I saw Kylie Jenner become a billionaire

0:02

when she was 20.

0:03

>> Kylie Jenner has become the youngest

0:04

self-made billionaire of all time.

0:12

>> She is way richer than I am. And so it

0:14

means that she's doing something

0:15

different than I am. And she had a

0:17

personal brand.

0:17

>> We don't even live in social media

0:20

anymore. We now live in interest media.

0:22

5 years ago, you got content from people

0:24

you followed. Even if you didn't give a

0:26

what your cousin was doing today, I

0:28

started a Tik Tok account. The first

0:31

post of that account with zero followers

0:33

got 8.2 million organic views. You

0:36

better understand that every one of you

0:37

now live in an AI world. This is only

0:40

going to compound dramatically. Your

0:42

third Tik Tok can fundamentally change

0:45

the course of your career. This, my

0:47

friends, is about adaptability. This is

0:49

being prepared for the moment.

0:52

There's one thing that's proven to not

0:54

be replaced by AI on social media.

0:56

People like to listen to people. No one

0:59

wants to hear experiences from a robot.

1:02

And that's why knowing how to get

1:03

attention on social media is, in my

1:06

opinion, the greatest asset that you can

1:08

have in 2026. And in this course, I'm

1:11

teaching you every single thing that I

1:12

know about it. This right here is my

1:14

Instagram. And at the time of recording,

1:16

we have 317,000

1:18

[music] followers. And this, you

1:20

probably know, this is my YouTube. And

1:22

at the time of recording this, we have

1:23

75,000 subscribers. Come with a guess.

1:26

How long do you think it took me to grow

1:28

this audience? [music] I'm not sure what

1:30

you guessed, but it took me only a

1:31

little over 1 year. But what happens

1:34

when all of that [music] is stripped

1:36

from you? I can tell you because 3

1:37

months ago, Meta decided to completely

1:39

remove my Instagram from the face of the

1:41

earth. They gave me no reason. I still

1:44

to this day don't know why. and all the

1:46

work that I had done over the past year

1:48

was erased overnight. It took some time.

1:50

However, I realized that this was a

1:52

chance to prove something to myself. I

1:54

could prove that I could do it again.

1:56

So, I started a new Instagram. I posted

1:58

over 150 times and got hundreds of

2:01

thousands of views and gained over 4,000

2:04

followers from a completely dead

2:05

account. And luckily enough, I also got

2:07

in contact with Meta and the account was

2:10

reinstated. But it's safe to say that I

2:12

know a thing or two about social media.

2:14

And the only reason to why I could grow

2:16

a completely cold new account to over

2:19

4,000 followers and post 150 times in a

2:22

month, by the way, that's five times a

2:23

day, is because I could use AI. [music]

2:25

And in this course, I'm showing you

2:27

absolutely everything about how I did

2:28

it. No gatekeeping. So, who's this

2:31

course for? Well, you're one of two

2:33

people. One, you don't want to grow your

2:34

audience yourself, but you want to offer

2:36

services to content creators. If you

2:38

want to do that, then this will be

2:39

massively valuable for you. or two, you

2:41

want to build your own online presence

2:43

for either yourself or your product,

2:45

then this course will also be probably

2:46

the most valuable thing that you've ever

2:48

watched. If you think that this will be

2:49

easy and a get-richqu thing, then you

2:52

might as well click off this video. This

2:53

video isn't for you. However, if you're

2:54

willing to put in the work, then you're

2:56

going to look back at this and you're

2:57

going to realize that watching this

2:58

video was the best decision that you

3:00

have ever made. Let's not waste any more

3:02

time. Let's get into it. Most people get

3:03

this one thing wrong. They're focusing

3:05

all their attention on the wrong thing.

3:07

And it's honestly pretty simple when you

3:09

think about it. Take a look at this

3:10

graph right here. On the x-axis, we have

3:13

time. On the y-axis, we have money that

3:15

it takes in order to start a company.

3:18

So, we can call this the barrier to

3:19

entry when it comes to a business. And

3:22

the best example for this is software.

3:24

In order to start a software company

3:26

like 15 to 20 years ago, you need to

3:28

hire a very, very expensive developer.

3:30

Some of them going for multiple hundreds

3:32

of thousands of dollars in yearly

3:34

payroll. The barrier to entry was

3:36

extremely high. It was almost impossible

3:38

if you were not technical to start a

3:40

software company. And what happened?

3:41

Well, all of a sudden, Chat GBT was

3:44

released and this barrier to entry

3:46

absolutely crashed. In the start, AI

3:48

wasn't very good. So, it's still very

3:50

hard to start a software business. But

3:52

as the AI models improved, the barrier

3:54

to entry is dropping like crazy. And we

3:58

are at a point right now in time where

4:01

anyone can start a software company.

4:03

Now, literally, all it takes is a $20 a

4:05

month subscription. Why am I telling you

4:07

this? Well, think about it. This is not

4:09

only in software. It's actually in any

4:12

industry, any business that you think

4:14

about starting. When you don't know the

4:15

answer to something, when you get stuck

4:17

in business, where you would usually

4:18

have to hire consultants that were worth

4:20

hundreds of thousands of dollars, you

4:22

can now just ask AI. And don't get me

4:24

wrong, it differs for what industry we

4:26

are talking about. Some businesses are

4:28

still very, very hard to start,

4:29

specifically physical businesses,

4:31

because we don't have good enough robots

4:32

that can go around the world yet.

4:34

However, what's true for all of them is

4:35

that the barrier to entry is dropping.

4:38

If it becomes easier and easier to

4:41

create a product for a business now,

4:43

anyone can find out, okay, how do I do a

4:45

supplement brand? If the barrier to

4:46

entry drops, then everyone is going to

4:48

be creating a product because all of a

4:50

sudden they can do that. And the market,

4:51

no matter what industry you're in, is

4:53

going to be flooded with products, new

4:55

businesses popping up left and right.

4:57

So, what will actually matter in the

4:59

future? Well, if you have a bunch of

5:00

products that are flooded to the market,

5:02

the product won't matter to the same

5:04

degree, what will really matter is the

5:06

distribution to that product, which

5:08

basically means, can you get attention

5:09

to the product you're selling? And guess

5:11

what? A lot of the things that you're

5:12

going to be learning in this course are

5:14

things like human psychology. It's

5:15

things like attention spans, and it's

5:18

things like brand associations. Because,

5:20

and you're going to learn way more about

5:22

this later in this course, what all the

5:24

algorithms want from you on social media

5:27

platforms as a creator is to get their

5:29

users to stay on the platform. And guess

5:31

what? These things that determine this

5:33

will be there with AI or not. Because of

5:35

distribution, I built my software

5:37

company, built my agent to over $700,000

5:40

in revenue the last year. And all my

5:42

businesses in total are doing way over

5:43

seven figures a year. And guess what

5:45

fuels all of that? distribution,

5:48

content, knowing the social media

5:50

platforms. In this course, I'm

5:51

gatekeeping absolutely nothing. I'm

5:53

showing you all of the tips and tricks

5:55

I've used on Instagram to grow to over

5:57

300,000 followers. And I'm showing you

5:59

the tips and tricks for YouTube that I

6:00

use to triple my subscribers in the last

6:02

3 months. On top of that, I'm even going

6:04

to give you the claw skills that I use

6:06

to keep up an insane amount of volume on

6:08

all platforms. I post four times a day

6:10

on Instagram, and I also keep up a

6:12

pretty good cadence on YouTube. And I'll

6:14

show you the secret for how I can do

6:15

that while running my businesses on the

6:17

side. And I'm even going to show you how

6:19

I take my YouTube videos and my

6:20

Instagram reels and I repurpose those on

6:23

Twitter and LinkedIn and threads to get

6:25

even more impressions and build an even

6:27

bigger audience. This is the complete

6:30

course. Let's get into the good stuff.

6:31

And if you can do me a favor, then when

6:33

you have watched a bit of this video, go

6:35

down, leave a comment, and tell other

6:37

people if this course is worth watching.

6:39

I read absolutely every comment. So, if

6:40

you have any feedback or any questions,

6:42

make sure to drop them in the comments

6:43

as well. And while you're at it, you

6:44

probably won't sit through this in one

6:46

sitting. So, make sure to subscribe and

6:48

save the video so you can find it again

6:50

and continue watching. It's time. Let's

6:51

get into the real source. You can do

6:53

everything right and you can get results

6:55

and you can get followers, but if you

6:57

get them on the wrong platform, then it

6:59

doesn't matter at the end. You have

7:00

wasted all that work. Let's talk about

7:02

what platform you should actually start

7:04

on. We are going to split them up in

7:06

three categories. I'm going to have one

7:08

I call long form. Then I'm going to have

7:10

one that I call short form and the last

7:12

one I call textbased. And don't worry,

7:15

I'll explain exactly what I mean in just

7:16

a second. The long form platforms are of

7:18

course things like YouTube, right?

7:20

Things where you post longer videos like

7:22

10 minute plus videos where people

7:24

actually sit down and watch a full

7:25

video. Then we have short forms and a

7:27

lot of channels actually has short form

7:29

content. This these are things like

7:31

Instagram and Tik Tok, but it's also

7:33

things like YouTube shorts and there are

7:34

also short form on platforms like

7:36

Twitter, but I'm going to still place

7:37

that because it's mainly textbased.

7:39

That's what I mean, right? Text based is

7:41

things like X and it's things like

7:43

Instagram threads. It's also things like

7:45

Facebook and Facebook also has short

7:47

form content. All right, so what

7:49

platform do you choose to post from?

7:51

Well, it depends on who you're trying to

7:54

distribute to. There's a bit of a fancy

7:56

term called ICP. And I don't like to use

7:58

fancy terms on this channel. This

8:00

basically means ideal customer persona,

8:04

but I'm going to delete that and we're

8:05

just going to call it your ideal

8:07

customer. When you decide what platforms

8:08

you want to start on, you need to think

8:10

about, okay, where does your ideal

8:11

customer hang out? I can see another

8:13

channel very important that I just

8:14

missed is of course LinkedIn. The reason

8:16

I remember this is because, well, let's

8:18

say that your ideal customer is very

8:20

B2B. They're interested in business.

8:21

They're very professional, like they are

8:23

lawyer or an accountant. If your ideal

8:25

customer is very professional, they're

8:27

very like B2B SAS focused, then where

8:30

they might hang out is probably

8:32

platforms like LinkedIn, maybe Facebook

8:34

for personal use, but they're probably

8:36

not spending that much time on Tik Tok

8:38

and they're probably not spending that

8:39

much time on YouTube shorts either. They

8:41

might still watch long form YouTube

8:43

videos. So, you should basically go

8:45

through all the platforms and think

8:46

about, okay, where is my ideal client

8:48

hanging out? If my ideal client is a

8:50

50year-old person, where do they hang

8:52

out? If they are in tech, it might also

8:54

be on X. So think about, okay, who are

8:56

you actually trying to attract? Or if

8:58

you're doing this on behalf of someone

9:00

else, then again, think about, okay, who

9:01

are they trying to attract? Who is their

9:03

ideal customer? And then basically just

9:04

write up this list and then just

9:06

highlight all of the platforms that your

9:07

customer is located on. Again, this is

9:10

so crucial that you do this correctly

9:12

because if you start posting on Tik Tok

9:14

and you're trying to attract lawyers,

9:16

that might be quite hard. Don't get me

9:18

wrong, there will still be lawyers on

9:19

Tik Tok. However, there's going to be

9:21

way fewer lawyers than on a platform

9:22

like LinkedIn or personally Facebook. In

9:24

the next part of the module, we're going

9:26

to talk about another thing that either

9:27

makes or breaks your entire content

9:30

strategy. Let's get into it. There's

9:31

another thing that either holds you back

9:33

from growing on socials or that pushes

9:36

you a lot in the right direction. There

9:37

are a lot of beginners when they start

9:39

and they try posting on socials, they

9:41

then think, "Okay, great. I'm trying to

9:43

promote my company and I'm going to

9:45

start a page that's called maybe your

9:46

agency name and you're going to start

9:48

posting content from that." And don't

9:50

get me wrong, this still works. However,

9:52

however, the way I look at it is either

9:54

like a tailwind or a headwind. Let me

9:57

explain what I mean. If we go to X and

9:59

we search up Elon Musk, look at how many

10:01

followers he has on his personal

10:03

account. 241

10:05

million followers. If we then go to

10:08

Tesla's page, they have only 25 million

10:12

followers. Well, generally speaking, in

10:14

most industries across all of social

10:16

media, personal profiles will always get

10:18

more traction, more likes, more follows

10:20

because people like to hear opinions

10:22

from other people. People like to follow

10:24

along in other people's life. It's why

10:25

it's called social media. So, the

10:28

tailwind here, the thing that makes

10:29

everything easier is creating a personal

10:31

account. And the thing that makes

10:33

everything harder would be starting a

10:35

company page and only posting on that.

10:37

Let's make this green and company page

10:39

red. So, you remember the best thing you

10:41

can do. And that's what everyone on

10:43

social media does already is that they

10:45

post mainly on their personal account.

10:47

They get a bunch of traction and I'll

10:49

show you how later in this course. And

10:51

then they funnel a lot of that traffic

10:52

to their company and their company page.

10:54

And that is perfectly fine to do because

10:56

then people like you for you and they're

10:58

interested in what you have built and

11:00

that also creates the most engaged

11:02

audience. We just had to get those

11:03

things out the way. Now comes the

11:05

insanely valuable source, my claw skill.

11:08

How I keep up with posting four times

11:10

every single day. This next part of the

11:11

course will be insanely valuable. Let's

11:13

get into it. Congratulations. Most

11:15

people that start a course like this

11:17

don't even get to this point in the

11:19

video. Yeah, I know it's crazy. And you

11:21

are already in the top 50%. I just asked

11:24

Claude, "What percentage of content

11:26

creators get to 100K followers?" And the

11:29

short answer was roughly 1%. So, you're

11:31

not quite there yet, but we're getting

11:33

closer. The other 50% that's not

11:35

watching this video right now is

11:36

probably consuming some Brain Rod

11:37

content. So, I'm proud of you for making

11:39

it this far. And the reason I say this

11:41

is because of this next thing that's

11:43

crucial to understand. Because let's get

11:44

one thing straight. Nothing worthwhile

11:47

in life is easy or comes easy. And if

11:50

you're expecting a get-rich quick

11:51

scheme, then I already told you in the

11:53

intro, you might as well get off this

11:54

video. It's not for you. And

11:56

specifically when it comes to building

11:57

an audience online, it is by nature the

12:00

way the algorithms are made harder when

12:02

you're starting out. Let's take a look

12:03

at something pretty interesting. My

12:05

videos on Instagram are getting a decent

12:06

amount of views on my main account. when

12:09

my account was temporarily removed from

12:10

meta and I started posting on this one.

12:12

Guess how many views I got on a new

12:14

account. Well, we can go back and we can

12:16

take a look. When I had grown in the

12:17

account a little bit, you can see some

12:18

of the videos got like 2, 3, 30k views.

12:21

But if we go all the way back to the

12:23

first post that I made, look at this.

12:25

All of them got under 200 views. Why is

12:27

that? I should be an expert, right? My

12:29

first rule should go viral. Well, that's

12:31

not how the platforms they work because

12:33

you always need to think about, okay,

12:34

what does the platform actually want?

12:36

Well, the platform wants users. They

12:39

want people to be on the platform

12:41

because then they can show them

12:42

advertisements. And that's how these

12:43

companies make money. In order to get

12:45

users, they need good content that is

12:47

relevant to the user. That's what the

12:49

algorithm is trying to do. It's trying

12:51

to match the user with the content that

12:53

they are interested in. And think about

12:54

it, how does Instagram or YouTube

12:56

determine if you're doing good content?

