The entire upcoming iPad lineup just got

leaked and it looks like Apple is

completely overhauling it with major

upgrades as well as two new Apple

Pencils. So, let's jump right into the

first one, which is the one that I am

definitely buying and that's the

redesigned OLED iPad Mini 8. Now, we

just got a bunch of new leaks including

leaked documents and Mark Gurman leaking

that yes, this is coming at Apple's

upcoming October event and the big

standout change is going to be the OLED

display. [music] Finally, after so many

years of LCD on the iPad Mini, but it's

not going to be tandem OLED like the

upper-end iPad Pro. This is going to be

limited to about 500 or 600 nits of

brightness, but it is going to look

amazing compared to LCD, which [music]

at night the blacks start looking really

great. This is going to be perfectly

black with amazing colors. Now, Gurman

said the chassis is getting a full

redesign with Apple getting rid of the

speaker grills and switching to some

sort of new vibration-based [music]

speaker technology to help with

waterproofing and we just got a new leak

confirming that yes, this is not getting

120 Hz ProMotion. It's sticking to 60

Hz, which is very disappointing, but it

makes sense because the Pro models have

120 Hz exclusively and nobody would pay

that much for them if you could get it

in an iPad Mini. The display size was

also recently confirmed it's going to be

8.4 inches, which is just a little bit

bigger than the current 8.3, [music]

so it's likely going to have thinner

bezels, which I am very excited for and

the chip has also been confirmed in the

Tata Dark Web leaks. It's going to be

the new A20 Pro, which is getting

revealed at Apple's September event and

this thing is going to be a beast, much

better performance, much better cooling,

likely with a vapor chamber and yes, we

saw an actual image of the logic board

in those leaks, so it is confirmed for

sure. And one of the best parts is going

to be 12 GB of RAM, so 50% more than we

have right now in the iPad Mini. And

we're also expecting the [music] new N1

chip for the Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.4.

And as far as pricing, Apple just raised

the current Mini price up by $100 to

599, so Apple could actually keep it at

that level, but because of the redesign,

we might expect an even bigger increase,

maybe 650 bucks. And now moving on to

the second iPad in the lineup, we have

the iPad 12, which unfortunately is no

longer coming this fall. Mark Gurman

just confirmed that it's getting delayed

until early 2027, likely in March. And

this is going to get an update with the

A18 or A19 chip, which is now becoming

more likely with this even further

delay, but we're going to experience a

nice boost in performance, especially

with 8 gigs of RAM compared to 6 gigs,

which means that one of the biggest

upgrades is going to be Apple

intelligence support with all the new

Siri AI features. So if you can't wait

that long and you need one right now,

so definitely pick that up. And if you

do end up getting the new budget iPad,

don't overspend on accessories like

pencils, screen protectors, and cases.

the third iPad, we have the upcoming

leaked M7 iPad Pro, which this thing is

going to be an absolute beast. And

according to Mark Gurman, it's coming

around the same time as the budget iPad

or maybe a little bit later in the

spring, maybe April. And the major

upgrade here is going to be the new M7

chip. And Apple is apparently front

running the M7 series of chips and

getting the M7 chip ASAP, which the iPad

Pro is the most likely candidate to get

it first because of the timeline with

the MacBook Pros because we're expecting

the M6 base 14-in MacBook Pro this fall,

and Mark Gurman did say that we're

expecting the M7 redesign base MacBook

Pro coming within the first half of next

year. So, the iPad Pro makes the most

sense to get the M7 in the spring before

that same chip comes maybe around WWDC

in June to the MacBook Pro. But either

way, we're expecting massive

improvements in terms of single-core

performance, multi-core, and especially

graphics and AI because the M7 series is

supposed to have a huge focus on AI

performance and graphics and everything

else with major changes that Apple is

doing. So, that's going to be a huge

focus of the M7 iPad Pro, but he did

mention that we're not expecting any

major redesigns or anything with this

chassis since it's already pretty much

like peak iPad. I mean, this thing is

great. And now for the fourth update, we

have two new Apple Pencil models

according to Mark Gurman. He says we're

getting the budget version of the Apple

Pencil with USB-C, which is likely

launching alongside the iPad 12, and

also a new higher-end Apple Pencil Pro,

which is also in the works likely

alongside the M7 iPad Pro. Now, I don't

really know what else Apple could add to

this other than potentially some newer

sensors, but Gurman did say that it

could have a new battery system built in

potentially with user-replaceable

batteries. Maybe there's a chance Apple

is giving in to all of the new EU

regulations, and they're forced to make

this change, and that's why they're

releasing both Apple Pencils. I think

that makes the most sense to me. And

finally, for the last iPad model in the

lineup that's getting updated, it's the

M5 iPad Air, which is also coming at the

same time as the iPad Pro. But

unfortunately, Mark Gurman in his report

mentioned that it is not getting OLED

just yet. Even though the iPad Mini is

getting OLED this fall, the more

expensive iPad Air is not, which is

terrible. That makes it seem like it's

going to be a very bad iPad in terms of

everything else. It's just going to be a

waste of cash, terrible value, still 60

hertz, and we're also not expecting any

design changes because Apple usually

takes the opportunity to redesign when

they change the display. So, don't

expect basically any changes on the iPad

Air other than that M5 chip. Don't even

think about it. It's going to suck. And

finally, what about OLED coming to the

budget iPad? Well, according to Mark

Gurman, it is not coming. Apple is not

even putting that in their plans for the

budget iPad because it needs to be cheap

[music] and OLED is expensive. So,

they're going to remain with LCD for the

foreseeable future intentionally to kind

of upsell you on better iPads like the

iPad Mini
