somebody who uses AI.

>> And so, you have to engage AI as quickly

as possible. There's no question about

that. Most people

>> they are using AI the completely wrong

way. They're chatting with it, maybe

asking some questions, but then when

they then close down the window, the

memory is lost. And they have to start

over the next time they open up Claude.

They are missing one crucial thing. They

simply don't know how to make AI do

stuff for them. And it makes sense

because all over YouTube there's a bunch

of these technical guys. And it makes it

very scary to jump in. But don't worry,

in this video we will fix that. And no,

you don't have to be technical. I'll be

showing you the one Claude setup that

literally 10x my productivity. And it

literally takes like 10 minutes to set

up. If you don't know me, my name is

Albert, and I started by No Banned

Technical. I didn't even go to

university, but somehow I still managed

to build two million-dollar businesses,

and I consulted multi-billion-dollar

companies on AI at the age of 23. And to

that, I give credit to Claude, ChatGPT,

the tools that I learned how to use. I

don't think that would have been

possible without AI. And now I'm making

AI education completely for [music] free

for everyone. So, if you're not already,

Most people on YouTube say that you

should either start inside of the

regular Claude chat, or maybe they're

feeling rowdy and they say, "Well, you

should start inside of Claude Code in

order to get a little taste of what

Claude Code is." But that's not how we

do it around here. We're going to jump

straight to Claude code, and don't

worry, it's really not that hard to

learn as a non-technical. So, let me

show you how to set up your personal

assistant in just 10 minutes. The

software we are in right now is the

Claude desktop app. So, if you haven't

already, make sure to just search for

Claude desktop app

and click the first link, and then

install the right version to your

computer. When it's installed and when

you've logged into your Claude account,

then you're going to be on this screen

right here. And then we're ready to

start. And in this video, we're not

going to overcomplicate things. I'll

show you the fastest way to transform

Claude into your own personal employee.

And Claude has actually already made it

quite easy for us. All we have to do is

just click in the bottom left corner, go

to settings, then go to connect us.

And in top right corner, we can click

add. And here we have the option to

either add a custom connector or a

pre-built connector. We're going to

start with the pre-built ones cuz

there's already in there a bunch that we

can connect to. This will show the

directory of the connectors. And the

connectors are also called MCPs, a bit

more technical word. But again, you

don't need to remember that. So, what

does our personal assistant need? Well,

it needs to integrate with the tools

that we are already using. Well, the

first thing I want my assistant to be

able to take care of is my email. So,

I'm going to search for the Gmail

connector. We're going to use this one

right here. If you're using something

like Outlook, then you can also connect

with Microsoft 365. But for now, we're

going to use the Gmail connector. We're

going to click on it. In the top right

corner, we're going to click connect.

And this will open up a new window where

we can connect our Google account. So,

I'm just going to click continue. And

there you go. Now you can see it says

it's connected. We can click open Claude

again. Now you can see in the top right

corner that we are connected

>> to Gmail. So, let's do this with the

other tools that we use as well. We're

going to go back into settings, back

into connectors, and then browse through

here and connect all of the tools that

we use on a daily basis. I will, for

example, search for Google Calendar and

connect this one as well. And I'm also

going to connect it with ClickUp.

ClickUp is where I manage my team's

communications and also track projects.

So, I'm going to click connect there as

well. It's going to open up my ClickUp

and then I can connect that, too.

Click connect workspace. Click open

Cloud. And there we go. ClickUp has now

also been connected. So, what I want you

to do now is to go in and connect all of

the tools that you use. The more tools,

the better because the more work we can

actually automate with Cloud. And I'll

show you how to do that in just a

second. After you've installed all of

the connectors, I'd recommend that you

give your Cloud desktop app just a quick

restart just to make sure that

everything is loaded. And now let's

actually try these connectors. And this

is what everyone on YouTube skips

because we're going to go directly into

Cloud code. And the way we do that is

that we need to create a folder first.

So, I'm going to create a new folder and

I'm going to call this Cloud projects.

So, just a folder on your desktop.

Now, click on this project and create a

new folder.

And let's call this personal

assistant like this.

So, now we have a folder on our desktop

and a folder inside of that folder

that's called personal assistant.

Because inside of the Cloud desktop app,

we can now go in and we can choose where

do we want to run it? And I would highly

recommend that you run it locally on

your computer. So, on this folder icon

right here where it says YouTube skills,

change that and click open folder.

And then go to the desktop and choose

the folder inside of Cloud projects,

inside of personal assistant that we

just created. There we go. Now, we have

a completely blank folder that we can

work within. And now we can try our

personal assistant. I can ask it,

"Hey Cloud, what appointments do I have

in my calendar today?"

