Grok Bot Just Built My Entire Ad Campaign (Honest Review)

Four AI bots just built and launched an

0:02

entire ad campaign for me. 50 creatives,

0:06

nine ads launched and ready in my ad

0:09

account, and I didn't have to build a

0:10

single thing myself. I was out getting

0:12

lunch. This is Grobot, brand new from

0:14

XAI, and I got early access. Every bot

0:18

gets a name, a job, and its very own

0:21

computer in the cloud. So, I built an

0:23

entire team. Marge runs my ads. Ditto

0:26

posts my content. Velcro manages my

0:29

school community and Jenny generates all

0:32

the ad creative. Then I wire them all to

0:34

my Mac Mini via Tailcale so that every

0:37

automation I've ever built with Cloud

0:38

Code, they can just use right off the

0:40

bat and I didn't have to reinvent the

0:42

wheel. And then the real test, one group

0:44

chat with all four bots. Literally

0:46

working together to build an evergreen

0:48

ad campaign for my school community.

0:50

Parts of this genuinely blew my mind.

0:52

And while there's a couple things that

0:54

Claude Code still does better, I'll give

0:56

you my honest answer at the end of this

0:57

video on whether or not this is ready to

0:59

move my entire business operations into.

1:02

Let's get into it. Today, um I have

1:04

three different use cases I'm going to

1:07

be setting up. One is a bot called

1:09

Marge, whose whole um purpose is

1:13

basically to manage all of my ad

1:15

accounts. So that's like creating ads,

1:18

managing the media buying, giving giving

1:20

me insights. Um, you know, this is her

1:23

her life. Marge is short for margin. So

1:27

that's kind of fun. The second bot here

1:29

is called Ditto. And basically its whole

1:33

purpose is to post my content everywhere

1:36

for me and edit my videos and do

1:39

everything from like um setting up many

1:42

chat automations, email flows, LinkedIn

1:45

uh DM automations, everything that I

1:47

normally would do um for my content. So

1:50

its job is to take a video that I give

1:52

it, post it everywhere, write captions,

1:54

set up the backend stuff. Um so yeah, I

1:58

gave it this prompt. Um, you know,

2:01

basically this is after a lot of like

2:04

brainstorming and Claude, this is what I

2:06

came up with. So, it looks like now it's

2:10

uh asking me a couple questions. Where

2:12

should I pull raw videos from? I'd like

2:14

it to have connection to my own

2:16

computer. So, I'm going to ask it um can

2:19

you SSH into my Mac Mini to view files

2:25

there?

2:27

And now it's thinking. While Ditto works

2:30

through some tasks I've given it, I'm

2:33

going to go ahead and get my third bot

2:35

set up here. It's called Velcro because

2:37

it's going to help people stick around

2:38

in my school community. So the whole

2:41

purpose of this bot is basically to

2:45

serve as a surface um you know any

2:47

questions coming up coming up in the

2:49

group help me you know find you know if

2:52

somebody asks a question and the the

2:55

answer exists somewhere else like kind

2:57

of draft replies for me obviously I edit

2:59

everything um and also like grab course

3:02

material from different parts of the

3:04

school and basically just as act as a

3:07

community manager and like assistant for

3:10

So that's the whole concept with this

3:11

one. So part of this will be I I'll need

3:13

to make sure that it's connected into my

3:16

school. And the way it will do that is

3:18

all of these have their own um computer

3:23

which is pretty crazy. So each bot has

3:26

its own isolated machine that it runs

3:29

everything in the cloud. So looks like

3:32

out of the box we've got Chrome, a file

3:35

manager, and like a terminal. So, um,

3:38

yeah, I'm I'm really curious what we can

3:40

kind of like get figured out with this.

3:42

Okay, this is actually pretty wild. So,

3:44

um, when we hit the, you know, how is it

3:47

going to get files? It was like, okay,

3:49

maybe we'll grab them from Google Drive

3:51

or I can give them files manually or

3:52

whatever. But I already have a Mac Mini

3:54

set up with like dev setups, like my

3:58

repos, everything's already set up on my

4:00

Mac Mini, so I don't want to like

4:01

completely reinvent the wheel. So, I

4:03

asked my Mac Mini if it can just connect

4:07

to Tailcale and Tail Scale is what I use

4:10

to connect all of my machines together

4:12

and allows them to like basically always

4:15

be able to search in other computers.

4:17

So, when I'm on my Mac, a my MacBook Pro

4:20

from anywhere in the world, I can like

4:22

remote into my Mac Mini or if I'm my

4:25

phone, I can connect to my Mac Mini.

4:27

Everything's always connected, which

4:29

makes it so I can be just anywhere and

4:31

always have AI, have access to anything

4:33

on across all of my different devices.

4:35

So, this is super cool because I just

4:38

asked Grockbot to connect to my Mac Mini

4:43

via Tail Scale and I just added it to my

4:46

Tail Scale account. So, I have Ditto

4:48

agent now as a device within my Tail

4:51

Scale and it shows as connected. Um, so

4:55

now it's saying we're connected. I can

4:58

reach your Mac Mini from anywhere over

5:01

tail scale. So then I said great. Now I

5:04

want you to and I gave it like the

5:07

location of my like dev folder for all

5:10

of these um content automations that

5:13

I've already built out in cloud code.

