Claude on its own won't make you money

0:01

because a generic AI is complete

0:03

But Claude plus Google Maps

0:04

can definitely make you $30,000 a month

0:06

this year. When I first started my $25

0:08

million AI agency Gym Members Now, I was

0:11

searching on Google for hours just to

0:13

find four to five businesses that looked

0:15

decent. Then I'd have to copy all of

0:16

their information and then paste it into

0:18

a spreadsheet from Google. And this

0:19

would take me days, and those were days

0:21

and hours that some of my competitors

0:23

beat me to reaching out to some of the

0:24

businesses that I had my list. But now,

0:26

you can build a list of hundreds of

0:28

quality leads in less than an hour. I'm

0:30

going to show you how to do it and also

0:31

give you the cheat code to find the best

0:33

possible clients you can reach out to.

0:35

This is exactly what I'd pay to have

0:37

when I first started, so let's get into

0:39

it. So, the first thing we're going to

0:40

want to do is connect Claude to Google

0:43

Chrome. And so, obviously you need to

0:45

use Google Chrome, and then you need to

0:46

go to claude.com/claude-for-chrome.

0:49

So, that's what I'm on right here. All

0:51

you have to do is click add to Chrome,

0:52

and then what it's going to do is it's

0:54

going to download it. You want to

0:55

authorize it right here, and then from

0:57

there, all you need to do is pin it to

0:59

your extension bar. I'm going to click

1:01

on it, and then I'm going to click I

1:02

understand and I I accept the terms, and

1:04

then click next, next. And now from

1:06

here, Claude is connected to Google

1:09

Chrome. It's literally that simple. And

1:11

what you want to do from here is you

1:13

want to pick the industry that you're

1:14

going to actually go after. When it

1:15

comes to picking the industry you're

1:16

going to go after, it's very important

1:18

that you pick one that you're going to

1:19

be able to have a lot of success in

1:21

while not having to work too hard. And

1:23

so, what I went ahead and did is I

1:24

actually built a rubric that you can

1:27

upload into Claude that will do the

1:30

research for you, and it's an eight-page

1:32

document. This is it right here. And so,

1:33

what I went ahead and did is did it for

1:35

roofers, but as you can see, it pulled

1:38

all of this. And really, the four things

1:40

you want to look for is proof of

1:41

concept, meaning you want to have other

1:43

people making money doing it. You want

1:44

the total adjustable market to be

1:45

greater than 10K, and you want it to be

1:47

high ticket, and then in addition to

1:48

that, you want it to be a growing

1:49

market. And so, as you can see here,

1:51

roofers checked all those boxes, and it

1:53

did a lot of other additional work. And

1:55

so, what I built is this thing, which is

1:58

a skill within Claude that's connected

2:00

to Google Chrome. And what it will do is

2:02

it will crawl a city based off the

2:05

market you're going after. All you

2:06

literally have to do is tell it the

2:07

industry you're going after and the city

2:09

that you want it to do the research in.

2:11

And so, as you can see here, it pulled

2:12

all of this information and it gave me

2:14

all of this for roofers. And then I did

2:16

it again for gyms, because that's the

2:18

industry that I go after. You can see

2:20

all of the gyms that I was able to pull.

2:22

And now, what I'm going to show you is

2:23

just proof that this actually works. Cuz

2:25

this is literally what I did to get my

2:26

first customer. So, this is a guy named

2:28

Wade Wilburn, the owner of a gym called

2:30

Exclusive Fitness. And then this is

2:31

Patrick, the owner of a gym called

2:34

Greatness Fitness. And so, if I just go

2:37

to their pages, this is Exclusive

2:38

Fitness and I hit message. What you're

2:40

going to see is this was me back in 2019

2:43

DMing them on Facebook after I did this

2:46

research. And if I just scroll through

2:47

this, you're going to see that I was

2:48

able to book a call with them. And then

2:50

from there, obviously, I was able to

2:51

sign them up and that's why Wade, right

2:54

here, gave me a testimonial. And then

2:56

obviously, if I go over here to

2:59

Greatness Fitness, which is the other

3:00

business, and I click on message, you

3:02

can see here back in 2019, the exact

3:04

same thing. Where I was able to book an

3:06

appointment with them and ultimately get

3:08

them to become a customer of mine. If I

3:10

just go back here, you're going to see

3:12

that he ended up giving me a

3:13

testimonial. My point in showing you

3:15

this is that if you do this, you're

3:16

going to be able to save yourself a ton

3:17

of time and you simply can just reach

3:19

out to these businesses on Facebook and

3:21

do that. But before I show you what you

3:23

should sell after you provide this, let

3:25

me show you proof that I've actually

3:26

generated over 25 million dollars with

3:28

my AI agency. Okay, so if I just go over

3:31

here to my payment processor, what

3:33

you'll be able to see is just right

3:35

there on July 14th, we collected

3:36

$43,000. If I go to the last 12 weeks,

3:38

you can see we generated $743,000.

