0:00

SpaceX just dropped Grokbot, the new AI

0:02

agent platform that lets you text

0:04

multiple agents at once to get work done

0:06

for you. And while everybody is talking

0:08

about it, I haven't seen many cool use

0:09

cases for this. So, in this video, I'm

0:11

going to show you five use cases that I

0:13

found where we can have multiple agents

0:16

literally texting each other in order to

0:18

accomplish tasks. Each agent is a

0:20

specialist for a given task in order to

0:22

complete work for you. So, by the end of

0:24

this video, you'll have a deep sense of

0:26

what you could do with Grokbot. Without

0:27

further ado, let's dive right in. All

0:29

right, so this first use case I'm going

0:30

to show is more of a basic one, but I

0:32

think this really applies to everybody.

0:34

So, I wanted to show this first. And

0:35

we're going to go from the most basic to

0:37

the most powerful use cases throughout

0:39

this video. And so, this first use case

0:41

is creating an inbox agent. And what

0:43

this does is every single day on a

0:46

scheduled trigger, it automatically

0:48

reads all of my emails in my Gmail

0:50

account, and then it's going to create a

0:51

high-priority briefing for me to analyze

0:54

every single morning. And you're

0:55

probably thinking, "Brock, what's so

0:56

cool about this? Because I already do

0:58

this inside of something like Claude

1:00

Cowerk." Well, I'm going to break that

1:01

down right now. Inside of Grokbot, we

1:04

can have multiple different agents

1:05

interacting with each other inside of

1:08

specific group chats that we configure.

1:10

So, for example, this inbox triage agent

1:13

is going to be communicating with

1:14

another agent that I created, which is

1:16

my chief of staff. What my chief of

1:18

staff does is it does basically all of

1:20

my admin-related tasks. So, once the

1:22

inbox agent goes and scrapes my email

1:25

for me, it's automatically going to flag

1:27

what's urgent, set the priority, and

1:29

then assign a teammate inside of my

1:32

ClickUp project management tool in order

1:34

for both me and my team to see what's

1:36

going on inside of my business. So, now

1:38

do we not only have one agent doing

1:40

tasks for me, but we have two that are

1:42

literally communicating with each other

1:43

in order to do different specialized

1:45

tasks within inside my business. We're

1:47

going to dive deeper into this later in

1:49

the video where I have different agents

1:50

interacting with each other to get my

1:52

work done for me. And we're really

1:53

moving to a point in time where we We

1:55

just have one group chat where we have

1:56

multiple different agents coordinating

1:58

with each other in order to basically do

2:00

our work for us. Now, first things

2:01

first, if you haven't downloaded

2:03

Grokbot, let me show you exactly how to

2:05

do that. So, there's going to be a link

2:06

in the description to sign up for this.

2:08

You can see it at this URL x.ai/bot.

2:11

You're just going to download this for

2:12

macOS or basically whatever operating

2:14

system you're using. As well as you

2:16

could download the app on your phone so

2:18

you could interact with this on the go,

2:20

which is actually one of the best

2:21

features about this whole release. Next,

2:23

once you download the app and you open

2:25

it up, this is what you're going to see.

2:26

For me personally, I have a couple of

2:29

different bots or so-called agents, if

2:31

you want to call them that, on the

2:32

left-hand side. And this functions

2:34

literally like any chat application. It

2:36

reminds me of Telegram and WhatsApp. And

2:38

basically, we just chat with these bots

2:40

like we are, you know, interacting with

2:42

a colleague. So, I have a couple ones

2:44

that I've created. I have a content bot.

