This might be controversial, but I was

completely wrong about Grockbot. I've

been using it every single day since it

released about 12 days ago, and my view

on it has completely flipped. On top of

that, it just got 70% cheaper to use

today, and you could try it out for

free. So, in this video, I'm going to go

over real life ways that I'm using this,

what I like about it compared to other

AI agents like Claude Co-work, and I'm

even going to give you tactical things

that can give it superpowers that most

people don't know about. So, by the end

of this video, you'll understand if

Grockbot is right for you. Let's dive

in. Now, first of all, we have some

great news. If you've been wanting to

try out Grockbot, but you didn't because

it was too expensive. They just made it

accessible to some of the cheaper plans.

So, let me go over how you could use

this right now and how much you need to

pay in order to do so. Now, here's the

important part. I do want to point out

that they're offering a free trial with

limited usage for all other users. So,

this probably won't get you too far, but

it will at least give you the ability to

test this out yourself and see what it's

capable of. If we take a look at pricing

right here, we could be on the cursor

pro plan for $60 per month. And with

this, we get access to Grockbot. Before

today, we would have to pay $200 per

month, which is extremely steep for

people to go and try this out. So, I

really do think this price change is

going to make it much more accessible

for everyday people to begin using this.

Now, if you still don't want to fork out

$60 per month, make sure to stay to the

end of this video because I'm going to

go over everything that Grockbot is

capable of. So, you don't have to guess

on whether or not this is going to be

worth it for you or not. Now, with

pricing out of the way, let's dive into

how exactly to use this, where we can

use it, what the platform actually looks

like, and then we're going to dive into

the agents and use cases that I've

personally been using every single day

for the last 10 to [music] 12 days. So,

first of all, you can go ahead and

download this. I'm going to add a link

in the description. You could download

this for your Mac operating system as

well as you could download this on your

phone, which is my personal favorite way

to interact with this. Now, once you

download this onto your desktop and you

open it up, this is what you're going to

see. Well, I guess you won't see all of

this because I have ton of different

agents I've configured. Let me break

down exactly how this works. So, one

thing that is fundamentally different

between this and something like Claude

Code, Claude Co-work, Codeex, and all

these different AI agents that we've

used in the past is that we have

multiple different agents that are

basically just chat threads that we can

interact with. As you can see, I have a

health agent up top. I have my main

agent. I have a brand partnerships

agent, contentbot, short form, inbox

triage, investment agent. I basically

have probably at this point like 12

different agents that I'm running every

single day. And if I click on one of

these agents, you could see all of the

previous conversations that we've had

with it, which I personally like. It

makes it very organized. So when I want

to go and do anything email related, all

I have to do is go to my email agent and

I could see everything from previous

conversations. Now, one thing I do want

to point out is as at the top you can

see I have all of my demo agents. These

are the same exact agents that I've

configured that I run for myself

personally, but I told these agents to

use different names for clients and

different price numbers. So, all of this

is real information, but it's not the

actual clients in the price because I

didn't want to show this for

confidential reasons. And to be honest,

it's kind of hard to show how I'm using

Grockbot when it has all this

confidential information. So, think of

these demos as the exact same process

that I use, but not with my real

information. One thing I want to point

out is not only can we have specific

conversations with each of these

different Grock bots, but they can speak

with each other. So, if I pull up my

main agent right here, you can see it's

messaging with two other separate

agents, which is pretty cool. I didn't

even have to go and prompt it to do so.

It just knows whenever there is

something brand partnerships related, it

will go and text that agent. And the

same thing for my email agent. If I ever

want to see what they're saying back and

forth with each other, I could just

click on this. And I'm going to click on

email agent. And I mean, take a look at

this. Our main agent gave a brain dump

on basically everything that I want

accomplished. From there, my email agent

understands this goal and is able to go

and pull all this relevant information

for me and then feed it back to the main

agent. Then inside of my main

conversation here with the main agent,

it breaks all this down as you could see

right here. So, this is a fundamentally

different way that we interact with AI

that I'm actually really starting to

love. Now, next up, what I want to talk

about is plugins because this is how I'm

able to access things like ClickUp or

Gmail or Granola and look at all my

meeting notes and all those different

things. And this is where it could get

really powerful when we connect it to

the different applications that we're

using on a day-to-day basis. So, if I

come over here on the left-hand side,

you could see this little button that

says plugins. So, I'm going to click on

this. I have a couple that I've already

preconfigured, but you could go through

and search through this entire list and

add some of the different apps you use.

