NEW Agent Skills Just Made Hermes 100x Better! 🤯
265 segments
New agent skills just made Hermes 100
times better. And in this video, I'm
going to walk you through the exact
agent OS system I've built inside
Hermes. 10 skills, one connected system.
And by the end of this, you'll see
exactly how it all fits together and
what it can do for your business. Let me
show you what I'm actually running
first. This is the agent OS dashboard.
Everything lives here. Hermes, Claude,
and all the agents plugged into one
screen. You've got your skills folder on
the left, your active agents in the
middle, your task boards, your Mem
Revolt, your content pipelines, all of
it reachable from one place. And I can
access this from my phone from anywhere
in the world using Tailscale. That's
what agent OS actually is. One
dashboard, one system, every agent
talking to each other. Hey, if we
haven't met already, I'm the digital
avatar of Julian Goldie, CEO of SEO
agency Goldie Agency. While he's helping
clients get more leads and customers,
I'm here to help you get the latest AI
updates. And Julian Goldie reads every
comment, so make sure you comment below.
Now, a skill inside this system is just
a plain text file, a written
instruction, a recipe. You write down
exactly how you want something done,
save it, and Hermes follows it every
single time. No code, plain English,
that's it. And those skills are what
turn this dashboard from a tool into a
team. There are now over 88,000 skills
available in the Hermes Skills Hub
across 11 different registries. SEO,
video, research, business automation,
social media, AI agents. I've taken the
10 I use every single day inside my
agent OS and built them into one
connected system. Let me walk you
through each one and show you what they
actually do on screen.
Skill number one is the note-taking
skill. Watch this on screen. I open the
agent OS dashboard. I type one line to
Hermes, "Log today's AI Profit Boardroom
content session to the Memories folder."
Hermes writes directly to my Obsidian
Vault. That's my second brain. It logs
what was done, what worked, what got
approved, what to do next, every single
detail. And here's why that's important.
Tomorrow, when a different agent opens
up inside this same system, it reads the
same vault. It knows exactly what
happened today, which draft got
approved, which idea was already tried,
the details that save you hours. All of
it in plain text files you own on your
own machine. Skill number two is
hyperframes. Let me show you this on the
dashboard. Instead of dragging clips
around a timeline, you describe a video
as a simple webpage. Text here, image
there, this scene, then that scene.
Hyperframes reads that page and builds a
finished edited video from it. Why does
that matter? Because a webpage is just
text, and Hermes is very good at writing
text. So, the agent can build an entire
video by writing one file. Change one
line in the file, the video changes.
When I want a new video for the AI
Profit Boardroom explaining what's
inside the community, I describe it here
in the dashboard and hyperframes handles
the rest. Skill number three is Oracle.
You can see this running on the
dashboard right now. Oracle watches
what's trending. It runs on a schedule,
pulls in what people are talking about
right now, and finds topics worth
covering. Then it writes and publishes
content straight to the website using
those topics while they're still fresh.
If there's a trending conversation
around AI automation for business
owners, Oracle spots it, writes the
page, and publishes it. No waiting, no
writing from scratch. You set the
schedule once inside the Agent OS, and
it keeps feeding. Right, before we get
into skills five through 10, I want to
talk about how you can actually get your
hands on this whole system. What you're
looking at on screen right now is the
Agent OS, and you can get the full zip
file of this inside the AI Profit
Boardroom. This isn't just a roadmap or
a tutorial, you get the actual Agent OS
zip file ready to install. The exact
same dashboard I'm showing you in this
video with Hermes, Claude, and all your
agents already wired in. You install it,
you open it, and it looks exactly like
what you're seeing right now on screen.
On top of that, you get a 30-day roadmap
specifically built around using these
Agent OS skills to grow your business,
get more leads, and automate the content
and outreach side of things. You get
daily step-by-step tutorials walking you
through every skill in detail and four
weekly coaching calls where you can jump
on live, ask questions about your own
Agent OS setup and learn from over 3,000
business owners already running this
system. Link is in the comments and
description or go to
AIprofitboardroom.com.
