really fun day. I've never seen that

many Asians packed into a theater

before. So, we felt like all the

materials so heavily. We all laughed.

Like people were sobbing. It was

honestly like such a surreal experience.

Also, it was so crazy that the movie was

shot and based in Chinatown, San

Francisco, and we were watching it in

Chinatown, San Francisco.

Like it was so meta. And then after

that, we went to a mahjong night. I've

never played mahjong before. Bro, it is

so addictive. It is so addictive. Like I

think I am addicted now. I did not want

to leave. They had to kick us out. Also,

there's a humongous fly in my apartment,

and I don't have peace in my own home.

Oh my god, I'm trying so hard to ignore

it, but I don't even know where it is

anymore.

there's like this home cafe thing going

on. People are like turning their

apartment into a cafe, which I think is

super cute, and it's also around the

time where I kind of need my second

caffeine boost of the day. So, it works

is not really my usual style, but the

invite said spring, and this is like the

only time I could wear this top. So, I

feel like for these kind of things, I'm

always like a little nervous because

there's like a lot of people. I need to

meet new people, but at the same time,

whenever I go to like a social

gathering, I'm only going to like stick

to the people I know. But, I'm going to

try not to do that today. Also, look at

Okay, I'm finally back home. Today was

so tiring because it was basically a day

of socializing, but the conversations

were all really intellectually

stimulating. Honestly, it's better than

rotting at home alone, which I I do

often. I'm going to spend the rest of

the night watching F1 because every year

before the Oscars, I make a point to

binge all the Oscar nominated films

before the ceremony, which is tomorrow.

And F1 is the only Best Picture nominee

I haven't seen this year. Actually, I

really like the Oscar nominated

nominated I really like all the Oscar

nominated films this year, especially

Hamnet. Bro,

Jessie Buckley killed that role. Like

obliterated. I don't think I've ever

seen such a multifaceted portrayal of

motherhood before. Like the joy and the

struggle and tenderness and grief. Like

it was all encapsulated so vividly and

truthfully. This is why we need more

female directors. Also, Train Dreams.

Visually just stunning. They did such a

good job at capturing this like feeling

of grief and loneliness like throughout

the movie, but also peace at the same

time. Watching it kind of felt

comforting in a way. Like it kind of

took me out of my own life for a bit and

reminded me that we're all just little

humans living our little lives in this

like big world. I don't know why, but I

really love the feeling of isolation in

films. I don't know what that says about

me, but I really like like Blade Runner

2049, Her.