I think right now there's maybe like a

couple hundred pre-builtin connectors

that you could go ahead and sort

through. Now, the best part about the

plugins is we don't even necessarily

need to go and configure these

ourselves. We could just come into our

chat and simply just say, "Hey, I want

you to connect to my Google calendar.

Can you do it for me?" And Grockbot is

really good at doing the entire process

end to end. All we have to do is

authorize the account, which it'll

populate with this little card here for

us to click on, and it'll just do it for

us automatically. Now, let's talk about

use case number one that I've been

using. Rockbot 4 and that is to help me

with my email inbox and this has been a

gamecher for me personally. Basically, I

configured my main agent to add a

routine which is basically a scheduled

task that could run at any given time.

And so every morning at 8 a.m. it

automatically goes and scrapes not only

my personal email inbox, but also my

sponsorship email as well since we can

connect multiple different Gmail

accounts to our agents. And then it

basically just gives me the three things

that I need to focus on today. if

there's a specific contract that needs

to get signed or if there's an invoice

that needs to be generated, then the

agent will update me with that. But a

key thing that I want to note here is

I'm interacting with the main agent, but

this is communicating on my behalf with

the email agent right here. So, if I

want to open this up and see kind of

what they're talking about, our main

agent just says, "Hey, let's run our

scheduled task for the morning inbox

check." And then the email agent goes

and pulls all this information. And then

my main one comes back with all the

three things that I need to focus on and

do today. Now, in order to set up a

routine like this, it's very simple.

Either you could come over to the top

right, like you could see right here

with this little computer, and then we

have routines that we could preconfigure

right here. All you have to do is click

add. You could give it a name,

instruction, and you could click the

trigger, like basically when you want

this to run, or you could just come into

the chat conversation, say, "Hey, I want

you to run this task at this given time

and this given day." and it will set

that up for you automatically. Now, one

thing I've been really loving about

using Grockbot is the fact that we can

add multiple accounts to each of the

different apps that we connect. So, if

you do want to add multiple email

inboxes, I'm going to show you exactly

how to do that right now, cuz I get tons

of people asking how you could do this

inside of Claude, and it's simply just

not possible. This solves a major issue

for people that are juggling multiple

different email inboxes at once. So, if

I click on the Gmail plugin, I have two

different accounts. I have my default

account and my sponsorship email account

added. And all I have to do is add

another account here. Give it a name.

I'm just going to call this test or

something. Click authorize. And then

what it's going to do is it's going to

pull up your Gmail. And all you have to

do is just authorize that account. And

it takes one click to do so. Then if I

come into my email agent, I can just

say, "Hey, can you give me the last

three emails from both of my Gmail

accounts, please?" And just like that,

we get this response. It pulled from my

personal account as well as my other

inbox. And again, this has been

incredibly helpful for helping me manage

multiple inboxes at once, which we

weren't able to do with other AI tools

like Claude, Hermes Agent, OpenClaw,

etc. Now, this next use case is one

that's been really helpful in my life,

both personally, but on a business side,

and this is my meeting agent. So, let me

quickly break down the flow of this

right now before showing you a demo. So,

at the end of every single day, I have a

routine that fires at 5:00 p.m. It will

then automatically pull all of my

Granola meeting notes, which if you

don't know what Granola is, it's

basically an AI notetaker where it

automatically joins all of my meetings,

gives all the action items from those

meetings, and then inside of the meeting

agent, it will automatically add those

action items into ClickUp, and assign

the due dates as well as the team member

that needs to complete these tasks for

me. So, for example, I have this school

community board inside of ClickUp, and

literally all I did is have a

conversation with Granola and give a

brain dump on all the things that I need

to do inside of my school community. And

then it automatically added all of this

to my to-do list as well as it dragged

the specific tasks into the in progress

tab as well. Now, first of all, if you

want to sign up for Granola, there is a

link in the description. You could

download this for your desktop as well

as on your phone. And then once you have

this downloaded, you're going to see

this interface here. So I personally

have all these different meetings coming

up which Granola is automatically going

to join without me needing to like tell

it to go and join these meetings. And

then here are all the different notes

that I have. These are a mix of

different meetings that I had with team

members for my business, but also just

like notes that I had. So like yesterday

I went on a run and I basically broke

down in a voice note for about 5 minutes

everything that I need to do and

prioritize over the next week before I

go on this trip. Now, if I go and click

on one of these notes, you would see

that it automatically took the

transcript and then summarized it and

then added these bullet points right

here. That makes it really easy for not

only me to understand what this meeting

was about, but also for my EI agents to

understand as well. Now, the best part

about the meeting agent and granola

combined together is I have this

scheduled task where every single day at

5:00 p.m. it's automatically going to go

and pull all the meetings that I had

inside of Granola. And then what it's

going to do is it's actually going to

add these to a specific board inside of

ClickUp in order for me to track what's

going on inside of my business. So, as

you can see, it automatically added

these things to this specific board

inside of ClickUp. And one thing I want

to note is not only does it add it to

the board, but it picks which board to

add it to. Cuz for example, I have Loom

campaigns, which is for my agency, I

have my invoices and my payments, and I

even have a Grockbot task tracker here.

