There are so many AI business videos out

0:02

there telling you how to start an agency

0:04

or what AI agency to sell or what app to

0:06

launch and it's all noise. I've made

0:08

over $25 million with AI over the last

0:10

seven and a half years. So, if you

0:12

actually want to build a successful AI

0:13

business and you were to watch just one

0:15

video, I'd make it this one because

0:17

chasing new tools or obsessing over new

0:19

builds in Claude will not make you any

0:21

money. There are only two things that

0:23

you should focus on and neither have

0:25

anything to do with AI. So, in this

0:26

video, I'm going to tell you exactly

0:28

what these two things are promise that

0:30

if you do these two things, you won't

0:32

watch another AI tool update video or

0:34

build tutorial ever again that

0:36

ultimately leaves you making no

0:37

progress. Let's get into it. Okay, so

0:39

the single most important decision in

0:41

this business is also the one that

0:42

people don't really talk about and the

0:44

truth is that tools don't ever stop

0:45

changing. A year ago, everyone was glued

0:48

to an 8-in, then Claude code dropped and

0:49

the entire AI space jumped ship

0:51

overnight. If you're just starting out

0:53

right now, you genuinely don't know

0:55

which one to pick. So, picking the best

0:56

tool feels like you're making some type

0:58

of progress, but it really is just the

1:00

newest form of procrastination where you

1:01

get that little dopamine hit. And here's

1:03

what nobody's paying attention to. What

1:05

people actually want has not changed.

1:07

It's still the same exact thing. Think

1:08

about a roofer. He didn't start his

1:09

business because fixing roofs was some

1:12

revolutionary trend or some new tool

1:14

that allowed him to do it. He started

1:15

because roofs will always leak, pipes

1:17

will always burst, and gutters will

1:18

always clog. Jeff Bezos said the same

1:20

thing about strategy when you're

1:21

thinking about business. He said,

1:22

"Everyone asks what's going to change in

1:24

the next 10 years, but the better

1:25

question is what's going to stay the

1:27

same." You can only build a business on

1:29

what's going to stay the same because

1:30

that's what mitigates your risk. You

1:32

can't build one on a trend that could

1:33

disappear next year just like an 8-in

1:35

did. And the biggest problem that'll

1:37

never die is that businesses will always

1:39

need more customers. They're going to

1:41

always struggle to acquire customers

1:42

profitably, efficiently, and there

1:44

always is going to be a manual piece to

1:46

doing that. And that problem existed 50

1:49

years ago, it exists today, and it'll

1:50

exist in the next 50 years. The way they

1:52

go about solving it will just change,

1:54

but the problem will still persist. So,

1:56

focus on the permanent problem first.

1:59

The tool is just how you solve it. Think

2:00

of it like this. The tool is the hammer

2:03

and the problem is the house. Nobody

2:05

hires a builder because he owns a nice

2:07

or cool hammer, right? They hire him

2:09

because they want the house built well

2:11

and because that person has proof of

2:14

doing it well and not leaving a house

2:16

that's got a ton of problems. So, before

2:18

you learn a single tool, you need to

2:20

know exactly what problem you're going

2:21

to solve before you start solving it.

2:23

The next thing you need to decide is

2:24

simply how many and which one of the

2:26

problems you're going to solve. When I

2:27

first started, I sold a single

2:29

automation. Clients would stay for a

2:30

couple months and then they would end up

2:31

canceling. And I was always really

2:32

confused why and it took me a long time

2:34

to figure out why, but then I realized

2:36

something and the easiest way to explain

2:38

it is with the story of Jack and Jill.

2:39

They both need to go up a hill to get

2:41

water, but Jack goes first and leaves

2:43

his sister Jill behind. He grabs his

2:45

bucket, he heads straight up the hill.

2:47

He doesn't even look at the bucket. He's

2:49

just focused on getting to the water

2:51

that's at the top of the hill. So, he

2:52

gets to the top of the hill, he fills

2:53

the bucket all the way up and he starts

2:55

heading back down the hill. But, halfway

2:57

down the hill he notices something. The

2:58

bucket keeps getting lighter and he

3:00

looks down and the water is pouring out

3:02

from all the holes he didn't even know

3:04

were in the bucket. So, he panics and he

3:05

runs into a friend on the way down and

3:07

says, "Hey, can you help me? My bucket's

3:08

leaking everywhere." And his friend

3:10

takes a look, he pulls out a patch and

3:11

he says, "There you go, you're all set."