2:45

I have an invoice agent. I have a chief

2:47

of staff. I have a video agent. I have

2:49

my inbox triage, which I'm going to show

2:51

you now. As well as I have a couple of

2:53

different group chats where multiple of

2:55

these agents are interacting with each

2:56

other in order to do specific work for

2:58

me. Now, if I pull up my inbox agent,

3:00

you can see that I had a conversation

3:02

with this yesterday. And I have my Gmail

3:04

configured so it's able to go and pull

3:06

from my emails as well as send emails on

3:08

my behalf. So, I just said, "Check my

3:10

emails from today." It went and pulled

3:12

from my email as well as my Google

3:14

Calendar and basically broke down

3:16

everything that needs a look, all my

3:17

money and receipts from my inbox, as

3:19

well as all the different collab

3:21

opportunities that are in my email. Now,

3:23

this is my agent in action. So, I gave

3:26

it this prompt right here. I just said,

3:28

"Hey, I want you to go and look inside

3:30

of my email inbox. From there, I want

3:31

you to add the top priority things to my

3:33

board inside of ClickUp as well as add

3:35

specific due dates there so we can make

3:37

sure to accomplish these things over the

3:39

next couple of days." Then, what it did

3:41

is it pulled through my email. It broke

3:42

down the nine different things that I

3:44

need to work on and then it added the

3:46

sense of urgency as well as the due date

3:49

for when this task needs to be

3:51

completed. Now, if you don't know what

3:52

ClickUp is, it's a project management

3:54

software and this is what I use to run

3:56

my team, to stay up-to-date on the

3:58

different projects that we're working on

3:59

inside multiple of my different

4:01

businesses. And the best part is, I have

4:02

my inbox agent going and finding all the

4:05

things that I need to do for the day and

4:07

automatically adding this to my ClickUp.

4:09

So, not only I could see what I need to

4:11

work on, but my entire team can see that

4:12

as well. Now, as you can see here, I

4:14

have this workspace configured that I

4:16

actually had Grok Bot go and build for

4:18

me and all of these tasks right here

4:21

were actually from my email. So, it

4:23

went, pulled everything from my email,

4:25

sent me a text saying, "Hey, here's

4:26

everything that, you know, is important

4:28

for you to do for the day." And then it

4:29

also added a due date for all these

4:31

different tasks along with a priority

4:33

level. Now, one of the best parts about

4:35

ClickUp is there's multiple different

4:37

views that I could, you know, basically

4:38

see this list in. So, I could come to

4:39

this board view and I could see

4:41

basically everything that I need to get

4:43

done automatically right here. For

4:44

example, I have my to-do list here, then

4:46

I have the tasks that are in progress.

4:48

So, I could come over here, drag this

4:49

into in progress. So, that way I could

4:51

see everything that's going on inside of

4:53

my business. All right, so for this next

4:54

use case, I'm going to show you how to

4:55

generate video and image assets just

4:58

like this directly from Grok Bot using a

5:00

video agent. I'm even going to share

5:02

with you a skill that allows you to

5:04

literally take images of something just

5:06

like this on your phone, upload it to

5:08

your AI agent and then get outputs just

5:10

like this. I mean, look at this. This is

5:11

pretty cool. I literally took a picture

5:13

of this Sun Bum bottle from my phone and

5:16

in just like 2 minutes it generated this

5:17

video for me and with this skill I'm

5:19

going to show you, we don't even have to

5:20

give it a prompt. As promised, here is

5:22

how to download the video skills for

5:24

free. There will be a link in the

5:25

description. Basically, you just come

5:27

here, you're going to name a fair price,

5:28

just put $0. If you want to

5:30

hypothetically pay me, just subscribe to

5:32

this channel for more content, then

5:33

click on I want this. From here, just

5:35

click on get and then we will now have

5:37

this zip file. So, go ahead and download

5:40

the zip file. Let's drag it onto our

5:42

desktop and then simply open up your

5:44

agent inside of Grok Bot, take this zip

5:46

file, upload it, and then just say

5:48

upload these skills, and then it will go

5:51

ahead and download those for you. Also,

5:53

I do want to mention you can obviously

5:55

add skills into Grok Bot, and in order

5:57

to access them, you just go and type

5:59

{slash}, and then we could see any of

6:01

these skills that we have created. So,

6:03

for example, we have this generate video

6:05

skill with Higgsfield right here, as

6:07

well as here is a skill called Exploding

6:09

Teardown, which is one of the two skills

6:11

that you just downloaded inside of that

6:12

zip file. If you don't know what a skill

6:14

is, a skill is basically a repeatable

6:16

workflow, and it's a markdown file

6:17

explaining exactly how to do something.

