Hey, what's up? In this video, I'm going

0:01

to show you how my bulk ads creation

0:02

system built on top of Air Table works.

0:05

So, the tool is called adtable.ai. It's

0:07

currently live. You can go on on the

0:10

site and sign up for yourself. The first

0:12

step in getting this all set up is

0:13

connecting all of your accounts. So, we

0:15

have an Air Table in integration, uh,

0:18

meta ads integration, Google Drive, and

0:20

Frame.io. The first step in this whole

0:22

system is getting your creatives

0:24

automatically uploaded into your

0:25

corresponding ad accounts from Google

0:27

Drive or Frame.io. That works like this.

0:29

So, we have this table called creative

0:32

upload database. And here you basically

0:35

just put the Google Drive folder that

0:37

you like want to be synced into the tool

0:40

with the corresponding ad account um

0:43

that you want it to go into. This means

0:45

that when whenever you drop a new file,

0:47

it automatically gets uploaded into your

0:49

corresponding ad account and gives you

0:51

this asset ID which is required for us

0:54

to build ads with that creative. Here's

0:56

an example of just what my creative

0:58

library looks like. Within Air Table,

1:00

you can have multiple views. So, I can

1:02

see creatives that were just uploaded

1:03

today. If there's a queue of like ads I

1:06

haven't uploaded yet, there's also this

1:07

creative gallery feature that'll show

1:09

you this nice view of all the creatives

1:11

that you have in your library. Once you

1:13

have all your creative sync, the next

1:15

step is filling out some reference

1:16

tables. The way this whole system works

1:17

is there's all these reference tables.

1:19

So, there's an ad account table that

1:21

shows all of your ad accounts and the ad

1:23

account ids, the pixels, the Facebook

1:25

pages, your Instagram pages, uh landing

1:28

pages that you're driving traffic to. It

1:30

also pulls in your existing Facebook

1:32

campaigns and existing ads set. Um, this

1:34

is important for later where you can

1:35

actually launch ads into existing

1:37

campaigns and adsets. All the placement

1:39

selections happen on this table. So, you

1:41

can create custom combinations of

1:43

placements or you can just launch ads

1:45

going to all placements and platforms.

1:47

There's also custom audiences, all the

1:50

demographic targetings like countries,

1:51

states, cities, zip codes, and last but

1:54

not least, those pesky uh creative

1:57

enhancements. We're able to manually

1:59

select which ones we want to run or just

2:01

say turn them all on or off. There's

2:03

also a couple reporting reviews in here.

2:04

This one shows your top ad copy that

2:07

you're using across all of your ads. So,

2:09

um, this will aggregate all five

2:11

variations of ad copy across every

2:13

single ad and aggregate them all

2:14

together and show you a trend of last 7

2:16

days, last 30 days, and then year-to-

2:18

date. So, you can see how a specific

2:20

piece of ad copy is trending. There's

2:22

also a top ads view that shows you a

2:25

breakdown of all the top ads that you're

2:27

running along with the post IDs, which

2:28

we can reuse later when we're launching

2:30

ads. So, now to the build view. I'm

2:32

going to walk you through how to

2:33

actually create a campaign from scratch

2:35

using ad table. So within each one of

2:37

these views, we've got campaign, adsets,

2:39

and ads. They all have their own

2:41

configured view so that you're selecting

2:43

the fields needed for creating a

2:45

campaign, an adset, or an ad. So I'm

2:47

going to walk you through creating a

2:47

campaign really quick. If I click in

2:49

here, it automatically creates a new

2:50

record. You can decide if you want your

2:52

campaign to upload as paused or active.

2:54

Campaign type, you can do advantage

2:55

plus. Budget, which is CBO, or

2:58

Advantage Plus. I'm going to just do

3:00

for now. Campaign objective, we do

3:02

leads, sales, or traffic campaigns. Um,

3:04

I'm going to choose sales. We also have

3:06

special ad categories. So if you're

3:08

operating in a restricted category, you

3:10

can select which category as well as the

3:12

country that you want to be operating

3:14

in. Here you'll select the ad account

3:16

that you want to launch ads into. I'll

3:17

select my Mr. Paid social ad account.

