SpaceX just dropped their new AI super

agent called Grokbot, and everybody on

YouTube is just hyping it up. So, I

wanted to make a video with my honest

thoughts. So, in this video, I'm going

to break down what it is. I'm going to

show you all the features, as well as a

few use cases, so you can understand how

powerful it is. And if you don't know,

this is a new product from Cursor, which

was just bought by SpaceX for $60

billion. And this is a new competitor to

Claude Co-work, ChatGPT Work, Hermes

Agent, and Open Claw. So, by the end of

this video, you'll understand how

capable it is. So, let's dive in. So,

I'm going to break down in-depth exactly

how Grokbot works, but I want to quickly

show you what it looks like. So, right

here, I have a group chat with two

different AI agents. I have my content

agent, and I have my chief of staff

inside of a group chat performing

different tasks for me based on which

agent specializes in these different

tasks. Then, on the left-hand side, I

have all these different chats with my

agents that I'm able to interact with on

my desktop app, but I could also text it

from the app on my phone. In another

example, which I'm going to show you

later in this video, but I have it

connected to my ClickUp, where a

specific agent is going and pulling my

email and adding everything to a list

inside of my ClickUp account, so I could

see exactly what I need to do for the

day and the priority for all the

different tasks inside of ClickUp. Now,

I want to quickly talk about why I think

this is really such an important release

for us to pay attention to, whether or

not we switch from whatever agent that

we're using, whether that is Claude

Code, Claude Co-work, ChatGPT Work, or

even something like Hermes Agent or Open

Claw. So, if you haven't been following

the news, SpaceX actually just bought

Cursor, which is an IDE platform. Cursor

is basically an AI agent platform, which

was kind of like Claude Code before

Claude Code was a thing, and they paid

$60 billion for this just a couple of

months ago. And so, we've kind of been

anticipating this new product update

from both SpaceX, but now Cursor, since

they now own this product. And now, with

this, we have a new AI giant that has

just appeared, and that is Grokbot.

Because now, we have SpaceX, which

merged with Cursor, and now we have a

combination of all these platforms with

Grok, which is the xAI model from Elon

Musk. And this is now merged to a new

company called SpaceX AI. And if I were

to give a TLDR on what exactly Grok bot

is, I would say it's a team, and it's

not just a specific singular chatbot.

What I mean by this is we could have

multiple different bots or agents that

are orchestrating different

conversations with each other. So we

could have specific agents for sales or

operations, or for coding and research.

And then we could have a manager agent

that is able to interact with each of

these different agents through things

like group chats, which I'm going to

show you later in this video, in order

to accomplish our specific tasks. And

the most interesting part about this

whole release is we don't have to

interact with this on our desktop if we

don't want to. We can literally pull up

the Grok bot app on our phone and text

it like we're speaking with an actual

employee on our team. Now, with this we

have a new competitor on the block. So

before we had things like Claude

Co-work, we had ChatGPT Work, which was

released a couple of months ago. We had

Open Claw, and then we even had Hermes

Agent, which has been kind of taking the

world by storm right now in the AI

space. But now we have Grok bot, which

can be really powerful if you use it

correctly. Now, there's a really

interesting trend that I want to

highlight before I dive deeper into what

exactly Grok bot is. And that is every

AI company is making the same pivot. So

they're taking these specific developer

tools, and they're turning them into AI

employees that anybody, even

non-technical people like you and I, can

use. For example, first of all, we had

Claude Code, which is mainly for

developers, and then they turned that

into Claude Co-work, which is built for

knowledge workers, and basically anybody

can use this. Then we had Codex, which

is OpenAI's version of something like

Claude Code, which is again for

developers and not for everyday people,

and then they just released ChatGPT Work

just about a month ago. And then we had

Cursor, which is this IDE developer

platform, and if you're not a developer,

it was really difficult for you to use.