12:58

Well, it's all a trust game. Before

13:00

Instagram or YouTube wants to service

13:02

your videos to people, they first need

13:04

to make sure that they trust you and

13:06

that you do good content because that is

13:08

what results in more users on the

13:10

platform. And even the best content

13:12

creators in the world, we can take an

13:14

example Mr. Beast, their curve when they

13:16

started, if we have time on the x-axis

13:18

and we have views on the y-axis. When

13:21

they started, that curve was flat for

13:23

the longest time. There's an interview

13:25

with Mr. Beast where he said he posted a

13:27

100 videos before the first one got some

13:29

traction. I think I had to post 94 times

13:31

before my first video went viral. So, it

13:33

seems like the magic number is around

13:35

100. And guess what happens? All of a

13:37

sudden, you find a form and create a

13:39

video that's good and you've built up

13:40

the trust with the platform over time.

13:43

This initial point right here is only to

13:45

build trust with the platform. When the

13:47

platform trust you, now it's going to

13:48

push out your content more and more. And

13:50

that is all of a sudden when you get

13:52

that viral video. And after that, when

13:53

the platform trusts you, it's going to

13:55

keep pushing out your video. But guess

13:57

what? To everyone else, that looks like

13:59

an overnight success. But everyone

14:01

doesn't see the time it takes to build

14:03

up your skills for the videos and to

14:05

build trust with the platforms. That's

14:07

why almost every single time when you

14:08

drop a new video on a platform, it's

14:10

going to get like 200 views because the

14:12

platform doesn't trust you yet. Why am I

14:14

telling this? Well, you need to

14:16

understand the game that you're getting

14:17

into. The problem with a lot of videos

14:19

online is that they give you the wrong

14:20

expectations. They tell you that you can

14:22

make 10K a month the next month. Then

14:24

you set your expectations. Okay, this is

14:26

the success. this is what I want to be

14:27

doing. And when you haven't even made a

14:29

single dollar after 30 days, you think,

14:30

"Okay, this doesn't work." But you need

14:32

to know the game that you're playing,

14:33

you need to know, okay, it takes a lot

14:34

of trust and a lot of time with the

14:36

platform before it starts pushing you

14:38

out. So, if you're only here and you

14:39

give up, well, someone didn't set your

14:41

expectations right from the start. And

14:42

that's why I'm taking some extra time to

14:44

go over this with you because it's

14:45

crucial for your success with this. A

14:47

bunch of people then give up right here

14:48

and they say, "Well, this concept thing

14:50

doesn't work. Everyone else was lucky."

14:52

yada yada yada. up. The reason they do

14:54

this is because they don't know the game

14:56

that they got into. And I'm going to

14:58

warn you because now you think, "Okay,

14:59

let's go. I just got the right

15:01

expectation. I just need to post a 100

15:02

times and then I'll go viral." But now

15:04

I'm going to warn you because listening

15:05

to this, you probably got excited. You

15:07

think, "Let's go. Okay, now I have the

15:08

plan." I've shown this quite a bit on

15:10

the channel, but it's called the

15:11

excitement curve. On the x-axis, we have

15:13

time. On the y-axis, we have how excited

15:15

are you about the business that you're

15:17

in. And what's going to happen is that

15:18

you watch this course, you watch the

15:20

entire thing, and you are super duper

15:22

excited. You think, "Let's go. I'm going

15:23

to start posting. I'm going to use these

15:25

crazy claw skills that Albert is going

15:26

to give me and I'm going to become

15:27

famous." Then you go into the trust

15:30

period, which is really tough, not going

15:31

to lie. And your excitement is going to

15:33

drop. It's going to drop very, very far

15:35

down. And this right here, you can

15:37

probably guess it, is where most people

15:39

give up. However, in order to succeed,

15:42

you have to make it through this valley

15:44

right here. And you need to slowly start

15:46

grinding away. And this curve is not

15:48

steep, but it's exponential. Because

15:50

chip by chip, you solve problems, you

15:52

figure things out, you learn things and

15:54

at one point you are very excited about

15:56

your business because you solved it. The

15:57

issue that happens a lot and I can tell

15:59

you from experience because I did this

16:01

twice. I started posting, I was very

16:04

excited. I thought, okay, now now is

16:06

going to be the time. I reached this

16:07

point and I give up. I did it again. I

16:09

started posting again. I was very

16:10

excited. I reached this point the second

16:12

time and then I give up. And it was only

16:14

the third time after around 94 posts

16:16

that I actually said, "Okay, I'm not

16:18

going to give up this time. I'm going to

16:19

keep posting. And that is when I hit the

16:21

viral reel and that's when I didn't

16:22

stop. I've been posting every single day

16:24

since then. In the end, it really just

16:26

is a volume game. And later in this

16:28

course, I'll show you some insane claw

16:30

skills that I use every single day in

16:32

order to be able to keep a volume that

16:34

I'm doing. Like I mentioned earlier, I'm

16:35

posting four times a day on Instagram,

16:37

but I spend under an hour every single

16:39

day. And later in this video, I'll show

16:40

you exactly my entire process for how I

16:43

do that. Before we get into that though,

16:44

we need to get a couple of things

16:45

straight. So, let's get into that. This

16:47

one Claude skill that I'm about to give

16:49

you teaches Claude how to create

16:50

carousels for IG and LinkedIn. And you

16:53

might think, well, are carousels that

16:55

important? I thought reals was what is

16:57

driving growth. But at one point in the

16:59

last year or so, Instagram shamed

17:01

something about how carousels work. For

17:03

example, this carousel right here that

17:05

I've made has 10,000 likes and got me

17:07

around 5,000 followers. And this one

17:10

right here, my six favorite Claude

17:12

skills, got me 61,000 likes and 25,000

17:15

followers from a single carousel. And

17:17

that's why I think carousels are so

17:19

crucial to use. And that's also why that

17:21

I'm posting two carousels every single

17:24

day. And you see this one right here has

17:26

3,000 likes and I posted it 4 days ago.

17:28

Let me show you how you can create

17:29

insane carousels like this. Below this

17:32

video, in the description, I've left all

17:33

of the Claude skills that I'm going to

17:35

be using throughout this course. Let me

17:37

show you how to use them. Open up the

17:38

plot desktop app on your computer. And

17:41

the first one we're going to be using is

17:42

this one right here, Elbert Carousel IG.

17:45

So to use the skill after you've

17:46

installed it, in the description of this

17:48

video, I've left this folder right here,

17:50

which is on Google Drive. That includes

17:52

all of my content plot skulls. So what

17:54

you want to do is that you want to click

17:55

this one and click download. That is

17:57

going to zip up file. Then I recommend

17:59

that you go to your desktop, create a

18:01

new folder. Let's call it content maker.

18:04

Because now we can go inside our claude.

18:06

We can click on this little icon right

18:07

here and then we can open the folder on

18:09

our desktop that we just created. That's

18:11

called content maker. Just like that.

18:14

And it's very important that you're

18:15

running it locally like this. You might

18:17

need to install git if you don't have it

18:18

already. But you can just ask cla for

18:20

how you do that. Now you want to install

18:22

our claude skills. So the claw skills

18:24

folder that we just created, drag that

18:26

in and then just say please install

18:28

these claw skills. Check them for

18:30

vulnerabilities and prompt injections

18:32

before you install them just to make

18:34

sure that they are safe. And I'm going

18:35

to dictate that and then hit enter. The

18:38

reason I do this is because when you

18:39

install skills from the internet, you

18:41

never know what might be inside of them.

18:43

You always want to check first if

18:44

there's any prompt injections, any

18:46

malicious code. And giving this

18:48

instruction right here basically checks

18:50

the skills before you install them,

18:51

which is smart to do. When you've

18:53

installed the claw skills, then you can

18:54

write / reload skills and hit enter.

18:57

That's basically going to reload all the

18:58

skills that you have just created and

19:00

create a new session. And now we are

19:02

ready to use the skill. So, what you

19:04

want to do is that we're going to use

19:05

the skill first that's called Elbert IG

19:07

carousel. This one right here. The way

19:09

this skill works is that you can either

19:10

give it an idea, but you can also just

19:12

go to YouTube. For example, I can take

19:14

this video right here that I've made

19:16

1,000 hours of building with Claude in

19:17

22 minutes. I can copy the URL and I can

19:20

go back into Claude and paste that in

19:22

already. Now, this will create a good

19:24

carousel, but I can give it some more

19:26

instructions. Like I could say, please

19:27

have the call to action to be a comment

19:30

YouTube and I'm going to send you the

19:32

link so we can transcribe that in. And

19:34

on top of that, we can also explain what

19:36

colors or what theme that we want. And

19:39

you can even go to Instagram and find

19:41

one of my carousels or find someone

19:43

else's carousel. For example, I can just

19:45

go into search and I can find a viral

19:47

carousel like this one, for example. So

19:49

Claude can now actually and I can find a

19:51

viral theme like this one for example

19:53

which is this like kind of clay icon. I

19:56

can copy this. I can paste it in and I

19:58

can say for the theme I want this kind

20:01

of play figures and theme throughout the

20:05

entire carousel. The carousel should

20:07

also be around 10 to 15 slides. The

20:11

reason I say this is because there's a

20:12

couple of things that determines if you

20:14

will have a viral carousel or not. And

20:16

one of the things is how long do people

20:17

actually spend swiping through it?

20:19

Because again, Instagram wants to keep

20:21

people on their platform and spend as

20:23

much time as possible on their platform.

20:25

So if you have a carousel that keeps

20:26

people engaged for a longer period of

20:28

time, Instagram and Facebook and all the

20:30

platforms, they like that. If you have

20:31

any specific ideas or if you have

20:33

anything that you want to include in the

20:34

carousel, this is also where you give it

20:35

the instructions. And don't worry, we

20:37

can also change later down the line. We

20:39

can give it updates, we can tune it. But

20:40

for now, I believe this is going to give

20:42

us a really good result. So I am now

20:44

going to hit enter. And this will take

20:46

around 5 to 10 minutes for claw to build

20:48

out a full carousel for you. And this

20:51

would usually probably take me around 2

20:52

hours to do if I wanted to do it inside

20:54

of Canva or something like that. Now we

20:56

can do it in literally 5 to 10 minutes

20:58

and we could start this and then we

20:59

could record our reel on the side or we

21:01

can do something else with our work.

21:03

This is of course just running in the

21:04

background. The way this skill works is

21:06

that it first takes the transcript of

21:08

the video. So it finds out okay what is

21:10

the video about. So that's the first

21:11

step. It figures out okay this is what

21:13

the carousel should be about. The second

21:14

step is that it then plans out, okay,

21:16

what should each slide be? And then the

21:18

third step is that it actually creates

21:19

the slide. What you can see right here

21:21

though, it says before generating the

21:22

hickfield MCP is not connected. And the

21:24

way the skill works is that it uses

21:26

hickfield for the image generation. So

21:28

I'll go inside of settings and then I'll

21:30

go inside of connectors because here we

21:32

can connect the MCP that allows claw to

21:34

create all of these images and videos

21:36

and everything. So I will search for

21:38

pixel.ai

21:40

and hit enter. And then you just go to

21:42

MCP and CLI. I'm also going to leave a

21:45

link in the description so you can find

21:46

it easily. And that gives you this link

21:48

right here. And it's important that you

21:50

copy this. Go back into connectors.

21:52

Click add. Click add. And then click add

21:54

custom connector. Paste. We're going to

21:56

call this Hickfield. And then in the

21:58

remote MCP server URL right here, that's

22:00

where we paste in this URL. And then we

22:03

click add. And there we go. Now we've

22:05

connected Higfield with our clot

22:06

account. The next thing we want to do is

22:08

that instead of custom right here, I'm

22:09

just going to click always allow. And

22:11

what this does is that this basically

22:12

allows claw to do absolutely everything

22:14

inside of the Hixville connector. So it

22:16

doesn't have to ask us for permissions

22:17

all the time. We can close this down.

22:18

And you can see it has the slide plan

22:20

thought out now blocked by one thing,

22:22

the Hixville MCP. We just fixed that. So

22:24

now I can say I just added the Hixfield

22:25

MCP. Please create the carousel. And

22:28

there we go. Claw is now going to build

22:30

this out. And of course, you only need

22:31

to connect Hfield once and it's going to

22:32

remember the connection. So next time we

22:34

create a carousel, it's going to be a

22:35

little faster. And you can see it

22:36

already created the cover. Now I spend

22:38

a,000 hours vibe coding, so you can skip

22:40

my 10k mistakes. I might want to change

22:42

this. I'm going to tune it a little bit

22:44

just so it sounds exactly like me, but

22:46

kind of crazy that we could create this

22:47

in literally like 2 minutes. And it's

22:49

using Nano Banana 2 for the image

22:51

generation. You can even see on the

22:53

carousel that we have our Instagram

22:55

handle down here in the bottom left

22:56

corner. So you of course need to change

22:57

that with your own Instagram handle. And

22:59

then it has this bookmark right here for

23:01

saving for later. And now it's going to

23:02

create all of the other carousel slides.

23:04

And there's 15 in total. But the way

23:06

this skill works is that it starts all

23:07

of them at the same time. So it only

23:09

takes around 10 minutes to generate all

23:11

of them. There we have it. All slides

23:13

are connected. That took around like 3

23:14

minutes or something. Didn't take too

23:16

long. And I'm just going to go through

23:18

them. Just going to click in on this

23:19

first one. And then we can use our arrow

23:20

keys to go through them. I spent a thous

23:23

coding the number one mistakes everyone

23:24

makes. Like this looks so cool. Holy.

23:27

Build the foundation first. By now,

23:28

price this later. Pick the text for your

23:30

build. Map the file structure and paper

23:32

first. This stage takes hours not

23:34

minutes. I think I want to change this

23:36

on each of these like they kind of read

23:37

out at one. I want to add on every like

23:39

subsection I want to add a dash so it

23:42

becomes easier to read. On every

23:43

subsection text like the three points on

23:48

each slide, please add a dash before

23:51

them to make it easier to read. One

23:54

thing that is true, no matter what

23:56

content that you make is that you always

23:58

want to put a bigger proportion of your

24:00

time to the start of a video or to a

24:02

carousel or to a YouTube video or short.

24:04

It doesn't matter. No matter what

24:06

content you make, it's about hooking the

24:07

reader, the audience right in the start

24:10

of the video. So, you want to spend more

24:11

time on that. That's a lesson for you

24:13

right there. But that's why I want to

24:14

give this a bit more love. I spent

24:16

$1,000 coding. I like that header. This

24:18

one behind here. So, you can skip my 10k

24:20

mistakes. I want to change. So, I'm

24:21

going to say on the first slide instead

24:23

of skip my 10k mistakes, change that to

24:26

kiss everything I learned, just put that

24:28

in dashes. Cool. And let's see if

24:30

there's anything else I want to change.

24:31

I like to like put all of the things I

24:33

want to change in one prompt because AI

24:35

is smart enough for that. Build the

24:36

foundation first. Buy pick the text

24:38

before build the file structure on paper

24:39

first. This day takes hours, not

24:40

minutes. Turn off. Yes, sir. The only

24:43

workflow you need. I really like how

24:45

this entire carousel is built. This is

24:47

so cool. Use this for even tiny changes.

24:50

Just hit shift tab to reach plan mode.

24:52

Rise the plan before it builds level two

24:54

in D plan. One step of beats. Cool. So

24:55

that was the first eight slides and then

24:57

it created the other one right here. Run

24:59

a security review. Do this before it

25:00

launch, not after. Name the holes

25:02

yourself. No rate limit on this one

25:04

right here. Name the holes yourself. Uh

25:05

this is set twice so we should probably

25:07

fix that on slide number nine. Name the

25:10

holes yourself. Like you repeated

25:12

something. Please have two different

25:13

things pointing to the two valves. Get a

25:16

second opinion. Two models catch what

25:18

one misses. That's really cool. Bag it

25:20

up before you break it. Set it to

25:21

private always. Make a private rebound

25:23

to make your code AI readable. This

25:24

saves you millions of tokens. Both

25:26

niche, not general. Your experiences

25:28

mode. Come on YouTube and I'll send you

25:29

the full guide. That is sick. So yeah,

25:31

please fix these mistakes for me. Thank

25:33

you. Cool. And now it's going to

25:34

regenerate the slides that I wanted some

25:36

changes on. That's usually takes 2

25:37

minutes or something. And now it is

25:39

done. So we can say please open it in

25:42

Finder or File Explorer depending if you

25:45

use Mac or Windows. because now Claude

25:47

is going to open up in your finder. So

25:49

you can easily take those files and post

25:51

them. I am really happy with how this

25:53

turned out. So we can take all of this.

