Hello again, friends and family. Today

0:02

I'm going to be talking about how to

0:03

beat the mental game of drop shipping

0:05

because drop shipping honestly is the

0:07

easiest way you can make your first

0:08

million online. And I stand by it. Hold

0:10

me to it. And a lot of the reason people

0:12

can't succeed is because they have such

0:14

a [ __ ] mental. And I promise you guys,

0:16

if you can break that mental, success is

0:18

inevitable. Like drop shipping and all

0:21

business honestly is just having a good

0:23

mentality and realizing that business is

0:25

completely different than school work

0:27

and all that stuff. So, I want you guys

0:29

to realize that I'm literally living

0:30

proof of this. 2023, 70 [ __ ] cents in

0:34

my bank account. I remember I was

0:35

literally at the mall with my friend and

0:36

I was buying my gorilla bag and I had

0:38

like $100 or something and I pretty much

0:40

drained my bank account to $1.70 and I

0:43

went to McDonald's and bought myself a

0:45

[ __ ] Sprite and I had this amount

0:46

left. And I remember I literally

0:48

uploaded a sponsored gambling video on

0:51

my this this channel right here. I

0:53

literally uploaded on this channel just

0:54

to make some money cuz I had nothing

0:56

left. And I use that money to fund my

0:57

ecom journey. I never really show people

0:59

this and it's literally privated on my

1:01

channel right now. But this is how bad I

1:03

was in the trenches, bro. And where did

1:05

that lead me? New store right here. 0

1:07

to2 million in a month. Lambo Huracan.

1:10

This is my store that I exited um a

1:13

while ago. 3 million in sales, over a

1:16

million in profit. This is a different

1:18

store than the one I showed here, by the

1:20

way. But million in profit. And I want

1:23

you guys to also watch this video just

1:25

to show you guys like I promise you like

1:27

I literally was in the trenches like

1:29

less than two years ago. And today is

1:31

December 31st, 3:00 in the morning, the

1:34

day before 2024.

1:36

I don't know if you guys can see, but

1:38

right there, as you can see, it's 3:00

1:39

in the morning. But um yeah, so I just

1:43

ordered my hopefully winning product

1:45

that I'll be testing going into 2024.

1:48

And I'll be running this on Tik Tok and

1:50

Facebook. So, I'm just going to be

1:51

documenting my progress, and I hope that

1:53

this video will make it onto my YouTube

1:56

channel that I'll be starting in the

1:57

future where I'm just documenting my

1:59

progress. So, if you guys see this, that

2:00

means I made it.

2:01

>> All right. Um, yeah. So, pretty much,

2:04

guys, I was in the [ __ ] trenches and

2:06

I realized, you know what? It's all

2:08

mentality. And I developed a certain

2:09

mentality, and I've learned through

2:10

trial and error of what works. And

2:12

literally seeing people right now in my

2:14

YouTube videos, I kind of realized that

2:16

this is the biggest [ __ ] problem

2:17

people are struggling with. So, I'm

2:19

going to tell you guys how to actually

2:20

beat it and how to actually [ __ ]

2:21

speak getting rich into existence. Let's

2:24

start with reason number one. Fear kills

2:26

momentum. So, this is like the biggest

2:28

thing I see with people. They realize

2:30

that business is [ __ ] scary and they

2:32

give up. So, what does that mean?

2:34

They'll start with a certain amount of

2:35

money in their bank account and they'll

2:37

start testing products, right? They

2:39

might lose $100 on a product test. Maybe

2:42

this one they lost 150. They made back

2:44

$50 in revenue. They test another

2:46

product, lost 300. maybe made back a

2:49

100. And then this one they lost 500,

2:53

maybe made back like 50 bucks. This one

2:56

they lost another 500. And they're like,

2:58

"Gez, I'm giving up. I'm done." So this

3:03

fear right here is going to kill all

3:04

your momentum. And you guys have to

3:07

realize that these losses, right? Minus

3:09

100, - 150, - 300, - 500, - 500. This is

3:14

nothing compared to what you can

3:16

actually make with ecom. Ecom is

3:18

exponential growth. And I'm not going to

3:20

talk too much about how to fix this just

3:21

yet because I want to go through every

3:23

single reason first, then I'll talk

3:24

about it. But the reason people think

3:27

this way is just cuz they see all these

3:29

failures with little return, right? You

3:31

spend 100, 150, you get back 50, spend

3:34

300, get back a 100red, spend 500, get

3:36

back $50. This is kind of what happens

3:38

when you're testing products. And

3:40

because the negatives are much bigger

3:42

than the positives, they get scared and

3:45

they give up because they don't know

3:46

when it's going to end. They get the

3:48

uncertainty. That uncertainty paired

3:50

with these little losses right here,

3:52

that creates fear. And what is that fear

3:55

kill? That fear kills the momentum that

3:57

you could have had with a winner. And

4:00

that's the biggest problem I see. People

4:02

will just get scared of spending this

4:03

money and they'll either end up giving

4:05

up or they'll just like completely stall

4:07

their progress and just research YouTube

4:09

videos for the next six months. And you

4:12

guys, some of you guys are justified,

4:13

right? You might not have that much

4:14

money in your bank account. You might be

4:16

kind of scared. You might have pressure

4:17

from your parents and stuff. That's

4:19

okay. But you guys have to realize that

4:22

everyone goes through this journey when

4:23

you go into business. There's no

4:25

guaranteed output. So these failures,

4:27

right, this is to be expected when you

4:29

test products. Like if you if it was

4:31

that easy to make money, everyone would

4:32

be doing business. But you guys have to

4:34

learn from each of these failures right

4:36

here. You you guys just can't keep doing

4:38

the same thing over and over again. You

4:39

guys have to make sure that you're

4:40

getting some positive out of it. And

4:42

that positive is never going to be your

4:44

revenue, right? Unless you landed on a

4:45

winner, of course. But each time you

4:46

fail these tests and you get back such

4:49

little return, it's a lot more valuable

4:51

than you think because you're actually

4:53

learning from each of those failures.

4:55

And these learnings will basically allow

4:57

you to get that momentum to succeed. and

4:59

get a winning product. And another thing

5:01

you guys have to realize is all these

5:03

little losses, right? What does this add

5:04

to? Negative -250gative 550 negative

5:08

1.5. Basically, at this point, you've

5:10

lost $1,500.

5:13

You guys have to realize you can get a

5:14

job. You can save up. It's not the

5:16

[ __ ] end of the world. But when you

5:17

do land on that first winning product,

5:19

bro, you could literally make 100K that

5:21

first month off that winner I showed you

5:23

guys that did a million profit. I made

5:24

well over six figures in that first

5:26

month. And it's really important that

5:28

you don't let this fear kill the

5:30

momentum that you could have with the

5:31

winner. And the only way to do this is

5:33

to realize that, hey, this is all

5:35

normal. This is all a part of running a

5:37

business. The losses right here are

5:39

nothing in terms of what I could make.