Well, now we have Grok Bot, which is a

very easy way for us to text with

different agents on our phone or just on

our computer. Now, one big key

distinction that I need to make right

now is that in order to access this as

of today, you do need to be either a

Cursor Ultra user, which is $200 per

month, or you need to have a Cursor

Premium Teams account, which is $120 per

seat per month. So, I went ahead, I paid

the $200 just so I could review this for

the video. So, make sure to leave a like

and subscribe to this channel if you

enjoy this. Next, once we open up the

application, we are now going to see

this. So, right here it shows your team

of always on agents that you can give

real work to. Then, I'm going to click

on reopen link here where it's going to

open it up in our browser, and we simply

just need to sign into our account. So,

go ahead and create one if you don't

already have one. Now, I'm going to

click on sign in here, and then I'm just

going to click open Grok Bot, and it's

going to open up our application. Now,

from here you can see a couple of

different things. I went ahead and

tested this on my phone, and it's

automatically synced with my desktop

app. Now, I'm going to quickly show you

how to download this on your phone as

well, because this is where this app

gets really fun and exciting in my

personal opinion. So, I'm on my iPhone,

I'm just in the App Store, I'm simply

just going to look up Grok Bot, and as

you can see right here, I already have

it downloaded, but just go ahead and

make sure to download this, and then I'm

just going to open mine up so you can

see what this looks like. Now, you can

see, just like I showed on my desktop

before, I have a couple of agents that

I've spun up. Um I have a chief of

staff, I have an inbox triage agent, and

I even have a group chat where both of

these agents are interacting with each

other, and I could also click this plus

button in order to either create a new

bot or a new group chat with these

different bots. All right, so now I'm

going to give you a tour of the Grok Bot

application on the desktop, and it

functions very similar on the web app as

well. And a key thing I want to note is

that it functions very simply. I really

do think that Cursor and XAI are really

trying to make this product as simple to

use for everyday people like you and I,

which is something I really appreciate

about it. So, first of all, this is what

the platform looks like. On the left,

you can see we have a couple of

different like group chats or chats that

we have with our specific agents. I have

the ability to create a new agent. Now,

I'm going to open up some of these

previous agents that I have. So, for

example, I have this agent here that is

my chief of staff. And what I've done is

I've configured a few things inside of

this. I've connected it to my Google

Calendar as well as to my Gmail. So,

it's able to see everything in regards

to like my admin tasks that are going on

inside of my business. Next up, I have

this content bot, which I'm setting up

to specifically help me with my YouTube

videos. So, as you can see right here, I

fed it my YouTube channel. It went ahead

and analyzed, you know, the titles and

thumbnails that I used to understand

what type of video I want to create. And

then, as you can see here, I basically

said, "I'm working on this new video and

I want you to help me with the title and

the packaging." So, based on the titles

that I've used for my previous videos,

it gave me a couple of different ideas

here, which I actually think are pretty

good. And it even gave me a thumbnail

direction here. Now, another really cool

feature, and it's probably something I'm

the most excited about, is the fact that

we could have group chats with multiple

different agents working at the same

time. So, right here, I created this

chat, and this is my content and my

chief of staff group chat. Now, these

two specific agents are able to work

together in order to tackle different

tasks. So, for example, I basically came

here and I said, "I want you to look

through my different content ideas that

I have stored in ClickUp, and then I

want you to look at everything on my

Google Calendar as well as inside of my

email inbox, and then come up with the

things that I should prioritize." So,

first of all, the chief of staff went

and looked through my email and my

Google Calendar because that is

specifically what this agent is

instructed to do. And then, as you can

see here, my chief of staff bot then

texted my content bot in order to go and

find the specific content ideas I was

working on with that specific agent.

Now, since I connected ClickUp to my

Grok bot agents, I can now come directly

to Grok bot and basically just say,

"Hey, I want you to go and look inside

of my email inbox and from there I want

you to then add the top priority things

to my board inside of ClickUp as well as

add specific due dates there so I can

make sure to accomplish these things

over the next couple of days." And so,

since this is my inbox triage agent, it

has access to my Gmail so it's going to

go and pull from my actual email inbox.