3:13

Jack says, "Thanks." and he just kind of

3:14

keeps walking down the hill trying to

3:15

get back to the house. But, by the time

3:17

he gets home, he looks down and the

3:19

bucket has no water in it. It's

3:20

completely empty. Every single drop is

3:22

gone because his friend only patched one

3:25

hole and the water just leaked out of

3:27

all the other holes that were already in

3:28

the bucket. So, Jack climbed the whole

3:30

hill, filled the bucket to the top, and

3:32

got back with literally nothing. Now,

3:34

he's sitting there with an empty bucket,

3:35

frustrated, and exhausted. Kind of like

3:37

what most business owners experience

3:39

when they work with other companies,

3:40

like what I was doing when I started.

3:41

But, then he sees his sister Jill

3:44

getting back and her bucket is

3:46

completely full. And Jack is completely

3:48

confused. He's like, "How? I asked Mom

3:50

and she told me that all of her buckets

3:52

had holes in them. How do you still have

3:53

all your water? And Jill says, "Yeah, my

3:56

bucket had holes, but before I went up

3:57

the hill, I asked Mom to take a look at

3:59

it. So, she sat down and patched every

4:01

single hole one at a time before I went

4:03

up to the hill to fill it up." And that

4:04

is exactly how the AI market the AI

4:07

agency market is right now. Jack and

4:10

Jill are both businesses. They're both

4:12

climbing the same hill, spending money

4:14

on marketing, running ads, and doing

4:16

everything they can do to get clients,

4:18

aka going to the well to get water, but

4:20

their businesses have a bunch of holes

4:22

in them. And these are problems that

4:24

make them lose clients before they ever

4:25

get to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

4:27

And the people selling automations right

4:29

now are like Jack's friends. They sell

4:31

only one patch for a bucket that's full

4:33

of a lot of holes. And yeah, that one

4:35

patch might actually work at fixing one

4:37

specific hole, but it doesn't matter

4:38

because the other holes are still there

4:40

and the bucket will inevitably be empty.

4:43

And that's the problem with selling a

4:44

single automation. Say you sell a

4:46

business an AI receptionist, so they

4:48

never miss a call, right? It sounds like

4:49

a really good idea, a really valuable

4:50

service. But if that same business has

4:52

no way for people to find them in the

4:54

first place, the phone isn't going to

4:55

ever ring and your amazing receptionist

4:57

won't answer any calls and it's not

4:59

going to provide any value. So, here's

5:01

what you want to do instead. Sell one

5:03

complete system that plugs every hole.

5:04

Stop being Jack's buddy with one patch.

5:06

Be more like Jill's mom and just seal

5:08

every single hole in the bucket before

5:10

they ever climb the hill. Now, there are

5:12

seven holes with problems that every

5:15

single local business has and

5:16

experiences that I've been able to plug.

