So, then, guys, this year is going to be

an interesting year for foldables,

especially from two of the biggest

companies out there, Samsung and Apple.

Samsung have got some great new

strengths with their foldable this time,

built on the success of the Galaxy Z

Fold 7. And then, Apple are releasing

their first-ever foldable phone this

year, probably going to be called the

iPhone Fold or the iPhone Ultra. But,

the interesting thing is is that both of

these phones are going to be made

They're actually going to be made by

Samsung, and the screens are actually

going to be Samsung screens. So, it's

going to be really interesting to see

here, especially that Samsung have got

their event coming up now in July. And

obviously, we're probably going to see

their new foldables, most likely, cuz

this is the normal time when, you know,

Samsung do release their kind of

foldable phones. It's right on cue, just

like Apple when they bring out their new

phones, it's in September, it's right on

cue at that time. But, the big question

is is what are they going to be the

differences between the phones that come

out from Samsung and also what we get

from Apple for their foldable. Well, the

first thing I want to get straight here

is that Samsung will actually be

probably going to release two new phones

this year. We're actually going to get a

Galaxy Z Fold 8, and we're also going to

get a Galaxy Z Fold Ultra 8 or something

like that, or Fold 8 Ultra, I don't

know. Something along the lines of that

with its name. But, one of the key

differences is that that normal Galaxy

Fold is actually going to be a new

design. It's actually going to be like a

hotspot kind of design. It's going to be

a wider foldable, and also it's going to

be potentially a little bit cheaper and

missing out on maybe an extra camera or

things like this. And to be honest, it

does look very similar to like the

mock-up design that we have with the

iPhone Ultra or the iPhone Fold. So,

this is the first thing that I wanted to

tell you guys. But, then, after this,

for the second big difference we're

going to see between these phones is

also to to with their screen sizes. Just

like I just said, we're going to get

different kind of sizing and things like

this. Well, the screens are also

affected, too. It's most likely with the

Galaxy Fold, this is that wide one now,

the normal one, the eight, well, that's

going to probably have a 5.5-in display

on the front, but on the inside, it's

going to be probably about 7.5, 7.6 in.

That's what leaks have been telling us

right there. It's going to be kind of a

4:3 kind of ratio we're going to get

there. But then, with the likes of the

bigger Fold 8 Ultra, well, that's

probably going to be like what we got

with the Galaxy Z Fold 7 that we have

right now. That's probably a 6.5-in

display that we have here at the front,

and then on the inside, it's more likely

going to be an 8-in [music]

display. Kind of typical to what, you

know, Samsung has been doing over the

last kind of couple of years there. But

then, it's the same with the iPhone.

It's going to be more like that Galaxy Z

Fold 8, the normal one there. Probably

5.3 here to 5.5-in diagonal. And then,

on the inside, that's probably going to

be about 7.7 to about 7.8 in on the

inside sort of display. So again, very

similar to the regular Galaxy Z Fold 8

in what we're going to get. But then,

for the third big leak I want to tell

you about, it seems like that finally

Samsung and Apple probably working

together or maybe one of them shared the

patent to say I need to make the screen

or whatever, they have both have now got

a creaseless display. And we've actually

seen a leak right here of a Galaxy Z

Fold Ultra. And you can see the video

here that even after folding it up and

reopening it again, we've got no crease.

What's absolutely amazing. Finally, we

have got there with a creaseless phone,

and most likely, it's not going to have

a bump, and this is due to the hinge.

Now, what we've been told is that all

three phones, the two Samsungs and the

iPhone, are going to have the same sort

of technology. We're going to have no

crease whatsoever. We have finally got

there at last. And this is one of the

main reasons why also Apple been waiting

out and doing a foldable phone is

because they've been waiting for that

time when that crease would just

disappear. They didn't want to release a

phone with a crease inside. So this is

fantastic news to hear. But then, what

will be powering these phones you might

be asking? Well, first of all, we're

going to have the two Galaxy phones and

most likely they are going to have the

likes of the latest Snapdragon. This is

going to be eight leads here gen five

and this is the Galaxy one. This is the

one that's been worked with Qualcomm

here and this is probably going to be in

both of the phones. Exactly the same

chip. But where there will be the

difference is obviously the amount of

RAM. There is the potential that the

lower spec one could only have eight

gigabytes of RAM. It could have 12, but

it could actually have eight, but the

Ultra will have 12 gigabytes of RAM

inside. But we're not going to expect to

probably 16 gigabytes unless there is

like a one terabyte option of the Ultra,

then it might actually go to 16

gigabytes of RAM. But it's the same with

the iPhone as well. It's also going to

have 12 gigabytes of RAM, but it's also

going to be equipped with the likes of

the new two nanometer A20 or the new A20

Pro chip. So yeah, this is going to be

really interesting to see. Plus it's

also going to have the C2 or C2X chip

inside too to help out with the likes of

battery life, which I'll get on to in

just a moment. So just quickly guys, I

them. So, moving on from the Sam, what

about the actual battery life then? What

are we expected to see here? Well, we've

been told for the Samsung, for the new

foldable one, the smaller one, so the

regular one's going to have a 4,800 mA

battery. What's really good, cuz

remember, this is kind of the size of

the Ultra one, the Galaxy Z Fold 7. And

I think this is the thing that only lets

down this phone is its battery. It's

only 4,400

mA

inside. But, the cool thing is, this

will be the smaller phone, and it will

have a 4,800 mA battery, plus the new

Snapdragon chip. And we know for a fact

that chip is super efficient, because

don't forget over the last, say, 4 years

or so, you know, Samsung with the, you

know, regular kind of Ultra phone, the

Galaxy S Ultras, where we've now on the

S26 Ultra. We've had a 5,000 mA battery

for the last, say, four generations at

least. And yet, still battery life is

getting better and better and better.

