back to

9:49

our framework. So we did the build

9:50

phase, right? We built out this new

9:52

workout app that gives us workouts every

9:54

single day. We solved one of our own

9:56

challenges of we don't know what to do

9:58

at the gym. That has been solved. So we

9:59

go to the next phase, which is the

10:01

create phase. So getting your first

10:03

customer is done through creating

10:06

content. That's how I got my first

10:07

customer through Creator Buddy. And this

10:09

also leads to making money four or five

10:12

different ways, which I'll go into in a

10:14

second as well. But you need to start

10:16

creating in order to get customers. And

10:18

why should you create? Why is creating

10:20

the best way to get your first customer?

10:22

Well, creating content is free. So,

10:24

you're doing free advertising basically

10:27

to get your first customers. It helps

10:29

you build your brand so people start

10:31

learning your name, knowing who you are.

10:33

Ever since I started building this

10:34

YouTube channel a year ago, I've made

10:36

unbelievable connections, met huge

10:38

people in the Silicon Valley. It's been

10:41

amazing. There are so many benefits to

10:43

building your brand with content. It

10:44

opens up more revenue stream. So, as I

10:46

showed you at the beginning of the

10:47

video, I'm now making money off YouTube

10:50

advertisement, YouTube subscriptions,

10:52

newsletter subscriptions, newsletter

10:54

advertisements, x ad revenue, literally

10:57

eight or nine different revenue streams.

10:59

Creating content won't only get you

11:01

customers to your app, but open up many,

11:03

many revenue streams. You're nice,

11:04

diversified, and safe. And it allows you

11:06

to sell your next product. So, whatever

11:08

we build after this fitness app

11:10

together, we'll be able to sell that as

11:12

well because we already have our

11:14

existing platform and brand that we

11:15

built through this one. So, this sets

11:17

you up for success even in the future.

11:19

So, what exactly should you create?

11:21

Well, I think the three best options are

11:24

right here. You have X, which I think is

11:26

the easiest. takes literally 3 minutes a

11:30

day to write tweets. That's all it

11:32

takes. Creator Buddy is all about

11:34

creating content for the X algorithm.

11:37

So, this is all I did is all I did was

11:39

create content about the X algorithm. My

11:42

account blew up because of my content

11:44

around the X algorithm and talking about

11:46

what works, what doesn't. Then it was a

11:49

natural cell to transition from talking

11:51

about the X algorithm to talking about

11:53

Creator Buddy and getting people on the

11:55

app because they were very related. So

11:57

if we are going to do something like

11:59

sell our fitness app that we just went

12:01

through which I think Claude Code named

12:03

Iron Forge. Yep. Iron Forge. I like that

12:06

name actually. All we would do is we

12:08

would start creating content around

12:10

fitness. So maybe I'd go in here and I

12:13

just talk about my fitness journey. ers

12:15

sizes I did this week and then I go

12:18

through my entire fitness routine. Maybe

12:20

I'd post a picture to show my progress

12:22

over the last week or the last month and

12:24

I would continuously post content around

12:26

fitness. Then I would use the jab jab

12:29

hook methodology which is give value,

12:31

give value, then take value, right? So

12:34

for instance, maybe we do a few tweets

12:36

around fitness advice and then we do a

12:39

tweet talking about Iron Forge. Iron

12:41

Forge is the best way to get started

12:45

with working out, right? So, we did a

12:47

few valuebased tweets. Now, we're

12:49

talking about our app. This will get

12:51

people onto our app. And yes, if you

12:53

have zero followers, it will be a little

12:56

more challenging. But if you do this

12:58

enough, you'll get your first customer

12:59

and you'll make your first dollar. And

13:01

if you make your first dollar off your

13:03

SAS right now, that's significantly more

13:05

than you're making before that first

13:06

dollar. And that's a win. In order to

13:08

get to 100,000, you need to start with

13:10

one. You also can do YouTube. This is

13:12

significantly harder than X because X

13:14

takes a couple minutes. I started

13:16

building my ex with a 9 to5. Literally

13:18

in between meetings, I would just put

13:19

out a tweet or two. It took 5 minutes a

13:21

day to start building. Now I'm up to

13:23

300,000 followers just by doing that.