25:55

You can see here we have all the files

25:56

and I've actually already uploaded the

25:58

carousel because I needed a carousel to

26:00

upload. So we posted this one right here

26:02

like 16 minutes ago. You can see already

26:03

one commented YouTube so I can like this

26:06

repost it from my second profile just so

26:09

everyone sees it. And this is the full

26:11

result. What I always do is that in the

26:12

caption I always write comment YouTube

26:14

for the link. You can actually also get

26:16

a caption with hashtags and stuff. I

26:17

don't use that as much. There we have

26:19

it. A full carousel that is extremely

26:22

professional. That would have taken you

26:23

a while to do if it was just like a year

26:25

ago. What I recommend that you do is

26:26

that you build out your own kind of

26:28

theme. So something a brand that people

26:31

come back to and they know instantly

26:32

when they see a carousel that you made

26:34

it and that it's valuable because you

26:36

made it. So what what I recommend that

26:37

you do is that for example, I took this

26:39

image right here of a random Instagram

26:41

re. If I want to say, okay, now I want

26:42

to save this. I can just say, can you

26:44

please create this as a skill and call

26:47

it elbotig carousel play? So I can use

26:50

all of the things we have done here in

26:52

this session. By doing this, you

26:53

basically save all of the things that

26:54

plaud has learned in this session. So

26:56

you can use it at any time. Again, plot

26:58

is going to do that. And then next time

27:00

we can just run the elig carousel play.

27:02

What I'll also do is that like this

27:04

skill I'm creating now, I'm also going

27:05

to drop that in the folder just so you

27:06

have it if you want to create this exact

27:08

carousel. But again, I recommend that

27:09

you build out your own style, find some

27:11

theme, find something that you like, and

27:13

then create a carousel skill around

27:15

that. And throughout this entire course,

27:16

when I show you a skill, take it, but

27:18

make it your own. Add effects. You can

27:20

basically tell Claw to add anything now.

27:22

So, you need to make it your own because

27:24

you need to stand out. I have way more

27:26

skills to show you in this course that

27:27

completely automates the entire content

27:30

creation process. So, I'll see you in

27:32

the next module. This next skill that

27:33

I'm about to show you will literally

27:35

save you $2,000 a month because with it,

27:37

you don't really need an editor and I

27:39

use it regularly. For example, this

27:41

video right here is completely edited by

27:43

AI and I'm giving you the skill. So,

27:44

what we're going to do is that inside of

27:46

our console machine, I'll rename this

27:48

and I'm going to call this the carousel

27:50

skill because then always I can just

27:52

come back to this session if I want to

27:54

and that sometimes speeds up the

27:55

process. Now, I'm going to create a new

27:57

session and I'm going to use the skill

27:58

that's called Albert real wide screen.

28:01

This one right here. And now we need to

28:02

drag in some footage. So what I can do

28:04

is that I can take a completely raw

28:05

video like this one. You can see it

28:07

needs a bunch of cuts cuz I'm not

28:09

speaking right now and I'm ping and I'm

28:11

reading off a script. So what I'll do is

28:13

that I'm going to drag that in. This one

28:15

right here. This is like the my base

28:17

right of the video. And then we're also

28:19

going to insert the screen recording

28:20

which is this one right here. So now we

28:22

have the two MP4 files. And I'll say I

28:24

want you to edit this video and make it

28:27

look extremely clean and extremely nice.

28:29

For the animations, I want you to use

28:31

this theme right here. And then I like

28:33

to give it a specific theme. So, just

28:35

like we did before with the carousels,

28:36

we can go to the search and we can find

28:38

something that we think, okay, that's

28:39

interesting. That's a good theme. For

28:41

example, this video right here could be

28:42

interesting. It has 3,000 likes and it

28:44

looks like this. Let's see if there's

28:45

anything else. This could be interesting

28:47

as well. This theme is pretty cool, too.

28:48

This one is also all right. This one is

28:50

actually really cool. So, what I can do

28:52

is that I can just take some screenshots

28:53

from this video. So, I'll take this

28:55

right here. Paste that in. And then we

28:57

can let it run a little more. This right

29:00

here. Paste that in like this. For

29:02

example, include clean animations that

29:04

come in from the bottom. Be creative.

29:06

And now this is also extremely cool.

29:08

Please also include two B-roll videos

29:11

that you create via the Hixfield MCP

29:14

where it matches. Well, and that is all

29:16

we need to do. I can hit enter now. And

29:19

Claude is going to edit this reel. The

29:21

way this skill works is that the first

29:23

thing Claude does is that it transcribes

29:25

the entire video. So, it transcribes

29:26

your face and it transcribes your screen

29:29

share. Then, it aligns the two clips

29:31

with each other. So, the screen and the

29:34

face, they match. It then takes it frame

29:36

by frame in the video and zooms in on

29:39

things when you're talking about them.

29:41

This is specifically good when you're

29:42

showing a tutorial of something on a

29:43

computer. However, later in this course,

29:45

I'll also show you if you're only doing

29:46

talking head, so only your face, how you

29:48

can edit those videos as well and make

29:50

them really, really cool. After it's

29:51

done that, it basically plans out, okay,

29:53

this is the storyboard of the video.

29:55

this is what we should show here. This

29:56

is what we should show here. And it

29:58

basically makes all the decisions for

29:59

us. It then creates animations using

30:01

something called remotion that allows cl

30:03

to create videos. Again, you don't need

30:05

to understand all of this exactly how it

30:06

works. But it's good to know what tools

30:08

it uses so you can tell it if you're

30:10

creating your own seal in the future how

30:11

to do it. It then also creates B-roll

30:13

using the Hixfield MCP and inserts that

30:16

in the video as well to make it even

30:17

more engaging. And at the end, it

30:19

stitches everything together. It renders

30:20

the video and gives us a finished edited

30:22

video. However, usually we want to give

30:24

it some kind of feedback, something that

30:26

we should improve. You always should

30:28

expect a bit of back and forth exactly

30:30

like you would usually have with your

30:31

editor. Because it's doing all of these

30:33

steps, it takes a little longer than the

30:35

carousel. This can sometimes take like

30:36

15 to 20 to even maybe 25, 30 minutes.

30:39

So, what I recommend that you do is that

30:41

you start this skill, you do something

30:42

else, you do some work while it's just

30:44

running on the second monitor, running

30:46

in the background of your computer. It's

30:47

very important specifically for this

30:49

skill that it's running locally inside

30:50

of Cloud Code. Cool. Let's see the

30:52

result that it creates. I think you'll

30:53

be surprised for how good it is. While

30:55

that is running, the great thing about

30:57

this is that you can run as many video

30:59

sessions as you want at the same time.

31:01

So, let me show you something absolutely

31:03

insane that we can also do with these

31:04

skills. Right here, I have a video with

31:06

no screen share. So, there's nothing in

31:08

the video where I'm actually showing

31:09

something on a screen. I'm explaining

31:11

something about how to write down a

31:12

list. So, what I'll do is that I'll drag

31:14

this video in. I still have my audio on

31:17

the screen share. So, I'll just drag

31:18

that in there, the audio only. but it

31:20

should not show this screen share. Now

31:22

we can use the one that's called Albert

31:23

real Y like this one and we can say I

31:26

want you to edit this reel where you

31:28

take the video from my face from one of

31:31

the files and then you take the audio

31:33

from the other file and you align them.

31:34

And now again I can go in and I can take

31:37

any theme or anything that I see inside

31:40

of Instagram. Another good place that

31:41

you can do this is things like Pinterest

31:43

or anywhere really. But for example,

31:45

this editor here right here looks pretty

31:46

good. So I can take a couple of images

31:48

like this theme. Paste that in. So I can

31:50

say I want you to do it in the theme of

31:52

the pictures that I'm showing you. Paste

31:54

that in. And then let me restart this

31:56

video so we can get the start as well.

31:57

Cuz this is pretty cool. This one I

32:00

think we already inserted, right? Yeah.

32:01

Like this. And then I'm going to say the

32:03

theme that I give you in the pictures,

32:05

the animations that you do, please make

32:07

them in that theme. That font, that

32:09

color scheme, etc. And the animation

32:11

shouldn't look like slop. And now we can

32:13

start that with a new clip. So another

32:15

video. They're working on two separate

32:17

videos and they can run at the same

32:18

time. So now you can see if we look

32:20

right here, we have these two reels

32:22

running at the same time. Real one and

32:23

reel two. And again, you can do whatever

32:25

you want in the meantime. Just have this

32:26

running on the side. I hope you start to

32:28

see the power of having these clawed

32:30

content creation skill. And if you don't

32:31

so far, just wait till you see the

32:33

result of these reels and you will be

32:34

mind blown because content used to be a

32:37

thing where you have to spend hours and

32:38

hours and hours every single day on

32:40

recording and in editing or you would

32:42

need to hire like a $2,000 editor. Now

32:44

all you do is that you just record a

32:45

video that takes you 20 minutes max.

32:47

Give it to Claude Skills and you have a

32:49

carousel and a video ready every single

32:51

day. So it really isn't hard anymore to

32:52

post every single day. And if you don't

32:54

believe me now, then wait until you see

32:55

the result of these skills. That took a

32:58

little bit of time around like 45

32:59

minutes to an hour. So again, start this

33:01

and then do work while you wait. But

33:03

then we end up with this. I hate to say

33:06

it, but AI is making you dump, broke,

33:08

and unproductive. That is at least how

33:10

most people are using it. Instead, take

33:13

a piece of paper and write down all of

33:15

the things that you do on a day-to-day

33:17

all the way down to the five minutes

33:19

that you spend checking email. Now,

33:21

create one ranking for how much time you

33:23

spend on it every week and run and one

33:25

ranking for how much money that actually

33:27

makes you. Now, give this list to Claw

33:30

together with this exact prompt and it

33:32

will give you your hourly rate for each

33:34

task and based on that plot will tell

33:36

you exactly what you need to automate

33:38

first. And what are you going to see?

33:40

Building a new AI slop website will not

33:42

be on that list. And just because you

33:45

see and just because you see in some

33:46

Instagram re that AI can do something

33:49

doesn't mean that you should do it. If

33:50

you want the prompt, come and slob and

33:52

I'll send it to you. That is pretty

33:54

good. I really like the animations.

33:56

There are some things that we need to

33:57

tune, however. For example, the captions

33:59

are all the way down here and won't be

34:00

visible in the real. So, I'll go back

34:02

and I'm going to say, well done. We need

34:05

to move the captions up. Ideally, maybe

34:08

we can move them up to the Yaxis of

34:10

where my mouth is and then to the left.

34:12

There's some empty empty space right

34:14

there. Can you please uh move the

34:15

captions up there? And again, we can

34:16

give it a lot of instructions in one

34:18

prompt. So, for example, what I'm saying

34:19

is that we move the captions up here

34:22

next to my mouth. Maybe I think that can

34:23

look pretty cool. This is nice. Write

34:26

down all of the things that you do on a

34:28

dayto-day all the way down to the 5

34:30

minutes that you spend checking emails.

34:32

And then when I say all the way down to

34:34

the five minutes I spend checking

34:35

emails, I think we should have some

34:36

B-roll there to make it even more

34:38

engaging. So I'm going to say when I say

34:39

all the way down to the five minutes

34:41

that I check spending emails, add some

34:43

B-roll using the Hicksfield MCP, that

34:45

basically makes me look stressed

34:47

checking emails. Can you do that, Van

34:48

Go? And what else do we want to fix? Now

34:51

create one ranking for how much time you

34:53

spend on it every week and one and one

34:55

ranking for how much money that actually

34:57

makes you. Now give this actually makes

35:00

you. Now give how much money that

35:02

actually makes you. Now money that

35:04

actually makes you now give this list of

35:06

claws every week and run and one ranking

35:09

for and then when I say in one rank and

35:11

one ranking I'm going to say also around

35:14

21 seconds into the video I say and one

35:17

rank and then one ranking. So I like

35:19

kind of like say it twice. These uh

35:21

remove the first one so it's more clear.

35:23

One rank and then one ranking. The

35:25

dictation got that. That's nice. How

35:26

much money that actually makes you. Now

35:29

give this list to claw together with

35:31

this exact prompt and it will give you

35:33

your hourly rate for each task and based

35:35

on that clause will tell you exactly

35:37

what you need to automate first and what

35:39

are your cool and this automate first I

35:41

don't like either. So I'm going to say

35:42

and when you write automate first

35:45

instead of that big label that you put

35:46

on do a line through emails and then the

35:49

$12 like a green line like checking off

35:52

the item do that instead. And what are

35:54

you going to see? Building a new AI slop

35:56

website. AI slop website will not be

35:59

we're going to add more B-roll. When I

36:01

say what are you going to see when I say

36:03

what are you going to see? Then add

36:05

B-roll there as well of some of me being

36:07

surprised. You can see we can give it

36:08

feedback. We can go back and forth with

36:10

Claude and Claude can actually make

36:11

quite good edits in our videos. Building

36:14

a new AI slop website will not be on

36:16

that list. And just because you see not

36:19

be on that list. I think also we want to

36:22

remove this list. There is also some

36:24

spacing after when I say not on the

36:26

list. Remove that silence and let's see.

36:30

And just because you see just because

36:32

you see in some Instagram re that AI can

36:34

do something doesn't mean that you

36:36

should do it. If you want the prompt

36:37

come in slop and I'll send it to you. I

36:39

think that was all. So let's try and run

36:41

this right now and hit enter. And that's

36:44

basically going to edit this video. It's

36:45

going to make cuts for us. So, it's very

36:47

similar to having an actual editor where

36:49

you give it feedback and go back and

36:50

forth. It's the exact same just with

36:52

claw. And again, what I would recommend

36:54

that you do is that throughout your day,

36:55

you just have this running on the side.

36:56

So, now I do something else because this

36:58

can also take maybe like 10 15 minutes

37:00

to do, which for an AI is pretty bad.

37:02

But for compared to having a human

37:04

actually editing, then this will take

37:06

like multiple hours probably if they're

37:07

doing something else. But do something

37:09

in the meantime. We also had the other

37:10

video. Let's take a look at that too.

37:12

Here the captions are in a bit better

37:13

spot. If you hate saving money, don't

37:15

watch this because this one GitHub repo

37:17

cut your cost with 95%. It's called Omni

37:21

Rob and it has 45,000 stars on GitHub.

37:24

When you use tools like Claw Code or

37:26

Cursor, every request goes directly to

37:29

the company and you're paying full price

37:31

for every single token. Omni Route fixes

37:33

that. Instead of paying full price, it

37:35

checks 290 AI providers every single

37:38

time. And it's it's completely free to

37:40

use, open source, and it runs on your

37:42

computer. It even takes your prom,

37:44

compresses them, so they use less

37:46

tokens. And then the setup takes like 2

37:49

minutes. So unless you hate money, you

37:51

need to set this up. If you want the

37:53

link, just comment Ralph and I'll send

37:55

it to you completely for Okay, so

37:56

there's a bit more things that I want to

37:58

fix that like the other video way

37:59

better. So what we're going to do is

38:00

that we're going to do the exact same

38:01

thing. I'm going to go through and I'm

38:03

going to give it feedback. If you hate

38:04

saving money, for example, in the first

38:06

one, if you hate saving money, I want a

38:08

Hickfield B-roll clip. When I say you

38:10

hate saving money in the hook, please

38:12

insert a funny Hickfield B-roll clip of

38:14

me burning money or something. Maybe not

38:17

burning money, but throwing money off of

38:18

a skyscraper. What you'll be able to see

38:20

is that AI can edit pretty well, but

38:23

when it comes to taste, that's where you

38:25

as a human still needs to be involved.