5:16

So, I gave it the link to the

5:18

destination of that folder, and I'm

5:20

basically going to I'm basically asking

5:22

it, I want you to do a deep dive, fully

5:24

understand everything in this folder,

5:26

how it's set up, how you can use it to

5:28

do all the things I'm going to ask you

5:30

to do, like post my content, edit my

5:32

videos, all this stuff. Because again,

5:34

I've already done a lot of the work here

5:36

inside of Claude Code. So, I don't want

5:38

to completely have to like reinvent the

5:40

wheel inside of Grockbot. I want to just

5:42

point Grockbot to the work that I've

5:43

already done and then allow it to use

5:47

all of those tools inside of this

5:49

Grockbot computer environment, which it

5:51

can do now because it's directly

5:53

connected to my Mac Mini. So, this this

5:56

like cloud computer that Grockbot always

5:59

has access to now can fire off um

6:02

scripts and automations from my Mac Mini

6:05

for me. And Grockbot also has an app,

6:07

which is like this is what I'm really

6:09

excited to test and see how well it

6:11

works is if I can basically just use

6:14

Grockbot as like my execution layer for

6:17

everything that I'm doing in my

6:18

business. Okay, so now basically

6:23

um Claudebot is going to town. It's

6:26

asking me which raw um video should it

6:29

edit first and I pointed it to uh a

6:31

video about editing videos with Claude.

6:34

So, this is the video. It's probing it,

6:37

checking for an existing edit. Um, and

6:40

then it's going to start just like going

6:42

through a process that I already have

6:44

set from Cloud Code to edit the video.

6:46

And this is actually pretty cool because

6:48

it was able to just like to see that it

6:50

already edited like I already edited

6:52

this video once inside of Claude Code

6:54

and that it's posted live on Instagram

6:57

and everything. Um, it's not going to

6:59

post it for me. Okay. Okay, so here I'm

7:01

now I'm telling it that basically I want

7:03

it to still edit the video. Um, so we

7:05

can just do like a dry run together and

7:08

that I want it to go through the motions

7:10

of what it would do to post this video

7:12

on all my channels, but don't actually

7:13

post it yet cuz obviously it's already

7:15

been posted. And we're kind of treat

7:17

treating this as a dry run to make sure

7:19

that all the kinks are worked out.

7:20

Popping back over to Velcro. Looks like

7:23

it has my school community up on its

7:28

computer and it's asking me to sign in.

7:30

So, I'm going to go ahead and go into

7:32

the computer and log into my school.

7:36

So, I went ahead and logged in and told

7:38

it that I am done. So, now it's going to

7:40

continue. And now I'm popping back over

7:43

to Marge and I'm saying I want you to

7:45

install tail scale like what we just did

7:47

with Velcro. And I'm saying we just I'm

7:50

telling it we just did this with Velcro.

7:52

So talk to her to see exactly how it was

7:54

done. So now you can see this is this is

7:57

so crazy. It says messaged Velcro and

8:01

it's asking how to get this done. Okay,

8:03

this is pretty dope. It's actually

8:05

saying that um we already have tail

8:08

scale connected so I don't have to do it

8:11

in for every single bot. So one bot

8:13

having tail scale works with everything

8:15

which is awesome. All right, so I'm back

8:17

in Velcro and it's kind of wild. that

8:20

did like a dry run of this thing and

8:22

basically it's like here's some people

8:24

who have joined with DMs, here's um

8:28

questions that people are asking with,

8:30

you know, some draft responses.

8:33

So, it's just nice to see that. And then

8:36

um people who have joined with zero

8:38

engagement, so like offering a DM to

8:40

send people uh to nudge them to get

8:43

started in the community. Some at risk

8:46

people for cancelling. Pretty cool.

8:48

Okay, this is pretty cool. It was able

8:50

to take the video um and do some like

8:53

light edits on it and then write me I

8:57

think some captions and have it all

8:59

staged to go live in all my channels.

9:01

So, it did what I would normally have it

9:03

do inside of Cloud Code but just inside

9:05

of Grockbot, which is pretty sweet.

9:07

Okay, so now I'm over at Marge who I

9:10

pointed to my folder in my on my Mac

9:13

Mini that has like all of my information

9:15

about like running my ads on Meta. Um,

9:19

and we've got now now she's asking me

9:22

some questions like what should the

9:23

target CPA be? I'm going to say 140. It

9:26

also pulled some of my historical

9:28

information from my ad account. Okay.

9:31

So, I'm going to try something and tell

9:33

it that.

9:36

So now I'm going to tell it, I want you

9:38

to draft a post to my community talking

9:43

all about how I have early access to

9:45

Grockbot and built out some pretty sweet

9:48

bots. I want you to talk with the other

9:50

bots like Marge and Ditto just so you

9:52

get full context around what we've been

9:56

building today and use all that

9:58

information to write the perfect school

10:00

community post. Make sure you use the

10:02

humanizer skill that's in the school

10:07

developer folder so that we make sure

10:11

that the text reads like a human wrote

10:14

it. [sighs]

10:16

All right, let's see how that does. All

10:18

right, here Marge was able to give me a

10:21

overview of the top ads. I just like

10:25

literally launched these ads like an

10:27

hour ago, so they've only spent $13 so

10:29

far today. But I was like, I want to

10:31

know which ones are just getting spent

10:33

so far. And so it gave me like little

10:35

screenshots of the ads. And then I said,

10:38

I want to actually have the preview

10:40

links. So then it gave me actual links

10:42

to every single ad with like the ad copy

10:45

and comments and all that good stuff. So

10:47

I could see and it showed how much spend

10:49

each one of these ads has gotten so far.