6:19

So, instead of us having to give a

6:20

really detailed prompt on how to

6:22

generate assets like the ones that I

6:24

showed you earlier on, it automatically

6:26

knows the exact style. So, whenever I

6:28

say generate a product video, it will

6:30

automatically just do it like that, the

6:31

exact same way every time. Now, the way

6:33

that we're going to do this is with a

6:35

plugin, so we're going to come down here

6:37

to plugins, and we need to make sure to

6:38

sign up with an account and install this

6:41

first. So, we're going to search for

6:42

plugins, and we're going to look up

6:44

Higgsfield. If you don't know what

6:45

Higgsfield is, it's an all-in-one

6:47

creative AI platform that has access to

6:49

all the best image and video models, so

6:51

that way we could generate basically any

6:53

asset that we can think of directly from

6:55

Grok Bot without us even having to leave

6:57

the platform. Now, I do want to be

6:59

transparent and mention pricing for

7:00

this. You do have to pay for Higgsfield,

7:02

and I know you could connect these

7:04

different video and image models

7:05

yourself, but personally, for the sake

7:07

of ease of use, I personally like to pay

7:09

for a plan on Higgsfield, so that way I

7:10

could access all of these without having

7:12

to configure each of them individually

7:14

and pay different subscription costs for

7:16

all the different models. Plus, whenever

7:17

a new model comes out, I automatically

7:19

have access to it. I just personally

7:21

like to use this for ease of use. Next,

7:23

once we have an account added, we're

7:25

just going to come to the Higgsfield

7:26

plugin, click add, and then we're just

7:28

going to need to authorize it from our

7:30

account inside of the Higgsfield

7:32

platform. And just like that, we now

7:33

have it enabled with 86 different tools,

7:36

so we could generate images, generate

7:38

video, audio, so many things that that

7:40

could do using the Higgsfield MCP, and

7:42

this is why I like to use it. Now, for

7:43

the fun part, let's come to the video

7:45

agent inside of Grok Bot on my phone

7:47

because I downloaded the mobile app.

7:49

Make sure to download it if you want to

7:51

do the same thing. And what I'm going to

7:52

do is I'm simply going to take a picture

7:54

of this camera right here, and then

7:56

we're going to turn this into an

7:57

advertisement using that skill. So, let

7:59

me get a good image like this. Let's

8:01

actually take a couple because obviously

8:03

we need to give it good reference

8:04

images, otherwise it's not going to, you

8:06

know, make it look like the same

8:07

product. And there we go. I just sent

8:08

off a very basic prompt. I said,

8:10

"Generate a product ad for this camera."

8:12

And since we created the product ad

8:14

skill, it's going to know exactly how to

8:16

generate it in the style like I just

8:17

showed you, just like this Sun Bum spray

8:19

bottle. And there's this little icon

8:21

here that is kind of blinking, and this

8:23

is our agent. Whenever this is moving

8:24

around, that is how we know that our

8:26

agent is actually working on a task. So,

8:29

let's let it do its thing, and we'll

8:30

come back to a video in the chat here.

8:32

And I do want to mention we will be able

8:33

to see this on our desktop app as well

8:35

since these two sync the different

8:36

conversations between the agents. All

8:38

right, so let's take a look at this

8:40

video that it generated. This is going

8:41

to be pretty cool.

8:43

Bam. So, it shows our camera coming

8:45

apart. I mean, this is pretty cool. We

8:46

could use this for like an animated

8:47

website or something. But again, this is

8:49

a part of that skill pack that I gave

8:51

you earlier on in this video for free.

8:53

Now, I want to quickly talk about

8:54

something that's really going to level

8:55

up your experience with Grok Bot or any

8:58

AI agent for that matter. Because a big

9:00

thing when we're creating these agents

9:01

is we need to make sure it's grabbing

9:03

the proper context. And sometimes it's

9:05

really hard for AI to go and scrape

9:08

different websites and get all the

9:09

context that we need or even scrape like

9:11

competitors content, for example. That's

9:13

something that AI just has a difficult

9:15

time doing. Well, I'm going to show you

9:16

how to use something called Firecrawl,

9:18

which is a way to basically equip our AI

9:20

agent with hands and able to go and

9:23

scrape this information for us. So, that

9:24

way our agent gets clean data that we

9:26

can interact with. And just to break

9:28

this down a little bit more so you can

9:29

understand why we would use this, I'm

9:31

going to talk about four different use

9:33

cases where Firecrawl is going to be

9:34

extremely helpful. So, an example is

9:37

something like price watching. Something

9:38

where we just have an agent that is

9:40

tracking competitors pricing daily and

9:42

it's able to scrape through their

9:44

website in order to notify us whenever

9:46

there's a changing to their pricing.