3:41

So, I can only show you the last 12

3:42

months on there. So, now if I go over to

3:44

my payment processor, what you can see

3:45

is these are all of the invoices we've

3:48

actually run through that payment

3:49

processor, exported, cuz I can't show

3:51

you anything past the 12 months. This is

3:52

what we've run through it. This is

3:54

exported from a payment processor called

3:56

Alan that we used, where we ran 839

3:58

grand through this one. We ran 400 grand

4:01

through this one. We ran 72,000 through

4:04

this one. We ran a lot through this one,

4:06

4.8 million right there. And then on

4:08

this one, we ran 682,000.

4:11

And then this one we ran a lot through

4:12

as well, 3 million. Right? Now, here's a

4:15

Stripe account. We used use Stripe

4:16

before we switched to the payment

4:17

processor I just showed you, where you

4:18

can see we did 6.5. On this one we did

4:20

947, 782, 1.35, 90, and then 945, and

4:25

523,000.

4:27

And the reason why I'm making this

4:29

content, and the whole purpose behind

4:30

all of this, is that I'm looking to

4:31

eventually sell my business, because my

4:33

broker told me that if I can help around

4:35

three to four other people do exactly

4:37

what I've done, but in different

4:38

verticals, instead of selling for a 4x

4:40

multiple, I could roll those businesses

4:41

into a portfolio, and then sell for

4:43

potentially an 8 to 15x multiple, which

4:46

would ultimately take my business from

4:47

being worth around $5 million, which is

4:49

what I got it valued at by a company

4:51

called Value Buddy, to instead being

4:53

worth 10 to 15 million dollars for

4:55

literally no additional work other than

4:56

me helping other people do what I've

4:58

already done, which is the one thing I

5:00

know more about than anything else, cuz

5:01

it's what I've done for the last eight

5:02

years. [music] So, if you're serious

5:04

about building this, you can apply to

5:06

work with me directly through the link

5:07

below on this video. We'll have a

5:09

one-to-one conversation. I'll be able to

5:11

determine whether I think you're a good

5:12

fit or not. And if you are, great. If

5:14

not, no big deal. And so, the cheat code

5:16

that you want to make sure you do is you

5:18

don't want to just keep reaching out to

5:20

a bunch of independent businesses. The

5:22

reason why is because the mistake that

5:23

almost everyone makes with a tool like

5:25

the skill that I just showed you is they

5:27

pull every single business in the city,

5:30

and then they go as wide as possible,

5:31

and they just add in all of these random

5:33

businesses. But that only gets them a

5:35

list of random businesses. So, some of

5:37

them are not going to have the money to

5:38

pay you, and others don't even need your

5:40

services, and the rest are in completely

5:42

different markets. So, it's just a waste

5:43

of time. So, what ends up happening to

5:44

most people is they burn out before you

5:46

find someone who's actually going to be

5:48

willing to pay you for your offer. And

5:50

so before starting to build your list,

5:52

you need to know exactly who you want to

5:54

find. And you need to search for

5:56

franchises. In 2019, I landed one

5:58

client, Jeff. He's an Anytime Fitness

6:00

owner, and he owned 12 Anytime

6:02

Fitnesses. I got him very good results,

6:04

and he'd never seen any results like

6:05

this. And then he went and he talked

6:07

about me on his franchise advisory

6:09

board. And that one conversation made me

6:11

acquire over 200 gym owners in a very

6:13

short period of time. one day to the

6:15

next, I had more clients than I could

6:17

literally handle. And that's why

6:18

franchises are a cheat code. They don't

6:20

compete with each other, so they aren't

6:22

afraid to help each other get better

6:23

results. They sit on advisory boards,

6:26

they're in private groups, and they meet

6:27

up at conferences all the time. So if

6:29

you give a really good owner in a

6:31

franchise group great results, he'll

6:32

literally just end up referring you to a

6:34

ton of other people that run the same

6:35

exact business. So here's what you're

6:37

actually going to do with Claude to

6:39

ensure that you find these businesses.