10:51

So like pretty sweet. If I was out and

10:54

about and then I just wanted to like

10:55

check in really quick without like

10:56

trying to open the ads manager app and

10:58

do all this stuff like this would

10:59

actually be pretty dope. All right,

11:01

coming back to Velcro the community

11:03

manager for school. And this is

11:06

[clears throat] what it wrote for me for

11:08

the like Grockbot update. Um, pretty

11:13

cool. Like you know sounds like

11:16

something I would write because of the

11:17

human ad copy scanner that it used.

11:20

Also, um, you can see here it got a

11:23

message from Ditto. And if I click on

11:25

that, it'll show exactly what Ditto was

11:28

able to provide to Velcro to help it

11:31

write this post. So, here's what's like

11:33

just kind of wild to me is all of these

11:37

chat bots can can like they can act

11:40

independently, but then they can also

11:42

work together on certain tasks. So, like

11:44

these are all focused on different um

11:46

outcomes, right? Like Velcro's whole

11:49

goal is being a community manager and

11:51

making sure people are getting great in

11:54

info on my school community and like I'm

11:57

able to do things in the school

11:58

community. Ditto is the content manager,

12:00

so taking my content, distributing it,

12:02

like handling all that good stuff. Marge

12:05

is like running all the ads, giving me

12:07

all the information for the ads. But

12:09

like really all three of these, it's

12:11

kind of like my flywheel, my content

12:13

flywheel, right? So, I've got content, I

12:15

got my school, I've got my ads. Um, I

12:18

could probably have another one in here

12:19

for like brand partnerships if I wanted

12:22

to have one that like manages all of my

12:24

brand partnerships. Um, but what's so

12:26

cool is like they can all work together

12:28

and like I don't know, that's just

12:30

that's like such a cool concept to me.

12:32

All right, so I'm making a fourth bot

12:35

and I'm going to call it Jenny because

12:38

it is going to handle all things Gen AI.

12:41

And so basically I'm doing the same

12:43

thing I did with the other three bots.

12:44

I'm pointing it to my folder genai

12:48

folder. So inside of um my AI projects,

12:52

this is another folder that I have

12:53

claude code working all the time. It has

12:56

like my arc ads. Everything that I do

12:58

with Genai lives in this folder. So, um,

13:02

basically I am pointing Jenny. I'm

13:05

pointing Jenny at that folder so that it

13:08

can get a full understanding of

13:10

everything that we've built with AI and

13:12

how it can use all these tools to

13:14

fulfill its purpose, which is

13:16

essentially be, you know, the designer

13:19

or like the AI designer. So, right off

13:22

the bat, I noticed that it was like

13:24

trying to find this on my local

13:27

computer, which is so I told it I told

13:31

Jenny access or to access that folder,

13:34

you must use tail scale and to ask Marge

13:37

how to get that set up. So, now it's

13:39

asking Marge how to get the tail scale

13:40

set up. Um, her I'll pick the deep dive

13:44

back up as soon as she replies with the

13:46

tail scale steps. Marge came through.

13:49

tail scales already on this computer as

13:51

Ditto agent I'll SSH into the mini and

13:54

keep reading from there. So like it's

13:56

like shared context across multiple

13:58

different bots you know like and you can

14:02

see them messaging back and forth like

14:04

it is so cool. Okay so it looks like it

14:07

got all the information from Marge the

14:09

gen AI folder four pieces basically

14:14

explaining how this whole folder works

14:15

together and everything that exists

14:17

inside of it. So now it's doing a

14:19

readiness check on ARC ads and key to

14:22

make sure that they're both connected.

14:24

It's found the keys. It's hitting ARC

14:26

ads and key with a readonly health call

14:29

now. Just basically making sure that the

14:30

connection is established. Like right

14:32

here, I just started a group message

14:34

with all four of them. And I asked, "Hey

14:36

everyone, just want to make sure

14:37

everyone's connected to Mac Mini via

14:38

Tailscale and knows how to access their

14:40

corresponding dev folders." Um, so Jenny

14:44

is giving me a yep, good to go on my

14:46

end.

14:47

>> [laughter]

14:47

>> And here we go. We've got all four

14:50

checking in. Yep. From Jenny, uh, Ditto,

14:54

same here. Marge, Velcro, they all said

14:56

that they are connected and pointed to

15:00

the folder that they should be operating

15:03

inside of. Okay. So, now I want to try

15:07

something that is going to like put all

15:09

this to the test. So, I'm going to do

15:11

another group chat here um with Jenny

15:14

Velcro. I don't think I need Ditto, but

15:17

I need Marge is I want to ask it to

15:20

basically build a new ad campaign for

15:22

me. So, Jenny is going to create the AI

15:25

creatives. So, I'm just going to do some

15:26

static image ads. Um, Velcro is going to

15:29

grab all the information from my school

15:31

community and then Marge is going to

15:34

take all that information to actually

15:36

build the ads for me in ads manager. So,

15:38

let's give this a try. I'm just going to

15:40

use Whisper Flow to write my prompt for

15:42

this. So, I'm going to say, "Hey

15:43

everybody, I have a task that I would

15:45

like you to tackle together. I need some

15:48

new ads built for my school community,

15:51

promoting people to sign up. Um, so I

15:54

need you all to work together on this

15:56

one. Uh, the first step here is I want

15:58

Jenny to create some new AI statics.