So, there's multiple different boards

that it can add to, but it knows

specifically which one to go and add

these tasks to. And notice that I said

that this is in progress confirming

YouTube shorts metadata in workflow

inside of Metrocool. So, whenever me and

my business partner are on a meeting or

something, it'll automatically like move

these to whatever process this is in for

our business. Now, let me show you how I

could use Granola on my phone and

basically just give it a brain dump and

then it will automatically use my

meeting agent to then route this to

ClickUp. Right here, I'm just going to

come and click add a new note. Hey, so

I'm working on a couple of things right

now um that are kind of top of mind. So,

first of all, I'm finishing up this

Grock Bob video. So, I need to confirm

the packaging. I need to then generate

the thumbnail for this video. On top of

that, I need to confirm that my flight

is rebooked to Lisbon cuz that flight is

in a couple of days. Also, can you add a

note to make sure that I don't forget my

passport before going to the airport?

So, as you can see, I just simply

recorded what I was talking about. You

could let this thing run for like 30

minutes and give it a brain dump if you

want. And then what it's going to do is

it's going to generate a TLDDR breakdown

of what it is that we talked about. So

just like that, there's those bullet

points right here. I could also access

this on my computer as well since it

syncs up with my desktop. Now, if I come

into my meeting agent inside of Grockbot

and I click on this computer up here and

I click on the routine, I could just

test run this right now. So what it's

going to do is it's going to scrape

Granola via the connector that I gave

it. And then it's going to give me the

action items and add these to ClickUp

for me. Right? So like 30 seconds later,

it then scraped this new note that we

just took. It found my YouTube video

board and added this right here that I

need to confirm Grockbot video packaging

and thumbnail generation as well as

inside of my Loom board. It said pack

passport before leaving for Lisbon. Now,

let's say you scroll through this entire

plug-in marketplace and you don't see an

app that you want to use that you want

to integrate your agent with. Well, you

can use something called the Zap Your

MCP, which allows you to connect to

9,000 plus different apps. And it's

really easy to set up. So that way you

can work across more applications than

just the ones that Grockbot allows you

to. For example, I have this MCP server

configured right here which has about

like 25 different applications that I

can use. For example, there's some apps

in here that I cannot connect to

directly inside of Grock. So I cannot

connect to school which is where I have

my entire community as well as Beehive

is another big one which is where I run

my email newsletter. So, if I want to be

able to perform actions inside of

Beehive with my agents that I configure

inside of Grockbot, I actually have to

be using Zap Your MCP since it's not

accessible in this list right here. Now,

this is very simple to set up. First of

all, you just need to have a Zapier

account. You could sign up with a link

in the description and then you're going

to come into your plug-in marketplace

and then simply just look up Zapier and

then click on this add button. It's

going to ask you to authorize your

account from inside of Zapier. And then

it will show that it's added right here.

And in order to test this out, let me

just come into my inbox agent and say,

"Hey, I want you to use the Zap Your MCP

to pull different stats from my Beehive

campaigns so I can understand how many

people I have on my newsletter." And

here we go. It went and pulled from

Beehive using the Zap Your MCP. It shows

a newsletter size. It shows my open rate

as well as the average click rate. And

the cool part is I could even have it go

and perform actions inside of Beehive

for me since it's now connected. Now,

Grockbot or any AI agent for that matter

is only as good as the data that we feed

it. So, if we're trying to scrape data

from the internet, we want it to be

efficient, fast, and verified from

sources. Well, I'm going to show you a

simple plugin that you can add to

Grockbot. So, that way, you never have

to worry about whether or not you're

getting the right information inside of

Grockbot. All right, I want you to think

about it like this. A normal search with

a tool like Grockbot is basically like a

librarian handing you a cart full of

books. You personally still have to read

all these books yourself. Well, if we

use a tool like Parallel to read the

books, it will then just hand you the

three or four different lines that

actually matter instead of us needing to

go and source through all this

information ourselves. So, this does

three different things for Grockbot.