6:41

And so if I go back over here and go

6:42

back to Claude, I built another skill

6:45

that does exactly this. And so if I just

6:47

scroll down here, as you can see, right,

6:50

I I put in the franchise gap outreach

6:52

for gyms in Louisville, Kentucky. And

6:54

now what it ended up pulling is it will

6:56

build the list of businesses that are

6:58

franchises that have very low reviews.

7:00

And then it will also create the

7:02

outreach message you want to send for

7:03

day one, day three, day seven, and day

7:05

14 based on their reviews and how they

7:08

rank compared to their competition. So

7:09

it literally pulls the franchises that

7:11

have the lowest Google reviews and then

7:13

finds their competitors that have higher

7:15

Google reviews, and then it leverages

7:17

data in the follow-up and in the reach

7:19

out to then pique their interest. And so

7:20

if you want this skill, just comment

7:22

below. I'll easily build this and send

7:23

them all over to you if you want them.

7:24

If I now just scroll up back on 2019

7:27

here, all of these people I'm doing

7:28

testimonials with are Anytime Fitnesses

7:31

because my first three customers were

7:32

independent gyms, and then I ran an

7:33

email blast and and reach out to all of

7:35

them on Facebook to get them to become

7:37

my customer. And then what ended up

7:39

happening is I ended up getting invited

7:41

by Jeff. This is Jeff and this is me to

7:43

speak in front of over 50 Anytime

7:46

Fitness owners at a conference that they

7:48

were having in New Orleans back in 2019.

7:50

This is pre-COVID. The only reason I was

7:52

able to do this is because I got an

7:54

independent gym owner results and then I

7:55

marketed those results to them and reach

7:57

out to them on Facebook, got them as

7:58

customers and then from there, literally

8:00

this one customer was able to help me

8:02

acquire so many more. And as you see

8:04

these posts, Club 141, Club 142, Club

8:06

143. These are all Anytime Fitnesses if

8:08

you read this. And I had this filtered

8:10

back to 2019. And so now if I just

8:12

refresh this and show you what it looks

8:13

like now, I'm still doing the exact same

8:16

thing, literally right now. So now the

8:18

question is what do you actually sell to

8:20

these people? And there's a very

8:21

specific AI system that every single one

8:24

of these businesses needs to be able to

8:26

grow. It's a system that they've never

8:27

been sold before, typically. And I know

8:29

it because this is the exact same system

8:31

that I sell in my agency Gym Owners Now

8:33

that's generated over $25 million. And

8:34

so what I want you to do is picture a

8:36

business's customers as a car, just

8:38

driving down a highway toward that

8:40

business. The path is completely empty,

8:42

but along the highway, there's seven

8:44

different exits that all lead the

8:46

customer to a competitor. Each exit is a

8:48

problem the business has that gives the

8:50

customer a reason to pull off before

8:52

they ever even arrive at the business.

8:53

So what this system does is it just

8:55

closes each of those exits, so each

8:57

prospect can go straight into the

8:59

business and become a client. Now what

9:00

I'm going to do is I'm going to walk you

9:01

through these seven problems and how the

9:03

system solves each and every single one

9:05

of them. Okay, so exit number one is the

9:07

page never loaded. And so what I mean by

9:09

this is their website. And so on

9:11

average, what Google's data shows is

9:13

that local brick-and-mortar businesses,

9:15

over 50% of them fail the Google load

9:18

page speed test. If a website takes

9:20

longer than 5 seconds to load, 90% of

9:22

the traffic just leaves. If it takes

9:23

longer than 3 seconds, over 50% of the

9:25

traffic leaves. In addition to that,

9:26

these businesses, if it does load quick,

9:29

their websites are not optimized for a

9:31

phone. They're built for somebody that's

9:32

on a desktop computer. And so have you

9:34

ever gone to a website and ended up on

9:36

it, but you were on your phone and you

9:37

could tell it was built for a desktop,

9:38

and you just bounced. The data shows

9:40

that on average, 78% of people that

9:42

experience going to a local business on

9:44

a phone that's built for a desktop just

9:46

leave and then find a competitor. Then,

9:47

in addition to that, most of these

9:48

businesses' websites, they have a

9:50

contact form. Have you ever seen a

9:51

contact form that says "Contact us"?

9:53

What the data shows is that that is the

9:54

lowest converting form on a website. And

9:57

so, what we do instead of that is we

9:59

make sure that the page loads in less

10:01

than a second. We make sure that the

10:02

page is optimized for desktop and mobile

10:04

users. And then, in addition to that, we

10:06

make a form with a promotion on it, not

10:08

a contact us form, but a promotion that

10:10

it incentivizes the person on the page

10:12

to give their information, cuz that's

10:13

the whole point of a website. And by

10:15

doing that, we see businesses' websites

10:17

increase in conversion by over 1,000%.