5:18

Real quick though, you're probably

5:19

wondering why I give this all the way

5:20

for free and not sell it to you on a

5:22

course or community like everyone else

5:23

does in the AI space. And here's the

5:25

truth. I got a valuation for my agency

5:27

for over $5 million and I wanted to sell

5:29

it, but my broker told me if I helped

5:31

three to four people build the exact

5:32

same business, I could roll them into a

5:34

portfolio and the valuation could jump

5:36

from a 4x multiple to somewhere between

5:38

8 to 15. And that means that my agency

5:40

can be worth at least around $20 if I

5:42

find the right people. So, if you'd like

5:44

to be one of them, check out the link in

5:45

the description below. We'll hop on a

5:47

one-to-one call. I'll be able to see if

5:48

you're a good fit. We'll be able to go

5:49

from that. Now, this is the system that

5:51

solves both of the decisions. It focuses

5:54

on solving the biggest problem that

5:55

local businesses have, and it also

5:57

solves the right sub-problems to make

5:59

sure the business gets more clients. And

6:00

this is what I call the AI Aristotle

6:03

system. I named it after Aristotle on

6:06

purpose because he said the whole is

6:07

greater than the sum of its parts. It's

6:08

a famous quote he said, and that's the

6:10

entire point of this entire system. One

6:12

of these services on its own is

6:14

one-dimensional. Kind of like the one

6:15

patch that Jack did. It's not very

6:17

effective. But if you put them together

6:19

in the correct sequential order, each

6:20

pillar makes every other pillar work

6:23

better because it compounds on itself,

6:24

which makes the whole greater than the

6:27

simple sum of its parts. Okay, so what

6:29

I'm going to do now is I'm going to

6:30

break down the seven AI employees that I

6:32

developed. So, the very first one, the

6:35

very first AI employee is the AI

6:36

website, which is mobile plus load speed

6:39

optimized. And so, the problem with most

6:41

local businesses' websites are number

6:42

one, they take very long to load. And

6:44

what the data shows is that if a bus- if

6:46

a website takes too long to load, 3

6:48

seconds to 5 seconds, people just leave,

6:50

right? Because for whatever reason they

6:51

just leave. I know I've done it. I would

6:53

imagine you've probably done it as well.

6:54

In addition to that, what the data also

6:56

shows is that the majority of traffic on

6:59

Google and Facebook and Instagram is

7:00

done on a phone. It's not done on a

7:02

computer anymore. And so, with Facebook

7:04

and Instagram, they literally stopped

7:06

reporting it because it would it's like

7:07

98%. So, there's just no point. It's

7:09

basically 100%. But on Google, it's over

7:11

60%. So, when people are on Google, 60%

7:14

of the time at least people are on their

7:16

phone rather than on their computer. And

7:18

so, the issue is the fact that the

7:19

majority of local businesses' websites

7:21

are not optimized for a phone. They're

7:23

optimized for a desktop user. And so,

7:25

have you ever gone to a website on your

7:27

phone and you're like, "What the hell am

7:29

I doing?" right? How do I even navigate

7:31

this thing? It's because it's not built

7:32

for a phone user. It's built for

7:34

somebody that's on their desktop. And

7:35

so, what the data shows is that if

7:36

someone lands on a on a website, a local

7:38

business website that's not optimized

7:40

for mobile, they literally just end up

7:41

bouncing. 78% of people literally just

7:43

bounce out of it and then just find a

7:45

business that has it optimized for

7:46

mobile. Right? Like the next one that

7:47

ranks on Google. And so, that's a big

7:49

big problem because the more majority of

7:50

these people's businesses are just not

7:52

optimized for mobile. And then in

7:53

addition to that, 70% of these small

7:55

businesses' websites don't ask you for

7:57

their info. And what I mean by that is,

7:59

they have a contact form somewhere that

8:02

you have to search for and find. You

8:04

basically have to search on their

8:06

website how to give them your

8:07

information or how to opt in. In

8:09

addition to that, they don't incentivize

8:11

you to opt in. Right? They'll literally

8:12

just have a contact form saying,

8:13

"Contact us." Literally just look up

8:16

"roofer near me" and let's see what

8:17

happens. And see if it's optimized for

8:20

mobile, see how long it takes to load,

8:21

and you can do Google PageSpeed Insights

8:23

to actually see what the report is,

8:25

where you can literally just upload the

8:26

URL and see how long it takes to load.

8:28

And it will tell you how long it takes

8:29

on mobile, how long it takes on desktop.

8:30

And then in addition to that, see if at

8:32

the very top of the page, just right

8:34

when you go into the website, see if at

8:36

the very top it has a clear offer and a

8:38

form for you to enter your information,

8:41

where you can give them your your first

8:42

name, last name, phone number, and

8:43

email. Right? Because the majority of

8:44

these businesses, again, take long to

8:46

load. In addition to that, they're not

8:47

optimized for mobile. And then from

8:48

there, they make it very difficult for

8:50

the person to leave their information,

8:52

which is the whole point of a website.