And then what it's going to do is add

the different tasks that I need to

accomplish to my ClickUp and it will

assign the specific people on my team

that it needs to in order to get this

task done. And this is so cool because

gone are the days where I need to come

in here and manually add a specific task

myself. I could just have my agent on

Grok bot go and do this for me. Now,

just like that, a couple of minutes

later it went and pulled the different

things that I needed to do and it says

that it added them to my ClickUp, but

let's go ahead and double-check that it

did. Now, if I pull up my ClickUp, it

went and automatically found the

specific space inside of my workspace

that it was supposed to add this to

which is my list right here. And then as

you can see, we now have all of these

different tasks added along with the due

date and the specific priority based on

what this agent thought was the most

urgent from my email inbox. All right,

so taking this one step further, as you

can see, I'm inside of my content bot

chat here. And what I have pulled up is

I have a virtual computer which Grok bot

is able to use. This is a way for Grok

bot to go and perform different tasks

across like an actual computer. It's not

working on my local computer, instead

it's working in the cloud so that way I

could have it go and perform different

tasks for me on autopilot without

hindering me and being able to use my

computer while it's getting those tasks

done. So it could spin up multiple

virtual browsers just like this in order

to go and do things. And then and as you

can see below that, I have routines. So,

I'm going to show you how quickly it is

to build out a routine, which is

basically just a scheduled task for our

bots to go and accomplish for us. So,

I'm just going to click create routine,

and I could just give this a name. I'm

going to call this content scrape. I

could add my specific instructions, so

let me just add that now. I want you to

go and scrape my YouTube competitors on

YouTube in order to find content ideas

every single day for me. I want it to be

in my YouTube style, so analyze my

YouTube videos to get a get a sense of

the types of content I make in order to

find winning ideas for me to make videos

about every single day. So, basically I

just give it that very basic

instruction, and I can add a specific

trigger. There's a really cool thing

that I want to note here. So, not only

can we add this on a schedule, where

like every single hour every single day

at a specific point in time this will

run, but we could also add a trigger.

So, let's say if somebody in Slack sends

us a message, it can then automatically

trigger a routine in order to go and

accomplish a task for us. As of right

now, there's only a couple of different

triggers that we can do. So, we have

Slack messages, a specific GitHub event,

Teams message, a linear issue, and a

couple of other different things. I'd

assume that they're probably going to

add a lot more different apps and

actions here. So, that way we could

create kind of like rudimentary

automations instead of having these

routines run on a scheduled task, which

we've seen with Claude CoWork and

ChatGPT work, for example. Now, for this

specific use case, I want this to be on

a schedule every single day, so let's

just click on this. I'm going to come

over here. I'm going to make this 8:00

a.m. So, now every single day it's going

to go and scrape content, as you can see

right here. Now, I'm just going to come

here and say, "For that routine that we

just created, I want you to not only

scrape content, but I want you to find

five winning content ideas every single

day, and then I want you to add those to

my board inside of ClickUp, and assign

me to that task along with the urgency."

All right, so now a couple of minutes

later, it went ahead and scraped my

YouTube competitors. It found a couple

of different winning topics here. And

obviously, I could refine this a bit

more. This is the first time that I've

ran this. I'd need to actually give like

my real competitors that I wanted to

scrape in order to make this perfect.

But I just wanted to show exactly how

this would work in practice. And then if

I come back to ClickUp, you can now see

that these video ideas were now added to

my ClickUp board along with it assigned

me, as well as it assigned me as the

person to perform this task. And then it

added the priority level here. And if I

click on routines, you can now see that

this is going to run every single day at

8:00 a.m. And I'll wake up to content

ideas preloaded into my ClickUp YouTube

idea board. Now, coming back to plugins,

there are a lot of different apps that

we could add directly to our GrokBot

inside of here. You could see that this

is a marketplace with basically just all

these apps we can connect to. But let's

say there is an app that isn't inside of

this marketplace that you want to

connect to, and that could be a problem.

Well, we could use something called the

Zapier MCP. As you can see, I have this

configured. And this allows us to

connect to 9,000 plus different apps

with just a couple of different clicks.

Now, I'm going to show you real quickly

how you could configure this because I

genuinely think this is going to level

up the capabilities of your GrokBot

because of all the different apps you

can connect to. So, first of all, go to

the link in the description in order to

access the Zapier MCP. Make sure to sign

up for an account. And then once we have

an account created, we can just come

here and create an MCP server. So, click

on create, click MCP servers. Now, the

cool part is once we actually sign up

for the Zapier MCP, I could just come to

new message and click {slash} and

there's actually a skill inside of

GrokBot called Zapier setup. So, I just

click on this and I could click send.