9:48

Another example is lead research. So, we

9:50

could pull company information before we

9:52

actually go and send out reach with our

9:54

AI agents. Next, this is one that I

9:56

personally use and I'm going to show you

9:58

here shortly and that is for content

10:00

research. For example, we're not able to

10:02

pull information from YouTube directly

10:05

inside of Grokbot, but I'm able to use

10:07

Firecrawl in order to go and scrape

10:09

YouTube and get competitor data for me

10:12

to stay up to date with my agent. Then,

10:14

using it to become an expert with

10:16

different documents. It's really good at

10:17

reading document sites and again, that's

10:19

something that AI just kind of struggles

10:20

with. So, first things first, we need to

10:22

make sure that we have a Firecrawl

10:24

account set up. So, if you don't have it

10:25

already, make sure to sign up in the

10:27

link below. It is actually really cheap.

10:29

I'm personally on the hobby plan, which

10:31

is I believe $19 per month and I never

10:33

run into any limits here. You could also

10:35

go for the free plan and work your way

10:37

up until you hit your limits there. Now,

10:39

in order to configure Firecrawl inside

10:41

of our agent inside of Grokbot, we're

10:43

just going to come over to plugins.

10:45

We're going to click on this. We're

10:46

going to search up Firecrawl and I'm

10:48

simply just going to click on add and

10:50

what it's going to do is it's going to

10:51

open up Firecrawl in my browser and I'm

10:53

just going to need to authorize it and

10:54

then it should be good to go and we

10:56

could use it for scraping. So, I'm just

10:58

going to give it this prompt here. Go

11:00

and scrape my YouTube videos with

11:01

Firecrawl. I added my link to my YouTube

11:03

I said, give me the titles and the

11:05

amount of views for my previous 10

11:06

videos. Now, what we're going to notice

11:08

is our agent says that YouTube blocked

11:10

the first scrape. So, now it's trying

11:12

Firecrawl's agent extractor for the

11:14

video list. So, this is one reason and

11:16

one way that Firecrawl really comes in

11:18

handy because otherwise, we're not able

11:19

to scrape YouTube. All right, and here

11:21

we go. We have an output. Here are my

11:23

last 10 videos. Shows the amount of

11:25

views. I guess it pulled short form

11:27

videos as well and it shows the title.

11:28

And then right here, this is why we're

11:30

using Firecrawl. It says, "Note,

11:31

YouTube's video page blocked a direct

11:33

scrape, so I used Fire Crawl on your

11:35

channel RSS plus each watch view."

11:38

Basically, went ahead and just was able

11:39

to pull this. That's one thing you'll

11:40

notice with Fire Crawl, it's just

11:41

working in the background, just helping

11:43

you enrich this data for certain things

11:45

that you wouldn't realize AI isn't able

11:47

to go and pull on its own. Now, this

11:49

next use case is one that I'm personally

11:50

going to be using quite a bit. I've

11:52

really been loving playing around with

11:53

this over the last day, and that is my

11:56

invoice agent. And not only am I just

11:58

going to use this invoice agent, but

11:59

this is going to be paired with my inbox

12:01

agent that I just showed you earlier on

12:03

in the video. Now, let me quickly break

12:04

down exactly how this is going to work.