5:41

And I'm going to learn from each loss so

5:43

that I don't let this pattern continue

5:45

to go on and on and on. I'm going to

5:47

talk more about how to actually like

5:48

break past this fear in a little bit.

5:49

But let's go on to the next reason.

5:51

Reason number two why people [ __ ]

5:53

suck at drop shipping and have a

5:54

shipment mental. they get in analysis

5:56

paralysis. Analysis paralysis is

5:58

basically where you're just stuck in a

5:59

cycle of being scared and trying to

6:02

perfect everything before actually

6:04

taking action. All this stems from fear.

6:07

What does this fear stem from? The same

6:08

thing I talked about right here. Losing

6:10

this moneyus - 100 - 150 - 300. Losing

6:15

that money creates fear which creates

6:17

analysis paralysis. And like I said

6:20

guys, when this happens, you're just

6:21

gonna spend 20 years to find a product

6:24

and you're going to keep on looking for

6:25

that perfect product and you're

6:26

eventually test nothing and have wasted

6:28

all your time. And all this stems from

6:30

fear. So people who get stuck in this

6:33

analysis paralysis cycle, they are the

6:35

ones who usually just end up doing

6:37

nothing for the rest of their lives and

6:38

just sit watching 20 million different

6:40

drop shipping YouTubers and try to find

6:41

the perfect way to go about things.

6:43

Instead of doing that, you guys have to

6:45

learn as you go. Like I said in this

6:48

graph right here, instead of being stuck

6:50

in analysis paralysis, you guys have to

6:52

learn as you're testing. So, sure, you

6:54

lost $250 on this product test. Boom.

6:56

Maybe here you learned, okay, um I'm not

6:59

going to test saturated products, right?

7:02

And then, okay, you spent another $300,

7:05

whatever. Maybe right here you learned,

7:07

okay, my offer and my website has to be

7:10

good. Like, I have to have good product

7:11

pictures, all that stuff. Okay, and then

7:13

you spent another thousand here and you

7:14

learned, okay, you know what? I'm going

7:16

to use Calo data for product test. This

7:18

is what's going to help me the most. If

7:20

you're just learning as you're going

7:22

rather than looking for these points,

7:24

these little pointers on YouTube, right?

7:26

If you're just spending all your time

7:28

looking to learn these things through

7:30

YouTube videos, you're never going to

7:31

actually learn yourself and learn what

7:33

actually works in real time. And that's

7:35

the problem with being stuck in analysis

7:36

process because drop shipping is all

7:38

speed. It's all being fast. If you're

7:41

not fast enough to winning product,

7:42

someone else is going is going to come

7:44

take it and win the auction on Facebook

7:46

ads. If you're not fast, you're never

7:48

going to find a winner cuz you're going

7:49

to potentially stumble upon a winner.

7:51

You're going to be like, "Oh, is this

7:53

good? Let me go see what Jordan Brown

7:55

has to say or whatever the [ __ ] his name

7:56

is. Jordan Bound." Like, if you guys get

7:59

stuck in analyzing, you're going to

8:01

spend couple days, even weeks, trying to

8:03

find the perfect way to do things. And

8:05

by the time you do that, I'm going to

8:07

come in and [ __ ] run that product and

8:08

make a million dollars with it. So

8:10

that's why it's really important to

8:11

learn as you go rather than being stuck

8:14

in the cycle of learning before you

8:16

actually start. I'm not saying it's bad

8:18

to, you know, do your due diligence,

8:19

learn from YouTubers like me and stuff,

8:21

but there's only so much learning you

8:22

can [ __ ] do. If you know what makes a

8:25

half decent product, you know how to

8:26

make a site, you know how to upload ads

8:28

and do media buying, you're good. All

8:30

that stuff should literally take like a

8:31

couple weeks of learning. You don't need

8:33

anything more than that. A lot of people

8:35

will get stuck on like, "Oh, but this

8:37

guy says to run ads this way, and this

8:39

guy says to run ads this way, but this

8:41

guy says this product research is

8:42

better." Bro, shut up. Find a product.

8:45

All these methods are all they all work

8:47

for different people. It doesn't [ __ ]

8:49

matter, okay? Try everything and learn

8:51

as you go. Next thing, losing trust in

8:53

yourself. This one's really, really big,

8:55

guys. Your mind is literally a program.

8:58

Let's say you have John, right? This guy

9:00

is a Hall of Famer. NGMI. NGMI is a term

9:04

that I love. It stands for not going to

9:05

make it. And these NGMIs, they are the

9:08

ones that have lost all trust in

9:10

themselves. They have mentally

9:12

masturbated themselves beyond a point of

9:14

no return. It's all mental masturbation.

9:16

This is where all this stems from. So

9:19

again, let's say we have John the NGMI.

9:21

Let's say on January 1st, right, 1-1,

9:24

he's like, I'm going to do ecom, right?

9:26

And he sets a goal for himself. He says,

9:29

"By tomorrow on 1-2,

9:32

I'm going to launch a store." Right?

9:34

That's his goal. He tells himself this.

9:37

But in reality, what does he do?

9:39

Nothing.

9:41

Nothing happens. And he's like, "You

9:42

know what? I'm tired. I don't want to

9:43

work today. I'm going to do it tomorrow.

9:46

Tomorrow comes, nothing. But but my

9:50

girlfriend asked to go on a date and my

9:51

friends wanted to hang out with me. I'm

9:53

going to do it tomorrow." 1-4 comes.

9:56

What do you expect? Nothing.

9:58

this guy is cooked. Okay, this is an

10:00

extreme example, but I'm just doing this

10:02

to illustrate the point. When you tell

10:04

yourself you're going to do something,

10:06

but you don't do it, you're going to

10:08

continue that pattern over and over

10:10

again. You can kind of see it with

10:11

everyday life with people working a job.