16:02

Marge, can you pull some historical data

16:07

from my ad account around which image

16:09

ads have performed the best and pass

16:12

that over to Jenny so she has some

16:13

references? And I'm also going to

16:15

include an air table database full of

16:19

hundreds and hundreds of AI statics or I

16:22

guess they're not created with AI,

16:23

they're real statics, but there's

16:26

already prompts in there for you to

16:27

rebuild them with AI. So, I want you to,

16:30

you know, take the information from

16:32

Marge so you understand what's working,

16:34

but then I want you to go and grab some

16:36

new templates. Maybe create 50 ad uh

16:40

concepts for me using the creatives from

16:43

the Air Table. And I want to make sure

16:45

that you're working with Velcro on this

16:48

so that you have all the information you

16:50

need about the school community um to

16:53

make sure that the text on the statics

16:56

is super accurate and up to-date and

16:58

relevant. Um I want Jenny I want you to

17:03

create all 50 static image ads. I want

17:06

you to host them on a herenow canvas and

17:10

then have the ability for me to go

17:12

through and like select my favorites

17:15

from that canvas. And then that will

17:18

tell Marge which of those to start

17:21

building the ads with. And Marge, I want

17:23

to make sure that you write new ad copy

17:26

for all these static images. And again,

17:29

review the ad account, understand which

17:33

pieces of ad copy are doing well. Don't

17:35

let the flash sale, an anniversary sale,

17:39

um, skew your data because this is this

17:41

is meant to be an evergreen campaign.

17:43

So, make sure you study the historical

17:45

evergreen creatives and not necessarily

17:47

the flash sale ones because, uh, we're

17:49

not doing a flash sale right now and

17:51

we'll make sure these ads work as

17:53

evergreen ads. All of you are free to

17:56

ask me any questions you have about this

17:59

process. Actually, maybe we can start

18:01

there. If any of you have questions,

18:03

maybe think about them and ask me five

18:05

questions uh just to make sure that we

18:08

fully get this perfect on the first try.

18:11

Okay, so that was with Whisper Flow. It

18:15

was able to put this all into a

18:18

beautiful prompt for me. So, I'm going

18:20

to submit it and let's see how my my

18:23

bots get to work for me. I'm super

18:26

curious. Okay, this is so cool. Jenny

18:30

wrote five questions for me and then uh

18:34

it's like pinging the other two like add

18:36

anything I'm missing. Um and you can

18:38

just see like all the other bots just

18:41

getting to work. So Velcro has got its

18:44

five questions and it looks like Marge

18:48

is now working on her five questions. So

18:51

once all these questions are laid out,

18:53

I'll do another whisper flow again and

18:54

just respond with my answers. Okay, so

18:57

we've got all basically 15 questions. So

19:00

I'm going to go ahead and do Whisper

19:01

Flow again and just answer them. So let

19:06

me do this and I'll start Whisper Flow.

19:09

I just gave you the Air Table link, so

19:12

that should be in the chat for you to

19:13

use. For the offer on the creatives, you

19:17

can include the price of $150 a month.

19:20

Definitely don't invent any claims. For

19:24

the format, you can do one by one or

19:26

4x5. Um, you know, if the source

19:30

template makes more sense to do 9x6,

19:32

basically just follow like the source.

19:34

But I would lean towards 4x5 as the

19:37

primary for all of these. GPT image 2.

19:40

Let's do that for anything that is

19:44

textheavy. You can use nano banana for

19:46

photore. That's fine. For the here. Now,

19:49

I want you to create a new canvas. and

19:53

just use a new canvas there. The authent

19:55

the authentication for herenow should be

19:58

in the dev folder, but let me know if

20:00

you need me to add it in the chat for

20:02

you. A Velcro, I'm answering your

20:04

questions. Now, the price on the

20:06

creative, yes, $150 a month. Don't show

20:09

the annual and don't use $97 anywhere

20:14

cuz that's not the price. You can use

20:16

the member count, but make sure you use

20:18

the most up-to-date for the offer

20:20

promise. Primary CTA is join school.

20:23

Yeah, there's no free trial. Just

20:25

school.com/mrpaidsocial

20:27

for the URL is fine. The current in the

20:30

product, uh I want primarily these to be

20:34

focused on the Claude code vibe coding

20:38

and less on the master class. So, make

20:41

sure you comb through the community on

20:43

like everything that I've been posting

20:44

as it relates to AI and using claude and

20:47

claude code. And then also referencing

20:49

any of the information from the actual

20:52

courses that I've put together in in the

20:54

class as well. Also, I put together that

20:58

start here course that has like the full

21:01

overview. maybe use that as your

21:03

knowledge base for this so that you have

21:05

full visibility into everything that is

21:07

in the course in one sheet. And I'm

21:10

wondering if it makes sense to even like

21:12

host that sheet as like a Google doc

21:16

that we can have linked in the ad copy.

21:19

I think that could actually be pretty

21:20

cool where we could show like here is

21:22

the full outline of the entire school

21:25

community that you can preview before

21:26

you even want to sign up. So maybe

21:28

create a Google doc version of that

21:32

course. The start here course shows

21:34

everything in the community and then we

21:36

can link to that in the ad copy um of

21:39

our ads. I think that would be I think

21:41

that'd be really cool. Um yeah, banned

21:44

on the image. Don't talk about refunds.