3:19

The new campaign name. So this is

3:21

whatever you're going to name it. I'm

3:22

going to say this is just the ad table

3:25

demo. This can also be a formula. And

3:26

that's the awesome thing with this being

3:28

set up in Air Table is all this stuff is

3:29

completely customizable. Campaign budget

3:32

um not required here since we're running

3:34

and campaign bid strategy also not

3:36

required since we're not running um

3:38

campaign budget and then whether or not

3:40

you want to share your adset budget yes

3:41

or no. Now we can simply change the

3:44

table action from building to create

3:46

campaign and then in a few seconds this

3:49

will change to done. What's happening

3:50

behind the scenes is essentially our web

3:53

app that we've built on top of air

3:54

tableable is connected to your base your

3:57

air table base and we have a web hook

4:00

that essentially is triggered whenever

4:02

the table action is changed to create

4:04

campaigns or create adsets or create ads

4:07

and then um our scripts basically take

4:09

all the data from your air table

4:11

assemble it correctly for the payload

4:13

and build the ads with it. So, we have

4:16

our campaign created. You can see it

4:18

says campaign created. And now we can go

4:20

down to the adset level. Once we get to

4:21

the adset level, we can see that we

4:23

already have a row here that's set to

4:25

building. Um, this row is set to

4:28

basically um have the campaign that we

4:30

just created as the destination campaign

4:32

already. So, we don't have to do

4:33

anything there. And now we'll go down

4:35

the rows and select what we want to

4:37

build. So here you could select an

4:38

existing campaign from that table. If

4:40

you were launching um an ads set into an

4:43

existing campaign instead of starting

4:44

from creating a campaign from scratch,

4:46

we can also decide how many ad sets per

4:49

campaign. So if we're if we're doing a

4:51

very large ad build and we wanted to do

4:53

like 50 ad sets, um we could do that.

4:55

I'll show you that later. Adset

4:57

description. That's just part of my

4:58

naming convention. I'm going to call

4:59

this ad table demo. We've already got

5:01

our selected ad account here along with

5:04

our uh pixel. This is the first ad set

5:07

in this campaign. So, I'm putting a one

5:09

here. We can decide our launch date. So,

5:12

this pulls up a nice calendar view. You

5:13

can select your ad set launch date as

5:16

well as end date. Um, advantage plus

5:18

audience whether whether or not you want

5:19

to use that. So, you can turn it on or

5:21

off. You can include custom audiences.

5:23

So, I can include, you know, people who

5:25

visited my school for an example. You

5:27

can also exclude audiences. So, I can

5:28

exclude um people who, you know, visited

5:32

the sales page. You can select a minimum

5:34

and max age. So I can say I only want to

5:37

advertise to people 35 and older or

5:39

maybe 35 to 55. Genders. Um you can do

5:43

both male or female. And then you can

5:44

select all of your geographic data like

5:47

countries, states, um cities and exclude

5:52

certain states and certain cities as

5:53

well. You can also put in zip codes

5:54

here. You'll select the placement you

5:56

want to run to your adset bid if you're

5:58

running a bid or your budget. You can

5:59

also set a minimum daily spend um or a

6:02

max daily spend limit. This is really

6:04

helpful if you're running like a CBO

6:06

campaign and you want to force spend to

6:08

a specific adset. Campaign type is

6:12

And we can decide what our click-through

6:14

attribution looks like. So we can do

6:16

7-day or one day. We can decide if we

6:18

want to have view through attribution or

6:19

engaged view attribution here. And we

6:21

can choose our bid strategy. So I can

6:23

say I want lowest cost without cap cost

6:25

cap, minimum rorowaz or bid cap.

6:27

attribution. We can do standard or use

6:28

their new incremental attribution here.

6:30

Okay, awesome. So, I've got my base

6:33

here. I've got my like, you know, this

6:34

is kind of the template, if you will, of

6:37

the adset that I want to build. Now,

6:38

let's pretend that I'm doing a big

6:40

launch and I'm going to build out like

6:42

50 adsets. So, what I can do here where

6:45

it says adsets per campaign, I can just

6:47

change this to 50. And this is where the

6:48

magic happens with like how impactful

6:52

and how much speed you can really build

6:54

things with this tool.

6:56

Just like that, we have 50 of these

6:59

adset rows now created, all with the

7:01

same exact configuration that we just

7:04

did. And now, for example, like if you

7:06

wanted to do like a state targeting

7:07

campaign, you could go to the state

7:10

table, copy all 50 of these states,

7:13

paste them in here, and just like that,

7:14

you have an adset that will be created

7:16

targeting each one of these states

7:17

individually. You could do a similar

7:18

thing if you wanted to segment certain

7:20

age brackets. You could change the

7:23

custom audiences, paste in like a bunch

7:25

of different audiences you wanted to

7:26

test here, or if you wanted to change

7:28

the description to have each one of

7:29

these adsets be a different theme or

7:31

creative element. Here you can see the

7:32

final adset name. This is a formula.