12:06

So, I have my invoicing agent, and what

12:09

I'm going to do is I'm going to set an

12:10

auto trigger, which is one of the

12:12

coolest parts of Grok Bot, which I'm

12:14

going to explain in a little bit. And

12:15

what this means is whenever an invoice

12:18

email arrives, it's automatically going

12:20

to flag this automation, where it's

12:22

going to then draft a invoice in my

12:24

style, send the email to this client,

12:27

and then on top of that, it's going to

12:28

track this in ClickUp, so I can see

12:31

exactly what stage my payments are in

12:33

inside of ClickUp, as well as my entire

12:35

team can view that as well. Now, let me

12:37

show you exactly how to set this up, cuz

12:39

it's really easy to create a new bot or

12:41

an agent inside of Grok Bot. So, I'm

12:43

just going to click on create new, and

12:45

all I'm going to do is I'm going to come

12:46

down to message bot and just give it a

12:47

brain dump. All right, so here's the

12:49

prompt that I'm going to give it. I

12:50

basically said, "Create an invoice agent

12:52

that does these tasks. Works with the

12:54

inbox triage agent to scrape my emails,

12:56

keeps track of all invoices and owed

12:58

payments, generates invoices for me in a

13:01

specific style, and then tracks the

13:03

status of all invoices inside of my

13:05

ClickUp board called invoices and

13:07

payments." Then next, what I'm going to

13:09

do is I'm just going to upload a PDF

13:11

example of what I want this invoice to

13:13

look like, so that way it always

13:15

recreates it in this style with all of

13:17

my payment information, so I never need

13:19

to basically generate an invoice myself

13:21

again. So, here is an example right here

13:23

of an invoice that I wanted to recreate.

13:25

I really like the style, and now it when

13:27

I upload this as a reference, it's

13:28

always going to look exactly like this.

13:30

So, what I'm going to do now is simply

13:32

just send this off to my agent. And now,

13:34

as you could see, it's going and

13:35

crafting this invoice style, as well as

13:38

just setting up this entire agent. One

13:39

thing that you'll notice is we have this

13:41

little green icon. So, each of our bots

13:44

or agents we have basically have their

13:46

own icon, and whenever it's moving like

13:48

this, you could see on the left-hand

13:49

side, this basically just means that

13:51

it's working in real time. If it is

13:53

stagnant like some of these ones right

13:55

here, that means that it's not

13:56

performing any tasks. I think this is

13:57

really cool to kind of just see which of

13:59

the agents are working at any given

14:00

time. All right, so just a few minutes

14:02

later, it actually went ahead, generated

14:04

this invoice in the exact style. This is

14:06

great. We can go ahead and download this

14:07

directly onto our computer. Let me just

14:09

go ahead download that. And then now,

14:11

it's basically saying that this is done.

14:13

Say the word when you want to generate

14:15

the next invoice or want me to pull

14:17

what's owed from ClickUp. So, since this

14:19

is already connected to ClickUp, it's

14:21

able to go and pull the other invoices

14:23

that I've either sent or generated, so I

14:26

could see basically what needs to be

14:27

paid and what has been paid. Now, this

14:30

is really cool. We obviously have an

14:31

agent that has a specific style of

14:33

invoices that it's able to generate, but

14:35

where this gets really interesting is

14:37

when we come over here to create a

14:39

routine. This is where we could either

14:41

have this run on a schedule where every

14:43

single day this invoice agent will go

14:46

and scrape from my email inbox and then

14:48

identify what invoices we need to

14:49

generate. But also, I could click on

14:52

create invoice, and we can add a

14:53

specific trigger. So, what I mean by

14:55

this is we could basically connect this

14:57

to a Slack channel. So, whenever there

14:59

is a message related to invoices, it

15:02

will automatically trigger this agent.

15:04

Which this is the first time we've kind

15:05

of seen this from these AI agent

15:07

platforms. Before, we could do scheduled

15:09

tasks and whatnot in Cloud Co-work, but

15:11

we didn't really have the option to

15:13

allow automations to kick off from a

15:15

specific trigger or event that's

15:17

happening inside of our apps. Now, I

15:18

want to show you something really cool.

15:21

Now, if I come over to my inbox triage

15:23

agent, you can see there is this

15:24

conversation happening between the inbox

15:27

agent in the invoice agent. And I didn't

15:29

even have to go and tell it to go and do

15:31

this. It just automatically knew

15:33

intuitively that it needed to

15:34

communicate with other agent in order to

15:36

get this done. So, invoice agent said,

15:38

"Hey, Brock set me up as the agent.

15:40

Please hand me anything invoice or

15:42

payment related from our email triage."