8:53

It's to generate customers. It's to

8:54

generate leads. And so, because of these

8:56

problems, what we do is we build them a

8:58

website that's optimized for both mobile

9:01

and desktop. We make it load in under a

9:04

second, so that it's it's instant. And

9:06

then in addition to that, we create a

9:08

promotion that is at the top page, so

9:10

right when they click on it, they don't

9:11

have to move anywhere. They're going to

9:12

see exactly where they can leave their

9:14

information. And then there's a

9:15

promotion to incentivize them to leave

9:16

their information. And then in addition

9:18

to that, rather than asking them first

9:19

name, last name, phone number, and email

9:21

all in one form, we ask them one

9:23

question at a time because that gets a

9:25

higher conversion rate, cuz it's less

9:27

requirements. It's less friction, which

9:28

results in a better result. And so, look

9:30

and see if the roofer near you does any

9:32

of that stuff. I could almost guarantee

9:33

you they don't. And that's why this is

9:35

the first thing that we offer. The

9:37

second thing that we do is the database

9:39

reactivation or the outreach specialist

9:40

AI agent. And so, every local business

9:43

is really sitting on a list of old leads

9:45

and past customers that their staff and

9:47

them don't follow up with. And what the

9:49

data shows is that the average rep makes

9:51

just 1.3 attempts before giving up on a

9:53

lead forever. And a lot of people don't

9:55

even follow up with leads, which is

9:56

unbelievable. And so, this is literally

9:58

free money collecting dust for the

10:01

business owner that they're just not

10:02

doing anything with. And the crazy part

10:03

is that 93% of the leads that ever

10:06

convert are reached out on the sixth

10:08

attempt, okay? And so, almost everyone

10:10

quits five attempts before getting to

10:12

the conversion. And so, to plug the

10:14

hole, you use AI to reach back out to

10:17

every old lead with an offer by text.

10:19

And that's what we do. We plug our AI

10:21

and V SMS to then nurture these people,

10:23

not email, okay? And the reason why is

10:26

because text messages get over a 90%

10:28

open rate and over a 45% response rate,

10:30

where emails get a 6% open rate, okay?

10:32

So, 6% open rate compared to over a 90%

10:35

over open rate. It's a very, very big

10:37

difference. And just by setting this up,

10:38

the business will get clients almost

10:40

instantly without having to invest any

10:42

money into any type of marketing, okay?

10:44

Cuz we're just taking their database

10:45

leads, plugging our AI into it to then

10:47

generate them opportunities that they

10:49

can close. And these are easier people

10:51

to close than they would get from

10:52

running ads because these are people who

10:53

are already familiar with their

10:54

business. They're warm leads. They

10:56

already gave the business their

10:57

information, right? Well, when you're

10:58

running ads on Facebook, you're finding

11:00

people that have never interacted with

11:01

the business. They're completely cold.

11:02

And that's why this is the second AI

11:05

agent that we deploy is because once we

11:06

fix the website, we now tap into their

11:08

database to bring them in a lot of

11:09

opportunities that is just low-hanging

11:11

fruit and very easy to capitalize on.

11:13

The third AI employee is the reputation

11:15

manager. And what we're doing here is

11:16

we're helping them generate reviews and

11:17

referrals. And so, once you've got

11:19

people coming into the business through

11:21

the database, your next AI hire should

11:23

just be the reputation manager because

11:24

everyone looks at reviews before they

11:26

make a purchasing decision when it comes

11:27

to local businesses, specifically local

11:29

businesses. It's very common, obviously,

11:31

that people look at reviews before

11:33

making any purchasing decision, but 98%

11:35

of people reference reviews when it

11:38

comes to local businesses before they've

11:40

decided to make a decision about

11:41

becoming a customer, right? Have you

11:43

ever looked up a restaurant near you,

11:45

looked up a contractor near you for

11:47

maybe remodeling a bathroom, a deck,

11:49

something like that, right? And if they

11:50

didn't have good reviews, you looked for

11:52

someone else, right? A gym, you found

11:54

bad reviews, you went somewhere else,

11:56

right? It's very, very common. And the

11:57

other important thing about this is the

11:59

fact that only 11% of these people who

12:01

work at these businesses or business

12:03

owners ask for reviews. And the ones

12:05

that do typically do in a really bad

12:06

way. And what I mean by that is they'll

12:08

leave a QR code where anyone can leave a

12:10

review, even people that are pissed off,

12:11

or they just ask people in a really bad

12:14

way, that's super awkward, which makes

12:16

you not want to leave a review. I know

12:17

I've experienced that before. And so,

12:18

the way that we do it is through text,

12:20

and then we leverage an offer to

12:22

incentivize them to leave a review. And

12:23

we do it in a legal and compliant way.

