Everybody's going through the super
distortive approach to get in touch with
content creators. You have to email a
thousand of them. You have to wait weeks
for a reply. Maybe you get one and then
the price that they give you is absurd.
And you're not paying for results.
You're paying hoping that the content is
actually good. And this way of working
with creators does not scale. you'll
have to end up hiring someone to manage
these creators or VAS and the creators
themselves become like employees. We
don't want that. We want the easiest way
to work with creators today and only pay
for results. So, that's where Posted

posted, we are going to be leveraging
the deals feature. And this is how we
can get riskfree content. Creators are
going to submit custom videos for our
brief. We will get to watch those videos
and then we only pay for the videos that
we love. And I'm going to show you how
cheap it is to get content on posted.
It's like the stock market of content
creation. And I'm going to show you
exactly how to set up a deal for
success. So deal title is simply going
to be our brand name. We are going to be
promoting my mobile app posted. So,
we're going to be using the platform to
grow the platform, and we're going to
see how many installs we can get by the
end of this. So, boom. Title, great.
Technology, financial, great. We're
going to upload a quick thumbnail here.
Boom. Nice little graphic there. We can
choose our regions. So, we can only
choose American creators if we want to.
I'm cool with having global creators
because again, we are going to be
leveraging this content for maximum
results. I'm going to show you exactly
how to set set up a campaign, write a
killer brief, pick the right content,
filter the creator database. We have
over 40,000 creators on this platform
and you can pick and choose which ones
you want to work with and invite to your
campaign. And the most important part,
not only is this content going to get
views organically, but we're going to
leverage this content on paid ads on Tik
Tok on meta ads to run profitable paid
ad campaigns. But I'm getting ahead of
myself. Let's let's finish off the brief
first. So, here we go. And for the
product overview and the rules, this is
probably the most important part, but
we're going to keep it very simple. And
we have tutorials here if you want to
watch this video. We show you exactly
how to set up a brief. We're going to
keep it very, very simple, though. We're
going to tell the creators, posted is
the app you're using right now. You can
describe your product briefly. And we
want the creators to show other creators
how they are making money with the app.
We're going to explain briefly how the
app works. We want the creators to
follow the inspiration content. The
inspiration content is viral content
within our niche. We need to be doing
market research and understanding what
content goes viral for our products in
our niche. And it doesn't matter if you
don't have this content yourself. If you
don't have content specifically about
your brand, you can grab content from
competitors, paid ads that have worked
very well for competitors and you can
use that in your brief. The most
important part is you need to guide the
creators to making solid content for
you. Okay. Next, we're going to set up
our rules and then we can choose assets
here. You don't need to upload any
assets. The most important part is the
inspiration content. So, let's take a
look at some of our inspiration content.
This creator has 757 followers. Her post
about our brand got 53,000 views. That
is going to be one of our inspiration
pieces. And then again, this one, I
think this video also got 50,000 views.
It is about our product. This one is not
about our product at all, but she is
showing her side hustles. And one of
them is creating content. So, this is
perfect. This is not about our product.
This isn't about any product, but it's a
piece of content that went viral within
our niche. So, we are going to show this
piece of content, all three of these, to
the creators in our brief, and we're
going to tell them, hey, make content
like this because it worked. It worked
for us. So, we're going to throw these
in here. We're going to add a little
description
for each.
Boom. We're good to go. Our deal has
just been approved. And now we'll be
able to launch our deal and it will go
live on the app on the posted mobile
app. every creator will be able to see
this deal and start submitting content.
We can even invite creators to our deal.
So, we can head over to the creator
database and we can filter by certain
niches. We can filter by what country
the creators are from, right? And we can
sort through all 40,000 creators on
Postit and we can invite them to our
deal. So, we can invite this creator to
our deal and say, "Hey, Kira, love your
content. Consider submitting to the new
Posted deal." We can even give them a
price. we would offer 50 per post for
you. You can even offer them a price and
you can send these invites. So, boom,
we're going to send that invite out. The
creator is then going to get an email
and a push notification and they'll be
able to check out our deal. Now that our
deal is live, we simply sit back and we
let the submissions roll in. And I want
to make something very, very clear. The
most important part about your deal is
the amount of money that you spent on
it. So, when your deal goes live, your
spend is obviously going to be at zero.
