guys, this is crazy news. We have the

AirPods, we have the AirPods Pro, and it

now looks like Apple are going to make

AirPods Ultra, the ultra AirPods out

there, also alongside the likes of the

AirPods Max range as well. But, these

are going to be supposedly the best

AirPods that Apple have ever made. And

today, I want to tell you all the

details about them. But quickly, let's

do a quick history lesson where we are

with AirPods right now. So, we're

talking 10 years ago since the release

of the original AirPods. And since that

time, we've had the introduction of the

AirPods 2. Then we had the AirPods Pro,

then AirPods Max, then we've had newer

generations AirPods all the way up to

the AirPods 4 now, the same with the

AirPods Pro, we're now on AirPods Pro 3,

and the same with the AirPods Maxes, the

overhead or over-ear sort of headphones,

we're now on AirPods Max 2. So, the big

question is what is the next step? Well,

the cool thing is, like I just said,

with the AirPods original, it has been

10 years since they came out. So, this

is the anniversary year to actually

bring out some brand new AirPods. And it

looks like Apple have the answer with

AirPods Ultra, and they could be coming

this year in 2026 to celebrate 10 years

of AirPods. Now, the new AirPods Ultra

are going to be quite unique in

especially its design way and the

features that are going to be added with

it. What we've been hearing about is

these leaks that you could see right

here, and that's is we're going to get

cameras added onto the side of each bud,

as it were, of each of the AirPods. Now,

these cameras, this is where things get

a little bit unknown, exactly what

they're going to be used for. There are

speculation of two different things what

they could be used for. One is is that

they could actually help out in the

environment that you are in. So, for

example, if you are on a train, for

example, and you don't want to disturb

the person next to you, it could detect

that you are on a train, but also might

turn up the volume just a little bit

because of the noise of the train in the

background. Or, for example, you're in a

library. Obviously, no one wants to hear

your AirPods in the library, so it could

detect that you're in the library and

just keep the noise a bit more minimal.

But, if you're in a loud environment,

somewhere say you're on a construction

yard or something like this, then

obviously it could detect that you're

there and turn up the volume really loud

to help you out. So, this is one idea

what these cameras could actually be

used for. The second idea what these

cameras could be used for is to be

actually used with the likes of, say,

Apple Intelligence and also with Siri.

It could actually be that these are

ultra-wide kind of cameras, very similar

to what you get like on a Ring doorbell,

where you get ultra view, as it were,

really ultra-wide. And what would happen

with this is that you could actually ask

Siri to take a snapshot of where you

are, and then obviously it could tell

you more information about something

what you're looking at or the

surroundings that you're in right now.

This is another option what these could

actually be used for. So, it's going to

be quite interesting what these are

going to actually do. What I personally

do not think what these cameras are

going to be for are for actual

mainstream recording. I do not think

they're going to be for that if you're

going for a run or a jog or something

like this that you just turn them on and

it just starts recording you. I

personally do not believe that's what

they're going to be for. I think

something like Apple Glasses are going

to be better for that. But, you know,

especially have two cameras, you can see

what I mean. It's unlikely why they

would have that in there. And it's also

a known fact here, if you don't believe

me, also look this up, it's been known

that one ear is meant to be slightly

higher than the other, and also the way

that you actually put these into your

ears as well. You can imagine the

cameras just wouldn't line up correctly

fully. So, again, you can see what I'm

getting at. I can't really see why, you

know, you'd have two cameras working

together to record your outside

environment and stream, as it were,

record video. I can only imagine them

for taking snapshots or photos about the

environment, what they are around, and

helping the actual AirPods or helping

you in looking at something. So, that is

the first thing I'm going to say there.

But then, after this, to make these

AirPods even better, finally, we've been

hearing we're going to get the H3 chip

added to these AirPods. Don't forget,

we've had the likes of the H2 chip ever

since the AirPods Pro 2, and that was

back in like

And since then, you know, we've had that

H2 chip introduced into the likes of

like the AirPods 4, for example. The

AirPods Pro 3 still have the H2 chip.

The AirPods Max 2 has the H2 chip. So,

the next chip is definitely on its way

now, and it's definitely needed. So,

yeah, for the 10th year anniversary

AirPods Ultra, it does look like they

are coming for that. And I expect things

like active noise cancellation will be

even greater than we have right now. So,

for example, the sample rate of how it

can listen to outside noises and

translate them to give you active noise

cancellation, that sample rate will

probably be like 50% better than what we

have with the H2 chip right now. It'll

be really great to see. Now, something

else that's probably most likely going

to happen with these Ultras is that the

battery life is going to be better than

before, especially if you're going to be

powering, you can imagine, cameras, and

that new H3 probably being more

efficient, battery life is going to be

better inside of them. And also,

probably the case as well that they sit

in. This will probably also be a bit

more better with its battery life. And

we're expecting the case to also have

all the usual features like the Find Me,

also to have a speaker for that Find Me

as well, MagSafe charging, all the

usual, cuz it will be the Ultra version

of these AirPods. So, yeah, just expect

that, too. But first, guys, I just want

moving on from this then, what about the

release date and price of the AirPods

Ultra? When are they likely to come out,

and what are they probably going to

cost? Well, for release time, like I

keep saying, it's been 10 years since

the original AirPods. Okay, the original

AirPods did come right at the end in

December in 2016.

The point is though, it's still 2016,

it's 2026. So, yeah, I would actually

say Apple are probably online that they

want to get them out this year. Possibly

they could launch them alongside the

iPhone Ultra as well. That's going to be

an Ultra phone, and they could also

release them at that time. Or they could

release them a couple of months later, a

month or so later in October or November

time, if Apple does an event there. I

personally do not think these will be a

soft release. Because obviously it's

been 10 years, and obviously the big

changes they're going to do with the

AirPods, it makes sense for Apple to do

an event around them. So, if it's going

to be this time, it's going to be either

September or October or November time

this year, when we'll get our hands on

the new AirPods Ultra. Now, the next

thing you're going to ask about is

price-wise. Now, don't forget with the

AirPods Pro 3 right now, they do start

at $249

US. This is one of the products that

actually hasn't been affected by the

price increases that Apple have done.

But, yeah, I think that could change in

September time, you know, especially if

they do bring out these new AirPods

Ultra. So, I think the Pro models might

go up potentially by about $30, $40. I

don't know. But, what I am going to say

for the AirPods Ultra, I'm expecting a

price to be anywhere between say $349 US

to to I would even say $400 for them,

especially with those two cameras

inside. So, yeah, just be aware it's

going to be hefty on your wallet. It's

going to be expensive for these new

AirPods Ultra when they do get released.

But really, guys, that is the latest and

greatest we have on the AirPods Ultra.