38:26

One Git, Watch this, because this one

38:29

GitHub repo cut your cost with 95%. It's

38:32

called Omni Ralph and it has 40. It's

38:35

called Omni Ralph and it has 45,000

38:38

stars on GitHub. When you use tools like

38:40

and then this cursor icon right here, we

38:42

need to fix it. The cursor icon that you

38:44

have shown is like an actual cursor. You

38:46

should find the actual cursor logo

38:48

online. Please find that code or cursor.

38:51

Every request goes directly to the

38:53

company and you're paying full price for

38:55

every single token. Omni Route fixes

38:57

that. Instead of paying full price, it

38:59

checks 200 every single token. Omni

39:01

route fixes that. Instead of paying full

39:03

price, it checks 290. This 290 is a bit

39:07

delayed. The 290 screen is a bit

39:10

delayed. So, please fix that. I provide

39:12

us every single time. And it's it's

39:14

completely and then I say I repeat

39:16

myself. When I say it's completely free,

39:18

I actually repeat myself. So, please fix

39:20

that. If you want the We're going to

39:22

remove that. Cut out the part where I

39:24

say so unless you hate money, you need

39:26

to set this up. Just cut that part up.

39:27

And at the end with the CCA they need to

39:30

comment route not comment omni route. So

39:33

please fix that too. Link just comment

39:35

route and I'll send it to you completely

39:37

for and then all the way at the end you

39:39

cut off me saying and I'll send it for

39:41

free. So just like yeah extend that a

39:44

tiny bit. Hit enter on that as well and

39:45

that will be a good video too. But we

39:47

had to give a bit more feedback here in

39:49

order to get it real nice and smooth.

39:50

But how insane is it that Claude can

39:52

edit videos like this? I'm not even

39:54

sitting inside of a Capcot or a video

39:56

editor right now. Claude is doing

39:57

absolutely everything. This is

39:59

absolutely nuts. So now both skills are

40:02

running. They're probably going to be

40:03

running for like 10 to 15 minutes. It

40:04

takes some time because it needs to

40:06

rerender the entire video again before

40:07

it can show it to us. But in the

40:09

meantime, we can just do something else,

40:11

which is what I'll do as well. I think

40:12

that took around 10 minutes. Let's take

40:14

a look again. I hate to say it, but AI

40:16

is making you dump broke and

40:18

unproductive. That is I think we still

40:20

need like a more engaging hook. So I'm

40:22

going to say that again. You want to

40:23

think about when you make videos like

40:25

this that all the engagement needs to be

40:27

right in the start. So potentially

40:29

adding some B-roll in the start as well

40:30

could be really good. So I'm going to

40:31

say I want to make the hook even more

40:34

engaging. So please right at the start

40:36

when I say that it's dumb, broke, and

40:38

unproductive. Show B-roll of me that

40:41

fits that. And the Hixville MCP is so

40:42

good that it can just like just from

40:44

that instruction it will fix it. Okay,

40:45

so we fixed that. Let's see the

40:47

captions. Hate to say it, but AI is

40:49

making you dump, broke, and

40:50

unproductive. I don't think the captions

40:52

are that good here either. Id rather

40:54

have them maybe like right here over my

40:55

head. So I'm going to say also I want

40:57

you to add the captions right over my

40:59

head instead. It's okay that it overlaps

41:01

a bit with the animation. I think it's

41:03

going to look good in either way. So we

41:05

give it that instruction as well. I

41:06

think I say one right there as well. I

41:08

also say and one and one twice. So

41:11

please fix that. So it like really

41:12

nicely cut up that actually makes you

41:14

now give this list to claw together with

41:17

this. I think when I say claude, it's

41:18

very important to insert the icon as

41:20

well to make it even more engaging. When

41:22

I say claude, please add the icon to

41:24

instead of the text. This might be a

41:26

little too crazy. I think will tell you

41:28

exactly what you need to automate first.

41:30

And what are you going to see? Building

41:32

a new AI slot website will not be on

41:34

that list. And just because you see and

41:36

just building a new AI, maybe we just

41:38

cut that out. So I say and when I say

41:41

and what you'll see that part of it,

41:43

please just cut that out of the video. I

41:45

don't like it. So it just skips. So next

41:47

part Icelo website will not be on that

41:50

list and just because you see and just

41:52

because you see and we also have just

41:54

because you see here twice and just

41:55

because I see by the Instagram one it

41:58

also being said twice. What is very

42:00

important is that when you think about

42:01

creating short form there should be

42:02

nothing in that video that's not

42:04

engaging or valuable. That's why people

42:06

drop off. If you have like 10 seconds of

42:08

something that's not interesting,

42:09

something that's not engaging, then

42:10

people drop. So as you do more and more

42:12

short form, you kind of get that short

42:13

form sense that things need to grow fast

42:15

and things needs to be engaging. In some

42:17

Instagram re that AI can do something

42:20

doesn't mean that you should do it. If

42:21

you want the prompt comment slop and

42:23

I'll send it to you. What are you going

42:25

to see building a new AI slop website

42:28

makes you? Now get all the way down to

42:30

the five minutes that you spend checking

42:32

email. Now I hate to say it, but AI is

42:35

making you dumb, broke, and

42:37

unproductive. That is at least how most

42:39

people are using it. Instead, take a

42:42

piece of tape. I hate to say it, but AI

42:44

is making you dump, broke, and

42:46

unproductive. Cool. Let's see how that

42:48

goes. And I think the other one is still

42:49

editing. Okay, now we have the other one

42:51

as well. Let's see how that performed.

42:52

If you hate saving money, don't watch

42:54

this because this one GitHub repo caught

42:57

your cost with 95%. It's called Omni

43:00

Ralph and it I think the 95% should show

43:02

for a little longer. The 95% should show

43:05

for just a tiny bit longer so it fits

43:06

better with timing. When I then say

43:08

mention the GitHub repo, it should then

43:10

cut. So make that transition a little

43:12

more spiffy. I don't know if Cord knows

43:14

the name spiffy, but but let's see. Oh,

43:16

actually before I run that, I want to

43:17

run it all in one prompt. So I'm going

43:19

to stop it and then we can check the

43:21

rest of the video. Has 45,000 stars on

43:24

GitHub. When you use tools like Claude

43:26

Code or Cursor, every request goes

43:28

directly to the company and you're

43:30

paying full price for every single

43:32

token. Omni Route fixes that. Instead of

43:34

paying full price, it checks 290 AI

43:37

providers every single time. It's

43:39

completely free to use, open source, and

43:41

it runs on your computer. It even takes

43:43

your prompt, compresses them, so they

43:45

use less tokens. And then the setup

43:47

takes like 2 minutes. If you want the

43:49

link, just comment brow, and I'll send

43:51

it to you completely for free. And then

43:52

we have two reels that are ready to post

43:54

where I didn't touch any editing at all.

43:56

How insane is that? So, let's let these

43:59

run and then I think the third time is

44:01

the charm for all videos. There was two

44:02

back and forths until we have something

44:04

that I really like. I think we should

44:05

maybe change the audio as well, like the

44:07

song. But let's see. And there we have

44:09

it. Both are now done. Let's see what

44:12

the result is. I hate to say it, but AI

44:14

is making you dump, broke, and

44:16

unproductive. That is at least how most

44:19

people are using it. Instead, take a

44:21

piece of paper and write down all of the

44:23

things that you do on a day-to-day all

44:25

the way down to the 5 minutes that you

44:27

spend checking email. Now, create one

44:29

ranking for how much time you spend on

44:31

it every week and one ranking for how

44:33

much money that actually makes you. Now,

44:35

give this list to Claude together with

44:37

this exact prompt and it will give you

44:39

your hourly rate for each task and based

44:42

on that plot will tell you exactly what

44:43

you need to automate first. Building a

44:45

new AI slop website will not be on that

44:48

list. If you want the prompt, comment

44:50

slob and I'll send it to you. I think

44:52

that's pretty perfect, engaging, and I

44:54

changed the hook so it shows like this

44:56

lazy version of me first. Let's see the

44:58

other one. If you hate saving money,

45:00

don't watch this because this one GitHub

45:02

repo cop your cost with 95%. It's called

45:06

Omni Rob and it has 45,000 stars on

45:09

GitHub. When you use tools like Claw

45:11

Code or Cursor, every request goes

45:13

directly to the company and you're

45:15

paying full price for every single

45:17

token. Omni Route fixes that. Instead of

45:19

paying full price, it checks 290 AI

45:22

providers every single time. It's

45:24

completely free to use, open source, and

45:26

it runs on your computer. It even takes

45:28

a prompt, compresses them, so they use

45:30

less tokens, and then the setup takes

45:33

like 2 minutes. If you want the link,

45:34

just come and route, and I'll send it to

45:36

you completely for free. I think that's

45:38

pretty good as well. It took a decent

45:39

amount of back and forth, but the way

45:41

again I work, I just watch it, fix

45:42

something, work on something else in the

45:44

meantime, and then just go back and

45:45

forth. And maybe in total every day, it

45:47

takes me like 30 minutes. But these are

45:49

ready to post. So I can just download

45:50

this one now, and I can download the

45:52

other one as well now. Done this. Let's

45:54

download this one, too. I just need to

45:56

air drop them to my phone, and then we

45:59

can post them. I hope you see the power

46:00

of this that you don't need to learn

46:02

editing yourself anymore. And two, you

46:04

don't need to hire a $2,000 a month

46:06

editor when you're just starting out and

46:08

you have 100 followers. This makes it

46:09

extremely doable to get all of your

46:11

content done in literally just like an

46:13

hour a day. One of the biggest reasons

46:15

that people don't start or stay

46:17

consistent with posting on social media

46:19

is that they simply just can't find the

46:21

time. Either they have a full-time job

46:23

and that's taking all their time or

46:24

they're running their business and

46:26

they're focusing on working in their

46:27

business. So, they say, "Well, I don't

46:29

have time to post content anyways." But

46:31

I guarantee you that if you scroll a

46:32

little less on social media and instead

46:34

you spend one hour a day using these

46:36

skills, then you'll be able to create on

46:38

the platform instead of consume on the

46:40

platform. And that difference is

46:42

enormous. So what I'll do now is that

46:44

I'll post one of these videos on my

46:46

Instagram. I'll take one I like the most

46:47

and post that first and then I'm going

46:49

to post one later in the evening as

46:51

well. Let me explain to you a bit about

46:52

when you should post. This only works

46:54

when you have a bit of followers. So in

46:56

the start, you're just posting out and

46:58

you're getting data. When you have a bit

47:00

of data, you can go inside of your

47:01

professional dashboard and you can go

47:03

inside of views and then go inside of

47:05

audience. And what you'll be able to see

47:07

right here is the follower active time.

47:10

And what you can see is that my

47:11

followers are active at around 6:00 p.m.

47:13

And usually you should post around 1

47:14

hour before that 6 p.m. window in order

47:17

to get the video pushed as much as

47:19

possible in the start. So, I'm actually

47:20

a little bit late already. I should have

47:22

been posting like an hour ago, but I

47:24

think it's going to be all right if we

47:25

post them. You can post through APIs.

47:27

However, I would usually recommend to

47:29

build trust with Instagram. And the way

47:31

you do that is that you upload reels

47:33

through your phone. People say that it

47:34

doesn't matter because it's official

47:36

APIs, but I swear I've seen a massive

47:38

difference in views when I've posted it

47:39

through an API or when I post it

47:41

manually. Let me see which one I like

47:43

the most. Is it this one?

47:44

>> I hate to say it, but AI is making me

47:46

dumb, bro, and unproductive. That is

47:49

>> I think I like the other one better. So,

47:50

we're going to choose that one posted.

47:52

If you hate saving money, don't watch

47:54

this because this one GitHub repo cut

47:56

your cost with 95%. It's called only

47:59

routed and let's take it right here. Say

48:02

the CTA at the end is router if I

48:04

remember correctly. But let's see. Yeah,

48:06

route is what I tell people to comment.

48:08

So set like this and then I say in the

48:10

caption I say comment route for the link

48:14

like this. And later in this video, I'll

48:16

show you how you can set up automations

48:18

as well in the best way possible and the

48:20

cheapest way possible where you're not

48:21

paying $500 a month for Mini Chat. I

48:24

have a trick there. There we have it.

48:25

Now we have to post. So now I can click

48:27

share. Watch

48:28

>> this. I'm an 18year-old.

48:30

>> This is a pretty good video. So we'll

48:31

save this for later. Might be

48:33

inspiration. And you can see the

48:34

carousel that we created earlier has 20K

48:36

views now. And it seems like it's

48:38

growing. It's a bit under baseline, but

48:40

it looks like it's going to take over.

48:42

There we go. Now you have seen the

48:43

process for how you can edit reels just

48:45

by using a claw skill. Don't worry, it's

48:47

going to get even more insane. I have

48:48

even more cool skills to show you. But I

48:50

hope you see the power of this that you

48:52

don't have to spend 4 hours every single

48:53

day creating content anymore. If you

48:55

know the right claw skills, which you

48:56

will after watching this course, then

48:58

you can literally spend not even an hour

49:00

a day, maybe 45 minutes a day and get

49:02

out two reels and two post every single

49:04

day. What a time to be alive. Now, we've

49:05

given Claude a bunch of instructions. We

49:08

have this reel right here, which is kind

49:09

of like a green theme that we created

49:11

based on another theme. And we also have

49:12

this one that's kind of like a dark

49:14

green theme. So what I'm going to do is

49:15

that I'm going to say I really like how

49:17

this video turned out. Please turn it

49:19

into a skill that you call Albert real

49:22

screen green. Something like along those

49:24

lines and then uh create everything that

49:26

you've learned inside of this

49:27

conversation. Read it over again. Put

49:28

that inside of the skills so we can

49:30

create videos exactly like this very

49:32

easily. Mess that up a bit. So I'll let

49:34

code type write it out better. There we

49:35

go. And then we hit enter. And same in

49:37

this. I'm going to say I really like how

49:40

this reel turned out. I want you to

49:41

create a skill that you call Albert real

49:44

no screen bright green. Something along

49:47

those lines. Again, we're going to let

49:48

code type fix it up so it's a little

49:50

better. See, messed that up. No screen

49:52

bright green. Hit enter. And now,

49:54

basically what plot is going to do is

49:55

that it's going to take all of the

49:56

learnings that we have given it, all of

49:57

the feedback back and forth about how to

49:59

do this. It's going to take that and

50:01

it's going to create a new skill. In the

50:03

next video, I'm going to show you how

50:04

you can take a random format. And this

50:06

is super crucial to learn how to

50:08

actually create skills. So when you have

50:09

spent a lot of time doing something, you

50:11

create a skill and then it becomes much

50:12

much faster when you do it the next

50:14

time. Now it's asking us what it should

50:15

call it. It should call it Elbert real

50:16

green. So let's submit that. And the

50:18

same one maybe here. Maybe it doesn't

50:20

want to ask us that. That's fine. But

50:22

this is just the basics. In the next

50:23

part of the course, I'm going to show

50:25

you how you can create some insane

50:26

formats also with claw editing. I'll

50:28

basically show you how you can recreate

50:30

some of the viral formats that you see

50:32

online that would usually cost you an

50:34

editor. It's going to be dope. Let's get

50:35

into it. I'm about to show you something

50:37

absolutely insane. We just went over how

50:39

you can build some already pre-existing

50:41

skills, how you can take those and turn

50:43

them into videos. However, let me show

50:44

you how you can create your own skills

50:46

based on viral videos as well. For

50:49

example, I can go to my page and I can

50:51

take a video format that I think works

50:52

really well. Like this one right here,

50:54

the worst and best niches to sell AI to.