10:13

Your mind is literally a program. They

10:15

wake up, they go to work every day

10:16

consistently, show up 9 to5, come home,

10:18

make dinner, jerk off, go to sleep. It's

10:20

the same cycle. Their mind is used to

10:22

it. Every day they sleep, they know

10:24

they're going to wake up and work. It's

10:26

the same thing like John here. He told

10:27

himself he's going to launch a store. He

10:29

did nothing. And now his mind is

10:30

conditioned. Okay. When I tell myself

10:33

something, I'm never going to do it. So

10:34

what does he do when he does nothing on

10:37

the 2nd of January? He tells himself, he

10:39

mentally masturbates and he's like, "You

10:40

know what? The next day I'm going to do

10:42

it." The next day comes, he does nothing

10:44

and he mentally masturbates again. And

10:45

he's like, "Okay, you know what? On the

10:47

fourth, I'm going to do it. Fourth

10:48

comes, nothing." He conditions his mind

10:50

to believe that, "Hey, when I tell

10:52

myself something, I'm never going to do

10:54

it." And what happens? He'll get he'll

10:57

have no motivation. He'll be a [ __ ]

10:59

loser. And then the 3:00 a.m. motivation

11:01

hits and he's like, "I'm going to do

11:02

it." And he feels happy, but his mind

11:04

knows that deep down he's not going to

11:06

do it. And the next day comes, the

11:08

laziness kicks in. The comfort kicks in.

11:10

He's like, "You know what? I'm not going

11:10

to do it. You know what? I'm actually

11:12

going to do it tomorrow." And then he

11:13

feels happy at the idea of actually

11:15

doing something. And tomorrow comes and

11:17

nothing happens. You see the pattern,

11:18

guys? These people who lose trust in

11:21

themselves, they think to themselves,

11:22

"I'm going to do it." They get happy at

11:24

that thought, but they never actually do

11:26

something. And their mind is literally

11:27

trained to just think that they're going

11:29

to do something. They get dopamine from

11:30

that thought, and they just never do it.

11:32

And that cycle repeats over and over

11:33

again. And I'm really going to talk

11:35

about this for a while just so you guys

11:36

actually understand because it's so

11:37

important. Um, in a real life example of

11:40

what I see with people in my real life

11:41

that I try to put on to ecom, um, let's

11:44

just call him John. Again, I'm not going

11:45

to talk about this example cuz this is

11:47

kind of an extreme, but let's say

11:49

January 1st comes and he's like, I'm

11:51

going to start ecom today and by

11:53

tomorrow I'm going to have a store

11:55

launched. Tomorrow comes, what does he

11:57

do? He only finds the product and he's

12:00

like, okay, you know what? I'm going to

12:02

on tomorrow on the third I'm going to

12:04

launch the store. I found the product

12:05

and I'm going to launch the store. The

12:07

third comes, tomorrow comes. All he does

12:09

is he makes the website.

12:12

Okay. Okay. I made the website. I was

12:13

tired. [ __ ] Okay. tomorrow, no matter

12:14

what, I'm going to launch everything.

12:16

Tomorrow comes, all he does is make the

12:19

ads and then he ends up launching it on

12:21

the 5th. Sure, this isn't bad, right?

12:24

But the point is on the first he told

12:27

himself by the second he's going to

12:29

launch it. But what happened in reality?

12:31

He kept dragging it on and it took him 4

12:34

days to actually do what he said he was

12:36

going to do in one day. This is the

12:38

pattern I'm talking about. Sure, this

12:40

timeline isn't bad, but John mentally

12:43

masturbated himself and told him he's

12:44

going to do something and he didn't. And

12:46

this whole cycle is just going to repeat

12:48

because now his mind has lost all trust

12:50

in himself and his mind is programmed to

12:52

just delay everything that he says he's

12:54

going to do and he's never going to

12:56

succeed. That's why taking action is

12:58

super important. And I'm going to talk

13:00

more about how to fix this and reprogram

13:02

your mind later on in the video. Okay,

13:04

great Subie, you just yapped a [ __ ] ton.

13:06

How do I actually fix my cooked brain?

13:08

The answer is simple. Think logically.

13:11

Do not think emotionally. No emotions at

13:14

all. This graph honestly is really,

13:15

really [ __ ] good. And I want you guys

13:17

to pay attention to this right now

13:19

because you guys need to get used to

13:22

what is called the valley of

13:23

disappointment. So you see this line

13:25

right here? This is what you expect.

13:27

It's a linear line. Why is this what you

13:30

expect? School,

13:32

work. Think about it, right? In terms of

13:35

school, you start in elementary, right?

13:38

And from elementary or like preschool,

13:41

whatever, it's a straight linear lineup.

13:43

You have middle school, right? You have

13:47

high school, then you have college.

13:50

It's a straight linear lineup. You know,

13:53

you're going to go through first,

13:54

second, third, fourth, fifth grade,

13:55

you're going to be at middle school.

13:56

Then you're going to go through sixth,

13:57

7th, 8th grade. You know, you're going

13:59

to be at high school. And then after

14:00

high school, you know, you may or may

14:01

not be a college depending on what you

14:02

want to do. It's all a linear line. It's

14:04

predictable. Even within these like

14:07

branches of school, right? Let's say

14:08

you're in high school, you know, you

14:10

have a test this Friday, you know, if

14:11

you study for a couple hours a day, all

14:13

you have to do is regurgitate what you

14:14

studied and you'll do good. It's

14:16

predictable. You know what you have

14:18

coming. You have everything laid out for

14:20

you. Same thing with work, right? You

14:23

work every day. Let's say it's 9:00 a.m.

14:25

You work till 5:00 p.m. every day and

14:28

you make maybe what, like 500 bucks. 100

14:31

to 500 bucks. depending on what you do.

14:34

It's all predictable. You do what you're

14:36

told and you make that money. But

14:39

business is not like that. Society

14:41

trains you to just do what you're told

14:44

so that your whole expectations in life

14:46

is linear. If you do what you're told,

14:49

obviously you're going to get what you

14:50

expect, right? Because you're following

14:52

directions like you do in school and you

14:54

do in work. But in business, it's not

14:56

like that. You're not doing what

14:58

anybody's telling you to do. You're on

15:00

your own. So that's why this value of

15:02

disappointment exists because when you

15:04

go into business, you might apply the

15:06

same frameworks that you're taught in

15:07

school or work, right? To regurgitate,

15:09

to do what you're told, and you'll find

15:11

success. But in business, right, you're

15:13

on your own. So you're going to have so

15:15

many ups and downs. Kind of like what I

15:17

was talking about up here. Um, you're

15:19

going to have so many ups and downs

15:21

right here. It's not like a straight,

15:22

okay, I'm going to test three products

15:24

and I'm going to 100% succeed. No, it's

15:27

not that [ __ ] easy. Think logically,

15:29

guys. If it was that [ __ ] easy, why

15:31

is school and work so popular? Again,

15:33

I'm not [ __ ] on school or work, but

15:35

I'm just telling you if you want to

15:36

succeed in business, which is pro which

15:38

is probably why you're watching this

15:39

video. You guys have to realize that

15:40

school and work is making you to expect

15:42

things to be handed to you when in

15:44

reality it's not. So, you guys need to

15:46

use your brain and realize that in

15:48

business there's going to be so many ups

15:50

and downs and you can't predict it. And

15:52

once you get over that fear, right,

15:54

that's how you get over the fear of the

15:56

unknown, the fear of losing money.