One, it's faster. We don't need to have

Grockbot go and click through these

different pages. Two, it uses fewer

tokens, so our Grock plan lasts us

longer. And three, it's just more

accurate since our agent is working from

the actual source material. It just

makes all of our answers inside of

Grockbot more accurate. Not only that,

but if you plug in parallel to your

Grockbot, you can just have confidence

that it's going to be able to go and

scrape whatever it is that you want.

Now, another way that parallel can be

extremely useful when you tie it with

Grockbot is having it go and monitor a

specific web page. So, for example,

let's say you have a competitor and you

want to track their pricing. You could

have it go monitor that website and when

there is a new change to the pricing

could automatically run a deep research

task inside of parallel and then you

could have Grockbot text you the final

information. And that's just one use

case. There's plenty of other ones you

could do in order to monitor specific

web pages on the internet. Now in order

to give you an example of how this deep

research with parallel works inside of

Grockbot I want to show you the output

that it gets when it does a deep

research task for us. So for example it

shows right here give a history on open

web. very simple prompt and what it did

is it gave this research document back

and this is what the human can view.

This is like all the data that it

extracts and shows it in this interface

for a human. But what we want to focus

on is if I click on machine here, this

is what our agent is then fed and this

is a more efficient way for our agent to

store data in order for us to interact

with it. Now let me show this in action.

So, what I did is I basically came to my

agent and said, "I want you to use

Parallel in order to monitor the price

of Bitcoin. Once it hits $80,000, I want

you to message me directly here inside

of this agent." So, what it did is it

went ahead and set this up inside of

Parallel. I didn't even have to see any

of the work that it was doing. But, if I

open up my Parallel account and I click

on monitor, you can now see that we have

this query right here. So, it's going to

use this monitor task in order to track

the price of Bitcoin on coin gecko or

coinarketcap.com. This is running every

single hour and when it hits that price

of $80,000 or if it ever does, it's then

going to text me through my agent. And

this is just one simple use case that

you could use when using Parallel, but

it's really powerful when you combine it

with Grockbot or any of the agents that

you're using. And it's super simple to

set up. So, let me show you how to set

it up right now. First of all, you're

going to want to sign up with an

account. If you don't have an account,

there is a link in the description to

sign up. And then all we need to do is

come into Grockbot and either you could

just chat with the agent and say, "Hey,

I want you to connect Parallel to our

account or we could come over to plugin

here and then simply search up

Parallel." I already have mine added,

but let me show you how to install it if

you don't already have it installed.

Now, it's as simple as clicking this add

button here. It's then going to have you

authorize your account in the account

that you just set up. And then just like

that, we are all set. Now, this next use

case is one specific to me and the type

of content that I make. But the main

point of this is that we could use

Grockbot in order to scrape X for

content ideas or just trending things

going on in the AI space. So, we could

almost use Grockbot to filter out

different things that are going on,

whether that's inside of our industry

inside of AI, your specific industry,

etc. So for example, I just gave it this

very basic prompt inside of my content

bot and said scrape X over the last two

days and find trending things in the AI

space that would be good for content

ideas. Then since it directly connects

to Twitter or they call it X now it

automatically will go and find all the

things trending. So that way I don't

need to spend my time scrolling on X

wasting time because it could just suck

me in and eats up all my productivity.

Now, in order to set this up, you're

going to come over to plugins right

here, and then you could simply just

search for X. And it's as simple as just

clicking authorize, and it will set this

up for you. Or you could just come to

chat and say, "Hey, I want you to add

X." So, you could pull all the posts

from there. Now, this next use case is

one that I'm personally going to be

using quite a bit, and I've really been

loving playing around with this over the

last day. And that is my invoice agent.

And not only am I just going to use this

invoice agent, but this is going to be

paired with my inbox agent that I just

showed you earlier on in the video. Now,

let me quickly break down exactly how

this is going to work. So, I have my

invoicing agent, and what I'm going to

do is I'm going to set an autot trigger,

which is one of the coolest parts of

Grockbot, which I'm going to explain in

a little bit. And what this means is

whenever an invoice email arrives, it's

automatically going to flag this

automation where it's going to then

draft a invoice in my style, send the

email to this client, and then on top of

that, it's going to track this in

ClickUp, so I could see exactly what

stage my payments are in inside of

ClickUp, as well as my entire team can

view that as well. Now, let me show you

exactly how to set this up, cuz it's

really easy to create a new bot or an

agent inside of Grobbox. So, I'm just

going to click on create new. And all

I'm going to do is I'm going to come

down to messagebot and just give it a

brain dump. All right. So, here's the

prompt that I'm going to give it. I

basically said create an invoice agent

that does these tasks. Works with the

inbox triage agent to scrape my emails.