13:25

But you also have YouTube, which is much

13:27

harder because it takes a lot more

13:28

effort to create videos. But the reward

13:31

is much higher as well because it is the

13:34

biggest social media platform on planet

13:36

Earth. Literally 2% of all human time

13:38

spent is on YouTube. 2% of all time

13:41

human beings spend is on YouTube. So it

13:43

has the highest reward, but it is the

13:45

most challenging. So if you have a

13:47

couple hours a week to spare to script,

13:50

film, and edit, you should be posting on

13:52

YouTube as well. And the good part about

13:54

that is you can take the videos you post

13:55

on YouTube and post them on X, too.

13:57

Every video I post on YouTube, I also

13:59

post on X, and they all perform really,

14:00

really well. The X algorithm is built

14:02

for video. So you also want to crossost

14:05

to X. You also have a newsletter. If you

14:07

enjoy writing, I highly recommend

14:09

starting a newsletter. You can just

14:10

start a Substack for free. Beehive costs

14:12

a bunch of money. You can do that if you

14:14

want. Substack's completely free. Start

14:16

a Substack. Newsletters are amazing

14:18

because your content is going directly

14:21

to people's inboxes, which is the most

14:22

personal place that it could possibly go

14:25

to. It guarantees they basically read

14:27

the content. Newsletters are amazing and

14:29

they are absolutely amazing for driving

14:30

revenue as well. Once you do this, we

14:32

went from build to create. Now we're

14:34

earning, right? If you create content

14:37

enough and you start building your

14:38

following, even if you only have 20, 30,

14:40

50 followers on X, one of those people

14:43

will buy your product if you talk about

14:45

your subject enough. You'll also do a

14:47

few other things. You'll start making

14:49

money on ad revenue on X. As you can

14:51

see, I've made $50,000 on ad revenue.

14:53

You also start making money on

14:55

subscriptions. I've made almost $50,000

14:57

on subscriptions. So, this has turned

14:59

into a $100,000 revenue stream for me

15:02

just here, just by posting my ideas a

15:04

couple times a day. You also start

15:06

making money on YouTube ad revenue. I've

15:07

made almost $5,000 in the last month off

15:10

YouTube ad revenue, which is amazing.

15:11

And this is all a byproduct of talking

15:15

about your app and talking about what

15:17

you're building and sharing your work in

15:19

public. Most people when launching a

15:21

product, they pay for advertising. But

15:23

with this framework I'm showing you

15:25

right here, you're actually getting paid

15:27

for advertising because every piece of

15:29

content you make is making you money. So

15:31

again, create content around the

15:33

challenge you're solving. If you're

15:35

building a workout app like we're doing

15:36

in this video, you give workout advice.

15:38

If you're creating a content building

15:40

app like I do at Creator Buddy, you give

15:42

content advice. Maybe you're huge into

15:44

basketball, so you make a app around how

15:46

to shoot a free throw. And then you go

15:47

on X and you start tweeting about how to

15:49

shoot free throws, right? There's so

15:51

many ways to do this. It doesn't matter

15:53

what you are into. I promise you can

15:55

find a challenge to solve and then

15:57

create content around it. So you built,

15:59

you created, you started earning. Claude

16:01

Code is supporting all of this. I

16:04

regularly have Claude go and look at my

16:06

social media channels and give me

16:07

recommendations for content I can

16:09

create. I have Claude Code going every

16:11

day, look at my YouTube channel and come

16:13

up with new ideas for things I can

16:14

build. So Claude Code is driving all

16:16

this. Remember Claude Code's not just

16:17

for code. It can also look at websites

16:19

and give you advice, too. So we built,

16:21

we created, we earned. Now we listen,

16:24

right? We started building a community,

16:26

we started getting customers, now we

16:28

listen to what they have to say. I

16:30

started getting so many tweets and DMs

16:32

about Creator Buddy when I launched it.