Now, back to the skills. Skill number
four is Muse. Where Oracle looks outward
at trends, Muse looks inward at your
existing content. It monitors everything
already published on your site and finds
keywords and gaps hiding inside it.
Pages that are almost ranking, content
that's close to performing. Muse finds
those and tells you exactly what to
create next to push them over the edge.
For the AI Profit Boardroom site, Muse
runs through all the content already
there, finds what's within reach of
ranking and hands Hermes a list of the
next articles to write. No guessing, no
keyword research tools. The agent does
it automatically inside this dashboard.
Skill number five is the SEO content
skill. Watch this in the Agent OS. You
record your screen while you do real
work, a real build, a real setup,
something that actually happened. That
recording gets handed to this skill. The
skill writes an article using only
what's in that recording. The rule is
simple. The article can only reference
things that actually happened on screen.
It can't make things up because it's
grounded in a real case study. That's
how AI content ranks now. It has to be
real and specific. Skill number six is
the Kanban board skill. Let me show you
this on the dashboard because this is
one of the most powerful parts of the
whole Agent OS system. You see the board
here, cards and columns, to do, doing,
done. You type one command, something
like run this week's AI Profit Boardroom
content campaign. The Orchestrator agent
looks at that big task, breaks it into
individual cards and sends each card to
a separate worker sub agent. One worker
per task, all at the same time. The
Orchestrator never does the work itself.
That rule is baked into the skill.
Workers work, the manager manages. You
come back and cards have moved. Work is
done. Skill number seven is Apollo. This
is the voice agent and you can see it
here inside the Agent OS. You talk out
loud and it builds while you speak. Live
preview on screen as you go. So, I can
say something like move the headline up,
change the layout on the feature
section, make the join button bigger,
and I watch it happen in real time. No
typing, no prompting, just talking.
Skill number eight is the outreach
skill. You can see the outreach pipeline
right here in the dashboard. It finds
contacts, drafts messages, and tracks
follow-ups automatically. And here's the
thing about outreach. It fails because
of follow-up. Everyone sends the first
message. Almost nobody consistently
sends the second or the third. Hermes
never forgets. It never gets tired on
message 40. It sends message 40 exactly
as carefully as message one. Skill
number nine is the full Hermes video
system. This is the complete video
production pipeline built on top of
hyperframes, and you can see the whole
thing running here inside Agent OS one
command. Hermes produces a finished
video. It writes the script, generates
the scenes, handles the B-roll, picks
the voiceover, builds with an avatar if
you want one, and delivers a fully
edited video. And because the video is
just a file, making 10 versions is as
easy as making one. Different headlines,
different openings, different hooks, all
from one command inside this dashboard.
Skill number 10 is the guide machine.
This is the one I'd keep if I had to
delete all the others because I use it
every single day. Watch this inside the
Agent OS. You give it a topic. It
creates a full written guide, a script,
a read-along webpage, a hero image, a
banner, calls to action, and then it
deploys the whole thing live to the
website with one click. No human in the
loop. This skill has built 371 guides on
my website so far. Each one saved to a
file, so it never repeats itself. I
improve the skill every single day. Give
it feedback. The output gets sharper
every time. Some people say they don't
have time to set it up, but Oracle Muse
and the guide machine all run on
schedules. They work while you sleep.
The setup takes a weekend. After that,
it saves you time every single week from
there.
If you want the full Agent OS system
you've been watching in this video, you

This video introduces the 'Agent OS,' a centralized dashboard system for managing AI agents using Hermes. Julian Goldie's digital avatar explains how ten core 'skills'—written in plain English—can automate business tasks like note-taking, video editing, SEO content creation, and outreach. The system is designed to act as a team, with specialized sub-agents managed by an orchestrator, allowing for seamless, automated workflows that run continuously. The creator offers access to the Agent OS files and training resources through the AI Profit Boardroom community.