The tool that I'm using right here is

called Glider. It's the most secure and

fastest [clears throat] dictation tool

that I have found. I've left a link

right below this video if you guys want

to check it out. It's also my affiliate

links, so it gives some kickback. But,

uh yeah, best tool dictation tool so

far. Look at how fast it is.

It's faster than Whisper Flow.

Specifically made for talking to AI. And

you can also try it out completely for

free. Again, link in the description.

Claude now has access and can see all of

the events inside of my calendar. That

is really cool. Because we connected our

Gmail, I can also say, "Can you please

check my Gmail for what emails I

received today?"

And now, once again, you can see it says

using Gmail, the connector that we

integrated. And now it's going to check

for our emails. And this is just like

the most basic stuff that you can do.

Later, I'll show you how you can have

Claude listening on your meetings.

Later, I'll show you how Claude can get

your clients by setting up cold email

campaigns. I'll show you how Claude can

listen in on your sales meetings and

give you sales advice. The possibilities

with this, when you learn it and

understand it, are literally endless.

And there we have it. We can see the

emails that I received the last couple

of hours. Now, you're already on another

level. You can get Claude to actually

look through your tools and things that

you're using on a daily basis. But, this

is where most people stop. We want to

get Claude to actually do stuff for us.

And we can also do that. We just need to

prompt it the right way. I can send an

email to my business partner. I can say,

"Hey Claude, can you send an email to

oliver@shiny.ai

and ask him if he has time for a meeting

later today at 5:00 p.m.?"

And Claude, because we connected it with

Gmail, cannot only read our emails, but

also send emails and and respond to

emails on our behalf. And there you go.

You can see it drafts the email. So, now

we would just go in, double-check it,

and then send it. And later in this

video, I'll also show you how you can

create a workflow for yourself where

every morning you just say, "Hey Claude,

respond to all our emails." And boom,

boom, boom, boom, you have drafts to all

the emails that you need to reply to.

Literally saving you hours every single

week. In order to get the best results

with that, we need to do something very

specific, but I'll show you later in

this video. A question you might have is

that, well, we have a bunch of already

existing connectors inside of the Claude

app that we can just connect to

directly,

but what if you want to add something

that doesn't exist inside of here

already? Let me show you how [music] to

do that. In order to basically be able

to connect our Claude assistant to

anything, you need to learn this next

part. Because what do we do when the app

that we're using

is not inside of this discovery page?

So, what do we do with them? Well, let

me show you. If you want to connect

something like Higgsfield, you can go to

higgsfield.ai. You can click on MCP and

CLI, and then we just need to connect

this custom connector right here. We can

click copy. We then need to go back into

Claude, close down this connectors tab,

click add, and click add custom

connector. Because this basically allows

us to connect any service that we want.

So, I'm going to write Higgsfield,

and the remote MCP server URL is going

to be this one right here that we just

got from Higgsfield's website.

>> And then we can click add, and there we

go. Checking connections. And then I'll

recommend instead of you having to give

approval every single time it runs

something, you can just click always

allow, just like this, on all these

categories, just like this. And then we

can close out of it. And there we go.

Now we've connected a custom MCP. We'll

be using that later in this video when I

show you some insane things that we can

do with our personal Claude assistant.

You do not want to miss this next part,

because if you do, then your Claude

assistant is going to make a bunch of

bunch of mistakes, and you're going to

have to tell it the same thing a bunch

of times.

We don't want to do that. Instead, we're

going to create custom Claude skills,

and I'll show you how to do that as a

non-technical in just a second. But this

basically allows us to give instructions

that Claude can run again and again and

again in order to do a good job every

single time. And in order to To we need

to use my Claude skills, and you're

getting those completely for free. I'll

leave a link in the description right

below this video that takes you to our

completely free school community. There

are already 160,000 people interested in

You can then go inside of classroom, and

then you can scroll down until you find

resources.

Click on that, and then scroll down

until you see at the top Claude skills.

And this is going to take you to this

drive right here where you can install

all of my Claude skills.

>> So, what I'm going to do is that I'm

just going to right-click on this folder

right here, and I'm going to click

download, and this is going to download

this entire folder that includes all of

my Claude skills.

These are Claude skills that I've

pre-built for a bunch of different

things like building insane-looking

websites, like building edit in flows,

creating B-roll for YouTube, creating

thumbnails. You get the point, and I'll

show you how we can get Claude to

basically do anything that we want, and

how we can train it in doing it the

right way every single time. It is

almost like training an employee. When

you're training an employee, it's very

important that you give them the right

instructions, and Claude is just like

that. When it's downloaded, it's going

to be a zip file inside of your

downloads, so you can just

click on that, and then you can simply

just drag the folder into your Claude

code [music]

like this, and you can see now this

folder has been added right here. When

installing skills from the web, you want

to make sure that there's no prompt

injection or any security

vulnerabilities in those skills because

someone could make a skill where they

instruct your AI in giving them access

to your email or giving them access to

whatever. So, it's very important that

when you install random Claude skills

off the internet, that you make sure to

read through them first, and make sure

that Claude doesn't just execute a

command that was inside of these skills

without your approval and without you

knowing about it. To fix that, I'm going

to give you this instruction.