21:46

It's not a free community. Don't

21:47

guarantee anything. There's no

21:49

anniversary sale. And then Marge getting

21:52

to your questions now. Uh evergreen

21:55

scope. Which campaigns adsets count as

21:57

evergreen? They have evergreen in the

21:59

campaign name. So just focus on those.

22:02

Winner definition 3090 days or lifetime.

22:06

You can do lifetime. I think that's

22:07

fine. Build target. Drop new ads into

22:11

existing evergreen ad set. No. What I

22:13

want you to do is actually build a new

22:16

ad set in the campaign that I just

22:18

launched today. It's the school

22:20

evergreen campaign. So, just create

22:22

a new ad set within that campaign and

22:25

have it set to $100 a day. You can

22:28

review the ad set that I already

22:29

launched there today for how it's all

22:31

set up. Um, copy structure. I want five

22:34

primary text, five headlines. You can

22:37

reuse a couple evergreen bodies, but I

22:39

do want you to primarily write fresh new

22:44

primary texts. So, glean information

22:47

from what's worked in old primary texts,

22:50

but maybe only use one. Maybe use one

22:52

top performer. And again, don't include

22:54

any old pricing. So, update anything

22:57

that is a top performer with uh correct

23:00

pricing there. Uh let's see what else we

23:03

got here. Selection handoff. When you

23:06

star favorites on the canvas, is that my

23:08

green light to build those 50? Let's

23:11

I'll the the ones that I select in the

23:13

canvas will be what we build with, but I

23:16

wait for my confirmation that the those

23:18

are ready to build ads with because I

23:20

might have some that I select that I are

23:22

favorites, but maybe there's some that I

23:25

might have feedback on. So, actually,

23:26

that's a good point on the here.now

23:29

canvas that you make, have a comment box

23:32

underneath it so that I can select the

23:35

favorite but also leave a comment for

23:37

you. And if there is a comment,

23:39

basically that just means I need you to

23:41

regenerate that image and apply the

23:44

changes that I'm requesting. Okay, so

23:47

we've got a bunch of prompts. Like this

23:50

is a huge prompt. I'm answering all

23:52

their questions. And like again, Whisper

23:54

Flow is so so helpful for stuff like

23:57

this because I can just ramble and it's

23:59

like I'm actually talking to a team

24:02

member and giving them feedback instead.

24:04

I didn't have to sit down here and write

24:05

everything. And I feel like you just get

24:07

way better um giving clear like clear

24:10

instructions to your AI agents. So I'm

24:12

going to go ahead and submit this to the

24:14

group. While I was talking, I saw that

24:17

Jenny got the Air Table. She already

24:20

started working on looking at that. Um I

24:22

don't have Air Table connected yet.

24:24

Everyone, okay, if I install the Air

24:26

Table connector, so it it it like tagged

24:29

everybody to ask if it could install the

24:31

Air Table connector. Um which is just so

24:34

funny. It's like, let me clear this with

24:35

the group before I do it. It's so crazy.

24:38

So, quick update here. I've been just

24:40

kind of like chatting uh for a while.

24:43

Not that long, maybe like 5 minutes. The

24:45

the difference. And they went ahead and

24:47

they built like a full school overview

24:51

doc that it's going to link in the ad

24:53

creative for me, which is pretty sick.

24:55

I'm probably going to add it to the

24:56

about page for people that are looking

24:57

at the community as well. Crow do that

24:59

for me, which I maybe I'll ask her to do

25:01

that. And then um we got Jenny access to

25:06

Air Table and there was already like an

25:09

API key that I pointed it to and I had

25:12

like it's just really cool to see all

25:14

the different bots kind of like

25:15

interacting with each other and helping

25:17

each other solve the problems. So, I

25:19

just asked Jenny, "How are the new ad

25:21

statics coming?" And right now, it's um

25:25

it showed me that it was uh looking in

25:28

Air Table for it. And I think if I click

25:30

in Jenny individually, I can see kind of

25:33

what it's doing on its own outside of

25:35

the group chat. So, here it was asking

25:37

me um do we want a concept list first or

25:41

just generate? I'm going to do a concept

25:42

list first for B. Yeah. So now it's

25:44

going to like create a concept list um

25:47

from the air table for me. Okay. Uh and

25:51

we've got a status update here now. So

25:54

it's saying I've got Marg's evergreen

25:57

winners plus Velcro's facts, but I

25:59

haven't locked the 50 templates yet.

26:02

Short list is locked. 50 templates

26:03

pulled. Um Jenny is saying or Velcro is

26:07

saying look solid from my side. Hooks

26:09

match the facts pack. one check before

26:11

you burn credits on image blah blah blah

26:14

never yeah okay Marge is saying give

26:16

Jenny the ad side thumbs up so like

26:20

they're all cross-checking Jenny's short

26:23

list of templates that it's wanting to

26:26

use so here's that short list it looks

26:29

like so um you know it's got a bunch of

26:33

different templates u that's one of the

26:36

beautiful things about generating these

26:38

ads with AI in mass is I can have it do

26:42

50 and then I can choose like my

26:44

favorite five, you know, I don't have to

26:46

like mindlessly just have it create all

26:49

of them. Um, so we'll see what this

26:52

comes up with. So, it's kind of

26:54

interesting. It looks like there's kind

26:55

of some bouncing back and forth you need

26:57

to do from like a group chat into the

27:00

individual chat. Um, it's giving me an

27:02

estimate on credits cost for each.