7:34

Again, this is completely customizable

7:36

within Air Table. Basically, you're able

7:38

to pull in any field from the entire

7:40

table as part of your naming convention.

7:42

So, I've got ad table demo, the date,

7:45

the age, uh the gender, and the

7:48

description, as well as the number for

7:50

the adset. So, we've got 1 through 50

7:52

here. Now that I'm happy with my adsets,

7:54

I can change these to say create adsets.

7:56

And you can see the adsets are already

7:58

starting to be created for us. And as

8:00

these are being created, I can even

8:01

click this open in Facebook button.

8:03

It'll take me to the exact ad account

8:05

with that ad set pre-selected. And I can

8:07

click edit, see that adset, and spot

8:09

check it for all the settings to make

8:11

sure it has everything that I want. And

8:12

in ads manager now, we can see all of

8:14

these adsets now in our campaign

8:17

created. And we can see in air table all

8:19

these adsets have now been created. And

8:21

now if we pop into the ad level here, we

8:24

can see that we have multiple rows

8:26

already created for us. One for each

8:28

adset that was created. So we've got a

8:30

building row for adset one, building row

8:32

for adset 2, three, four, etc. And then

8:34

here we can decide how many ads we want

8:36

to launch per adset. So where it says

8:38

ads per adset, similar to before, I can

8:40

change this to say 10. And now I have 10

8:43

ad rows that I can now configure. If I

8:45

wanted to change what ad set that these

8:47

ads were uploading into, I could do

8:49

that. Here we have our ad account, our

8:51

Facebook page, our Instagram page, as

8:53

well as our creative now that we can

8:55

select. There's a couple different ways

8:57

to select creative. We have select

8:59

creative, which is basically one video

9:01

or one image. You can also have

9:03

different asset customization placement

9:05

creatives. So you can have different um

9:07

you know like a 9x6 creative for your

9:10

stories and your reels and like a square

9:13

creative for your feeds. All this

9:15

creative is linked to your creative

9:16

table that we already went through. So

9:18

you can click here, you can search this

9:20

to find the creative name. You can

9:22

select it or you can go to the creative

9:24

table. You can have a custom view here

9:27

by naming conventions, by uploading

9:28

date, by size, by whatever you want and

9:31

then pop into that view. And I could,

9:33

you know, grab 10 creatives since I know

9:36

we're launching 10 ads. Copy them and

9:38

then just paste over here all those

9:40

creatives and you can see them populated

9:42

in the thumbnail preview. If I don't

9:44

want to run specific placements, uh, I

9:46

can remove those creatives and now we're

9:49

just running a single image or video.

9:51

So, we've got our creative selected

9:53

here. I can select the landing page that

9:54

I want to go to. Again, this is linked

9:56

to our landing pages table. We've got

9:58

our ad name here, which again is a

10:00

formula, completely customizable. This

10:02

next section is the add copy section.

10:06

So, we have our five variations of post

10:08

text, five variations of headlines,

10:12

our link description, and our CTA. You

10:14

can also use AI inside of Air Table to

10:17

generate new ad copy based off of your

10:19

top performing ads. So, this is a really

10:21

cool feature within Air Table. You can

10:23

select the exact model that you want to

10:25

run and then you can reference different

10:27

um pieces of your table and have it spit

10:29

out new cop new ad copy for you. You can

10:31

select your URL tags here. Again, all

10:34

completely customizable. If you don't

10:36

use UTMs, if you use something like subf

10:38

parameters or anything else, you can

10:40

have those here. Here's where you select

10:42

your creative enhancements. So, we can

10:43

scroll through, select the exact

10:45

enhancements that we want and whether we

10:47

want to use multi-advertiser ads. Once

10:49

you're happy with your ad set of ads,

10:51

you can change this from building to

10:53

create ads and drag it down. And just

10:55

like that, we have all 10 of these ads

10:58

created in our ad account. And I can

11:00

click this button, see the ad in my ad

11:01

account exactly with all of the pieces

11:05

that I selected, my ad copy, my

11:08

advantage plus creative enhancements,

11:10

everything selected exactly as I

11:11

selected in air table. Hopefully this

11:13

video was helpful for you in

11:14

understanding how ad table works. And if

11:17

you're interested in getting it plugged

11:19

into your system or your team, please

Interactive Summary