12:25

And so, we follow up with them, ask

12:27

them, "On a scale of 1 to 5, how was

12:28

your experience? If you let us know how

12:30

it was, we'll give you a chance to win a

12:31

membership for free for the year." Once

12:32

they respond with how their experience

12:33

was, we then say, "Okay, in addition to

12:36

that, you can now leave your review

12:37

right here with this link." A lot of

12:38

people don't send people a link where

12:40

they can directly leave the review,

12:42

which is kind of hard to find sometimes

12:43

on Google when you're actually trying to

12:44

leave a review. So, we make it very easy

12:46

for them to do it. And then, once

12:47

they've left a review, we then follow up

12:49

with them asking, "Hey, is there anyone

12:51

else you'd like to bring into the gym

12:52

with you? We've got a couple 7-day

12:53

passes, and anyone that you do bring in

12:55

or refer to us, we'll put your name into

12:57

that raffle five more times. You'll have

12:59

a chance to win a membership for free

13:00

for the year." And so, by doing that, we

13:02

now get them to tell friends and family

13:04

to come in with them, which literally

13:05

generates more leads and customers for

13:07

free without the business owner having

13:09

to do anything. So, at this point, the

13:11

business owner's literally invested no

13:12

money in advertising, which is what the

13:14

majority of agencies out there do. As

13:15

they push Google advertising, SEO, meta

13:19

advertising, and it always ends really

13:20

bad cuz they don't fix these holes. And

13:22

the fourth AI employee we deploy is the

13:24

website manager. And so, what we do here

13:26

is nurture the leads that comes through

13:28

their website. And so, the reason why

13:29

this is important is because on average,

13:32

businesses follow up with leads within

13:33

42 to 47 hours. So, if we plug our AI

13:36

into all leads that come through their

13:37

website and follow up with them

13:39

instantly, right when they respond to

13:41

any text, we follow up right away, just

13:43

by simply doing that, our chances of

13:44

getting these people to become customers

13:46

and to show up at the business increase

13:47

by over 400%. And so, it's very

13:50

important that if businesses do figure

13:52

all of this stuff out, they have a

13:54

process in place to capitalize on all

13:56

the leads that do come through because

13:57

speed to lead is the name of the game

13:59

when it comes to even just getting

14:00

people through the door. And again, if

14:02

someone doesn't follow up with the lead

14:03

right away, they're going to probably

14:05

reach out to another business, and

14:06

that's what the data shows. And the

14:07

person who follows up with them right

14:09

away and more frequently is going to end

14:11

up more than likely converting that

14:13

customer. And so, that is why we deploy

14:14

the website lead nurturing agent. The

14:16

fifth AI employee is the receptionist,

14:18

the missed call text back AI

14:20

receptionist. And so, the whole we were

14:21

talking about earlier, right, is that

14:23

62% of calls to local businesses go

14:26

unanswered. And I've had customers where

14:27

we've literally plugged this in and

14:29

we've seen them miss over 100 calls in a

14:31

month and only pick up like six. So,

14:33

over 90% of their calls get missed. And

14:35

so, just like when people opt in through

14:37

a website, these are people that are

14:39

ready to become customers and they've

14:41

made the leap to literally pick the

14:43

phone up and call, which nowadays people

14:45

are even anxious to call people. And so,

14:47

they made a basically a big leap, and if

14:50

they don't get answered and someone

14:52

doesn't speak to them, they're probably

14:54

not going to call back. And they're

14:55

probably just going to call someone else

14:56

that will answer. And so, by us doing

14:58

this, we're able to capitalize on that

15:00

and make sure 100% of their calls get

15:03

answered. And by doing that, we book

15:04

about 30 to 40% of the people that the

15:07

agent speaks with. And then from there,

15:08

it nurtures them via text and makes sure

15:10

they show up. And then if they don't

15:11

show up, it handles rescheduling them so

15:13

that the business owner and their staff

15:14

literally don't have to do anything or

15:16

lift a finger. And the sixth AI employee

15:18

we deploy is the closers coach, which is

15:20

an AI sales coach. And so, basically,

15:23

these businesses and their staff, they

15:25

don't ever focus on training on sales.

15:28

And so, number one, they don't know how

15:30

to sell people. They don't have a script

15:31

to sell people. They don't have a sales

15:32

process to use when they're speaking

15:34

with people. And lastly, they don't ever

15:37

review the calls that they're doing.