15:58

That's literally how you get over it.

16:00

You realize that if you think logically,

16:03

right, school and work trains you to

16:05

think a certain way, but that's not how

16:07

business is. And once you realize that

16:09

is a brutal reality of life, it becomes

16:11

a lot easier to endure those losses.

16:13

When you lose the money here and you

16:15

lose more and more and you're like,

16:17

[ __ ] [ __ ] like why, like why is this

16:19

not working? You realize, okay, this is

16:21

all a part of the process. This is a

16:23

valley of disappointment. And

16:24

eventually, you're gonna make a [ __ ] ton

16:27

of money online. And you'll realize that

16:28

your starting point and your end point

16:30

are low and high. And you'll realize

16:33

that even though you had all these lows,

16:35

these ups and downs, your end result is

16:38

much higher than your starting point.

16:40

Same thing as with school, right? Sure,

16:42

at the start of elementary school, you

16:43

might be a [ __ ] noob, but when you go

16:45

to college, right, it's, you know,

16:46

you're smart, you're making money, you

16:48

have a degree and all this stuff, but

16:49

that journey was linear. The journey in

16:52

business here is not linear. But when

16:54

you do succeed for your first time,

16:56

you'll realize that at the end result,

16:58

you'll always be better than where you

17:00

were at the start. And that's why people

17:02

who have already succeeded realize this.

17:04

They're not scared to spend money.

17:05

They're not scared to take risks because

17:07

they realize that these ups and downs

17:09

are always going to exist. And as long

17:11

as you keep on trying and you keep on

17:13

learning, you're going to finish at a

17:15

higher point than when you started, no

17:17

matter what. But the problem is people

17:20

they'll stop. They'll stop right here.

17:22

They might stop right here. And they

17:24

won't ever get to the point where they

17:25

realize that no matter what you will

17:27

succeed as long as you keep on trying.

17:29

They think that business is like school

17:30

where within two months you have to

17:32

succeed otherwise it's over. No, it's

17:34

not like school. You don't have a test

17:37

coming this Friday that you can study

17:38

for and guarantee do good. You have

17:40

products to test and you never know when

17:42

you'll hit that winner. But if you keep

17:43

on trying and get through this valley of

17:45

disappointment, you will succeed. So

17:47

breaking through that barrier is what's

17:49

going to ultimately let you overcome

17:50

that fear. And again, that all just

17:52

comes from realizing that if it was that

17:54

easy, people wouldn't go to school or

17:55

work. People don't realize this, so they

17:57

just do what's easy for them mentally.

17:59

They just do what they're told in school

18:00

and jobs and stuff and never actually

18:02

break past it because they realize that

18:04

they can't handle the fear of the

18:05

uncertainty. But once you realize that

18:08

that uncertainty really doesn't [ __ ]

18:10

matter, like if you keep on trying, that

18:12

uncertainty will eventually result in

18:14

success. Once you realize that it's all

18:15

a mental game, you will be able to

18:17

succeed. Next, you need to find the

18:19

bigger reason for why you actually want

18:21

to work and make money and eventually

18:23

get rich. So, I think if your reason to

18:25

get rich is buying Lambos and [ __ ]

18:28

getting money and making millions of

18:29

dollars, that's not that's too surface

18:31

level. You need a bigger reason. And you

18:33

can see right here, 2024, when I first

18:35

started, I was like, you know what? Um,

18:37

I'm in school and I hate it. I can't

18:40

imagine living this lifestyle. I made

18:42

money doing YouTube videos back in 2022

18:44

because if you guys didn't know, I ran a

18:46

Valerant channel. Um, it having that

18:49

success originally at first and then

18:51

suddenly falling off and going to school

18:52

that made me hate my [ __ ] life. I was

18:54

miserable with my routine. I knew I

18:56

couldn't listen to other people. Even in

18:58

high school, right, I was a 4.8 GPA

18:59

student, but when I got to college and

19:01

the brutal reality hit me, I was like,

19:03

"Fuck, I can't listen to my teachers. I

19:04

can't do this. I've already experienced

19:06

making money online. I can't do it." So,

19:07

for me, it was misery. That's what was

19:10

my bigger reason. I was miserable with

19:12

my life and I hated everything. That

19:14

hate, that was my why. Instead of

19:17

surface level reasons like this, like,

19:18

oh yeah, I want to buy a super car. I

19:20

want to have a million dollars. You guys

19:22

have to think, okay, why do I want this?

19:24

Is it family? Is it your situation,

19:27

right? Like me where I was in college,

19:30

you know, what is your reason? You guys

19:31

need to figure out the emotion behind

19:32

why you want to get rich. And why is

19:34

that important? You may ask. Simple.

19:38

Let's say you are like, "Okay, I want to

19:39

get rich. I want to buy Lambo." And you

19:41

don't put any deeper thought behind it.

19:43

What's gonna happen is you're gonna have

19:45

John, right? The NGMI. He's gonna be

19:47

like, "Hey, bro. Let's go to the party

19:49

and get lit, bro." Or you might have

19:51

your GF who's like, "Let's go to the

19:53

movies." Um,

19:56

these things aren't bad, guys. But I'm

19:57

just telling you. And let's say these

20:00

guys, John or your girlfriend, whatever,

20:02

tells you, "Hey, come out. Come out.

20:03

Don't work." Blah, blah, blah. But you

20:05

have work that needs to be done. you're

20:06

a broke loser and you need to do work

20:08

and these guys come into your life

20:10

telling you, "No, no, no. Just come hang

20:11

out. Have fun. You're only young once."

20:14

If your reason is something so

20:15

superficial like buying a Lamborghini or

20:18

wanting to buy a big house with a

20:19

million dollars, those reasons are not

20:21

emotional enough for you to actually

20:24

say, "No, John, I'm not going to this

20:26

party." Or, "No, my girlfriend, I can't

20:28

watch movies today. We'll watch

20:30

tomorrow. I'm gonna do work instead."

20:32

If you have a surface level reason, your

20:34

emotion that you have, you you won't

20:36

feel that. You're just going to be like,

20:38

"Okay, you know what? Whatever. I don't

20:39

care. Like, I'm just going to do it

20:39

tomorrow." You're going to put it aside.

20:41

But when you have hatred, when you have

20:42

emotion towards your reason for getting

20:45

rich, you're going to see these moments

20:47

in your life when people are coming and

20:49

coming and asking you to hang out.