27:07

Um, I'm waiting on Caleb's final

27:09

approval. So, it's messaging me here.

27:12

The batch now is running on my Mac Mini

27:15

and it's going to ping me when the first

27:16

wave lands. So, now it's getting to work

27:18

and it's probably going to create like

27:20

the canvas on here now for me

27:23

separately. While it was working on

27:24

that, I asked Velcro or sorry, I asked

27:27

um I asked Jenny up here to create some

27:31

like avatar images for each of the

27:34

thing. I just I had it just randomly

27:36

like use uh like a claimation style. So

27:40

this is the one for Jenny. It's got like

27:42

a paintbrush cuz it's like the creative

27:43

one. This is Velcro. It's like a hug cuz

27:46

it's a community manager. This one I

27:49

believe is Ditto cuz it's like copying

27:52

things over. And Marge, we've got like

27:54

the data analyst person because they're

27:57

managing all the margin and everything.

28:00

And then it was kind of cool because I

28:01

asked it to um you know hand these

28:05

images over to everybody and then each

28:07

person or sorry not person each bot

28:10

individually was like uh the avatar

28:14

thanks Jenny and they like implemented

28:16

it themselves. So now they all have

28:18

these little avatars which is pretty

28:20

cool. Okay, so I asked everybody in the

28:23

chat basically like, "Hey, is there

28:25

anything else we can be doing while

28:26

we're waiting on the AI statics to be

28:28

done and everyone was basically like,

28:30

"Nope, we're all set. We're just waiting

28:32

on the images." And then I tagged Marge

28:34

here and I said, "Go ahead and build out

28:36

the ad set while we wait." And so it

28:40

went and it built out the ad set that

28:42

we're going to be using to launch these

28:44

ads into. I popped over to Jenny

28:46

directly and asked basically like,

28:47

"How's how's it going?" Um, and it gave

28:50

me a status update. Two out of 50 done.

28:53

So, it's trying to give me an image

28:55

preview, but it's not working. So, I

28:58

wanted to see like, okay, can I see this

29:00

stuff in clawed or sorry, in my um Mac

29:04

Mini folder. So, I went into my Mac Mini

29:07

and I saw that it created a school

29:09

evergreen statics folder and there's an

29:11

image folders folder here. Um, and I can

29:14

see like some of the ads that it's

29:17

created for me so far.

29:19

Um, pretty solid. I don't know who this

29:22

guy is. Um, so we'll we'll I'll do like

29:25

a a more more of like a review when it

29:27

gives me all this in here. Now, but I

29:29

can at least see that the ad images are

29:32

populating now from Arc Ads. Um, it's

29:35

estimating 30 to 60 minutes, but this

29:39

shouldn't take that long. So, I'm going

29:41

to tell it like, "Hey, Jenny, really

29:43

quick. This shouldn't take 30 to 60

29:46

minutes. You should be able to fire all

29:48

of these prompts to Arc Ads via the API

29:51

in parallel and have all the images

29:53

generated at once. It seems like maybe

29:55

you are doing this one at a time and

29:58

that is unacceptable. So, please adjust

30:01

the way that you are getting all these

30:03

creatives made from Arcads. So, it said

30:07

you're right. Um, it's going to stop the

30:09

the slow five at a time runner and fire

30:12

all of them in parallel. But then I also

30:14

said I wanted it to use my likeness for

30:16

any of the ads cuz I noticed in some of

30:18

these that it's using like like this

30:21

guy, right? Some random person. Um but

30:23

I'd rather have that be me if it's going

30:25

to be using that. So I'm asking it I

30:28

have like a folder of images on my Mac

30:30

Mini of me just like in different

30:33

settings that it can use whenever it's

30:35

using my likeness and generating it uh

30:37

with AI. So I'm pointing it to that

30:40

folder or I didn't even point it to the

30:42

folder. I just said I basically find the

30:43

folder. Um, and it looks like it found

30:47

it, which is great. I didn't have to

30:49

give it a URL or anything. I think

30:51

that's the beauty of getting this all

30:52

set up where these bots can remote into

30:55

my Mac Mini via tail scale and

30:57

automatically like search through

30:59

everything because I don't have to be

31:01

super specific. I can just say, "Hey,

31:02

there's a folder of this in on my Mac

31:05

Mini. Like, go find it." And then, you

31:07

know, this time it found it right away.

31:09

I didn't have to give it a bunch of

31:11

detailed instructions. Um, which is

31:13

super cool. And here's something that's

31:15

super crazy about this method is in the

31:18

folder here, you can see there's like a

31:20

folder for prompts. And I can look and

31:23

see all the prompts that it wrote it

31:25

wrote to generate all these ads. So like

31:28

I didn't have to sit here and like write

31:30

all the and some of these are like

31:31

really uh you know thorough. Um, so I

31:36

didn't have to write in any of these,

31:38

which is just amazing because this is

31:39

already trained on prompting structure

31:42

for each model. It already knows like

31:44

how to put all this stuff together. So

31:47

that's super cool. Okay, so here's

31:50

something that's pretty cool is this is

31:51

like, you know, it's students thing. I'm

31:53

going to go get coffee and I have the

31:56

Grockbot on my phone. So I can literally

32:00

just like have the same exact session.