50:56

It's this tier list format right here.

50:58

We can recreate that with AI as well.

51:00

All we need to do is just copy this URL

51:02

right here and paste it in and say, "I

51:05

want you to recreate this tier list

51:07

video. I want you to take one of my

51:09

Instagram real skills. Look at how we

51:12

cut it up. And then I want you to take

51:14

all of that information and build a new

51:15

skill for this tier list type of video."

51:17

I can even take like a screenshot of it

51:20

as well so you can see what I mean and

51:21

paste that in too. And then you want to

51:23

say, "When you're done with this, then I

51:25

want you to create a new skill for this

51:26

tier list kind of video." And then we

51:29

can just paste that in and hit enter.

51:31

Because what's going to happen now is

51:32

that Claude is going to take one of our

51:34

previous videos. It's going to take the

51:35

knowledge it already has, how to create

51:37

B-roll and how to cut things up, and

51:39

it's going to create a new skill in this

51:41

format. And then, just like before, you

51:43

go a bit back and forth about what needs

51:45

to be better, what needs to be changed.

51:47

You can literally just tell it anything

51:48

and it's going to change it. It can

51:50

change anything in the video. Basically,

51:52

what I did is that I gave it two raw

51:53

videos of me doing a tier list type of

51:56

video for the best AIS for research.

51:58

Again, a raw video of me just talking,

52:00

no cuts in it at all. It's 2 minutes and

52:02

55 seconds long. And I just took those

52:04

clips, gave it to Claw, and told it to

52:06

recreate this viral editing of like this

52:08

tier list. And this is what we end up

52:10

with. Chat GPT is absolutely terrible

52:12

for research in 2026. And anyone that

52:14

says otherwise are stuck in 2023.

52:17

Copilot is even worse. I'm convinced

52:20

anyone using C-Pilot for anything is

52:22

forced by their boss because it's made

52:24

by Microsoft. Perplexity is really good.

52:27

I really like the Plexity search API.

52:29

Grog is also really good specifically

52:31

for news related things because it has

52:33

access to all of X. I'm putting it in A

52:35

tier. Menace is all right. I wouldn't

52:37

really recommend it for research. So,

52:39

I'm going to put it in B tier. Claude

52:40

isn't really that good. Isn't really

52:42

that bad either. I'm going to put it in

52:44

here because Gemini is the absolute goat

52:46

of research because it's based on all

52:49

the data from Google and because

52:51

Notebook LLM is also based on Gemini.

52:53

It's also goed for research. If you want

52:56

a fully free guide for what AIS to use

52:58

and when, just come in free and I'll

52:59

send it to you completely for free.

53:01

That's pretty cool, huh? A fully edited

53:03

reel. This one is arguably even better

53:05

than the other ones that we created.

53:06

Looks extremely professional. If an

53:08

editor sent me this, I would have

53:10

thought that they would edit it

53:11

themselves. This skill is so cool and it

53:13

even has B-roll that it has done with

53:15

Hicksfield to make it even more

53:16

engaging. It's almost scary for how

53:18

realistic this looks. Basically, what

53:20

we're going to do now, if it didn't do

53:22

it already, is that all of the things

53:24

that you have learned in this session,

53:26

recreate a new skill that you call

53:27

Albert real tier list with all of these

53:29

learnings so we can recreate videos like

53:32

this in literally one. I'm not sure if

53:34

it already created a skill, but I'm just

53:35

going to ask it because now we literally

53:37

have this skill which is one format,

53:39

right? So what you want to build up is

53:40

that you want to go on Instagram, you

53:42

want to click search, and you want to

53:43

find a bunch of formats that you can

53:44

just recreate over and over again. For

53:46

example, this with like different icons

53:48

is also going viral right now. So that

53:50

could be a format that we could use.

53:51

There are a bunch of different formats

53:53

that we can just take, recreate with

53:55

another subject and then make that into

53:57

a claw skill for every single one. Cuz

53:59

what will then happen is that you're

54:00

going to have like 20 or 30 or 50

54:02

different formats and claw skills. You

54:04

just record it. It takes 10 minutes. You

54:06

give it to Claude and it's going to

54:07

recreate that format perfectly every

54:09

single time. If you build up that pack

54:11

of skills that is your unique format

54:13

because you can make it your own as

54:14

well. You can tell Claude to add

54:16

different things or remove different

54:17

things or add sounds or whatever. You

54:18

can make it your own. And then you

54:20

basically have unlimited edits just by

54:22

giving them to Claw. So I'm going to let

54:23

it create this skill. I'm of course also

54:24

going to give you this skill right here.

54:26

So you have it as well if you want to

54:27

steal this tier list format because you

54:29

can basically do this in any industry.

54:30

In the next module, I'm going to show

54:31

you how you create some insane Instagram

54:34

stories. Yeah, we can also do that with

54:35

AI. Let's get into it. The next skill

54:37

I'm about to show you goes so dummy as

54:39

well because that's one of the skills

54:40

that actually directly makes you money.

54:42

One of the best ways to monetize on

54:44

Instagram is through Instagram stories.

54:47

This is one of the benefits from

54:48

Instagram that Tik Tok and YouTube

54:50

doesn't really have in the same way. You

54:52

can either run traffic directly to a

54:53

link or the best way is to run traffic

54:56

directly to DMs. And we of course have a

54:58

skill for that as well. If you write

55:00

Elbert story and I'm of course going to

55:02

give you all of these skills in the

55:04

folder as well and you then insert this

55:06

is basically just a folder with a bunch

55:08

of kind of like aesthetic pictures that

55:10

I have of the boys and of me of me

55:13

different places. This is me on a

55:15

safari. This is just a picture of me

55:17

working. This is me a picture of me

55:20

speaking at an event. What I'm basically

55:21

going to do is that I'm going to drag in

55:23

this folder right here so it has the

55:25

context. And then I'm going to say

55:26

create a high converting IG story for my

55:29

software product build myagent.io where

55:32

anyone can build an AI agent in

55:34

literally like 10 minutes. Something

55:35

that usually would take multiple days

55:38

and then hit enter. What I'm talking

55:40

about is this software product that I

55:41

have right here. It's called Build My

55:43

Agent.io. You can build AI agents with

55:45

it. And I'm basically just going to get

55:46

it to create a high converting IG story

55:48

that's going to use the images that I

55:49

just showed you. and it's going to base

55:51

it on this product. And you can of

55:52

course do that with any product,

55:54

whatever your product is. What it's

55:55

going to do now is that it's going to

55:57

write out the script for what should be

55:58

on each slide. You can see that now what

56:00

is the story aimed at? Let's do agency

56:02

owners, freelancers. What should the DM

56:04

turn into? Book a call. Reinforce proof.

56:07

What real numbers can I use? Agents go

56:09

for anywhere 200 to 500 bucks a month.

56:13

It's not going to take this information

56:14

and create that high converting IG story

56:16

all without us having to do anything.

56:18

Usually, you would have to sit there on

56:20

IG and you have to like create these

56:21

Instagram stories and it would take like

56:23

half an hour to create a good story. But

56:24

look at how fast we can do this. And

56:26

again, while we're doing something else,

56:28

that's the beauty of this. It is that

56:29

you can create content and you can do

56:31

everything you would do in social media

56:33

on the side while you're doing something

56:34

else because talk can just run in the

56:36

background. This usually takes not as

56:38

long as the video. This usually takes

56:39

like 5 minutes for it to do. And there

56:41

we have it. That took actually only

56:43

about like 2 minutes and it gives us a

56:45

fully finished Instagram story. Look at

56:48

this. This looks like the high

56:50

converting Instagram stories that you

56:51

see like coaches and consultants and

56:53

people do on Instagram. I don't really

56:54

use them that much, but this skill

56:56

literally creates them in like two

56:58

minutes. 10 minutes, not 10 days. That's

56:59

how long an AI agent takes. Now, the

57:01

same build used to eat your whole week.

57:02

Nobody told the people still charging by

57:04

the day. Stuck in the build. LA see it

57:07

takes these images that I have in my

57:09

camera roll of myself and places I've

57:12

been. And it creates this full IG story.

57:15

It is three steps. Now, describe what

57:16

the agent should do. Connect the air

57:17

tools. Hit deploy and hand it to the

57:19

client. Agent self or la. Who's this

57:21

for? DM me agent. I will show you the

57:23

first agent live. 15 minutes. No pitch,

57:24

no slides. Only if you already sold to

57:26

clients. You see, this might not be the

57:28

best product to create an Instagram

57:29

story for, but you can literally do this

57:31

with any product that you have. You can

57:33

also optimize this. You can tell it to

57:35

add logos. You can tell it to remove

57:37

things. It's fully customizable with

57:38

Claude. One skill creates IG stories

57:41

like this. Pretty cool. But we are not

57:43

even halfway through this video. But

57:45

what do you actually do when someone DMs

57:46

you? Because we've used this call to

57:48

action of getting a DM in our carousels

57:50

and our reels and in our IG stories. How

57:53

do you actually set that up? So when

57:54

someone DMs your agent that you then

57:56

send them something and how do you do it

57:57

without having to pay an insane amount

57:59

for the software? Well, let me show you.

58:01

Let's talk about something very, very

58:03

important, which is that most creators

58:05

actually suck at monetizing. They might

58:07

know how to get views. They might know

58:09

how to get followers. But when it comes

58:11

to actually monetizing their audience,

58:13

they absolutely suck at it. Here's how

58:15

you fix it. You need to think about

58:16

content like a funnel. And it doesn't

58:18

matter what kind of content you're

58:20

doing. If the goal is to monetize, then

58:23

you need to think about your content as

58:24

the top of funnel. So content is what is

58:27

letting people know about your stuff,

58:29

things that you're offering the world.

58:30

Let me show you an example of what not

58:32

to do. This video right here is my most

58:34

liked video ever. It has 115,000

58:37

likes and an insane amount of comments

58:39

as well. Guess how many followers this

58:41

reel got me. It got me 2,000 followers,

58:44

which yeah, it's really good for one

58:46

reel, but I think this video has like 3

58:48

million views. And 3 million views into

58:50

2,000 followers. That is not good

58:52

numbers. Then we have this one right

58:54

here that has half the amount of likes

58:56

and also around half the amount of

58:58

views. But can you guess how many

59:00

followers this reel got me of me just

59:02

showing how to build an agent? It got me

59:04

25,000 followers, which is over 10 times

59:07

the amount of followers. And something

59:08

that's even worse is that the followers

59:10

that followed me from this page right

59:12

here are non-engaged followers that

59:14

don't even know what my face looks like.

59:16

So step one of a funnel is to find out,

59:18

okay, what kind of audience do I

59:20

actually want to attract? And this, if

59:23

you mess this up, then nothing else that

59:24

you do in this entire course will

59:26

matter. If you don't attract the right

59:27

audience, then there's no point. and

59:29

you're going to get people that are not

59:30

qualified to buy at the end of the day

59:32

anyways. Then we have step two, which is

59:34

that you want to nurture the audience.

59:36

Usually, people watch your content over

59:38

and over and over again before they say,

59:41

"Okay, now I'm ready to think about

59:42

buying." So, you need to keep posting.

59:44

You need to keep showing up every single

59:46

day before people want to buy from you.

59:48

And we're going to talk about this later

59:49

as well, the difference between short

59:51

form and long form, but it takes a lot

59:53

of hours before someone is ready to buy

59:55

from you, which means that you need to

59:57

nurture your audience. For example, if

59:59

you're on short form, they need to see a

60:00

lot of short form videos before they're

60:02

ready to buy from you. Step three is

60:04

that you find some way to get leads. And

60:06

I'm going to show you later in this

60:08

course how you can set up automations.

60:10

Think mini channel automations, think

60:12

follow automations, all of that. I'm

60:14

going to show you the great setup that

60:15

you need no matter what kind of brand

60:17

and content you're doing. And then step

60:19

four, you of course need them to

60:20

convert. You need to think about this as

60:22

a whole funnel and things that align

60:24

with each other. Because if you any

60:27

of these stages up, that means that you

60:28

create a blocker right here and then you

60:30

have absolutely zero leads that actually

60:32

ends up converting. And it doesn't

60:34

matter where it is in the funnel. If you

60:36

don't have the right automations in

60:37

place, then this will still block the

60:38

funnel. So, you won't have any leads.

60:40

And if you plug it down here, this will

60:41

still block the funnel. You won't have

60:42

any good leads. And if you plug it at

60:44

the top, of course, there's nothing that

60:45

comes in the funnel. So, we're going to

60:46

talk about the exact right setup for

60:48

your Instagram, how you figure it out,

60:50

and I'm going to show you my exact setup

60:52

for creating automations. And if you're

60:54

not trying to build your own personal

60:55

brand, but you're watching this course

60:57

in order to build someone else's

60:58

personal brand, then this part right

61:00

here with automations is also one of the

61:02

parts where you are the most valuable.

61:03

When you have this experience and these

61:05

skills, you can sell them to other

61:06

creators that don't know this. And there

61:08

are a lot of people making a lot of

61:09

money with that. Let me show you an

61:10

example. This right here is Marvin from

61:13

our community. We basically have a

61:14

school community where we help people a

61:15

little more onetoone. And he joined the

61:17

1% without knowing anything about AI and

61:19

got to $30,000 in a month. And guess how

61:21

he did that? He sold to creators with

61:24

the exact same systems that I'm about to

61:26

show you later in this course as well.

61:27

By the way, if you're interested in

61:28

knowing more about this community right

61:30

here, then I'll leave a link in the

61:31

description. So, let's talk about the

61:32

full setup for how you either monetize

61:34

your own audience when you build it or

61:36

how you help someone else monetize their

61:38

audience. Let's get into it. Before I

61:40

show you my setup, let's talk about the

61:42

three ways you can actually monetize an

61:44

audience. Method one is brand deals.

61:46

Companies will pay influencers and

61:49

creators to promote their products. So,

61:51

here you're promoting other people's

61:52

products. What does this mean? Well,

61:54

this means that you get paid x amount of

61:56

dollars upfront. Sometimes there's also

61:58

like CPM deals, which means that you

62:00

basically get paid the amount of views

62:01

that you're getting, but usually it's

62:03

like x amount of dollars up front or you

62:04

on a retainer, but you're basically paid

62:06

to post about a specific product. This

62:08

also means that you have zero revenue

62:10

share and 0% ownership. You don't own

62:12

any stake in the company. Then we have

62:14

the second way which is that you become

62:16

an affiliate for someone. Again, here

62:18

you're promoting other people's

62:19

products. But here you get usually

62:21

nothing upfront. And then you get

62:23

usually anywhere between 20 to 40%

62:25

revenue share depending on the company.

62:27

And then you also usually have 0%

62:30

ownership. And now comes the third way.

62:31

And this is my favorite, which is that

62:33

you can build your own products. Instead

62:35

of promoting other people's products,

62:37

you're now promoting your own products.

62:39

But again, you're paid nothing upfront.

62:41

You're posting for free. You're not

62:42

being paid anything to post. You're not

62:44

getting any revenue share, but you have

62:47

ownership. And just maybe like a side

62:49

tangent, but every rich person that you

62:51

know, Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, every

62:53

billionaire has made their money not

62:55

from a revenue share, not from a salary,

62:58

they've made it from ownership. So if

62:59

you want to make a lot of money like you

63:01

can live good on these one and two but a

63:03

lot of money is always made from having

63:05

ownership from having shares from having

63:08

equity in a company. However I would say

63:10

the sweet spot is to do all three. If

63:11

you have a good brand deal on the table

63:13

definitely do that. If you have a good

63:14

affiliate deal on the table definitely

63:16

do that but also build your own

63:18

products. That is what we have done when

63:19

we are promoting build my agent to our

63:21

audience. It's also what we have done

63:22

with our school community. You build

63:24

your own products where you also retain

63:27

100% of the money. Why are we going over

63:29

this? Well, this becomes very important

63:31

when you think about, okay, the audience

63:32

that you're trying to target. If you're

63:34

going heavy on brand deals and affiliate

63:36

deals, which a lot of people are doing

63:37

as well, there's nothing wrong with

63:38

that. Then you probably want a wide

63:40

audience. You want as many views as

63:41

possible and as many eyes on you as

63:44

possible. However, if you have a very

63:45

niche product, you probably don't want

63:47

everyone to watch your content. You only

63:49

want people to watch your content that

63:50

are actually qualified for your exact

63:52

product. So, you need to know before you

63:53

start how you're going to monetize your

63:55

audience, why you're building a brand in

63:56

the first place because for the rest of

63:58

the funnel, this becomes crucial. Nice.