20:50

You're going to feel those emotions in

20:51

your heart and you'll be like, "No,

20:53

there's a reason why I want to get

20:54

rich." You're going to feel that hatred.

20:55

You're going to feel enraged and you're

20:56

going to be like, "No, John, I'm not

20:57

going. No, girlfriend. I'm not going."

20:59

So, you need to find like a deeper

21:02

reason. And I'll give you guys an honest

21:04

example of this. One of the students

21:05

that I had, um, I'm not going to name

21:07

drop, but his father passed away, God

21:09

forbid, and he told me, "I'm going to do

21:12

it for him." Imagine losing your [ __ ]

21:15

father and John comes to you and he's

21:17

like, "Hey, bro, let's get lit." Bro,

21:19

you have the most traumatic incident in

21:20

your life. You're going to want to

21:22

succeed and come out on top. You're

21:23

going to have so much emotion. and he

21:26

went and printed seven figures in the

21:28

next couple months and cut out all

21:30

distractions. That's why all the people

21:32

I see succeed around myself, even my my

21:34

own success, it all stems from hatred.

21:37

So, you guys really need to find a deep

21:39

reason for why you want to succeed

21:40

because that's going to make staying

21:42

disciplined a lot easier. And again, if

21:45

it's not apparent to you, maybe you are

21:46

someone who only wants Lambos and you

21:48

want money, think why. Think of the

21:50

freedom. Think about what's think about

21:52

why you actually want it. So every time

21:54

you have distractions in your life,

21:55

you're able to cut them out. Because if

21:57

you're just not actually serious about

21:59

getting rich and you're just like,

21:59

"Okay, I want to get rich quick scheme."

22:01

These distractions in your life are

22:03

going to consume your life and you're

22:04

never going to actually make progress.

22:06

Next thing, this is also really, really

22:08

good. Thinking of the end goal and not

22:09

the work in itself. So when you actually

22:13

cut out those distractions and you put

22:15

aside what's going to give you that

22:16

instant gratification, right? Cuz

22:18

hanging out John or hanging out with

22:19

your girlfriend, that's going to give

22:20

you that instant dopamine hit. When you

22:22

put that aside and you're like, "Fuck,

22:24

I'm going to sit on the computer. I'm

22:25

have to scroll through product research.

22:27

I'm going have to make a [ __ ]

22:28

website. I'm have to launch [ __ ]

22:30

ads." It sounds so brutal, right? Cuz

22:33

you have option one, right? Option one

22:36

is you get lit and you have a good time

22:38

and you get that insta. Option two,

22:43

you find a product, you make a store,

22:47

you make the ads, you launch your ads.

22:50

This seems really tedious. This seems

22:54

like a long journey. If I didn't even

22:57

tell you anything about your end goal

22:58

and I I told you you have two options.

23:01

You can either have fun or you can work

23:02

for 4 hours. If I told this to you

23:05

without ever mentioning what the work

23:06

was for, what anything was for, and I

23:09

just told you which one would you pick,

23:10

you'd probably pick this. But think

23:12

about what you're doing this work for.

23:14

You're doing this whatever for whatever

23:16

your end goal may be. I know I just said

23:18

um don't think about superficial things,

23:20

but for me um I've always wanted a

23:22

[ __ ] Lambo because I've been a car

23:23

guy. And these flashy things are

23:25

sometimes good to think about cuz they

23:26

give you that instant dopamine rush. And

23:29

for me, cars have always been big, like

23:31

I said, and I've always wanted a

23:32

Huracan. And it's kind of like a It's

23:35

kind of cool looking at this cuz like I

23:37

literally had a Huracan now. Um and this

23:40

is like my biggest goal. But anyways,

23:42

that aside, um I wanted to get rich cuz

23:45

one of the biggest reasons was to drive

23:46

cars and like experience Lambos and like

23:48

V10s, V12s and all that stuff. But um

23:51

anytime I thought of this work, right, I

23:54

didn't think about it as, oh [ __ ] I

23:55

have to do all this tedious work. What I

23:57

thought about it was I'm one step closer

23:59

to getting this [ __ ] Lambo. So,

24:01

anytime you say no to John or your

24:03

girlfriend or whatever this stuff to

24:04

work, right, you're going to instead of

24:06

thinking, "Okay, I have to do all these

24:08

things one by one, um, all these tedious

24:11

tasks," you're going to think, "Okay,

24:12

I'm going to get a [ __ ] Lambo." And

24:14

you're literally going to envision

24:15

yourself whipping that [ __ ] And you

24:18

guys need to speak this [ __ ] into

24:19

existence. Cuz when you think about this

24:21

stuff, think about your end goal 24/7,

24:23

all this work doesn't feel tedious

24:25

anymore cuz you're thinking, "Fuck, I'm

24:26

one step closer. I'm one step closer."

24:28

And the more you do this, the easier it

24:30

is because once you get a taste of this,

24:32

once you get a taste of like thinking

24:34

about that end goal and actually doing

24:35

the work and you experience that high of

24:37

achieving that goal, you'll realize that

24:39

anything you speak into existence paired

24:41

with work is inevitable. Like you're

24:43

going to achieve it. That's why it's

24:45

really important to just approach the

24:47

work with, okay, I'm not just making a

24:49

store. I'm not just finding products.

24:51

I'm ultimately achieving my end goal.

24:53

I'm ultimately achieving my end life.

24:55

And you're going to be thinking about

24:56

this [ __ ] as you're working. Let's say

24:58

you're making a pro. Let's say you're

24:59

making a product list and you're making

25:00

the store and at this point you're like,

25:02

"Fuck, I want to give up. This is too

25:03

much work." I want you to think about

25:05

the end goal and envision your [ __ ]

25:06

life and realize that you're working

25:08

towards that end goal as we speak. And

25:10

all these individual steps are going to

25:12

get you there. When you think about it

25:14

as you're working, it's a lot easier and

25:16

it's not as tedious. And this has been

25:18

such a game changer for me even now to

25:20

just get my work done even when I don't

25:22

want to do it. Don't think of it as

25:24

work. Think of it as achieving your

25:26

dream life and picture it in your head.

25:28

Next, very important, start with the

25:29

small wins to build trust in yourself.

25:31

Like we talked about up here, your mind

25:33

is a program, right? John programmed

25:35

himself to think that every time he does

25:37

something, he's going to fail. So, he

25:38

ends up never actually doing anything

25:39

and he gives up. So, how do you actually

25:41

not be like John? How do you actually

25:43

reset and reprogram your mind?

25:46

What you need to do is start with small

25:48

wins. So, like I said, right, we have

25:50

John who wanted to start ecom, right?

