I'm going to be setting up three open-claw agents that are

going to be 24-7 Autonomous agents working for bridge mind.

Here is a quick look at my open-claw setup as you can see

here I just have a desk over on the other side of my office

Which has three Mac minis and three open-claw bots

completely configured open-claw has completely taken the

internet by storm Most recently open AI just purchased open

-claw and Peter Steinberger just joined open AI so a lot's

going on and a lot of people on the internet are like

really hyping this up and what I want to do is I want to

provide you guys with a genuine authentic journey with open

claw because there's a lot of different things about open

claw that I find interesting that give me personally a

Different feel of like okay.

This AI agent is much different than your chat GBT or your

cloud code This is definitely something that you want to

stay up to date with Alright,

so the first thing that I want to show you guys is the

discord server that I have set up for my open-claw agents

So you can see this is a server called bridge mind agents

and you can see Dario Elon and Sam over here They're all

wearing their bridge mind hoodies and they are ready to go

So I've set this off off-camera because it's actually a

pretty simple setup But discord is kind of the way to go if

you're looking for this if you have multiple agents and you

want them to end up Collaborating in the long run.

I think that discord is a great way to do that And to be

able to just open up one server and be able to have access

to all the agents rather than like Accessing like telegram

and whatnot So I think that discord is the best way to go

for setting these up And what I want to do in this video is

I actually want to set these up with you guys And what

you're seeing here is the three core elements of an open

-claw agent the soul Identity and then the user md file

which is a little bit about me and this is what makes me

realize that this is a different Level of agent than what

we've been working with previously because this you're

giving your agent a personality You're giving it a face and

you're telling it about yourself And it's then able to

operate and orchestrate other sub-agents So what we're

going to do is we're going to set this up and i've already

included a read me I've had clod basically export

everything that it knows about me.

So community 5 600 members youtube 46 000 subscribers It's

going to know that i'm doing a series where i'm vibe coding

an app until I make a million dollars It knows that I have

22 000 on x it knows that I have a total reach of 70 000 It

knows that my revenue is at 40k.

It knows that the mr is at 2 000 plus So there's all these

different elements that it knows about me different

about me So this is what i'm going to be sharing with it

little about me So i'm gonna paste this in and i'm gonna do

the same thing With these other agents, right?

So i'm going to add dario and i'm going to paste it in now

that that step is complete with sharing with each agent

information about me Now i'm going to move on to

configuring these souls and identities that I shared with

you that are really important and my strategy For setting

up these souls and identities is to make each open cloth

agent have its own role So sam is going to be my general

purpose assistant the soul if we take a look at the

identity of dario He's going to be the marketing specialist

and for elon.

He's going to be the engineering specialist So all I have

to do is copy.

I had claw to come up with a soul and All the information

so it has my information from bridge mind It has everything

that needs to do and i'm now going to copy and paste that

into sam So i'm going to drop in the soul and i'm now going

to drop in the identity file as well So i'm just going to

copy this and i'm going to paste them both over.

So let's paste this into sam Take a look at the new soul

and identity that i'm giving you and update accordingly So

sam is now going to become my general purpose assistant

We'll let sam sit and roommate with that for a little bit

and process that we're now going to copy and paste at dario

and we're going to give dario the identity and soul that it

needs let's paste him in there and same thing I now want

you to give Dario this following soul and identity

respectively, update the soul and identity.

I'm going to paste that in and now I'm going to go over to

Elon and at Elon, same exact thing.

We're going to copy and paste the soul over to Elon,

copy the soul, copy the identity.

And there we go.

So we're going to now paste in this.

And this is going to be a learning process for sure.

But what I want to do is for each agent,

they are going to be specialized for a particular part of

the BridgeMind organization as a whole,

a general purpose assistant,

a marketing specialist and an engineering specialist.

I want to give Dario a quick test so that we can test the

capability.

So I just passed in a prompt.

The first thing I want you to do is go to the BridgeMind

YouTube and review how things are currently performing.

So this is going to give Dario the task of going to my

YouTube channel because he's the marketing specialist and

as the marketing specialist,

he'll be able to open up YouTube,

go to my YouTube channel and see, okay,

how things are performing.

Okay.

The next thing I want to do is go over to Sam and I'm going

to ask Sam, he's the general purpose assistant.

So I actually have remotion and I have all everything I

need, cloud code,

everything I need installed on all of these open claw bots.

So I'm going to use Sam real quick.