15:44

So, it basically broke down everything

15:46

that it needs to flag for us. And then

15:48

the inbox triage agent went and pulled

15:50

through my email and found the specific

15:52

things that I need to, you know,

15:54

understand and be up to date with. All

15:56

right, so, what I'm going to do now is

15:57

create a group chat with the invoice

16:00

agent in my inbox agent. And what I'm

16:02

going to do is I'm just going to give it

16:03

a brain dump and say, "Hey, I want you

16:05

to go and check my emails from the past

16:07

day. Find any email that is invoice

16:09

related. If there are specific invoices

16:12

that we need to create, use the invoice

16:13

agent in order to generate the invoices.

16:15

Then, I want you to draft the reply with

16:18

the invoice in the email. As well as, I

16:21

want you to then add these to ClickUp in

16:24

order to track the process and the

16:26

status of all these different payments.

16:28

Now, to show you real quickly inside of

16:29

my email inbox, I went ahead and drafted

16:32

three different emails as demos because

16:34

I don't want to show like actual

16:35

invoices that I need to create just for

16:37

confidential reasons. What it did is it

16:39

pulled from my email inbox. And now you

16:41

can see basically all of the invoices

16:43

that we need to generate right here. So,

16:45

what it's going to do is now generate

16:46

the invoices, create the draft reply for

16:49

the email so I can just go and send it

16:50

myself. And it's then going to update

16:52

this inside of ClickUp so I can see the

16:53

status of all these. All right, and just

16:55

like that, we now have these emails

16:56

drafted. So, for example, if I click on

16:58

this one, you can see that it added this

17:00

reply email as well as even attached the

17:02

specific invoice and I can go ahead and

17:04

pull this up right here in the exact

17:06

style that we fed it. As well as, if I

17:08

come into my invoice and payments board

17:11

inside of ClickUp, we can now see that

17:13

all of these invoices have been

17:15

submitted. As well as, if I click on

17:16

this, it shows the client information

17:18

here. Shows the email thread. And now me

17:21

and my team can see exactly where we're

17:22

at in the invoicing process. All right,

17:24

so this next use case is going to be a

17:26

meeting agent. And this is one that has

17:28

been pretty fun to play around with

17:29

myself. And I see this being something

17:31

that is actually really helpful for a

17:33

lot of people. So let's quickly walk

17:35

through the process of how this works.

17:36

So first of all, we have a daily routine

17:38

that is set where at 5:00 p.m. every

17:40

single day, it's then going to use this

17:43

tool called Granola, which if you don't

17:44

know what Granola is, it's basically an

17:46

AI meeting note-taker. So it joins all

17:48

of my meetings, as well as I could just

17:50

give it a brain dump, and then it turns

17:52

everything into a specific action item

17:53

and a summary. So at 5:00 p.m. it's then

17:56

going to scrape all of the Granola

17:58

meetings and notes from the day. Then

18:00

it's going to find all the specific

18:01

action items from those notes, and then

18:03

it's going to add them to ClickUp and

18:06

assign the specific team member that

18:07

needs to complete these tasks along with

18:09

a due date. All right, so let me show

18:11

you the meeting agent in action. So I

18:13

went ahead, I created a new agent, and

18:16

then I just gave it this prompt right

18:17

here. I just said I want to create a

18:18

meeting agent. This uses the Granola

18:20

MCP. Every day at the end of the day,

18:22

5:00 p.m. it's going to scrape Granola

18:24

to find new notes that were added from

18:25

either meetings or brain dumps that I

18:27

had. And then I basically just specified

18:30

for agency related stuff, I wanted to

18:31

add it to my agency board inside of

18:33

ClickUp. And if it's YouTube related, I

18:35

wanted to add it to my YouTube board.

18:37

Just so that way it knows exactly where

18:38

to populate these different tasks for me

18:41

and my team to go and grab inside of

18:43

ClickUp. Now if I come into my Granola

18:46

account, as you could see right here, we

18:48

have a couple of different things. We

18:49

have a few different meeting notes that

18:51

I've brain dumped inside of here. So

18:53

this will automatically populate with

18:55

actual meetings that I have on my Google

18:57

calendar. For example, you could see the

18:58

meetings I have, it's automatically

19:00

going to create these and turn them into

19:01

meeting notes. But also, I could just

19:03

have a brain dump on my phone, which is

19:05

what I just did for this one right here.