16:34

For you, if you're just starting and

16:36

you're small and you don't have many

16:37

followers, maybe it's just one tweet you

16:39

get about your product. Maybe it's just

16:40

one DM, but you listen to it. You see

16:43

what people have to say. You take their

16:46

feedback of what they want out of your

16:48

product and you go back into Claude Code

16:50

and you give that feedback. So maybe we

16:52

put out our fitness app. We get some

16:54

feedback. Hey, I want to be able to

16:55

record my workouts inside the app. We

16:58

can say, "Hey Claude, someone asked to

17:02

record their workouts in the app. Can we

17:05

implement that?" We take their feedback,

17:07

we give it to Claude. Claude goes and

17:09

starts building out their feedback in

17:11

our app for us. They're basically like

17:13

our employee here. This is the best way

17:15

to keep building our app is to take user

17:18

feedback and just implement it. Take

17:19

feedback, give it to Claude, right? You

17:21

don't even have to think of the features

17:23

yourself. You can literally just copy

17:25

and paste the DMs and the replies you're

17:27

getting, give it to Claude and say,

17:28

"Hey, what the hell do I do about this?"

17:30

Claude will take it, as you just saw a

17:31

second ago, will start asking you

17:33

questions about the feedback and then

17:35

build out the functionality itself. I'm

17:37

working on a way at the moment to have

17:39

Claude code automatically every day scan

17:41

Twitter to see what they're saying about

17:43

Creator Buddy and just automatically

17:44

implement itself. There are going to be

17:46

so many ways in the very near future.

17:48

You can just automate everything you're

17:50

seeing here. It really is amazing. So,

17:52

we started listening. We started getting

17:54

feedback. What did we do from there? And

17:55

what did I just show you? We started

17:57

building again, right? The whole loop

18:00

starts again. So, we started building.

18:02

So, boom. I look at my app. There it is.

18:04

We have now logging where we can put in

18:07

uh exactly what we're doing for every

18:09

exercise. That is amazing. Now we can

18:12

start now that we built do the loop all

18:14

over again and go and start creating. So

18:16

I would go back to X at this point. I

18:18

would say best ways to track your

18:23

workout and I would give tips on logging

18:25

and tracking your workout. Then after

18:27

this is done, I'd put a second tweet

18:29

that says, "Track your workouts easily

18:33

with Iron Forge." And then I'd link to

18:36

our app, and boom, maybe this gets us

18:38

another customer, a fourth customer, a

18:39

fifth customer, and on and on this goes.

18:42

We created content again. This gets us

18:44

our second and third and fourth

18:45

customer. We listen to their feedback.

18:47

We build a new feature. This is the

18:49

playbook of the future. This is the

18:51

playbook of 2026. I've been validating

18:54

this the last few years and trust me, it

18:56

works. It allowed me to quit my job. It

18:58

allowed me to make a full-time living.

19:00

Allowed me to launch the app of my

19:02

dreams. It allowed me to start this

19:03

YouTube channel. There's nothing I do

19:05

special. This is the playbook. There are

19:07

no secrets involved. Build, create,

19:09

earn, listen, and build again based on

19:11

all that feedback and go over and over

19:13

and over again. The more you can do this

19:15

cycle, the more money you will make.

19:18

Period. And the best part is nothing

19:20

special is needed. You can start the

19:22

moment this video ends. Go to Claude

19:24

Code, do the exercises we talked about

19:27

at the very beginning in this video.

19:28

Feel free to go back to the beginning

19:30

again and do it along with us. Brain

19:32

dump your challenges and you're good to

19:34

go. There is no reason you can't at

19:36

least get to the create phase by the end

19:38

of today. If you start now, I personally

19:41

guarantee this. I personally guarantee

19:43

if you start right now and you go

19:45

through this phase every single day

19:48

until the end of 2026, you will make at

19:50

least your first dollar this year. And

19:52

if you're making zero dollars right now

19:54

off of AI, that is a monstrous big win

19:57

and puts you in the top 1% of AI

19:59

builders. If you learned anything in

Interactive Summary

The video outlines a framework for generating revenue using Claude Code by adopting a 'build in public' strategy. The process involves identifying personal challenges, building applications with AI to solve them, and then using social media and content creation to market these solutions. The cycle of building, creating, earning, and listening to user feedback creates a sustainable business flywheel that requires minimal time commitment and can be started immediately, even by those without a large following.