And now it's going to go and set this up

for me on autopilot. So, it's now

showing that I have my Zapier MCP

installed and connected. And I could

just tell it to go connect to any of the

apps that we want to use, and then it

will do that for me. What it will

probably do is ask me to authorize it,

so it will pull up basically the app

that I want to connect to. I'll have to

click a button and then go into that

account and just click authorize. But,

it's basically that simple in order to

enable all these different applications.

Now, there's another cool feature that I

want to point out right now. And so,

let's say we are in a conversation with

a specific agent. For example, I have

this content bot that I'm talking with

right now. And I could go ahead and tag

other bots. So, if I want to tag the

chief of staff and say, "Hey, I want you

to check my email, see everything that's

urgent for me to accomplish right now.

Um I really want to work on these videos

over the next couple of days. Let me

know if you think I have time for it."

So, obviously as you could see, I'm

basically tagging one of my team members

in this chat conversation. So, we could

do this with any of the different agents

that we create. And of course, right now

I only have a couple agents that I've

pre-configured, but I can imagine this

will get pretty powerful and we have

maybe like five to 10 different agents

for specific things. And it has all this

context on us because these agents are

going to be more specialized to do

different tasks. And now it looks like

we got a response from our chief of

staff. So, I click on this, it's now

going to pull this up. So, the chief of

staff said, "Check the email and the

calendar for Brock." Basically, it said,

"Yes, the video should be the focus for

the next couple of days because the

calendar load is light." So, this is

pretty cool, the fact that we could

interact between these different agents

in real time. All right, so at the

beginning of this video, I promised that

I'd give you my honest thoughts on this

after playing around with it. So, let's

quickly talk about what I like versus

the things that I really dislike about

this. As well as I'm going to be posting

a video in the next couple of days going

over different use cases of this because

everything I showed in this video was

pretty simple and it honestly is pretty

powerful if you do use it correctly. So,

first of all, what I did like about this

is how dead simple it is. I think tools

like OpenClaw and Hermes Agent, people

want something like that in their life.

They see it's really capable, but they

see it on the internet and they're kind

of intimidated by it because it's really

hard to set up and a lot can go wrong if

you don't do it correctly. Well, this is

extremely easy. You could download an

app on your phone to run this. You could

download the desktop app and it could

simply go and perform tasks for you.

Another thing that I do like about this

is it does genuinely feel like a

teammate or I guess multiple teammates

working at the same time. I love that

you could just message with it like it's

a friend and it's able to go and perform

different tasks for you. And then on top

of that, I absolutely love the idea of

different bot group chats. The fact that

our agents can go and work together in

order to get tasks done. I think it's

just really cool and it's probably the

future of how we're going to interact

with AI over time. Now, let's talk about

the things I'm not particularly sold on

at least right now after using this the

past day. First of all, it does feel

like a beta. Kind of does feel rough

around the edges. It just doesn't feel

very polished. I think that they have a

lot of improvements they can do with

this platform. And then having to pay

$200 a month to use this right now does

seem like a lot of money. I do think

there are better alternatives out there

using something like Claude Co-work or

ChatGPT work for much cheaper. Now,

going back to where I was talking about

how it feels like a beta product. I

almost feel like they created this

because they are trying to recreate

Buzz, which is the platform that Jack

Dorsey just released a couple of days

ago. So, in my opinion, I feel like

that's why it's not super polished

because they probably rushed to release

this to take advantage of that attention

on social media. Next, the last thing

that I'm not too sold on. I'm honestly

not sure if I like this or not. I almost

feel like it is too simple. Like yes, we

can create skills inside of Grok bot,

but it's not very easy to sort through

all of the skills and see everything

there. It's almost like they're trying

to make the interface like too simple,

like we're just chatting over SMS to a

friend or something, which I guess could

be good and it's probably the future,

but it's taking some time for me to get

used to since I am used to using Claude

Co-work specifically. Anyways, guys, I