25:53

And he ultimately jerked off for a week

25:56

and did nothing. And he kept telling

25:58

himself every day, I'm going to do

25:59

something. I'm going to do something.

26:00

And he eventually put it off. And now

26:02

it's been a week and he's done nothing.

26:03

His mind is utterly destroyed. Instead,

26:06

what he needs to do is learn to build

26:07

that trust again. He told himself he's

26:10

going to launch a store and he never

26:11

did. So instead of telling himself

26:12

you're going to launch a store, you're

26:13

going to start easier. So what John

26:15

should do is on day one where he said

26:18

he's going to start ecom, he should just

26:20

find products. Build a list of products.

26:22

That's what he should tell himself to

26:23

do. If your mind is [ __ ] the first

26:26

thing to do to overcome it is to realize

26:28

it's [ __ ] and to realize you're weak.

26:30

When you do that, you realize that,

26:32

okay, I have to start smaller. Rather

26:33

than telling myself, I'm going to build

26:34

a store and launch everything in the

26:36

first day, tell yourself you're going to

26:38

do one step at a time. So, day one, John

26:40

is going to tell himself he's going to

26:41

build a list of products. He does that.

26:43

Good. Day two, he tells himself he's

26:45

going to make the store, and that's it.

26:47

Done. Day three, he tells himself he's

26:50

going to make the ads. Done.

26:52

Day four comes, he does the launch and

26:55

boom, he's done. Does this look familiar

26:58

to you guys?

27:02

Right here. Right, John did the exact

27:05

same thing, but he lost trust in

27:07

himself. You might be wondering why.

27:09

Because even though he did those exact

27:11

same steps that I just told you to do,

27:13

the problem is he told himself he's

27:15

going to launch it within one day. But

27:18

the difference is within here he told

27:20

himself he's going to launch within four

27:22

days and he did it. He did what he said

27:25

what he was going to do even though it's

27:26

a little bit slow and you can do all

27:28

these things in one day. He started

27:30

small and he told himself by the 4th by

27:33

January 4th I'm going to launch a store

27:35

and he did it.

27:38

Whereas John here, he told himself by

27:41

January 2nd he's going to launch, but he

27:43

ended up pushing it off and delaying it

27:45

for three additional days and he ended

27:46

up doing it on the fifth. It's not about

27:49

how much work you do. It's about trust

27:51

being built based on what you say you're

27:53

going to do. So if your mind is [ __ ]

27:55

your first step is to realize it's

27:57

[ __ ] and start small. Sure, like I

27:59

said, you could do all this within one

28:00

day, but that doesn't matter. That's not

28:03

what important.

28:05

What's important is you tell yourself

28:07

something you can do and you do it. And

28:09

if your mind is [ __ ] start small. Be

28:11

realistic. Let's say you successfully do

28:13

this. Now, instead of being gigafucked,

28:16

your mind is just a little bit [ __ ]

28:17

because you've done this. You've done

28:18

these smaller wins. Now, you have a

28:20

little bit of trust. Then, what John

28:22

should do next is move a little quicker.

28:24

Okay. One-1, I'm going to finalize a

28:27

product. That's what he does. He does

28:30

it. One-2, I'm going to have store and

28:33

ads done. Boom. He does it 1-3. January

28:37

3rd, he launches. Now, he started off

28:40

small, right? Right here. He started off

28:42

small and now he's able to set bigger

28:45

tasks. He's able to move quicker. And

28:47

that's cuz he's built a little bit more

28:49

trust by starting with small wins. And

28:51

eventually, he'll get to a point where

28:52

he can just launch a store in a day. I

28:54

hope you guys see what I'm saying here.

28:56

If your mind is [ __ ] and you lost that

28:58

trust in yourself, you guys need to

28:59

start with small wins. Like giving you a

29:01

more general example in school when you

29:03

tell yourself I'm going to do my

29:04

homework tonight and you don't do it and

29:05

you end up procrastinating over and over

29:07

again. Your teachers have probably told

29:09

you that like once you start

29:10

procrastinating it's hard to stop. It's

29:11

the same thing here. When you say you're

29:13

going to do your homework and you don't,

29:14

it's the same as saying you're going to

29:16

launch a store and you don't. That's why

29:17

I said it's important to start small.

29:19

And if you guys are at a point where you

29:21

can't even do this, then think of

29:23

something even smaller. It's not

29:24

something to be ashamed of, but just

29:26

realize what your mind is capable of and

29:29

be realistic and set those goals and get

29:30

them done. Don't just set huge goals off

29:33

the rip because your mind is not going

29:34

to have trust. Start small. Set these

29:37

small goals. Build the trust and

29:39

eventually you'll be at a point where

29:41

you can speak everything you say into

29:43

existence. Next, surround yourself with

29:45

winners. This is super important. Your

29:48

environment is your net worth. Your

29:49

environment is so [ __ ] important. And

29:51

I had to learn this the hard way in

29:52

college. There's a saying, right? If a

29:54

million if a millionaire hangs out with

29:56

a bunch of brokies, he's going to be a

29:58

brokie. If a brokie hangs around with a

30:00

bunch of millionaires, he's going to be

30:01

a millionaire. So, when I was in

30:03

college, all my friends, they smoke,

30:04

they drink, they partied every weekend,

30:05

they racked up their body cam, they're

30:06

doing stupid [ __ ] I cut them off. And

30:10

when I started my ecom journey, I was

30:11

like, you know what, bro? I'm just going

30:13

to lock in. And I didn't at that time, I

30:15

didn't really have any winners around

30:16

me, but I was like, you know what?

30:18

Rather than surrounding myself with

30:20

winners, at the bare minimum, what I can

30:21

do is just cut them off. And that itself

30:24

improved my environment. It made my it

30:25

made my environment way better. And what

30:27

that did for me was it cut out all

30:29

distractions. You know, at that time,

30:31

obviously, your discipline, a lot of you

30:33

guys, your discipline isn't going to be

30:34

perfect. So, you need to make life

30:36

easier for you. You need to surround

30:37

yourself with people that are good for

30:38

you. If you can't, you need to cut them

30:40

off. That's even more important,

30:41

honestly, than surrounding yourself with

30:42

winners. You need to cut off all

30:44

distractions because, like I said, your

30:47

environment is your net worth. And if

30:48

you have people who are going to

30:49

distract you, you know, on days where

30:51

you're like, "Fuck, like, I'm so tired.

30:53

I don't want to do the work." They're

30:54

going to come in and set you astray from

30:56

your goals. So instead, you cut them off

30:59

and you surround yourself with winners.