64:00

Let me show you my entire setup from new

64:03

viewer all the way down to the

64:04

conversion, the automation setup I've

64:06

set up. I'm going to show you absolutely

64:08

everything. There's going to be some

64:09

crazy source. Let's get into it. In

64:10

order to build a funnel that actually

64:12

works, you need to do this. And if you

64:14

don't do this, you would be losing out

64:16

on so much revenue. So, there's two big

64:18

opportunities, of course. Either you can

64:20

do it for yourself or you can find

64:21

creators that don't know how to set this

64:23

up and set it up for them. Let me

64:25

explain to you the full content setup

64:27

checklist that you need to have in place

64:29

in order to maximize how good your

64:31

funnel actually is. The first one is

64:33

obvious. You of course need to link to

64:35

your product. The thing that you're

64:36

actually selling, you need to link that

64:38

in your bio. And I would recommend

64:39

having a resource that is free

64:41

initially. For example, we have our

64:43

school group that has a 7-day free

64:45

trial. So basically in my videos I tell

64:46

people that you can go in and you can

64:48

grab a free resource inside of our

64:50

community. Most creators also skip this.

64:52

You can see people look at the URL as

64:54

well and they think free group. Okay

64:55

that's free. I'm going to see what this

64:57

says. So if you can if you're using

64:59

something like Linkree or if you're

65:00

using your own domain it's a really

65:02

really good idea to have something with

65:04

free if it's a free resource of course

65:06

included in the URL. So we need to have

65:08

the link set up in our profile. In my

65:11

experience, links will drive the

65:13

majority of their traffic, around like

65:15

70% of it. The rest comes from what I'm

65:17

about to show you now, which is that you

65:19

can set up automations. However, if you

65:21

set up this the wrong way, you would end

65:22

up paying $500 to maybe even $1,000 a

65:25

month if your page all of a sudden blows

65:27

up. So, I'm going to show you the best

65:28

setup, and I'm going to show it in two

65:29

different softwares. The first one is Go

65:32

High Level. You can connect your

65:33

Instagram account to a GoHighle account,

65:35

and then you can set up automations. I'm

65:37

going to show you what automations I'm

65:38

talking about in just a second. And the

65:40

second one you've probably heard about

65:41

before is called Minihat. Inside of

65:43

here, you can also set automations. The

65:45

problem is that Minihat scales on

65:47

contacts. So when you start blowing up,

65:49

you're going to be paying a lot for

65:51

Minihat. However, Minihat has one

65:52

automation that is extremely crucial. So

65:54

let's talk about what automations we

65:56

actually need. There are three different

65:58

automations that you should have. The

66:00

first one is the most used and this is

66:02

the comment automation. For example, you

66:04

can see in one of my post, I say comment

66:06

free to stay up to date. And a lot of

66:08

people, you can see 65 people on this

66:10

post, this is on my second page, has

66:11

commented free on this post, right? So

66:13

that's interested leads. What you set up

66:15

is that when someone comments a word,

66:17

you then send them some kind of resource

66:20

or some valuable thing that they want.

66:22

Let me show you how to set this up in

66:24

both minihat and go high level. In go

66:26

high level, you do it like this. You do

66:28

it via a workflow. So you create a

66:30

workflow inside of go highle where the

66:32

initial trigger is this action right

66:35

here Instagram comments on post and then

66:37

you choose what page it is. Right now I

66:39

haven't connected my page but you

66:40

connect your page. I'll show you how to

66:42

do that in just a second. And then you

66:43

basically write post type is a publish

66:45

post and it contains phrase and for

66:47

example the word right here that people

66:48

are commenting is 1%. Save that trigger

66:51

and when someone comments 1% we have the

66:54

Instagram DM action right here that just

66:56

says get a completely free guide in our

66:58

free community. Check it out here. yada

67:00

yada yada. So, this post obviously said,

67:01

"If you want a free guide, just comment

67:03

1% and I'll send it to you." And you can

67:05

see how many people have commented

67:06

there. 6,500 and we have a bunch of

67:09

other keywords like agent and AI that

67:11

has 3,600 and 1,000 people that have

67:14

commented. This is an extremely

67:15

important automation to set up because

67:18

if I didn't set this up, only a fraction

67:20

of the people that have commented here

67:21

would actually go to the community.

67:23

That's how you set it up inside of Go

67:24

Highle. Let me show you how to do it

67:26

with Manyhat as well. If you're using

67:27

that inside of ManyHat, go to the

67:29

automation tab, click new automation,

67:31

and then this one right here, auto DM

67:33

links from comments. It's a standard

67:35

template. Now, you can choose what post

67:37

you want to do it for. I recommend that

67:39

you just do it on any post, a real, and

67:40

then you write in the word. So, this

67:42

would be 1% for example. And then I

67:44

would recommend turning this off. These

67:46

reply to that comments under the post.

67:47

It adds comments to the the post so it

67:50

looks like the post has more comments

67:51

than it actually does. But I wouldn't

67:52

recommend having it on cuz right now

67:54

Meta is doing some weird things with

67:56

these automations. Some pages are

67:58

getting restricted based on these. So I

67:59

would recommend turning that off and

68:01

then clicking save. Then you have the

68:02

opening DM. I'd recommend writing

68:04

something like this. Click below to

68:06

receive the resource and then an arrow

68:10

like this. And then we have send me the

68:11

link. And then this is a key feature

68:14

that Minihat has which is extremely

68:16

useful is asking in a DM for a follow

68:18

before they get the link. And I usually

68:20

write something like this resource is

68:22

meant for followers only. Follow the

68:25

page and then click below like this. And

68:28

then instead of following write yes I am

68:31

following. Click save. This will now

68:33

check if the user is actually following.

68:35

And only give them the resource if

68:36

they're actually following. And this is

68:38

a follower farm. It gets so many

68:40

followers where you give a resource in

68:41

exchange for a follow. And then when

68:43

they then follow and they click yes I'm

68:45

following. You can write here is the

68:46

resource. this community is free as a

68:50

trial etc. And then I will insert my

68:53

large school community like this for

68:54

example right and then click set live

68:56

and now if anyone comments 1% they're

68:58

going to receive that follow flow you

69:00

want to do this the right way however

69:01

cuz there are some restrictions now that

69:03

me is doing if you're sending too many

69:05

DMs but I'll talk about that later in

69:07

the course. So that is how you set up

69:08

the comment automation in both Minihat

69:10

and in go high level. By the way if you

69:12

want to try these softwares usually they

69:14

have a 14-day free trial. However, if

69:16

you sign up with my affiliate link, then

69:18

you get a 30-day free trial. So, I've

69:19

left the link right below in the video.

69:21

I'm not sponsored by Many Shadow or Go

69:23

High Level. I just generally like the

69:24

products and I use them every day. And

69:25

of course, those affiliate links also

69:27

give me a bit of kickback. The second

69:28

automation that you need to set up is a

69:30

DM automation. Basically, what this does

69:32

is that when someone DMs you a word,

69:34

it's very similar, then you either start

69:36

a conversation or you send them a

69:39

resource. And we're going to talk more

69:40

about this automation. You need to set

69:42

this up because for our stories that

69:43

we're going to talk a bit about how you

69:45

can monetize through stories. This

69:46

automation is absolutely crucial. You

69:48

create that inside of go high level. Let

69:50

me create a new workflow and click start

69:52

from scratch. In go high level, the way

69:54

you can set it up is like this.

69:55

Basically where the trigger looks like

69:57

this. It's customer reply and then the

69:58

reply channel is Instagram and the

70:00

message body contains and then these

70:02

keywords right here. Go high level is a

70:04

bit harder to set up than Minihat in my

70:06

opinion. But we're going to talk about

70:07

the difference between those two

70:08

platforms in just a second. So when

70:10

someone DMs us the word for example 1%

70:12

then we send them the first message

70:14

which is yo this is not for everyone

70:15

only for small percent of serious people

70:17

that actually wants to build and scale

70:18

an AI agency is this even for you we get

70:20

people to reply basically we wait 10

70:23

minutes for them to reply to the message

70:24

if they don't reply we send them a

70:26

follow-up message like this and if they

70:28

reply then we ask them a couple of

70:30

questions and then send them the link.

70:32

This is a bit of an advanced flow, but

70:34

what I would recommend that you do just

70:35

in the start is that if someone DMs you

70:37

a specific keyword, then you can, for

70:39

example, send them a message with the

70:41

actual resource, right? So, it's similar

70:42

to this one right here with when a word

70:44

gives you a resource. This is set up so

70:46

it starts conversations as well. We'll

70:48

talk a bit about having an appointment

70:49

set in just a second, but for now, this

70:51

automation you also need. And then we

70:53

have the last automation, which is also

70:55

crucial to set up, which is send

70:58

resource to followers. This is a kind of

71:01

new automation that's possible to do now

71:03

and it's only some accounts that are

71:05

reputable that have this feature. But

71:07

basically the way it works is that when

71:09

someone follows you then you can also

71:11

send them a resource and this feature is

71:14

a minihat only feature. So this is not

71:16

possible inside of go high level. It's a

71:18

feature that only minihat has gotten

71:20

access to from meta from Instagram and

71:22

from Facebook. The way you turn it on is

71:23

that inside of settings you then go to

71:25

Instagram and then you can see right

71:27

here say hi to new followers still in

71:29

beta. a onetime welcome DM sent through

71:31

message official API yada yada yada the

71:34

moment they follow we can click set up

71:35

and here you can see an opening DM

71:37

basically the way you can say is like

71:39

hey there thanks for the follow we have

71:42

a community of 165 AI founders if you

71:46

are interested in joining that as well

71:49

should I send over the link and then the

71:52

response can be yes send it over and

71:54

then you can say this is our community

71:56

you can test it for free and Then we can

72:00

put in the link of our community right

72:03

here and paste that in just like this

72:05

and then click go live. Basically what's

72:06

going to happen now is that anytime

72:08

someone follows you, they're going to

72:09

get this message. Hey there, thanks for

72:11

the follow. And if they are interested,

72:13

they're going to click yes, send it

72:14

over, and then they get the link to the

72:15

community, which again just nurturing

72:17

the audience with these automations

72:19

driving more traffic into the bucket to

72:21

whatever product you have down here.

72:23

These are the three type of automations

72:24

that you need to set up in order to

72:27

maximize the amount of traffic that

72:28

you're getting from your content. But in

72:30

this guide of setting it up, I've shown

72:31

both highle and minihat. So what would I

72:34

actually recommend if you're just

72:35

starting out? Well, let's first talk

72:36

about the pricing. Go high level is by

72:38

default $97 a month, which is fairly

72:41

expensive. That is for free sub

72:43

accounts. So three different Instagram

72:44

accounts that you can have. If you want

72:46

unlimited sub accounts, then it's $297 a

72:48

month. Many chats starts a lot lower.

72:51

It's I think it's $20 a month if I

72:53

remember correctly. It is $17 a month.

72:56

But then where Minihat is bit smart so

72:58

to say is that it scales per contact. So

73:01

as soon as you get more contacts through

73:02

your Instagram profile, basically a

73:04

contact is every time you add someone,

73:06

every time someone follows, that's a new

73:07

contact, right? And they stay inside of

73:09

Many Chat forever. So just kind of like

73:11

compounds over and over and over again.

73:13

Unless you do this trick that I'm about

73:15

to show you in a second. So this

73:16

basically scales infinitely, right? As

73:18

you grow, it gets more and more

73:20

expensive. This is an infinite sign, by

73:22

the way. So, if you're just starting out

73:23

or if you are building this out for

73:25

someone else, what would I recommend? If

73:27

you're just starting out, I recommend

73:28

the mini chat subscription first because

73:30

you're starting at a lower price point,

73:32

right? But when you start scaling, I

73:33

recommend that you have the DM

73:34

automation and the comment automation

73:36

inside of go high level where you're

73:37

paying $97 a month and then you only use

73:40

the set resource to followers inside of

73:42

Minihat. So, it's actually kind of a

73:43

hybrid. You use both. Again, if you're

73:45

trying to get started with these tools,

73:47

I have affiliate links in the comment

73:48

section. Not sponsored to say this. This

73:50

is my honest opinion. And in those free

73:52

trials, you don't get a 14-day free

73:53

trial like it says here on the main mini

73:55

chat page. You actually get 30 days

73:56

instead. So, make sure to check that

73:58

out. Cool. So, these are the kind of

73:59

automation that you want to set up in

74:00

order to drive as much traffic into your

74:03

funnel as humanly possible. Let me

74:04

explain a couple of more tips that you

74:06

need to know about Instagram that I've

74:08

learned over the last 2 years of posting

74:10

on the platform. Let's get into it. For

74:11

posting on Instagram for over a year now

74:14

and growing 300,000 followers, there's a

74:16

couple of things that I've learned that

74:17

are quite crucial. So, in this section

74:19

of the course, I'm literally just

74:20

running you through what to do and what

74:22

not to do in different scenarios when it

74:24

comes to followers, stories, everything.

74:26

And these couple of tips will literally

74:27

save you so much headache. It's insane.

74:29

The first thing you have to understand

74:30

is that when it comes to followers, it's

74:32

really a quality over quantity gain. Let

74:35

me show you an example. This video that

74:36

I have right here has 115,000 likes. I

74:40

think I showed it earlier in this course

74:41

as well. But from that video, I only

74:43

gained 2,000 followers. And those 2,000

74:46

followers were terrible followers

74:48

because they didn't follow me for the

74:49

right reason. Let me show you the clip

74:50

right quick so you understand what I

74:52

mean. It's basically just like a

74:53

time-lapse video of saying infinite

74:54

money hack. Rend a video with your boys.

74:56

Don't leave until you make 100K. And

74:57

it's basically just like a time lapse

74:59

over the day. And you see a bunch of

75:00

comments, a bunch of likes, but did it

75:03

actually make me any money? Did it help

75:05

me monetize my products? Definitely not.

75:07

Then we have this video which has half

75:09

the amount of likes, but you can see way

75:11

more comments. And this video right here

75:13

got me 25,000 followers. And did that

75:16

make me a lot of money? Yes. That one

75:17

video probably has made me like $50,000

75:19

at least in revenue. So when it comes to

75:21

the kind of content you're making, make

75:23

sure that you think about, okay, you

75:24

actually want quality followers for the

75:26

goals that you're trying to reach. The

75:28

next thing you need to know about is

75:30

story reach because Instagram has its

75:32

own algorithm for how Instagram stories

75:34

work. Basically, in short, the way the

75:37

algorithm works is that a a story is not

75:39

shown to your entire audience. It's not

75:42

like I can post an Instagram story and

75:44

it instantly gets 300,000 views, not

75:47

even close. Instead, the way that the

75:48

story works is that it tests the

75:50

audience. It basically shows the story

75:52

to a couple of people, says, "Okay." And

75:53

then that audience basically determines,

75:55

okay, do they like it or do they not?

75:57

And these are things like saves, profile

75:59

visits, link clicks, etc. And then it

76:01

goes to a little larger audience and a

76:03

little larger audience. And every single

76:05

time it determines if it's a good or a

76:07

bad story. And that's how it determines

76:09

how big of an audience it's going to

76:12

show to you out of your followers. So

76:14

what can you do in order to get a better

76:15

performing story? Well, the first story

76:17

that you post should always be engaging.