And it's going to be the same thing

here. So, I wouldn't worry too much

about that 4,800 mA battery on that.

Obviously, it's not going to be as good

as saying what you get with the likes of

the Galaxy S26 Ultra, but still, it's

going to come in quite close. But, the

likes of the Ultra phone, well, that is

going to get a 5,000 mA battery. What is

fantastic news what we've been hearing

here. So, again, that is a big increase

of 600 mA across against what we had

with the Galaxy Z Fold 7. And remember,

with the 7, it was the older chip, too.

So, this is the newer chip. So, this is

great news that we are going to be

getting this. But then, with the iPhone

Ultra, well, the good thing is as well,

this has been told it's going to be near

a 5,000 mA battery, or could be just

over. Recently, it came in about 4,883.

But, it's a bit sketchy that release,

but it's probably going to be close to

that. I'm expecting anywhere between

4,800 to 5,000 milliamps inside. So,

this is also really great news to hear

that we could actually get a great

battery, and don't forget A20 Pro A20s

could be super efficient. That equipped

with that C2 chip, yeah, it's going to

be stunning for its battery life. But

then, the next question you guys going

to be asking about is what about actual

cameras this time round? Well, this is

again one of the big difference between

the Samsungs, and that is the first

Samsung, the smaller one, is only going

to have two cameras on it. The first

time on a foldable in a long time from

Samsung, and these two are going to be a

wide and an ultra-wide. And most likely,

they're both only going to be

50-megapixel

sensors on the rear of this phone. So,

yeah, just expect that right now.

Whereas the ultra will still get that

200-megapixel amazing wide, but it will

also get the likes of an ultra-wide at

probably 50-megapixel, but then there

also probably be a 10-megapixel

up to a three-times optical zoom also

[music] added in. Very similar to what

we got with the Galaxy Z Fold 7 right

now. But then, for the likes of the

iPhone, what is that going to have for

its foldable? We've been told again it's

going to be dual 48-megapixel sensors on

this one, and potentially one of those

sensors is going to be that new type of

sensor what's going to have the ability

with the dynamic kind of lens, I think

like that. So, this is going to be

really great to see with that. But

again, no telephoto being added this

time. But then, for the seventh big

leak, the next thing you're being asked

about is what about biometrics? How do

you unlock these phones? Well, Samsung

last year finally introduced the touch

kind of ID, I'm going to call it, or the

you know, the unlocking ability on the

main kind of power button on the side,

and it looks like they're going to be

doing exactly the same again for both of

their Samsungs. But funny enough, Apple

also going to do the same thing. They're

not actually going to add Face ID. It's

actually going to be a very, you know,

touch ID button, very similar to what we

have with the iPad, the iPad Air, and

the iPad Mini right now. It's going to

have the same thing as well, where

you'll be able to authenticate on the

side, but it won't actually be Face ID.

But then, for the eighth thing we've

heard about is the software experience.

We've heard with Samsung with One UI 9

that they have rebuilt the ground up for

foldables cuz they know Apple is coming

along with theirs. They've got to get

serious here and make that foldable

experience really great. We've been

hearing of things like DeX integrations

built into it better. We've been hearing

other leaks, too. There's going to be a

new ability of split screening and

multitasking. How this is going to be

applied, we just don't know at this

stage, but we do know that Samsung going

to be upgrading it. And it's the same

with the likes of iOS 27. We know that

it's definitely going to be on its way

that we're going to split-screen

multi-screen ability, similar to maybe

something we have with the iPad

experience, but it's going to be

combined into the actual foldable phone

of the iPhone. So, this is going to be

really interesting to see how this does

lay out. But then, the other thing you

might be asking about is what about the

price? Well, the pricing is going to be

expensive. I am going to say that. The

cheapest foldable out there is most

likely going to be the Samsung regular

Fold, the Galaxy Z Fold 8. And we've

been told that's probably going to start

1,899

US dollars. And don't forget that the

likes of the Galaxy, you know, Z Fold,

you know, what we got here, the 7, was a

very similar price, but we had more

specs inside of it. This is because of

obviously everything that's going on

with RAM and things like with NAND

storage, prices have been skyrocketing.

So, it looks like the budget version of

the Galaxy Z Fold coming around the same

price as the Galaxy, you know, Fold 7

that we have right now. So, just be

aware of that. So, that's 1,899 US

dollars, whereas the Galaxy Z Fold Ultra

is going to be expected to cost around

about $2,100 to $2,200

starting out as its baseline price here

with 256 GB of storage. So again, that

is going to be quite pricey for that,

but that is the Ultra. And the same with

Apple as well. We've been told that more

than likely that the pricing of this is

also going to start between anywhere

between $2,000 to $2,500. So that is

going to be quite expensive as well for

the new iPhone Fold. But then finally,

the last thing is the release date. When

is this most likely going to come out?

Well, we've been hearing obviously the

Galaxy Z Folds, they're on their way.

We've got the event coming up to the end

of July now as we've seen been

advertised, the Unpacked event. So most

likely these are probably going to come

out probably right at the end of July or

in early August. That's when they're

going to come out. But right on schedule

when they brought out their other kind

of foldables in the past. For the

iPhone, we've been told that this is

most likely going to be coming out

around September or potentially into

October this year. So again, not that

long away, only about two or three

months maximum after, you know, coming

out. Well, to be honest, about two

months between them, even that, one or

two months difference. So there's not

going to be much between them on the

actual release timing. But yeah, it's

still going to be really exciting. But