So, the most important part that we're
going to focus on is getting our spend
above zero because we want creators to
know that we are active and paying for
content on the platform. Once our spend
starts to get higher, the deal will get
more visibility with creators and we
will get more submissions, more
high-quality submissions, bigger and
bigger creators as we start to spend
more on our deal and the results are
going to snowball. If this feels
overwhelming and you're like, "Ah, get
to the results." Stick around to the end
of the video because the results are
going to blow your mind. I'm going to
show you exactly what type of content we
are getting on our deal, how much
engagement it gets organically, and
we're going to start paid ad campaigns
and really scale this content. Boom. Our
first submissions have started flowing
in. I want to show you this one that we
got here. This creator has 18,000
followers. She wants $40 for this piece
of content. And if we watch the video,
>> so I need to put you on how I've been
making this extra money. The app is
called Post. So, great video, social
proof, but the hook needs to be a little
bit better. So, we're going to leave a
slight note for her. We're going to say,
"Let's start with a stronger hook. Quick
and cut to the chase. I need to put you
on how I made it." Blah, blah, blah.
Just creating content. So, we're going
to suggest a different hook for her, a
stronger hook to capture the attention
much quicker. She'll get more views this
way. So, we're going to decline the
video with this feedback, and she will
come back with that post. We also just
accepted another piece of content. This
creator made an amazing piece of
content. Social proof here showing how
much she made as a small content
creator. This creator only has 36
followers, but we're still paying her 35
bucks. And it doesn't matter how many
followers the creators have, they all
have a chance at going viral if they
follow the right format. And we actually
declined a piece of content from this
creator and she came back with this
edited version. So, this is awesome.
>> This is how we're going to get mass
content. We're going to give the
creators valuable feedback. They're
going to submit better and better
videos. And you'll see as the
submissions start to stack up and other
creators can see that we're spending
money on the platform, the submissions
are going to start flowing in. I'll let
you know when we have another update.
So, we actually put together another
campaign. We have two deals running now.
And I built this new text on screen
campaign because I've seen this format
going absolutely ballistic. So, super
easy format to copy just slideshows,
creators talking about how much they
have been paid to create content. And
this is such an easy style of content to
create for our creators, but it goes
mega viral. They're coming in with
amazing styles already. So, this is
pretty much exactly what we want. It's
exactly what we were asking for, right?
And we're going to accept this piece of
content from this creator. Please submit
more of these. And boom, we're going to
accept and pay. And we're good to go. We
got over 50 submissions. We got 50
pieces of free content created for our
brand and we get to choose which ones we
which ones we like. Like look at all
these. It's it's absolutely absurd how
much content is coming in for free that
we get to scroll through and choose.
This creator has 20,000 followers. This
creator has 29,000 followers. 11,000
followers. Let's see if we can find some
more here. 23,000 25,000 10,000 19,000
2.6 million followers. The amount of
submissions that we're getting in here
is absurd. 2.6 million followers for
$55. This is the power of posted. So
again, we'll keep you updated on how
these posts perform. Okay, now let's get
into the results. As you can see, our
previous campaign absolutely crushed it.
60,000 views on this video, 25,000 here,
28,000 here, 53,000 here. So, this
campaign actually performed much better
than our text on screen campaign. This
was great for mass content, but it
didn't end up getting us too many
organic views. But that's okay because
we are going to be able to take this
content and we're going to run it on
paid ads shortly. And as you can see in
this text on screen format, we got 309
different content proposals, which is
absolutely insane. We spent a total of
$1,000. We accepted 38. We declined 193.
We got so much content, we couldn't even
handle it all coming in. So if you are
looking to get mass content, this is the
way to do it. So what we're going to do
is we are going to download all these
videos. We're going to start a Tik Tok
campaign and see what the results will
be there. We're running a Tik Tok
campaign. As you can see, we've already
had one active here. We've been testing
out these creatives and our CPC is
absolutely
crushing it. As you can see, we have
spent just over $500 on this campaign.
And if we go to our app, and we just
started running this a couple days ago.
If we go to the last 7 days here, we can
see that is absolutely crushing. We have
pushed 1,000 and this is October 1st.