10:19

We'll literally have clients whose

10:21

websites are generating one to two leads

10:22

a month. We change their website, they

10:24

start generating over a dozen leads,

10:26

sometimes over 30 leads a month just by

10:28

making those simple changes. And so, the

10:29

second exit is I forgot they existed.

10:32

And so, what this is is the majority of

10:34

businesses are sitting on a database of

10:36

leads, of people that gave them their

10:37

information or were past customers at

10:39

some point, and they don't ever follow

10:40

up with them. And so, what the data

10:42

shows is that on average, it takes six

10:44

attempts to turn a lead back into a

10:46

customer. And on average, staff and

10:48

business owners at local businesses

10:50

reach out 1.3 times. And so, what we do

10:52

is we plug our AI into their database

10:54

and reach out to them via text and call.

10:56

And by doing this, we're able to get a

10:58

lot of people coming through their door

10:59

without them having to spend any money

11:01

on marketing at all. And that's why we

11:03

focus on that second is because we're

11:04

just capitalizing on the low-hanging

11:06

fruit that's sitting in their database

11:07

that they're usually not doing anything

11:09

with or they're just blasting them with

11:10

email campaigns that, as we know, nobody

11:12

responds to. So, exit number three is I

11:14

didn't trust them, which is the

11:16

reputation manager. And so, what we're

11:17

doing here, the majority of businesses,

11:19

on average, local brick-and-mortar

11:21

businesses, only 11% of them ask

11:23

customers for reviews. So, 98% of people

11:26

reference Google reviews before making a

11:28

purchasing decision. So, if a business

11:30

is running advertising and they have bad

11:32

reviews, people are going to look them

11:33

up before becoming a customer, and if

11:35

they see that, they're going to just go

11:36

elsewhere. And so, all we do is we plug

11:38

our AI into their database of active

11:40

customers, we reach out to them asking

11:42

for feedback on how their experience

11:44

was, and then we incentivize them with

11:45

an offer to tell us how their experience

11:47

was, basically saying, "Hey Jacob, just

11:49

want to know your experience was on a

11:50

scale of 1 to 5, and if you let us know,

11:51

we'll give you a chance to win a

11:52

membership for free for the year. We'll

11:53

put you into a raffle that we run every

11:55

quarter." By doing that, we get a ton of

11:56

people to respond, and then we'll from

11:58

there, what we do is we follow up with

11:59

those people to get them to leave a

12:00

review on Google and make it very easy

12:02

for them to do it. And then once they

12:03

leave a review, we follow up with them

12:04

asking for referrals as well,

12:06

incentivizing them again saying, "If

12:07

anyone comes from you, we'll put your

12:09

name in that raffle five more times for

12:10

each person, and then anyone that you

12:11

want to refer, we'll give them a free

12:13

7-day pass." So, we make it very easy

12:15

for them to do that. So, exit number

12:17

four is I reached out and heard nothing

12:19

back. So, how many times have you

12:20

reached out to a business through their

12:21

website or their contact form, and then

12:23

they didn't get back to you? And so,

12:24

that's all we're doing right here. What

12:25

the data shows is that on average, local

12:27

businesses take 42 hours to follow up

12:29

with leads. We've also seen is that if

12:31

you follow up with them less than 5

12:32

minutes, your chances of getting that

12:33

lead to come through the door increase

12:35

by over 400%. And so, what we do here is

12:38

we plug our AI into their website leads

12:40

that opt in, and we just follow up right

12:41

away, within 5 minutes. And so, just by

12:44

doing that, we get a ton of leads that

12:45

opt in to book and show up that they can

12:48

then turn into customers without them

12:49

having to lift a single finger. And that

12:51

is why we do it fourth, because once you

12:53

fix the website, once you fix the

12:54

reviews, you're now getting a lot of

12:56

people coming to the website, then

12:57

you've got to make sure you're able to

12:58

actually follow up with them right away.

13:00

Now, exit number five is I called and

13:02

nobody picked up. So, how many times

13:03

have you called a local business and

13:05

nobody picked the phone up? On average,

13:06

62 out of 100 calls to local businesses

13:08

don't get picked up. And I've had

13:10

customers where they've literally gotten

13:11

106 calls in 1 month, they answered six

13:14

of them. So, over 90% of their calls

13:16

were missed, and these are people that

13:17

are calling the business that want to

13:18

become customers. And if you don't pick

13:19

the phone up, what the data shows is

13:21

that these people are just calling other

13:22

businesses. So, if you call a restaurant

13:23

to try and make a reservation and and

13:25

pick up, you're going to call another

13:26

restaurant. That's just how it works.

