This BROKEN New Item Changes "Crafting" in Path of Exile 2 FOREVER ... | Orb of Sacrifice POE2
356 segments
Hey guys, it's me, Eudi Game here. In
this video, we're going to be talking
about the new Orb of Sacrifice,
everything that you need to know and
could potentially ask. But first of all,
I always like to start off with a
teaser. Why should you even watch this
video? What do these tiny orbs actually
do and do they actually make a
difference? If you look at an item like
this,
um minion skills plus four because of
the minion skill modifier, and then you
have the extra two level of all skills
in the corrupted line, which is made
possible only with the Orb of
Sacrifices. You get some crazy stuff
like this, which is um equivalent of a
six minion skills, which might cost
hundreds and hundreds of divines in the
market. You might be finding something
with like a level one all skills and
using this basically gives you a very
cheap way of getting six minion skills,
rather than having to like sanctify it
and slowly tapping the quality up to 50
and stuff. So, very, very huge changes
in end-game crafting as well as in new
league environments early game crafting.
By the end of this video, I'll be
sharing with you everything that you
potentially could ask. Um if I can't
answer everything, do leave a comment
below and I'll be happy to follow up and
research on your question, too. So,
let's start things first off
step-by-step. Um what [clears throat]
are the four different types? There are
four of them, each one to do a specific
task. So, one is for amulets, rings, or
belts, your accessories.
I generally don't remember the names of
like Kamasa or what does what. I'll
share with you a quick tip later on as
well. Um Yul Mek does your weapons and
quivers.
The next one here does rare jewels, the
Yugool, and Kopek does rare armors.
Honestly, I have no idea what does what.
I just search Orb of Sacrifice on the
trade site because as of time of
recording, you cannot find it in the
currency exchange. So, if you type like
Orb of Sacrifice or just Sacrifice, you
will see it's not available yet in the
UI. It will likely maybe come in 0.6 or
whenever they do a big patch because
it's super super new now in 0.54 but you
can buy it from the trade site roughly
going about four chaos as of time
recording in the current league which is
about 40% of a divine orb. So, they are
really really good. Why? It's because
what they do is they enhance modifiers.
So, normally you would have this at a
plus one level for all skills. By using
this, it removes a random line. So, even
though it's a corrupted item, normally
it can't be touched. It removes a random
line and improves a corrupted line. A
lot of questions now that is popping up
in your head. Um let's take it slow.
Let's start things first off with before
getting even into the crafting process.
How do you get these orbs in the first
place? Now that we teased a little bit.
To get this, you have to run the Vaal
Temple, defeat the final boss. The queen
drops one of these like four types of
variants. I generally just search orbs
of orb of sacrifice and just like click
through all four. If you have really
good name recognition to exactly know
which item goes for what category
whether it's a armor or what create by I
personally can't remember it. The next
thing of course is when you are using
one of these uh for example like orb of
sacrifices on your accessories, you
cannot choose which line is the one that
stays which is the light one the line
that goes. It's totally random. So, it's
a bit of RNG which makes end game
crafting really really even more fun and
totally RNG gamble based as well. But
one thing you can do is to fracture
lines. So, a fractured line would never
be erased by this orb of sacrifice. So,
it
kind of like sacrifices one modifier
line to enhance the corrupted line as
well. So, let's take a look at some
examples, shall we? So, for example, we
have a spirit head like this. Typically,
if you I hold my alt key, you can see
here the spirit line is 20 to 30. So,
I'm going to pin this as well. It's a
nice minion hat that we have with a bit
of spirit line. So, what I'm going to be
doing is I'm going to be using this rare
armor one and we're going to try to
enhance it. So, you can see it's
basically a guaranteed line. You are I'm
more or less guaranteed to get that that
line on top over there. So, this line
here will always be increased. It won't
boom and destroy unlike like the
architect's orb which double corrupts an
item. This one doesn't boom your items.
It just eats a line and and answers. So,
I could be like super unlucky and get
rid of that minion skills line, but
thankfully I didn't. So, this might have
some sort of value as well. So, now that
I have something like this here, um you
can do a lot of other stuff with your
heads as well. For example, you can find
good high spirit ones which give you
like decent energy shield. If you can
find on the market, you can craft it.
You can give yourself a good alternative
high spirit build. So, otherwise this 50
spirit will have normally be found in
your amulets. This is more or less like
guaranteed as long as you can find a
specific corrupted line as well. Um a
quick tip that I have for you guys
navigating the trade site is um if you
search to spirit, the category is under
enhance. So, it's considered an chant
line rather than like the desecrated
line, fractured line and all those stuff
that you know the selection and um if
you use trade site enough, you will be
able to understand that as well.
But otherwise, if it's flying over your
head, don't worry about it. Just a bit
of uh searching tips. So, next up we
have is the jewel item as well. So, you
can get really interesting ones. I
wanted to have a bit of variety of um
corrupted cases because something like
this like corrupted blood um spirit
naturally doubles or like a lot of the
resistance line doubles as well. So,
it's quite intuitive, but I wanted to
mix up the
examples we have to make it more
interesting for you guys that you
otherwise don't want to spend your
resources to tap. Uh and if you found
this video insightful so far, give me a
thumbs up as well
if you like this way of sharing things.
So, let's just
um pin this over here as well. This is
the before stage and we are going to use
uh corruption enhancement on this and it
turns into chaos res. So, you can see
here corrupted blood is gone and it's
replaced with chaos res. Now, um for on
jewels especially, I realized that a lot
of the lines, for example, I have
another one over here.