And if we go today in the last 24 hours,
300 downloads. So let's call it 1.3,000
downloads. 566. That's 43 cents per
download. The tracking on Tik Tok here
is a little bit a little bit whack. It
doesn't track all the conversions very
well, especially with scan. Takes a
little bit of time for it to come in. So
it's always good to just cross ref cross
cross reference with your app store
connect dashboard. But with that being
said, we are going to create a brand new
campaign from scratch. I'm going to show
you exactly how you can take your posted
creatives and run a profitable Tik Tok
campaign. And the beautiful thing is you
can take the spark ads code from all
these videos and you can run these as
spark ads. So that is exactly what we're
going to do. Let's go ahead and create
the campaign. Okay, so we're obviously
going to choose app promotion for our
campaign. We're going to use an iOS 14
dedicated application and we are also
going to use a smart plus cuz this will
make everything so much easier for us.
It will automatically pull in content uh
from our account. Smart plus, it's just
set and forget. It will automatically
optimize for the best results. App
install campaign V3. Let's call it no
special categories. We want to turn off
video download just because we don't
want anyone downloading our videos. And
then we're going to select a couple
different regions here. If you only
select the US, that's great, but you can
greatly reduce the cost of your
campaigns if you select all of all the
other tier one countries. There's a lot
of European countries that are tier one.
So, that is what we're going to do.
We're going to accept Netherlands. New
Zealand, we want in there. Sweden is a
good one. Switzerland is a good one. We
have the US, of course. We want the
United Kingdom. We want Germany. We want
Canada, of course. Australia, also a
great one. And boom. Now we have a very,
very, very broad audience that we can
market to. We're going to keep this
campaign as broad as possible. Okay. And
we're going to set the budget to $100
per day. It wants us to do 107, so we're
going to do 110. Start time immediately.
Optimization goal is going to be
install. Target CPA. We leave this
alone. All day long, we want to run
these. And boom. Here is the fun part.
We can add in creatives. And we're also
going to turn on creative autopull. So
we want to open our creative library
here. And we want to create more spark
ads posts. So this is all the content
that we can pull in from our deal on
posted. You get the spark ads code for
every single piece of content that you
pay for. So we're going to go ahead and
copy and paste in the best performing
ads here. And we are going to add these
to our account. Boom. It is that easy.
We have just uploaded all of the content
and it will run on these creators
profiles. So, it's not going to feel
like an ad. It's going to feel very
natural. And we have a full 365day
period to run ads on all of these thanks
to posted and the spark ads codes that
we have just utilized. So, using these
posts, we're going to go back and we are
going to add these in. Okay. And boom,
here are all of our posts. And we are
simply going to copy and paste and add
all these in. This is the fastest way to
mass test content. Okay. Boom. So now we
have 13 ads in this campaign. We're
we're going to do also creative
autopull. Clear and update these. And
then very important, we want to choose
the app profile page. We want to set an
instant page. So we're going to set this
up. Boom. We've already created ours
here. Okay. Don't need to do anything on
the tracking. And it was that simple.
What did it take us? 3 minutes to set up
this campaign and boom, we can go ahead
and publish all of this content. So, Tik
Tok is going to do its thing. They're
going to create the campaign. They're
going to review all the content and then
it will be live. Okay. So, as you can
see, the campaign that we just launched
is already active. We're going to let
this spend. And what we can do is we can
go into these campaigns. For our
previous one that we've been running, we
had around 30 cribs that we were
testing. And we can simply go in and
some of these got disapproved because,
you know, on post you make money. Tik
Tok doesn't like when you talk about ads
that make people money. Um, but what you
can do is you can go in here and you can
see which ones are getting the most
spend allocated to them. For example,
these are our top performers in terms of
impressions. So, we know that these are
the best performing ads. So, what we can
do is we can build other campaigns on
top of these after we see which pieces
of content are performing the best. And
we can see all of our conversions here.
We can see the conversion rate. Again,
these numbers are going to be a bit off
because Tik Tok is not the best at
tracking app conversions, which is why
it's so important to have an MMP, but
also to track your stats on your App
Store Connect dashboard. It's been a
couple hours now and our campaign has
successfully spent a little bit of
budget, but we can already see our CPC
has been cut by a third. This is why we
mass test content, right? We just threw
up a bunch of videos here that we got
from posted and we've cut our CPC by a
third. We'll see how the conversions
roll in. Again, these numbers are not
going to be super accurate. These
numbers are going to be delayed. Um, but
we've cut our CPC by a third here. And
as we can see, we've also seen a sharp
increase in installs over the past
couple hours here. So, we know these new
campaigns are working. They're crushing.