19:07

So if I click on this, you could see it

19:08

kind of broke down the key things that I

19:11

discussed in like a 2-minute brain dump,

19:13

and it shows the next steps here. So, it

19:15

shows that it needs to add these things

19:17

to our ClickUp board. So, let me go

19:19

ahead and check if this was done inside

19:21

of ClickUp now. All right, so just like

19:22

that, we now have these specific action

19:25

items added to my Loom board inside of

19:28

ClickUp. It went ahead and was able to

19:29

find which board it should go and add. I

19:31

didn't have to like specify it, which is

19:33

pretty cool. And then let's come back to

19:34

Grok Bot, and I just said, "Hey, I want

19:36

you to go into the Loom board in ClickUp

19:38

and add priority levels to these with

19:40

due dates." All right, now just like

19:42

that, we have specific due dates for

19:44

these given tasks as well as the

19:45

priority. So, it's able to analyze that

19:47

this right here is something that we

19:49

need to prioritize because we need to

19:51

align on this before we have a meeting

19:53

with somebody who's consulting for our

19:54

business. Now, I wanted to show this

19:56

meeting agent use case cuz I think this

19:58

could be really helpful for anybody that

20:00

has meetings. You could just plug in

20:01

Granola, where it automatically

20:03

transcribes and creates notes for those

20:04

meetings, and then you could

20:06

automatically route specific tasks to

20:08

ClickUp for you. I do want to quickly

20:10

show exactly how you could connect

20:11

Granola if you want to add it to your

20:13

Grok Bot, and it's really simple. You

20:15

could either come to the agent and just

20:17

say, "Hey, I want you to add Granola,"

20:18

and it will set it up for you, or you

20:20

could come right here to where it says

20:21

plugins. You could click on this, and

20:23

you could see I already have Granola

20:24

configured. You would just click add, it

20:26

would open it in your browser, and you

20:27

just have to authorize it from inside of

20:29

your account. It literally takes like 5

20:31

seconds to set it up. It's that simple.

20:33

Now, let's say you scroll through this

20:35

entire plugin marketplace, and you don't

20:37

see an app that you want to use that you

20:38

want to integrate your agent with. Well,

20:40

you can use something called a Zapier

20:41

MCP, which allows you to connect to

20:43

9,000 plus different apps, and it's

20:45

really easy to set up. So, that way you

20:47

can work across more applications than

20:49

just the ones that Grok Bot allows you

20:51

to. For example, I have this MCP server

20:54

configured right here, which has about

20:56

like 25 different applications that I

20:57

can use. For example, there's some apps

21:00

in here that I cannot connect to

21:02

directly inside of Grok. So, I cannot

21:03

connect to school, which is where I have

21:05

my entire community, as well as Beehiiv

21:08

is another big one, which is where I run

21:10

my email newsletter. So, if I want to be

21:12

able to perform actions inside of

21:14

Beehiiv with my agents that I configure

21:16

inside of Grok Bot, I actually have to

21:18

be using Zapier MCP since it's not

21:20

accessible in this list right here. Now,

21:22

this is very simple to set up. First of

21:24

all, you just need to have a Zapier

21:25

account. You could sign up with the link

21:27

in the description, and then you're

21:28

going to come into your plugin

21:29

marketplace and then simply just look up

21:31

Zapier and then click on this add

21:33

button. It's going to ask you to

21:35

authorize your account from inside of

21:36

Zapier, and then it will show that it's

21:38

added right here. And in order to test

21:40

this out, let me just come into my inbox

21:42

agent and say, "Hey, I want you to use

21:43

the Zapier MCP to pull different stats

21:46

from my Beehiiv campaigns so I can

21:48

understand how many people I have on my

21:50

newsletter." And here we go. Went and

21:52

pulled from Beehiiv using the Zapier

21:53

MCP. It shows the newsletter size. It

21:55

shows my open rate as well as the

21:57

average click rate. And the cool part is

21:59

I could even have it go and perform

22:00

actions inside of Beehiiv for me since

22:02

it's now connected. These are some use

22:04

cases I've been finding for myself that

22:06

I think are pretty cool. Having multiple

22:08

agents that are able to interact with

22:09

each other and literally create group

22:10

chats, I think is a pretty cool concept.