32:03

Yeah. So, I can have the same exact

32:04

session on my phone in real time as

32:07

what's going on on Grockbot. So, I'm

32:09

going to go keep tabs on this and come

32:11

back. Okay. So, really quick, I just um

32:13

I was able to connect my iPhone, but I

32:15

just want to highlight [clears throat]

32:16

this is the app view right here. Okay.

32:19

And I've got desktop open as well. And

32:22

you can see like they're exactly in

32:24

sync. Like it's showing everything on my

32:27

phone that it's showing on my computer,

32:31

right? Um, so that makes it really easy.

32:34

Like I can go I can select any of my

32:36

bots while I'm out and about and they

32:40

have full control over their own

32:43

computer environment and my dev computer

32:46

over SSH um through tail scale. So like

32:49

really this is like the perfect

32:51

execution layer for anything that I've

32:54

built already with cloud code. Okay, so

32:57

to finish this up, looks like we have 50

33:00

creatives to review from Jenny. They

33:02

whipped up the school evergreen statics

33:06

v2. So I'm going to click on that. This

33:08

was created in the here now link. So

33:11

it's right here, here. And now I can

33:14

choose my favorites. I can leave

33:16

comments. And then all of this will be

33:19

sent to my bot for review. So let's take

33:24

a look at some of these. This one looks

33:27

pretty I'm good with that. So, I'll go

33:29

ahead and favorite it. This one's kind

33:31

of cool. Shows the process of using

33:34

Cloud Code to whip up a bunch of

33:35

creatives. So, I'll go ahead and start

33:38

that. I'm not going to show the process

33:40

of me like looking at every single

33:41

creative and, you know, favoring them.

33:44

But, like obviously there's like this

33:45

one looks pretty weird. I'm not going to

33:48

do that one. Um, that one looks weird as

33:51

well. Um, you know, so the whole point

33:54

with this is like you're getting a lot

33:56

of creative like possibilities at very

33:59

like cost-effective rates. Like I think

34:01

each one of these images maybe costs

34:02

like 10 to50 cents depending on like the

34:06

model you're using and all that good

34:07

stuff. Um, there is a lot of text on a

34:11

handful of these which you know could be

34:14

good or bad. Um, so yeah, I'm going to

34:16

go ahead and choose my favorites and

34:18

then also if I care enough to go through

34:21

an iteration process, like if I really

34:22

like one of these, I will leave a

34:24

comment on the regen note. Um, but I

34:27

think for the most part, I'll probably

34:28

just choose my favorites. Okay, [snorts]

34:30

so I favored nine out of the 50 of

34:32

these. There are quite a few that didn't

34:35

quite make the mark. I in general I'm

34:37

noticing that this round of creative is

34:39

not quite as good as what I would

34:41

normally get from just using claude code

34:44

and specifically if I was using

34:45

something like Fable 5. And so part of

34:47

this might be the issue or part of the

34:49

issue with this might be that Grock bot

34:52

I don't know the model being used

34:54

doesn't allow you to select the model

34:56

but I think it's probably using Grock

34:58

4.5 which um you know is just not going

35:01

to be as good as like a top tier model

35:03

like Fable 5 at writing prompts. So,

35:06

there were nine though that I was pretty

35:07

happy with. There was a couple that I

35:09

gave it feedback on. So, I'm going to

35:12

see if it can regenerate them. Uh, let's

35:14

see if I can Yeah, right here. Like, I

35:16

was like, I like this concept. Some

35:17

parts didn't work. I explained what

35:19

didn't work and what I wanted to fix.

35:20

So, now I'm going to copy the feedback

35:22

and then I'm going to pop back over to

35:25

Jenny, paste the feedback in, and then

35:28

it's like giving it, you know, this was

35:30

the creative, this is my feedback, this

35:32

is the number, blah blah blah. Um, and

35:34

now it's going to get to work with the

35:36

next versions. And then I think it's

35:38

probably going to save the favorites and

35:41

start passing them over to the others.

35:43

So, in the group chat here, let's see.

35:46

We've got Velcro saying, "Canvas noted.

35:49

When the star picks, I'll spot check

35:51

winners and for claim drift blah blah

35:53

blah." Uh, before Marge writes copy

35:56

until then, I'm clear. Okay. I just uh

36:00

harded or starred my favorites in the

36:03

canvas. I gave a couple with feedback

36:05

for uh but go ahead and start building

36:11

the ones that I approved.

36:14

And so here we've got got your nine

36:16

favorites fixing the three regens now.

36:19

So working on that. Okay. So here Marge

36:22

confirmed the winners. Uh crow is set to

36:26

like check for claim. So, a reminder,

36:28

Velcro is my school manager, so she's

36:31

checking against claims made in the ads,

36:34

making sure they're factual. All good

36:36

there. Marge is good on product facts

36:40

for the copy. So, you can see we're just

36:43

kind of like passing things from one

36:44

person or like one bot to the next bot.

36:47

I'm keeping it moving forward. Okay, so

36:49

update here. We got some ads uploaded.