Keeps track of all invoices and owed

payments. Generates invoices for me and

a specific style. And then tracks the

status of all invoices inside of my

ClickUp board called invoices and

payments. Then next, what I'm going to

do is I'm just going to upload a PDF

example of what I want this invoice to

look like. So that way it always

recreates it in this style with all of

my payment information. So I never need

to basically generate an invoice myself

again. So here is an example right here

of an invoice that I wanted to recreate.

I really like this style. And now when I

upload this as a reference, it's always

going to look exactly like this. So what

I'm going to do now is simply just send

this off to my agent. And now, as you

can see, it's going and crafting this

invoice style as well as just setting up

this entire agent. One thing that you'll

notice is we have this little green

icon. So, each of our bots or agents we

have basically have their own icon. And

whenever it's moving like this, you

could see on the left-h hand side, this

basically just means that it's working

in real time. If it is stagnant, like

some of these ones right here, that

means that it's not performing any

tasks. I think this is really cool to

kind of just see which of the agents are

working at any given time. All right, so

just a few minutes later, it actually

went ahead generated this invoice in the

exact style. This is great. We can go

ahead and download this directly onto

our computer. Let me just go ahead

download that. And then now it's

basically saying that this is done. Say

the word when you want to generate the

next invoice or want me to pull what's

owed from ClickUp. So since this is

already connected to ClickUp, it's able

to go and pull the other invoices that

I've either sent or generated. So I

could see basically what needs to be

paid and what has been paid. Now, this

is really cool. We obviously have an

agent that has a specific style of

invoices that it's able to generate. But

where this gets really interesting is

when we come over here to create a

routine. This is where we could either

have this run on a schedule where every

single day this invoice agent will go

and scrape from my email inbox and then

identify what invoices we need to

generate, but also I could click on

create invoice and we can add a specific

trigger. So, what I mean by this is we

could basically connect this to a Slack

channel. So whenever there is a message

related to invoices, it will

automatically trigger this agent, which

this is the first time we've kind of

seen this from these AI agent platforms.

Before we could do scheduled tasks and

whatnot in Cloud Co-work, but we didn't

really have the option to allow

automations to kick off from a specific

trigger or event that's happening inside

of our apps. Now, I want to show you

something really cool. Now, if I come

over to my inbox triage agent, you can

see there is this conversation happening

between the inbox agent and the invoice

agent. And I didn't even have to go and

tell it to go and do this. It just

automatically knew intuitively that it

needed to communicate with other agent

in order to get this done. So, invoice

agent said, "Hey, Brock set me up as the

agent. Please hand me anything invoice

or payment related from our email

triage." So, it basically broke down

everything that it needs to flag for us.

And then the inbox triage agent went and

pulled through my email and found the

specific things that I need to, you

know, understand and be up to date with.

All right. So, what I'm going to do now

is create a group chat with the invoice

agent in my inbox agent. And what I'm

going to do is I'm just going to give it

a brain dump, but say, "Hey, I want you

to go and check my emails from the past

day. Find any email that is invoice

related. If there are specific invoices

that we need to create, use the invoice

agent in order to generate the invoices.

Then I want you to draft the reply with

the invoice in the email as well as I

want you to then add these to ClickUp in

order to track the process and the

status of all of these different

payments. Now, to show you real quickly

inside of my email inbox, I went ahead

and drafted three different emails as

demos because I don't want to show like

actual invoices that I need to create

just for confidential reasons. What it

did is it pulled from my email inbox and

now you could see basically all of the

invoices that we need to generate right

here. So, what it's going to do is now

generate the invoices, create the draft

reply for the email, so I could just go

and send it myself. And it's then going

to update this inside of ClickUp so I

could see the status of all these. All

right. And just like that, we now have

these emails drafted. So, for example,

if I click on this one, you can see that

it added this reply email as well as

even attached the specific invoice. And

I could go ahead and pull this up right

here in the exact style that we fed it.

as well as if I come into my invoice and

payments board inside of ClickUp, we can

now see that all of these invoices have

been submitted. As well as if I click on

this, it shows the client information

here, shows the email thread, and now me

and my team can see exactly where we're

at in the invoicing process. So guys,

there we have it. That is Grockbot, how

it works, a bunch of different use cases

that you can use, and it is now

available for free for you to try out or

you could have access to it on the $60

per month plan. Like I said, I've been

using this every single day since this

has released, and it's completely

changed how I've been using AI. I've

almost completely switched from using

Claude Co-work to now just texting

Grockbot on my phone all throughout the

day in order to get different tasks done

with my different agents I've

configured. And it's really powerful if

you connect it to the specific apps you