15:38

They don't ever role-play with each

15:40

other. They don't ever review the

15:42

recordings of them trying to close

15:43

people and running their sales process.

15:45

So, they never receive any feedback. And

15:47

in addition to that, a step before that,

15:48

they never receive any formal training.

15:50

Right? Literally, 70% of people that

15:52

work at local businesses report that

15:53

they've never received any formal type

15:55

of sales training. And then, that means

15:56

nothing at all from implementation at

15:58

the start to learning a sales process to

16:00

even refining it through role-playing

16:01

and review. And so, what we do is we

16:03

implement an AI sales coach that can

16:05

role-play with them and review their

16:07

calls or their consultations they record

16:09

and upload into it. And it will

16:10

literally grade them on the sales

16:12

process and it will just tell them what

16:14

they did well and what they did wrong

16:15

and what they should say differently to

16:17

make sure they're following the script

16:18

that results in closing the most deals.

16:20

Very, very basic. But again, if we're

16:22

getting a bunch of people coming in

16:23

through reactivations, through

16:24

referrals, through people calling in,

16:26

through the website, it doesn't matter

16:28

if they can't close them. Right? They're

16:29

not going to make any money. You could

16:30

patch all those holes, but if they're

16:31

not converting anybody, the business

16:33

owner is going to ultimately blame it on

16:34

you. And so, for that reason, that's why

16:36

we deploy this. And then, the last AI

16:38

employee is the marketing director,

16:40

which is paid ads with AI neuro

16:41

training. And so, the reason why we do

16:43

this is because once you've done all of

16:45

that other stuff, the business owner

16:46

should now be in a position to fully

16:50

capitalize on any type of advertising.

16:51

Where before, if those problems are not

16:53

addressed, which is typically what

16:55

happens, any business that tries to help

16:57

them grow is going to fall short.

16:58

They're not going to end up having

16:59

success. And that's why agencies have a

17:01

lot a really bad reputation is because

17:03

they just fix one hole. And just doing

17:06

one hole is not solving the entire

17:08

problem. You have to take all of the

17:09

problems a business owner has with

17:11

regards to that one hole you're patching

17:13

and basically solve them. And that's

17:14

what I've done over the last 7 years,

17:16

which allows me to retain people for

17:17

years and for people to pay me over

17:19

$100,000 over the course of multiple

17:21

years. And that's what you want to build

17:23

a a very successful business is that cuz

17:25

once we've patched all those holes, the

17:26

business is now in a position to

17:28

basically pour gas on the fire and the

17:30

gas is the ad spend. But again, if

17:32

you're not following up with the leads

17:33

quick, if you don't have a lot of

17:34

reviews, if your website doesn't look

17:36

good, and if the the team handling the

17:38

appointments that do come in do not to

17:39

convert them, running ads is going to be

17:41

a complete disaster for that business

17:43

owner and it's not going to go well. And

17:44

so that is why we do it last. And so I

17:47

know I just went over a lot there, but

17:48

here's the most important decision you

17:50

have to make when it comes to building a

17:51

business with AI and it's literally just

17:53

to start. None of this matters if you

17:55

don't do anything with what you just

17:57

learned in this video and everything

17:58

that I just went over. So if you're

17:59

serious about this, I can help you move

18:01

a lot faster and be a catalyst. All my

18:03

resources, the systems you'll sell, me

18:05

reviewing your calls one-to-one and

18:07

role-playing with you. This is what my

18:08

partners get and the reason they can go

18:11

from making nothing to over $10,000 a

18:13

month in less than 30 days. And if you

18:15

want, you can apply to become my partner

18:17

with the link in the description below

18:18

to be able to get access to all of that,

18:20

to work directly with me, and I'll be

18:21

able to see if I think you'd be a good

18:23

fit to do that. Thank you for watching

18:25

the video. I'll see you in the next one.

Interactive Summary

This video outlines a strategy for building a successful AI business by moving away from chasing individual AI tools and instead focusing on solving permanent, foundational problems for local businesses. The author introduces the 'AI Aristotle system,' a holistic framework consisting of seven automated AI 'employees' that plug key gaps in a company's operations—such as lead generation, database reactivation, reputation management, and sales coaching—to create compounding value and sustainable growth.