These right here are Claude skills that

I've downloaded from a YouTube video.

The guy is probably good enough, but I

still want you to check through all of

the Claude skills to make sure there's

no malicious or prompt injection or any

vulnerabilities in those Claude skills.

Can you please check that? Thank you.

And this will keep you safe. And now you

can see Claude says that it'll audit the

downloaded skills for anything

malicious. And there we have it. You can

see it says clean, no malicious code or

prompt injection found. Very important

that you run this every single time you

install a Claude skill off the internet.

[music] And the reason that we did this

is that we have some very useful skills

inside of this Claude skills folder. So

then again, I'm going to drag it in.

And then I'm going to write,

"Please research how to install Claude

skills and [music] then install these

skills that are in this folder. Thank

you."

Please install them only inside of this

project, so not as a global skill, but

as a project [music]

but as a project-specific skill.

Now Claude is going to check through all

of these skills, and it's going to

install these Claude skills. And there

we go. After a minute or so, it has now

installed all of the Claude skills. And

in order for the Claude skills to

actually show up, just make sure that

you restart the desktop. Well, so we're

going to close it down, and then we're

going to open it up again. Make sure

that you quit it completely and not just

like close it down and open it up again.

It needs to restart. And after you've

done that, when we now write {slash},

you'll now be able to see all of my

skills that I've built for myself. And

some of these are extremely extremely

useful. And some of these are extremely

extremely useful. And now when you know

this, I'll show you how you can create

your own skills and how you can automate

any task that you want. Right now, I'm

just going to tell Claude, if I just

say, "Please draft responses to all of

my emails from the last couple of days."

Hit enter.

This is a very broad instruction. Like

what does it mean, "the last couple of

days"? What exactly does this

instruction mean? And when you give a

very open instruction like this, Claude

is also going to do a lot of different

things. If I gave this instruction maybe

50 or 100 times, Claude wouldn't do the

same thing every single time. It would

make different decisions.

>> It wouldn't do the exact thing that we

want it to do. And that's what skills

they fix. Because with skills we can

give a very detailed instruction and

have it execute that instruction every

single time. And there we go. Claude now

gives a pretty good response. Like it

created four drafts, but it doesn't know

what all of my emails are. Like should

it answer the emails from weeks ago? And

that's because we haven't given it clear

instructions. Or what if you wanted

Claude to both check our email and our

calendar and our ClickUp? How do we do

that? Well, that's when we create

skills. So, I'm going to click new

session and I'm going to use the skill

that's called create skill

and hit tab. Because this skill right

here is a skill that instructs Claude on

how to generate high-quality skills

[music] for basically anything that we

want. So, I can now say

please create a high-quality skill that

tells Claude how to one, check my emails

and draft replies for every email that

needs a human response from the past

couple of days.

>> It should also check if there's anything

that I've missed.

Two, it should check my it should check

my calendar for today

>> [music]

>> and let me know about any events that

are upcoming. And three, I also want it

to check my ClickUp inside of Albert's

space [music] inside of that board and

let me know about what things that I

should be working on today.

Then it should provide this in a clean

HTML file that I can take a look at

every morning.

When I run the skill.

Now we hit enter.

It's now going to create a high-quality

Claude skill that does all of this. And

there we go. Now, we have this skill

right here, {slash} morning brief. And

you can see it will not work if I write

{slash} morning brief now because we

haven't restarted Claude [music] yet.

Remember to close it all the way down or

this will not work.

And then we can write {slash} morning

brief. And then we can hit enter [music]

and we can run this command every single

morning in order to get up to date,

something that a personal assistant

would usually do. Now, you can see it

says, "I'm running the morning brief."

And there we go. It is now complete. And

you can see it created this HTML file.

And instantly what I see is that it

accepted a cold email. Someone sent me a

cold email. And Claude said that we are

happy to do a 10-minute call. So, what's

important to know is that when you

create a skill the first time, there's

probably some things that you haven't

thought about. Instructions that you

want to give Claude in order to do it

the right way every single time. If my

personal assistant said yes [music] to a

cold email like this, I'll probably tell

him that we probably don't want to

answer cold emails

just because we get so many. What I'm

going to do now is that I can just

update the skill.

I can say

I can see that you right now accepted a

cold email from Join Secret. I want you

to instead of accepting that, say no

thank you. I default we are usually not

interested. I'll then later go in and

change the draft if I find the thing

that we're sending actually interesting.