I want you to now revisit the BridgeMind.ai website and I

want you to create an updated marketing video for

BridgeCode,

which is releasing on March 1st of 2026 and I want you to

create an on-theme marketing video for BridgeMind for this

new product, BridgeCode.

Review the website, review the benefits of BridgeCode,

review what it's about and output and send me the remotion

video.

Once you are done, it should be 20 seconds long.

So we're going to give it this and we're going to submit

that and it's going to be able to go out and literally

create a 20 second marketing video using BridgeMind branded

themes and create this marketing video.

Let's go back over to Dario and here's what we're looking

at.

So here's the current performance snapshot based in the

last 10 days of uploads, recent performance.

So here are all of my video performances and you can see

your vibe coding streams are pulling in two to four times

more views than the weekly updates.

The community is clearly tuning in for the tools,

the stack and the build process.

This is your winning lane right now, right?

So being able to have information like this is important,

but what's more important is that ultimately my goal and

strategy with, for example,

Dario here is that Dario is going to be helping me in

actually creating and posting content across about 50

accounts that are going to be posting short clips.

So one thing that is very important whenever you are doing

social media is that you need clipping.

And one issue with clipping is that you need to create a

ton of different accounts, right?

You need accounts, you need clips,

you need to be posting and Dario is going to be working

with view creator to help me do that.

That is my vision for Dario, our marketing specialist.

Now with Elon, if we go back over to Elon, Elon,

I set up as the engineering specialist and I'm going to be

configuring him to use Sentry and post hog to be able to

have the analytics needed to be able to be proactive in

what we're seeing in analytics as well as error logs from

both Sentry and post hog.

So what I'm going to do now is I'm going to add Elon.

I want you to set up the Sentry MCP as well as the post hog

MCP with Claude code.

Once you're done,

tell me and also ask me for the API keys that you need for

setting up and configuring these successfully.

So we're going to get that.

I know that it's going to need API keys,

but to at least get them set up and configured,

we're going to take a step in the right direction there.

Also, let's go back over to Sam and look at that.

that's really my goal here is to show you guys how I'm

going to be implementing this because this is a different

technology and AI system than what we're used to.

You are able to run these open claw bots in isolated

environments with computer use.

I can even tell Dario right now, um, let's add Dario.

I want you to open up iMovie and then I want you to create

a new project in iMovie that is titled vibe coding with

Claude Sonnet 4.6.

So let's add Dario here and we're going to give it this and

we're going to see, Hey,

is it able to open up iMovie on my, on my Claude,

on my open open claw instance here that's running with, uh,

with Mac studio.

And is it, is it able to max do Mac mini is it,

and is it able to open it up and is it able to actually

create a new iMovie project?

Uh,

because I am going to be creating a new video in this way

here soon, right?

So is it able to do that in its own isolated environment?

And could it actually help me with the video editing

process?

So this is going to be a lot of experimentation,

but the purpose of this video is that I want to share this

journey with you guys,

because I think that agents are going to be more and more

of a thing as we get further and further into the future.

And if we want to build the future,

we're going to have to adopt new technologies.

And this technology is definitely one.

And I just saw iMovie open up on my, uh,

Mac mini over there.

That's insane.

So it's literally opening up iMovie and it's creating this

project.

That's incredible.

I can see it on my other, uh, computer.

So that's insane.

So we're going to be using these in a way that not a lot of

other people are using them.

You know,

my goal here is to not use them for content purposes.

My goal is to actually use them in real practice and to be

able to share that journey with you guys.

So this is going to be a little bit of a new series on the

channel.

I'm going to be sharing this process with you guys,

because I think that this is going to improve

significantly.

But the first steps are just to set up the personalities,

the identities and the information about you.

And we've done that so far in this video.

I want it to be a little bit shorter,

but that's what I'm going to be doing.

You guys are going to be seeing these open club bots a lot

more on stream,

because what I'm able to do is pass off difficult,

long running tasks to these agents or set up cron jobs.

And it functions completely differently versus if I just

had chat GPT or a cloud instance running on my own

computer, right?

These are actual AI agents that are running in their own

isolated environments.

With souls, personalities, identities,

and information about me.

So this is going to be a very good series on the channel.

I think that this is going to be a big step in the right

direction.

This is my first step towards my open cloud journey.

And you guys are going to be seeing a lot more of this on

the streams, but I hope that this guys,

this helped you in one way or another,

but this is my journey.

This is the start of it.