76:20

You should catch people attentions.

76:21

There are also a trick that you can put

76:23

a stick of like a survey or something

76:25

similar where people actually engage

76:26

with the story. That shows Instagram

76:28

that it's a good story and it's going to

76:30

keep pushing it out. A thing that you

76:31

want to watch out for are links.

76:34

Instagram doesn't like when you send

76:36

people off their platform. So, one thing

76:38

that's going to be a big red no in your

76:40

stories are when you include links in

76:43

that story. So, when you like have a

76:44

link right here, right? You've seen them

76:46

before in Instagram stories. That hurts

76:48

conversion. You're going to get way less

76:50

people seeing your story if you do that

76:51

a lot. Instead, the better approach and

76:53

that's why I showed you earlier how to

76:55

create these automations is to tell

76:57

people to DM you instead. So you have a

76:59

story sequence of let's say three or

77:01

four different stories that catches

77:02

people attention, nurtures them,

77:04

converts them, etc. And then in the last

77:05

story you say DM and then a word. I like

77:08

to like make an arrow like this. If you

77:10

want some resource or if you want to

77:12

book an appointment or if you want to

77:13

work with me or whatever it is that

77:14

you're selling, this is how you do it.

77:16

Because what then happens is that you're

77:18

not sending people off the platform.

77:20

You're sending them to your DMs, which

77:22

Instagram likes way more than sending

77:24

someone to another platform. It is a

77:26

trade-off though because much fewer

77:27

people are going to swipe up and DM you

77:29

than clicking on a link. So sometimes

77:31

you're going to get more traffic to a

77:32

website by using the links feature.

77:34

However, I'm just telling you now that

77:36

if you want your story to perform well,

77:38

you don't want to send people off

77:39

platform. Usually this is how it's done.

77:41

And then another thing that you need to

77:43

know about that's going on right now are

77:45

DM restrictions. Basically, for some

77:47

reason, Instagram sometimes restrict an

77:49

account and stops them from being able

77:51

to send DMs if they have I think it's

77:53

more than 200 DMs an hour. If you reach

77:55

this, then they limit your DMs. You can

77:57

usually appeal it and it's going to get

77:59

removed. And this basically means that

78:00

if you have a reel that all of a sudden

78:02

goes viral, gets a bunch of likes and a

78:04

bunch of comments, then sometimes your

78:06

DMs can be restricted from that. And

78:08

unfortunately, there's no like easy way

78:09

to fix this. The only real way that I

78:11

have found is basically just if I see an

78:13

Instagram real going viral, I actually

78:15

turn off the automation in order to not

78:17

reach that restriction. Hopefully

78:19

Instagram changes this at one point. But

78:21

I've got a DM restriction and I know a

78:23

bunch of other people that have gotten

78:24

DM restrictions as well because of this.

78:26

So if you're building this for yourself

78:27

or if you're building this for a client,

78:29

just know that if all of a sudden you

78:31

get a bunch of traction, even though you

78:32

want to send the DMs out to everyone,

78:34

sometimes it's a smarter decision to

78:35

turn them off. Cool. These were just a

78:37

couple of random tips that I figured out

78:39

while posting and grown to 300k

78:41

followers. These are only things that

78:42

you would usually not see on YouTube,

78:43

but you would like experience yourself

78:45

and figure out. So I thought I would

78:46

save you some time by sharing them now.

78:48

But now we've talked a bunch about short

78:50

form content. It's time to also talk

78:51

about long- form content and what you

78:53

should prioritize first. Let's get into

78:55

that part of the course. Let's talk

78:57

about what it's smartest to start with.

78:59

If you should start with short form

79:01

content or long- form content and again

79:04

I've built both. I've started on

79:05

Instagram, grew that to 300k followers

79:08

and then I also later did YouTube. But

79:10

what do I actually recommend that you

79:11

start with? This is a crucial question

79:13

to ask because there's one of these that

79:15

are much easier than the other. There's

79:17

also one that makes a lot more money

79:19

where it's easier to monetize. And then

79:22

there's one that's long-term, in my

79:24

opinion, the best platform that you can

79:26

be on out of all the social media

79:28

platforms. So, let's talk about these

79:30

three things. You probably already know

79:31

it, but the easiest platform to grow on

79:34

is by far Instagram. There are some

79:36

Instagram profiles where the first reel

79:38

goes viral and all of a sudden they have

79:40

50 or 100,000 followers. The reason for

79:43

that is that short form is much much

79:44

quicker at going viral. And all you

79:46

really need is just one viral video to

79:49

build an audience because you have one

79:50

viral video that gets you 25,000

79:53

followers. And that's much easier to do

79:55

on Instagram than on YouTube. On top of

79:58

that, consistently growing on Instagram,

80:00

I would say you would at least need to

80:02

post one time a day, takes maybe around

80:04

an hour, maybe even less with the skills

80:06

I've showed you in this video. And

80:07

that's because recording each reel that

80:09

you do might take 15 minutes. Scripting

80:11

it and getting ready to record it might

80:13

take 10 minutes. and then editing it

80:14

with the skills max takes like 25 to 30

80:17

minutes of actual work. You also have

80:19

the automations that I showed you which

80:21

get you followers as well. Ask people to

80:23

follow them before you give a resource

80:25

which is also kind of just like a follow

80:27

farm. I personally started posting on

80:29

Instagram first before I started YouTube

80:31

and back then I didn't really know these

80:33

things. So you're lucky that you're

80:34

watching this right now. So it was a

80:36

good bet and if I had to start over I

80:38

would probably do the exact same thing

80:39

again starting on Instagram and short

80:42

form platforms. However, when it comes

80:43

to monetizing the actual audience,

80:46

there's also a clear winner, which is

80:48

100% YouTube. I actually have the

80:50

numbers on this. And my YouTube channel

80:52

with around 76,000 subscribers performs

80:55

almost the same in terms of like revenue

80:57

as my Instagram with 317,000 followers.

81:00

And there are a bunch of things that

81:01

goes into this like how engaged is your

81:03

audience, what kind of content create,

81:05

how niche is it. But in general, long

81:07

form will have a more engaged audience.

81:10

And why is that? Well, in order for

81:12

someone to actually like your content,

81:14

they need to have watched you a bunch.

81:16

They need to have gotten value. And the

81:18

easiest way to give someone value is in

81:20

a longer format. It is in long form.

81:22

That's the exact reason that you're

81:23

watching this video right now that you

81:24

watched all the way to this point. I

81:26

wouldn't have been able to give you this

81:27

resource that you're getting right now

81:28

completely for free on Instagram, for

81:30

example. So, YouTube definitely wins

81:32

there. And if you calculate the money

81:34

per subscriber or money per follower on

81:37

Instagram, YouTube 1% has a higher money

81:40

per follower. And this brings us to the

81:42

next thing which is what should you

81:43

actually focus on long term. The easy

81:46

answer is both. You should be in front

81:47

of as many eyeballs as humanly possible.

81:50

And everyone is on short form platforms

81:51

these days and everyone is also on long

81:53

form platforms. So you should be on both

81:55

YouTube, Instagram, everywhere. However,

81:56

there's one specific platform that I

81:58

think has a much higher long-term value.

82:00

And that one platform is YouTube. And

82:03

let me explain to you why. Because the

82:04

audience is more engaged on YouTube.

82:07

That also means that people like you

82:08

better. They get a closer connection to

82:10

you when they watch you more than like a

82:13

60-second clip on a short form platform.

82:15

And think about how AI is going to

82:17

change content in the future. We're

82:18

going to talk more about that later in

82:19

this course as well. But if you think a

82:21

bit about it now, content is going to be

82:22

easier and easier and easier to create.

82:25

You already saw the cloud skills that I

82:27

have, which is very far ahead of almost

82:29

everyone else. But just think like two

82:31

or three or four or five years into the

82:33

future, everyone will have like apps and

82:35

softwares they can use to basically

82:36

create and clone themselves and put out

82:38

a bunch of content. So what will matter

82:41

in the future? Well, the engaged

82:42

audience is what's going to matter. You

82:44

need a loyal follower base that's going

82:46

to watch you for you, the things that

82:48

you're talking about. Because if you

82:49

have that, that means that you won't be

82:51

able to be replaced by everyone else

82:53

that's spamming out content as well,

82:55

which will make you stand out. That's

82:56

also one of the reasons why it's so

82:58

important to start a personal brand now

82:59

rather than waiting 5 years is because I

83:02

believe it's going to be much much

83:03

harder in 5 years to stand out and to

83:06

actually build an audience and get that

83:07

loyal follower base because there's

83:09

going to be so many more creators that

83:10

are posting content as well at that

83:12

point because of AI. So, the long-term

83:14

goal would be to build a loyal follower

83:16

base on YouTube. And another reason why

83:19

YouTube wins as well is because you can

83:21

do live content. What you will see is

83:23

that a lot of creators right now are

83:25

doing live content as well. They're

83:26

doing live Q&As or live streams. Like

83:29

Alex Amosi has done a bunch of live

83:30

streams lately. And the reason for that

83:32

is that how do you build an even more

83:33

engaged audience than someone that's

83:35

watching on YouTube? Well, you go live

83:37

and people get to see you onetoone and

83:38

you answer questions and people get to

83:40

talk to you. That creates the highest

83:42

engaged audience that you can possibly

83:44

get. And I know that you can go live on

83:46

Instagram as well, but it definitely

83:48

doesn't work as well. And people don't

83:50

usually go to Instagram for value. They

83:52

go to YouTube for value to watch

83:53

educational videos like you're watching

83:55

right now. So, what platform should you

83:57

actually focus on first? Well, you both

83:59

want to be on short form and long form

84:01

platforms. But that being said, I would

84:03

recommend that you put most amount of

84:05

effort into the short form platform when

84:07

you're just starting out. And then later

84:08

down the line when you build a bit of a

84:10

follower base just maybe a couple of

84:11

thousand followers on Instagram then you

84:13

also start doing YouTube because that

84:15

leads to the longerterm play and that is

84:17

exactly what I did as well. I started on

84:20

Instagram I think I got to around like

84:21

50k followers then I said okay I should

84:23

be doing YouTube as well and then I

84:25

started posting on YouTube too. And if I

84:26

had to do it all over again, that's

84:28

exactly how I would do it again because

84:30

I could take the short form views,

84:32

people that knew me on short form, a lot

84:34

of them wanted longer guides on YouTube,

84:36

and that's how I initially built my

84:37

YouTube channel as well. I could link my

84:38

videos on my Instagram, and that gets a

84:40

lot of viewers, and that gets that

84:41

initial push on YouTube, which is really

84:43

helpful. In the next part of the course,

84:45

we're going to talk about YouTube. We're

84:46

going to take a look at some of the core

84:48

skills I have for YouTube that you get

84:50

access to as well that has helped me

84:51

build up my YouTube channel to 76,000

84:53

followers and helped me triple my

84:55

subscribers in 3 months. I'm showing you

84:58

absolutely everything. Let's get into

84:59

it. Let's talk about the one thing that

85:01

everyone gets wrong. It's the one

85:03

misconception that everyone has when

85:05

they try to start on YouTube. But before

85:07

you can understand, before we can dive

85:09

into this, I want to show you the first

85:11

educational YouTube video that I made.

85:12

You can see 14th of March 2023. This

85:15

video is unlisted because of how bad it

85:18

is. One thing that everyone

85:20

misunderstands is that the ability to

85:22

talk in front of a camera is not

85:23

something that just comes naturally to

85:25

you. It's something that you practice

85:27

over and over and over again. And the

85:29

best way to show you that is this video

85:30

right here because this was my first

85:32

educational video of me talking into a

85:34

camera. And what I want you to notice is

85:36

that my eyes are all over the screen. It

85:38

looks very, very weird. It looks like I

85:40

have a tick or something. Like look at

85:41

this. The intro is me like sitting down.

85:44

I have no idea what I'm actually doing.

85:46

And in the first two seconds, I don't

85:47

say anything. And then I have white

85:49

captions on my white shirt. So, you're

85:51

not even able to read the captions.

85:52

There are so many wrong things about

85:53

this video. You are a car detailer. And

85:56

look, look at what I'm doing with my

85:57

eyes. I have no idea what I'm doing. You

85:59

don't have at least 100 Google reviews.

86:01

I'm sorry to tell you this, bro, but you

86:03

got to get in the game. Um, I do have

86:04

some good news. Like, I have no idea

86:05

what I'm doing. I almost look high at

86:07

this point right here for you as well,

86:09

which is that you are on the right

86:10

video. In this video, I'm going to show

86:12

you exact methods on how you can

86:13

increase your Google reviews. I

86:14

literally look high. And this video

86:16

right here got two likes, one of them

86:18

being me, and then 72 views. The one

86:20

misconception that absolutely everyone

86:22

has is that making a YouTube video is

86:24

easy because it's definitely not. It

86:26

takes an insane amount of practice in

86:29

order to be good at creating YouTube

86:31

videos. All the way down to the action

86:33

of actually recording like I'm doing

86:34

right now, the skill of speaking in

86:36

front of a camera to pre-production to

86:38

scripting to packaging. There are so

86:40

many things that people don't realize

86:42

that goes into a winning YouTube video.

86:44

And the reason that people think it's

86:45

easy is because all the YouTube videos

86:47

that they see that we see on our feeds

86:49

are all the winning YouTube videos. You

86:51

think, "Okay, I just need to do this and

86:52

then I'll have a winning YouTube video."

86:54

But the reality is that it's very, very

86:55

hard to get that first good video. And

86:57

there's so much more work in it that you

86:59

actually initially think. So my goal

87:01

throughout this entire segment of the

87:02

course is to break that misconception

87:04

for you. I want to show you all the work

87:06

that it actually takes before I even

87:08

start recording in order to create a

87:09

good YouTube video. We're going to take

87:10

it all the way from the start, the

87:12

entire process from an idea to a

87:14

finished video. It's going to be

87:15

awesome. Let's get into it. Let's talk

87:16

about the first step, which is the

87:18

ideation. How do you actually come up

87:19

with winning ideas for a YouTube video?

87:22

This is how I do it. Let's say I want to

87:24

make a video about Claude. What I'll do

87:26

is that I'm literally just going to

87:27

search up Claude and then I'm going to

87:29

find the already winning videos. For

87:30

example, this one, learn 97% of Claude

87:33

in under 16 minutes by Dan Martell 2

87:35

months ago. You can see one of my free

87:37

courses are here as well. This one as

87:38

well is also interesting. I'm basically

87:40

going to scroll through already existing

87:42

winning videos to see what's already

87:44

performing. And I recommend that you get

87:46

a tool like the one I have right here,

87:48

which is called Vid IQ. This is

87:50

basically like a YouTube tool that can

87:52

show one specific score that's extremely

87:54

important, which is this one right here,

87:56

the outlier score. Learn if a video is

87:58

outperforming the channel's average.

88:00

Beginners to YouTube, they go through

88:02

this and they think, "Okay, a 2 million

88:04

view video right here and a 900k video

88:06

right here, that must mean that this

88:08

video is better, this idea." But that's

88:10

not the truth because you want to look

88:12

at the outlier. You want to see, okay,

88:13

how much of a difference does this idea

88:16

make compared to the channel's average?