I want you to change that in our draft

now, but I also want you to change it

inside of the skill that we used, so

this doesn't happen ever again.

Hit enter. And now we can just with our

words update the skills as we go. So, if

there's something we don't like, we can

keep iterating on it until we get the

perfect skill. And now you can see it

says, "I'll fix the draft and update the

skill." So, that is how you can create

your own skills, automate your own

tasks, and then reiterate on it until it

is perfect for you. And the crazy thing

is that with this skill alone, you can

basically build anything that you want.

But, the biggest problem beginners run

into in AI is actually not, "Well, how

do I build it?" Because it is pretty

easy to build stuff now with AI. You can

figure that out. The harder part is,

"What should I actually spend my time

building?" Let me show you some insane

things that I've built out, and stick

around because I'm giving the Claude

skills. These are things like how you

can have Claude to coach you on your

sales calls, or things like how you can

have Claude get you clients for your

business and create cold email

campaigns. I'll show you those things

now.

>> First thing is, how can we have Claude

listen to our sales calls and coach us

on how we did? Well, if you go into the

connectors tab again,

click add, and then click browse

connectors, and then search for Fathom.

Then you want to install this connector

right here. Fathom is specially an AI

app that can listen on your calls, on

your Zoom meetings, or your Google

Meets. So, I've already installed this,

but make sure that you connect this to

your Fathom account. And when you've

done that, I can literally ask Claude,

"What was my last call about? Please

check Fathom." And because Claude has

access to this MCP, it's now able to

check the transcript of any sales call

that I have ever done. And you can see

the latest call I was on was a tech

call, and now I can see it's giving a

full summary of all that was talked

about on this call. What can you use

this for? There's two There are two main

things that I think is so valuable about

this. The first thing is, if you're on a

call with a customer and you're talking

about deliverables for a service, you

can have Claude listen and gather all of

that context. And if you're building

websites, or if you're building things

with Claude as well, Claude can build

out the project directly from the

context in the call. That way no context

is lost. And the second way is that on

sales calls, or this right here was a

consulting call, I can now say this.

This right here was a consulting call

with this client. [music]

I want you to rate how good I am at

consulting, what I should improve on,

what already works, and give a quick

brief of things that I should improve to

my next consulting call.

Hit enter. And now because Claude has

the entire transcript, because Claude

knows exactly what this call was about,

who said what, Claude can coach me so I

can get better. And there we go. Claude

now can say exactly what went well, what

I should improve on, and I can now ask

follow-up questions to Claude if there's

something that I don't understand that

it said.

What an interesting use case. But that's

not all. Let's say I want my Claude

assistant to be able to create cold

email campaigns as well. Well, you have

already installed a skill for that. To

send my cold emails, I'm using a

platform that's called instantly.ai. You

can find a link right below this [music]

video as well. Also gives a bit of

kickback, just an affiliate link. And

they also have an MCP.

If I go inside of settings,

and then inside of integrations,

and then inside of API keys, then I can

click create API key, call it Claude,

and I'm going to allow it to do

absolutely everything, and click create.

This gives us an API key right here. In

order to use the MCP, what we need to do

next is that we need to open up this

docs. I'm going to leave a link in the

description. We're going to copy this

MCP URL, just paste it in where you can

edit this, delete where it says your API

key,

>> and then instead we're going to install

and instead we're going to insert this

API key right here. Copy this entire

thing. You know how it works now. Go

inside of settings, connect this, click

add, and this is again a custom

connector.

Call it Instantly.

Paste it in like this, and click add.

And there we [music] go. Instantly is

now connected. Because what this allows

us to do is that I can now write {slash}

Instantly campaign, this one right here.

>> And then I can write, "Please create a

cold email campaign for Rufus in Texas."

>> [music]

>> And I can now just hit enter, and now

it's going to take this skill right here

for creating cold email campaigns, and

it's going to build out a full cold

email campaign for us. This is what I

mean when I say that you can basically

take any skill, give that to Claude,

which you know how to do now, and then

you can automate anything that you want.

So, what are we selling? Let's say we

are selling speed-to-lead [music]

follow-up. What are we giving them?

Let's give a lost revenue calculator.

And now it's going to build out this

cold email campaign for us from start to

finish. It shows all of the copy, which

looks good, so I can just say, "Yes,

looks good. Please add it to the

campaign."

And now it's going to build out this

campaign for us. And there we go. We now

have a campaign, Rufus Texas

speed-to-lead. When I click on this, you

can see it's a brand new campaign, and

inside of sequences, it has generated

the entire campaign for us. Absolutely

insane. I hope you see how the

possibilities are literally endless when

you know how to create a simple Claude

skill like this, and turn Claude into

someone that actually does things for

[music] you, which was my entire goal