31:00

So ideally, right, if you have people

31:01

around you who are doing good things,

31:03

working on their businesses, surround

31:05

yourself with them. If you don't have

31:06

them, you know, maybe you can join

31:08

Discords, network with ecom people,

31:10

maybe you can just listen to podcasts

31:12

while you're working where you're

31:13

hearing about people sharing their

31:14

successes. That could be surrounding

31:16

yourself with winners. It doesn't

31:17

necessarily have to be physical. You can

31:19

surround yourself online, like I said,

31:20

through Discords, listening to podcasts,

31:22

listening to people's stories about how

31:23

they succeeded. It's important you pair

31:26

those things with work. Think about it,

31:27

right? Let's say you're demotivated one

31:29

day and you listen to a podcast or you

31:30

hear stories of people succeeding or you

31:32

see a Discord community where people are

31:34

sharing their wins. You're going to feel

31:35

that fuel like, "Fuck, these guys are

31:37

winning. Why can't I?" That's why your

31:39

environment is so important. But like I

31:40

said earlier, if your environment is

31:42

[ __ ] and you're demotivated, you're just

31:44

going to fall into that. The human mind

31:46

loves temptations. Think about why

31:47

people love to eat donuts and all this

31:49

[ __ ] They love instant gratification.

31:51

Sitting and making a store for five

31:52

hours is not instant gratification.

31:54

That's delayed gratification. Instant

31:56

gratification is going out drinking,

31:58

eating junk food, and like hanging out

31:59

with your friends. That's why it's

32:00

important that you don't give in to

32:01

those instant gratifications that are

32:03

caused by your environment. Instead, you

32:05

surround yourself with winners and learn

32:07

how to practice delayed gratification.

32:09

Literally, these are a couple of my

32:11

students I taught um ecom within two

32:14

months, right? Just by being around me,

32:16

surrounding themselves with winners.

32:18

This guy did 300K in the first two

32:21

months of starting his ecom journey.

32:22

This guy literally sent me his product

32:23

list and then two months later of just

32:25

calling me and like talking to me. 300K.

32:28

Same thing here. A month later, this guy

32:29

hit his first 6K day. This is why it's

32:32

super important to surround yourself

32:33

with winners and be around with people

32:35

who are succeeding because it'll rub off

32:37

on you subconsciously. And you'll be

32:39

able to work 20 times harder than

32:41

surrounding yourself with [ __ ]

32:42

losers. If you surround yourself with

32:44

people like this, bro, like I said,

32:45

they're just going to distract you.

32:46

You're going to fall into temptations.

32:48

And it's so important that you guys have

32:50

people who push you to be better every

32:52

[ __ ] day. The last thing you guys

32:54

have to gify your life. This is super

32:56

important. And you guys probably have

32:57

seen my video talking about like if

33:00

you've played video games, you're going

33:01

to be rich. I think that was the title.

33:02

But if you guys played, if you guys have

33:04

played games, you'll understand what I'm

33:05

saying. If you don't, pay attention to

33:07

this. So, this is Valerant. Um, I don't

33:09

know if you guys play Valerant. You guys

33:10

might have played League of Legends,

33:11

COD, or any of that [ __ ] But we all are

33:13

familiar with ranking systems, right? In

33:16

video games, people get addicted because

33:19

they grind deathmatch and they get that

33:20

dopamine rush of ranking up. If you told

33:23

someone that, hey, I sit and I jerk off

33:26

on my keyboard pressing WD and moving my

33:29

mouse for hours on end a day with no

33:32

result, they're going to be like, what

33:33

the [ __ ] Like, why are you just on your

33:34

keyboard and mouse all day? But the

33:36

reason be is because for that brief

33:38

moment where you rank up from silver to

33:40

bronze, from bronze to silver, yada

33:43

yada, back and forth, whatever. Um, when

33:45

you do that over and over again, that

33:46

dopamine rush you get from those endless

33:48

pointless hours of grinding death

33:50

matches and ranked, the dopamine rush

33:52

you get from ranking up, right? That is

33:54

everything to us. So, looking at it

33:56

outside of like a video game

33:57

perspective, like business is literally

33:59

the same thing. So, let's say silver and

34:01

bronze, right? That's going to be like

34:02

three figures in revenue, like 100,

34:04

$200, $400 in revenue. And let's say

34:08

silver and gold is four figures in

34:10

revenue, so like couple thousand. And

34:12

then Platinum Diamond is six figures in

34:15

revenue. And then Ascendant and Immortal

34:18

is seven figures in revenue. And then

34:21

the Big Radiant is eight figures in

34:23

revenue. If you look at all these goals

34:26

with ecom as ranks, all the grinding is

34:29

literally the same [ __ ] thing as you

34:31

would in a video game. Like I said, in a

34:33

video game, you're deathmatching,

34:35

killing people for no [ __ ] reason.

34:37

Like, what gain do you actually have?

34:39

But we did it because we loved the

34:40

thrill of ranking up the same way. From

34:43

literally zero figures, like unranked to

34:46

to three figures, you're testing

34:48

products. Same thing here. You're

34:49

testing products. And then from here,

34:51

you're scaling. Scaling. Scaling even

34:54

harder. It's the same work. And that

34:56

dopamine rush you'd get from ranking up,

34:58

right? It's the same thing. From zero to

35:00

three figures, you rank up. From three

35:02

to four, you rank up. From four to six,

35:03

you rank up. From six to seven, you rank

35:04

up. So on and so forth. It's the same

35:08

[ __ ] thing. So learning to actually

35:09

chase that dopamine rush of money rather

35:11

than [ __ ] symbols on a screen is so

35:14

much better because once you get a taste

35:16

of it and you actually realize that it's

35:18

the same thing as a video game, you'll

35:19

get so addicted to making money because

35:21

rather than having pixels on your

35:23

screen, you have money you can actually

35:25

go out and spend and experience new

35:27

things and actually enjoy your [ __ ]

35:28

life. That's why people say making your

35:30

first 100K is way harder than going from

35:33

100K to a million. Because once you're

35:36

at 100K, you already realize like, okay,

35:39

to reach 100K, you had to go through the

35:41

grind. And going through that grind, you

35:42

got the dopamine rushes of actually

35:44

ranking up in terms of money and like

35:46

you learned so many of these mental

35:47

things that I'm talking about that

35:49

you're able to put in so much more work

35:51

to hit that million. This zero to 100k

35:54

is honestly all mental and learning how

35:56

to actually develop discipline, learning

35:58

how to enjoy the grind, learning how to

35:59

kind of gify your life. And once you

36:02

successfully do that and you make that

36:03

100k, it's so much easier to just ride

36:06

that momentum and make even more [ __ ]

36:08

money. And that's why it's so easy for

36:09

people. That's why people say the rich

36:11

get richer and the poor get poor. And if

36:13

you guys, like I said, if you guys don't

36:15

really understand gamifying your life,

36:16

like you can look at it outside of video

36:18

games, like in school, you study, you do

36:19

good on a test, you get a dopamine rush.