36:53

Um, I just went through my normal QA to

36:56

see, you know, how it did and overall it

36:59

did pretty good, but when I came down to

37:01

the ad copy section, there were

37:03

definitely some like m dashes and

37:06

whatnot. Um, so it did not write the ad

37:09

copy as I would have liked. Everything

37:11

else looks good though on my So, one

37:14

thing about this that I asked it to do

37:17

was run it through my AI detection skill

37:19

because I have an AI writing skill that

37:21

I run everything through just to make

37:23

sure there's no like AI tells. So, I

37:26

asked it to run through that. Um, it

37:27

also uploaded 14 ads instead of the

37:30

eight that I had approved. So, I asked

37:32

it what was up with that. And basically,

37:34

it said like it attempted and failed,

37:37

but like some of them went through or

37:39

whatever. So, um, some of them are just

37:41

duplic. So, at the end of this, I'll

37:42

probably ask it to like for me, but, uh,

37:44

it's working on fixing the ad copy.

37:47

While that's doing that, Jenny is

37:49

working on the regens. So, I'm going to

37:52

ask it what's the update on those

37:54

regens. Are we done? And just see if uh,

37:58

that's ready to go. But, we're getting

37:59

closer to having this thing fully built

38:02

out. I'm Grockbot, which is kind of

38:04

cool. Okay. I just thought of something

38:06

else that I don't really love about this

38:08

setup with Grockbot is like um sorry one

38:12

sec is right now I have Marge doing this

38:16

task for me and it says it's working but

38:18

I can't see what it's doing or like what

38:19

it's thinking and one thing I love about

38:22

claude code is when it's working on

38:24

something I can see how it's thinking

38:27

and how it's moving through a task and

38:29

then if it's like if I know that it's

38:31

going the wrong direction I can just

38:33

interject and correct it so I don't have

38:35

to sit and wait for it to do something

38:36

wrong and then have to say exactly what

38:39

it did wrong and then redirect that way.

38:41

So, it's not my favorite. Um, you know,

38:45

it says clean ads set with nine approved

38:47

ads is ready. So, let's see if it

38:48

actually did that. This was what I I

38:50

asked it to basically create a new ad

38:52

set. Um, it renamed the one do not use

38:55

that it made originally. So, let's click

38:57

into this one. Looks like we've got nine

39:00

clean. So, it did it did the task right.

39:02

Um, let's take a look at the ad copy

39:04

here and make sure that everything looks

39:07

better than it did before. I'm not

39:08

seeing any like M dashes or anything

39:12

like no no no tells here that I'm able

39:15

to spot in terms of how it's written.

39:18

Um, this looks pretty good, I think. So,

39:21

here we are. I mean, we got nine ads in

39:23

here, all generated with AI from start

39:25

to finish. I've got the images here all

39:29

uploaded with five variations of primary

39:31

text and headlines for every single one.

39:34

I'm going to let these rip uh and my

39:37

we'll set these live and we're just

39:40

going to see how they do for a while.

39:42

But um you know overall the process of

39:45

of running this with um with Claw or

39:48

sorry with Grockbot um it was it was

39:51

fine. It was fun. You know, I liked

39:53

getting to see the different bots

39:55

interact with each other. It wasn't

39:57

quite as like polished as my cloud code

40:01

system typically is. And I think that's

40:04

just a difference in the model being

40:05

used because again, I think Grockbot, my

40:08

guess is is using Grock 4.5 as the LLM

40:12

under the hood for everything. Cloud

40:14

code I can, you know, do Opus 5 or Fable

40:17

5 or some of these top models and, you

40:19

know, I get a really good output. So,

40:21

I'm going to keep testing this. I I

40:23

really do like the concept of different

40:27

like goto bots for specific things. So,

40:31

you know, I think it would be really

40:32

cool if Anthropic or OpenAI came out

40:36

with their own kind of like version of

40:38

this. Um thing I think would be really

40:41

sleek and I hope that they add is the

40:43

ability to select the um model being

40:47

used under the hood for the bot. That's

40:49

what you get inside of cursor. So, you

40:53

know, I think um there's some

40:56

improvements that can be made here, but

40:58

there's a lot that you can do. I mean, I

40:59

I was able to point it to my Mac Mini. I

41:02

was able to get it into my like dev

41:04

folder um setups for everything for

41:07

everything I'm doing in my business. We

41:09

got the job done and we were able to

41:12

delegate across multiple different bots

41:14

to get it done. So, like overall pretty

41:17

happy with it. Um, I think there's just

41:19

some things some things that compared to

41:22

my cloud code setup I'm kind of missing

41:25

with with Grockbot, but uh literally

41:28

just came out I [clears throat] think

41:29

yesterday. I'm sure they're going to

41:31

make improvements to it. Let me know

41:32

what your thoughts are in the comments

41:34

if you uh think that you give this a try

41:36

and let me know if you've got any

41:38

questions about any of this stuff. Um,

41:40

you know, I'm going to keep playing

41:41

around with it and let you know if

41:42

there's anything that uh, you know, I

41:44

find that's really interesting. All

41:45

right. Thanks everybody.

Interactive Summary

The video demonstrates the user leveraging 'Grobot' from XAI to create a team of autonomous AI agents that handle business operations, specifically building an entire ad campaign. By setting up specialized bots—Marge for ads, Ditto for content, Velcro for community management, and Jenny for AI creative design—the user connects them to their Mac Mini via Tailscale to access existing development tools. The workflow highlights the agents' ability to collaborate, communicate, and execute complex tasks like image generation and ad management. While the user notes limitations compared to their existing Claude Code setup, such as model quality and lack of visibility into the agents' internal thought processes, they are impressed by the collaborative potential and execution layer provided by Grobot.
