There is a lot of misconception and

misunderstanding about the relationship

regulation. A lot of the people think

that oh, as soon as the word risk or

regulation appears, it means that the

people who use these words are against

Instead of first developing AI systems

[music] and then asking these

philosophical questions, can we think

about the philosophical questions along

the way of developing the systems? We

need to make [music] sure that if a

child is having access to a chatbot,

particular types of conversations are

blocked [music] when the child is using

the system. Or we need to make sure that

the a chatbot doesn't make a child or an

an adult addicted.

Ethical AI refers to a set of verifiable

practices that can help humans to

understand [music]

whether the AI system that they're

developing benefits society. [music]

There are many different ways to measure

whether, for example, an AI system is

[music] fair. This is a collective

attitude that should be really engraved

in the minds of a new generation, future

generation, such that we are sure that

collectively [music] we steer the use of

AI towards the benefit of humanity and

human flourishing and human well-being.