It's also chaos res. Anything that is
like fan fancy like um you can't be
hindered or corrupted blood, from what I
notice, tends to move into chaos
resistance, a very high roll. Usually,
it's like 4% or maybe even less, around
there, if it's just like a very low
tier. But, 12% is actually a pretty high
roll in chaos res for the most part um
using this method. So, you can see here
very very healthy amounts of chaos res
from this method already. And, of
course, it eats one line. Um out of all
of the four ops of sacrifices, the
cheapest is jewels because um jewels
only have four lines and eating away one
line usually is quite a huge cost.
Um uh it's a lot of cost, but you can
see here I have a five-line one,
a four-line one even after doing that
strategy. I share with you guys more in
future videos how to like make money
with all these strategies and guides on
the channel. So, stay tuned if you're
interested and subscribe as well if
you're interested in more of these like
crafting um
tidbits as well that I have for you
guys. So, that's for the jewels that we
have, an interesting one. Um moving on,
I'll do the um
amulets, rings, and belts last cuz I
find those are the most interesting.
Let's talk about weapons now. I bought
just a random weapon over here.
And, to stack on top of it as we are
learning, I don't just want to give you
like the same boring thing copy pasta
three times. Uh I want to give you a
different combination. So, now we have
here two different lines. The
question that you naturally will have is
when you twice corrupt an item and you
manage to get something like this, two
lines. What happens if you use this Orb
of Sacrifice on your weapon? What then
becomes of it? Does both line get
enhanced or do you do it step by step?
What exactly is going on? So, first
let's just tap once. You can see here,
first it eats one line. In this case, it
removes the attribute requirements. And
what do you notice is the top line here
increased. It massively increased. So,
it went up by like
I guess basically a couple of tiers,
like 50 plus cold damage. So, it's quite
massive on a weapon especially. So, it
might push for a very very end game end
game class. Imagine this was like
lightning damage or something like that
or crit damage. So, it could be really
really very solid.
We'll take it again and we smash it in
again. You can see now we take away
another line and the second line gets
enhanced. In this case, it more or less
double in value. You can see here the
attack speed double, but your primary
line here more than double. I would say
like it quadruple in fact. So, if you
have a damage line, using this orb might
be quite good as well. But again,
weapons are very tricky because the
prefixes are so strong and the suffixes
are also so solid. So, maybe weapons
Excuse me, one of the hardest ones to
choose. Maybe the quivers will be a lot
more valuable to use this item on
instead
or unless you are you are not using like
quarter staffs and stuff where you need
all six lines very very importantly. So,
that's the weapons.
And to do it step by step to use it.
Now, next up we have one is I have here
a combination of the architect orb as
well. So, some of you might be
wondering, since you can actually
corrupt and improve both lines and you
eat it eat two lines off to look
something like this.
Can you still modify the item after you
have done certain things? So, in this
case, I have good items here, pretty
valuable ones for rings especially. I
think these are quite interesting, like
a crit damage bonus ring here as well as
a damage percentage ring here which is
really very nice. I have personally one
of my own that I did
already a nice skill speed ring over
here. This is an alternative, but you
can get some crazy stuff here like 60%
damage ring on
for your builds as well. So, it's really
really insane.
And we're going to I'm going to show you
real quick. So, if I use the Orb of
Sacrifice here and we slap Okay, let me
just pin it real quick.
So,
what happens is this number here that
doubles in value. So, you can see it
doubles in terms of the tier but doesn't
mean if it's 30 starting it will end up
60. It's It's still a RNG. You could get
a low roll 40 plus as well. So, it's not
like for like for what we have before
I've noticed so far. And it eats one
line. Unfortunately or fortunately
maybe, it ate a tier eight cold damage
and the lightning damage remains. So, we
still got really really good value. We
got a lot of nice lines here as well.
So, this is a still a pretty solid one.
Personally for me, I use lightning so
I'll be definitely be replacing my ring
with this one with massive damage
bonuses that you can get here. Good
amounts of rarity so it's already a step
up from the ring that I'm currently
using which I just gives rage so I don't
really need
too much of that right now. And crit
damage here as you can see, I can slap
this on and it increases by a massive
amount. So, you saw that it was a 17%
and it went up to all the way like 48%.
The range doubles as well. So, huge
amount of crit damage bonus that you can
get. Here,
the the stuff is also decent. I have a
bit of mana. I have a bit of
skill speed rarity. I have some of these
as well.
The more important part that some of you
might be wondering is Oh, EOD, can you
still like
double corrupt the item? You can see
here Okay, this one is double corrupted
already, but let's do something like
this hat over here. Once you have um
used that strategy of removing one line,
you can actually still double corrupt
the item. In this case, my experience
had boom, which is very sad, but that's
more of a double corruption problem
rather than this Orb of Sacrifices
problem. And with this Orb of
Sacrifices, you can actually get quite
crazy stuff. Like my boots here with
massive amounts of cold res, um my belt
here with like huge amounts of life,
cold resistances, double rare um lines
in the corrupted line as well, super
nice. As long as you you have the RNG of
removing one line or two lines, I
generally find you actually turns out
pretty well. And that's a pretty good
summary of what you need to know so far.
Hopefully, you get lucky in your stuff,
and we'll be sharing more guides on the
channel as well how to use this to
assist your crafting in new league
environments cuz to be honest, we're in
a late league environment right now.
We're doing more experimenting than
turning profit, and you will see in this
channel I'll be having tons of more of
this content for you shortly. And see
you guys in next video.

The video provides a comprehensive guide on using the Orb of Sacrifice in the game. Eudi Game explains that the orb allows players to sacrifice a random line on a corrupted item to significantly enhance another corrupted modifier. The guide covers the four types of orbs for different equipment (accessories, weapons, jewels, and armor), how to obtain them from the Vaal Temple boss, and demonstrates the crafting process with practical examples on various items. It highlights the potential for massive stat increases while noting the risks involved due to the random nature of which line is removed.