36:21

the same way. You test products, you

36:24

learn, you make more and more money, you

36:25

get that same dopamine rush, and it's

36:27

the same [ __ ] thing. So, look at each

36:30

kind of stage of your ecom journey as a

36:32

rank, as an achievement. You know, you

36:34

don't necessarily have to look at it as,

36:35

oh, zero and a million dollars. You can

36:37

look at it as, okay, there's ranks that

36:38

lead up to that million, four figures,

36:40

five figures, six figures, whatever.

36:42

There's ranks that are in between. When

36:44

you set small goals on your journey to

36:46

your ultimate end goal, it becomes a lot

36:47

more easier because you feel more

36:49

rewarded. So, it's really important to

36:51

gify your life and just view life as a

36:54

grind and view it as ranking up. So,

36:56

that's kind of exactly how I beat the

36:58

mental game of drop shipping. And a lot

37:00

of people ask how the [ __ ] I succeeded

37:01

so quickly because look, 2023, it's not

37:05

even 2026 and I've achieved this much.

37:07

And I'm not flaunting, but I'm just

37:08

telling you, I've learned these things

37:09

very fast on my own. And it's it's

37:13

what's honestly allowed me to succeed.

37:14

It wasn't getting lucky. It wasn't just

37:17

endlessly and pointlessly grinding. It

37:19

was grinding but also learning how to

37:21

mentally approach the grind. And that

37:22

made it so much more enjoyable which

37:24

ultimately increased my work output. So

37:26

to kind of summarize everything, right,

37:29

fear kills momentum, right? When you're

37:31

scared of losing money, when you're

37:32

scared of the unknown, you're eventually

37:34

going to stop and you're going to give

37:36

up. But it's really important to realize

37:37

that this fear is irrational and that

37:40

school and work and all this stuff

37:42

basically trains you to be afraid of the

37:44

unknown. But once you realize that, hey,

37:47

life is not easy. If business was this

37:49

easy, everyone would be doing it. Once

37:50

you realize that, you know, hey, the

37:53

money I'm losing right now, the effort

37:54

I'm doing right now is nothing compared

37:56

to the end goal, you'll realize that the

37:58

fear is nothing. You'll realize the fear

38:00

is so irrational. Because like I said,

38:03

once you go past this phase and you make

38:05

this money, this money is so much

38:07

greater than whatever you lost to get

38:09

there. I promise you that. So this fear

38:11

is all irrational. Don't be scared of

38:12

the unknown. The money you have to make

38:15

is so much higher than the money you'll

38:16

lose to get there. Next, analysis

38:19

process. Again, get over that fear. Take

38:22

action. Learn as you go. Learn that drop

38:24

shipping is all speed. And get over this

38:26

[ __ ] It's all stemming from the fear of

38:28

losing money. It's all stemming from the

38:30

fear of doing things wrong. I promise

38:31

you, if you just get over that fear and

38:33

learn to learn as you go, you will reach

38:35

your goals so much faster.

38:38

Again, losing trust in yourself. This is

38:40

the biggest reason you guys should take

38:41

from this video. Set goals. Stop saying

38:44

you're going to do it tomorrow. If you

38:46

are saying you're going to do it

38:46

tomorrow, rather than saying I'm going

38:48

to do it tomorrow, say, "Hey, I'm gonna

38:50

do one small thing today and then

38:52

tomorrow I'll do another small thing and

38:54

then the day after I'll do another small

38:56

thing." Rather than like saying you're

38:58

going to do all of it at once tomorrow.

39:00

Slowly break it up in chunks and build

39:01

that trust in yourself and eventually

39:04

you will get to a point where you have

39:05

the ability to speak anything you want

39:07

to existence. And this is the biggest

39:09

reason honestly of why I got success so

39:11

quickly. I built trust in myself and I

39:13

spoke that [ __ ] into existence. The

39:15

problem is people will speak [ __ ] but

39:16

they won't bring it to existence and

39:18

their mind will just continuously just

39:20

mentally masturbate over and over. Guys,

39:22

your mind is a [ __ ] program. And I

39:24

want you guys to realize that you need

39:26

to set realistic goals and make it

39:28

happen. And over time, those goals will

39:30

get bigger and bigger and you will make

39:31

it happen. Hold me to it, bro. So, yeah.

39:33

Honestly, I'm done kind of yapping. This

39:35

whole video was unscripted. Promise you

39:37

guys, you probably heard the [ __ ]

39:38

passion in my voice. This is not no

39:40

grifting. This I'm not trying to even

39:42

mentally masturbate you guys. I'm just

39:44

giving you the honest truth of what's

39:45

worked for me. And I hope this all made

39:47

sense for you. I know I was rambling a

39:48

lot, but literally guys, this video is

39:50

from the heart. So, please take what I

39:53

said, put action. Don't set unrealistic

39:56

goals, but start with small goals and

39:58

eventually build up to that unrealistic

40:00

goal and just be better every day.

40:01

Surround yourself with a good group of

40:03

people. Realize that, you know, school

40:05

and work is good, but it's training you

40:07

to think a certain way. You can't

40:08

approach that way with business. So,

40:11

that's pretty much it, guys. Um, again,

40:13

as always, there's a one-on-one

40:14

mentorship down below if you guys want

40:15

to work with me. If not, it's all good.

40:18

But literally, guys, my channel has more

40:20

than enough you need to succeed. This

40:22

video along with everything else is more

40:24

than enough to print online. So, shut

40:25

the [ __ ] up. Stop being in this analysis

40:27

paralysis cycle and take action.

Interactive Summary

The video addresses the crucial role of mentality in achieving success in drop shipping, which the speaker claims is the easiest way to make a first million online. Drawing from his personal journey from near-poverty to multi-million dollar success, he identifies key mental barriers: fear of loss, analysis paralysis, and a loss of self-trust due to procrastination. He then offers solutions, advising viewers to think logically rather than emotionally, understand that business growth is not linear like school or work but involves a "valley of disappointment," and to find a deep, emotional "why" to fuel their efforts beyond superficial goals. Other strategies include envisioning the end goal to make daily tasks feel like progress, building self-trust through small, achievable wins, surrounding oneself with successful people (even online), and "gamifying" life by treating financial milestones as ranks in a video game to leverage dopamine-driven motivation. Ultimately, he stresses the importance of taking action, setting realistic goals, and continuously learning to overcome mental hurdles.