13:27

And so, what we do is we connect our AI

13:29

to their phone so that if no one picks

13:31

up within 10 seconds, the AI picks up

13:33

and then books them in and then from

13:35

there, it texts them to confirm their

13:37

appointment to make sure they actually

13:38

show up to their appointment. And then

13:39

if they do show up, it then asks them

13:41

for a review. If they leave a review, it

13:42

asks them for a referral. And so, it's

13:44

all a system now. As you can see, it's a

13:46

cycle that we put the leads through that

13:48

end up squeezing the juice out of every

13:50

single opportunity we have to help the

13:52

business owner make more money and help

13:54

more people. exit number six is I talked

13:56

to them, but they didn't convince me.

13:58

And so, on average, only 30% of people

14:01

that work at local businesses ever

14:02

receive formal sales training. So, if

14:04

you've ever had an awkward experience at

14:05

a local business where someone was

14:07

trying to sell you something, this is

14:08

why. It's because the majority of the

14:10

time the business owners have no clue

14:12

what they're doing. And they don't teach

14:13

their staff what to do cuz they don't

14:15

know what to do. And so, what we do

14:17

because of that is we help them with it.

14:18

And we create an AI that can help

14:20

role-play with them and then review

14:22

their consultations. And so, what the

14:23

data shows is that these people the

14:25

sales people that receive training in

14:27

some form of way regularly on a weekly

14:29

basis see over a 50% increase in sales.

14:31

And so, if you're getting all of these

14:33

new opportunities through the door for

14:34

these business owners, it doesn't matter

14:36

if they can't close them cuz they're

14:37

going to blame you even if they don't

14:39

close them. Unfortunately, that's just

14:40

how this works. And so, that's what I've

14:42

been able to create throughout this

14:43

whole process is a bulletproof system

14:46

that basically solves all these problems

14:48

for the business owner leveraging AI.

14:49

And then finally, exit number seven is I

14:51

never knew they existed in the first

14:53

place. And so, a lot of these businesses

14:55

invest a lot of money into marketing and

14:56

they do a very bad job of it or they

14:58

work with companies that do a very bad

14:59

job of it. And so, we address all those

15:02

problems and then we pour gas on the

15:04

fire by then running ads, hyper-targeted

15:07

ads for them. And then we nurture the

15:09

leads that come through those ads for

15:11

them. Once we do all of this and we do

15:13

it in the correct sequential order that

15:15

I just broke down, these business owners

15:16

end up getting very good results. And

15:19

that's why, as I just showed you, I've

15:21

been able to scale in one franchise over

15:23

the last 7 months to almost 50 locations

15:26

and that's now bringing my business in

15:27

over $70,000 a month. I just reached out

15:29

to a couple people and then we got one

15:30

guy really good results and now he's

15:32

literally just telling everyone to work

15:33

with us and now even the owner of the

15:35

franchise made us a preferred vendor and

15:37

we're going to speak at their conference

15:38

in September to then go sign up a bunch

15:41

more of them. So, if you just search on

15:42

Google Maps for franchises and sell them

15:44

the system I just told you about, you

15:46

can build a six-figure AI agency in 2026

15:49

potentially even a seven-figure agency,

15:51

but this window won't stay open forever.

15:53

So, if you're going to do this, the time

15:54

is to start right now and I can help you

15:56

do it a lot faster, not with a shitty

15:58

course or a coaching program or a

15:59

useless community. I've made over $25

16:01

million in sales for my agency, so I

16:03

really don't need your money. The way

16:04

that I'll help you is to give you

16:06

everything that I use in my agency, so

16:08

you can apply to the franchise you want

16:09

to work [music] with. Then I'll scale

16:11

you to seven figures per year and the

16:13

way I benefit is by acquiring a partner

16:15

who I can add to my portfolio of

16:16

companies. Every person I help gets me

16:18

closer to my goal of selling for a very

16:21

large multiple. So, if you want to take

16:22

this opportunity while the window is

16:24

still open, the application link is in

16:25

the description below under this video.

16:27

You and I will hop on a one-to-one call

16:29

where we'll be able to discuss how I can

16:31

help you out and if I think you'd be a

16:32

good fit and if so, great. If not, I'll

16:35

keep giving you the free value. Thank

16:36

you for watching. I'll see you in the

16:38

next one.