88:19

And when you look at that, then you can

88:20

see that this video has a 24x outlier

88:22

score, which means that he gets 24x the

88:25

amount of views on this video that he

88:26

usually gets. Same with this one, 90x

88:29

outlier score. Or this one, it was a

88:31

video I made, 100x outlier score. You

88:33

want to go through these videos and find

88:35

the videos that have a high outlier

88:37

score. And those are the videos and

88:38

ideas that you want to take inspiration

88:40

from. This is what I then do next. I

88:42

take a couple of video that has a high

88:44

outlier score like these ones right here

88:46

and I place them inside of a Google Docs

88:49

and this is what I do before every

88:50

single video that I make. And you can

88:52

see this one right here has a 75x

88:54

outlier score. This one right here 16x

88:57

outlier score. So I've got a couple of

88:58

formats right here that are already

89:00

proven. Then I write out my idea and I'm

89:03

going to show you in a second how you

89:04

can create your own thumbnails like this

89:06

without having to hire a thumbnail

89:08

designer. I basically build out the

89:09

packaging for my video before I even

89:11

start recording. I need to know exactly,

89:13

okay, what this video is going to be

89:15

before I start planning the entire thing

89:16

out. And I always start with the

89:18

packaging. Sometimes I change the

89:20

thumbnail and the title at the end if I

89:22

think I have something else that fits

89:23

better. But usually I already have the

89:25

thumbnails in place before I even start

89:27

recording in the first place. So before

89:29

we even start recording in the ideation

89:31

phase, we need the idea. We also need to

89:34

have an idea of okay, how are we going

89:36

to package this? So the packaging of the

89:38

video, the title and the thumbnail. How

89:40

are we going to do that? When we have

89:41

these two things sorted, then we can

89:44

start with the planning of the video. We

89:46

still don't record yet. We start

89:47

planning it first. This is the next step

89:49

that I call the planning phase. This is

89:51

in green now because I mark it when I'm

89:53

done recording it. But this is basically

89:55

the plan for this video that you're

89:57

watching right now. At the start, we

89:59

have a cinematic intro. Me and my editor

90:01

will create this at the end when we know

90:03

exactly what the video is about. So it's

90:04

not very logical. You plan out this

90:06

entire thing before you even start

90:07

recording. And then I don't record the

90:09

intro first. I record the intro at the

90:11

end. And I record everything else first.

90:13

So here I have the entire script for my

90:15

entire intro. And then I do something

90:17

that has really helped me blow up my

90:19

YouTube channel. I basically structure

90:21

it like this. In my intro, I script out

90:24

the entire thing. It's always like this.

90:26

No matter what kind of content you

90:28

create, you want to put the most amount

90:29

of effort at the start of the video

90:31

because that's where most people see it.

90:33

Some people will drop all. That's

90:34

inevitable. So, in the intro, I script

90:36

the entire thing. And then for every

90:38

other section after that, I do this. I

90:41

create what I call sub hooks. Let me

90:43

show you an example. This might be a bit

90:45

green. So, let me just make it black

90:47

right quick so you can see it. In my

90:49

videos, I script out sub hooks. And what

90:51

those sub hooks basically do is that

90:53

they rehook people into the video. So,

90:55

for example, when I talked about setting

90:57

expectations right at the start of this

90:59

course, I said, "Congratulations. Most

91:00

people that start a course like this

91:02

don't even get to this point in the

91:03

video. you're already in the top 50%.

91:05

What does this make people do? Well, it

91:06

gets people to keep watching because

91:08

they feel like they're doing progress.

91:10

This is what I call a sub hook. And you

91:12

can also see I said the other 50% is now

91:14

probably consuming Brain Rod videos. I

91:16

script this out the first part of every

91:18

single section that I talk about. You

91:20

can see I've scripted out this entire

91:21

sub hook. And after that comes all of

91:23

the things that I'm going to mention

91:24

like show the curve for growing, explain

91:25

that Mr. Beach posted 100 times, blah

91:27

blah, explain that it took me 94 post.

91:29

Then I basically write out the exact

91:31

things that I'm going to talk about. I'm

91:32

not going to script all of that out

91:33

because I want the freedom to just chat

91:35

a lot and yap, but I always script out

91:37

the initial sub hook. And this hook

91:39

right here works very well. You can take

91:40

it from me. Basically saying, well, most

91:42

people have dropped off by now, but

91:43

you're in the top 10%. And

91:45

congratulations. I'm going to do it to

91:46

you right now. Like watching all the way

91:48

to this point. You are definitely in

91:49

around like the top 10% of people. So

91:52

90% of people have dropped off this

91:53

video so far because that dopamine

91:55

receptors couldn't handle it. And I do

91:56

that with every single section I record.

91:59

Like this one right here, which is the

92:01

Instagram. This is the most insane

92:02

source you'll find on YouTube. I'll show

92:04

you my exact strategy for how I grew

92:06

317,000 followers in a little over some

92:08

year using AI skills. This right here,

92:11

again, a sub hook. It gets people

92:13

interested. It rehooks them on the

92:14

video. And I do that for every single

92:16

section that I record. And then after

92:18

we've made this entire planning,

92:20

scripted the intro, the entire thing,

92:21

and all the sub hooks. Now comes the

92:23

third part, which is recording the

92:26

video. In most videos, this part is

92:28

actually not even the part that takes

92:29

the longest. Most people when they think

92:30

about YouTube, they think about, okay,

92:32

this thing I'm doing right here, which

92:33

is recording videos. And of course, it's

92:34

a part of it. But if you skip this

92:36

ideation step, you're going to create

92:38

terrible videos. If you have a bad idea,

92:40

the rest of the video doesn't really

92:41

matter. And if you skip this planning

92:42

step, your videos won't perform because

92:44

you're not going to rehook people and

92:45

you're going to have a low average watch

92:47

time. We're going to talk about that

92:48

later in this video as well. And when

92:49

recording the video, you just go through

92:51

this process right here. Most people

92:52

will say, "Well, use AI for this. I want

92:54

the script in my video to sound like

92:56

me." And the only way to get that truly

92:57

is if I write it. And then when you've

92:59

recorded the video, now comes postp

93:01

production, which is the editing and

93:03

taking all of the footage that you've

93:04

done and create a good story out of it.

93:06

Get the right thing. Take the idea you

93:08

had in the start and the footage that

93:09

you created and bring that to life. And

93:11

I have two editors on the channel.

93:12

However, I'm about to show you some

93:14

insane cla skills that can also edit

93:16

YouTube videos for you. That will

93:17

definitely help you with this step right

93:19

here. The entire point of this part of

93:21

this module was to show you how much

93:23

more work actually goes into creating

93:25

YouTube videos that you initially think.

93:27

Because when you think about YouTube,

93:28

you're only thinking about this step

93:30

right here, which let's say that you're

93:32

filming a 20-minute video. When it's

93:33

finished, you probably spend 1 to 2

93:35

hours recording. You think, okay,

93:36

creating a full YouTube video takes 2

93:38

hours. But all of these steps right here

93:40

will take longer to like 10 hours for a

93:42

single YouTube video, only if it's like

93:44

20 minutes, especially when you also

93:46

need to edit it. But I'll show you some

93:48

skills that are absolutely insane in the

93:49

next module for how you can speed up

93:51

that process. It's time. Let me show you

93:53

some absolutely insane YouTube cla

93:55

skills that I've used on my YouTube

93:57

channel to gain over 50,000 subscribers

93:59

in 3 months. They are all in the drive

94:02

folder right below this video. You get

94:03

them completely for free. Take a look at

94:05

this first one. I can take this

94:06

completely raw file of me preparing to

94:08

shoot a YouTube video. This is

94:10

completely uncut. You can see it's 10

94:12

minutes long of me just recording out in

94:14

one. And you can see there's a bunch of

94:15

time where I'm not talking that we of

94:17

course need to cut away. And then we can

94:19

also take my screen share which is when

94:21

I'm actually showing something on the

94:23

screen and sometimes I'm showing the

94:24

script as well. So of course we don't

94:26

want to show that. Well, I have a claw

94:28

skill for that entire process. This

94:29

skill is a custom skill that I've

94:31

created that's called Elbert YouTube

94:33

olive. And all we do is that we take

94:34

this skill right here and then we just

94:36

drag in the footage like this. And then

94:38

we just say please edit this whole video

94:40

for me. Thank you. And that is all that

94:42

we need to do. Now I can just hit enter

94:44

and the YouTube olive skill. The reason

94:46

it's called olive is because it has like

94:48

a white and olive theme. But you can, of

94:50

course, change that to whatever theme

94:51

you want. It's now going to edit this

94:53

entire YouTube video. And trust me, it's

94:55

pretty insane. And after the editing

94:57

skill is done, we end up with this. Take

95:00

a look at how good this video is.

95:01

Robots. And that's why knowing how to

95:03

get attention on social media is, in my

95:06

opinion, the greatest asset that you can

95:08

have in 2026. And in this course, I'm

95:11

teaching you every single thing that I

95:13

know about it. This right here is my

95:15

Instagram. And at the time of recording,

95:17

we have 317,000

95:19

followers. And this, you probably know,

95:21

this is my YouTube. And at the time of

95:23

recording this, we have 75,000

95:25

subscribers. Come with a guess. How long

95:27

do you think it took me to grow this

95:29

audience? I'm not sure what you guessed,

95:31

but it took me only a little over 1

95:33

year. But what happens when all of that

95:35

is stripped from you? I can tell you

95:38

because 3 months ago, Meta decided to

95:40

completely remove my Instagram from the

95:42

face of the earth. They gave me no

95:44

reason. I still to this day don't know

95:46

why and all the work that I had done

95:48

over the past year was erased overnight.

95:50

It took some time. However, I realized

95:52

that this was a chance to prove

95:54

something to myself. I could prove that

95:56

I could do it again. So, I started a new

95:58

Instagram. I posted over 150 times and

96:02

got hundreds of thousands of views and

96:04

gained over 4,000 followers from a

96:07

completely new account in one month. And

96:09

luckily enough, I also got in contact

96:10

with Meta and the account was

96:13

reinstated. But it's safe to say that I

96:15

might know a thing or two about social

96:18

media. And the only reason to why I

96:20

could grow a completely cold new account

96:22

to over 4,000 followers and post 150

96:25

times in a month, by the way, that's

96:26

five times a day. It's because I could

96:28

use AI. And in this course, I'm showing

96:30

you absolutely everything about how I

96:32

did it. No gatekeeping. So, who's this

96:34

course for? Well, you're one of two

96:36

people. One, you don't want to grow your

96:38

audience yourself, but you want to offer

96:40

services to content creators. If you

96:42

want to do that, then this will be

96:44

massively valuable for you. Or two, you

96:46

want to build your own online presence

96:48

for either yourself or your product. I

96:49

think you get the point. This video is

96:51

100% edited by AI. I didn't go into a

96:54

code editor. It's all done from within

96:56

this skill. You don't really need to

96:57

remember this. You just got to

96:58

understand it. It basically transcribes

97:00

the video that you've created. So, it

97:02

finds out, okay, what is this video

97:03

about? Then it makes a decision, okay,

97:04

what should I include and what should I

97:06

not include so it can handle all the

97:08

retakes. Then it cuts up the video so it

97:10

sounds good. It adds B-roll like this.

97:12

You can see right here. This is done

97:13

with the Hicksfield MCP. It creates all

97:16

of these animations as well to keep it

97:18

engaging. And it basically makes the

97:19

decision, okay, when should we have the

97:21

B-roll like this right here? And when

97:23

should I have this screen right here

97:24

with like this cut off that's kind of

97:25

viral and when should it be a full

97:27

screen of me talking as well. All of

97:29

this is what Claude makes a decision

97:30

about. And it cuts the entire thing up,

97:32

renders it, and then sends it to you.

97:33

Does take a while. It takes like 20 to

97:35

25 minutes, but it can do all of this

97:37

just from like one prompt. I hope you

97:39

see how insane this is and how quickly

97:42

Air is going to be able to do everything

97:43

that an editor can do. I must say though

97:45

that right now an editor is very useful

97:47

to have, but this is if you are just

97:49

starting out, you don't have too much

97:50

time for the content or you're offering

97:52

it to someone else where you don't want

97:53

to spend all day doing service delivery.

97:55

This works very well. The next skill I

97:56

want to show you is also extremely cool.

97:58

Around like 1 month ago, I started my

97:59

second channel. I'm still warming it up.

98:01

I'm just posting on it. But I have a

98:02

skill for posting on this channel as

98:04

well that I want to show you. All I do

98:06

is that I just use the Albert second

98:09

channel skill. This one right here. Then

98:12

I go to my main channel and I find some

98:14

video that I want to cut up in smaller

98:16

videos like this one right here. And I

98:17

paste that in and I hit enter. And

98:19

that's all I need to do. Claude is now

98:20

going to transcribe the video. So find

98:22

out what it's about. Make the decision.

98:24

Okay, what individual videos make sense

98:26

so I can cut it up into smaller videos.

98:28

And then it gives me all of the files

98:30

back to me. And doing this entire thing

98:31

usually takes around like 10 minutes or

98:33

so. After around 10 minutes, we end up

98:35

with these clips. There are five in

98:38

total. You can see the decisions it has

98:39

made right here about what it's about.

98:41

It even gives us the title that we

98:42

should use as well. And it basically

98:44

just puts up five videos individually

98:46

that makes sense stand alone. And why is

98:48

this so crucial? Well, I don't know if

98:50

you've seen the More Mosy channel, which

98:52

is basically Heros's second channel. And

98:54

you can see he's posting every single

98:56

hour on very specific issues. And the

98:58

crazy thing is I heard Herosi talk about

99:00

this. He says that his second channel

99:02

with 113,000 subscribers has the same

99:05

amount of attributed revenue to his main

99:07

channel with 4.4 million subscribers.

99:10

Why is that? Well, people watch his main

99:12

channel first. So, it's not like his

99:14

other channel standalone would be able

99:15

to do the same, but they watch his main

99:17

channel first and they of course get to

99:19

know Alexi. And then, and this happens

99:21

to me all the time, the second channel

99:23

pops up with a very specific issue, like

99:25

this one right here. My girlfriend is

99:27

annoyed I work so much. Someone that has

99:29

this problem will see this video and

99:31

instantly click on it. And it might only

99:33

be 1.7,000 people that do it, but that

99:35

person that has that specific issue now

99:37

has a specific video for their issue.

99:39

Same with our videos. This one right

99:41

here. Carousels used to take me hours.

99:43

Now they take me 5 minutes. Someone that

99:45

has an issue of creating carousels will

99:47

now see this video. They're going to

99:48

think that's awesome. They're going to

99:49

click on this video. They're going to

99:50

watch this video. And that again builds

99:52

a closer connection to the audience. And

99:54

the skill literally allows you to post

99:55

every single hour. This next skill I'm

99:57

about to show you is also absolutely

99:59

bonkers. It's one of my favorite claw

100:01

skills that I have and it's called

100:02

Albert YouTube B-roll. And what I can do

100:04

is that I can say I want a Blender

100:07

animation of a cop punching someone else

100:10

and like a Fern like animation and hit

100:13

enter. If you don't know who Fern is,

100:15

Fern is a pretty big YouTuber that makes

100:16

these animations right here that are

100:18

quite viral in their documentaries. Now

100:20

it's going to ask what kind of Blender

100:22

preset we want to use. I'm going to

100:23

choose the miniature, this one right

100:25

here. And all we have to do now is wait.

100:27

It's going to take like 10 to 15 minutes

100:29

is using the Hixool MCP and it's going

100:31

to create some insane B-roll for us for

100:33

the exact thing that we want. And we can

100:35

use that in our YouTube videos as well.

100:37

This usually takes between 10 to 15

100:39

minutes. And then we end up with this

100:41

right here, a car. And look at how cool

100:44

this looks. It looks exactly like

100:45

someone have sit inside like a 3D

100:47

rendering program and created this. So

100:50

cool. And this, of course, was a pretty

100:51

engaging shot, but you can also create

100:53

B-roll like this of just like a simple

100:55

person sitting and typing on a computer.

100:57

But again, just like showing a 5-second

100:59

clip of this is so cool, I think, and it

101:01

makes your video feel way more premium.

101:03

The next skill I'm about to show you is

101:04

also pretty dope. I can use the skill

101:06

that's called Elbert YouTube thumbnail.

101:08

And then I can write the idea. Like

101:10

usually you would go to YouTube. You

101:12

would find a video that performs well.

101:13

For example, this one right here. And

101:15

then you can bring that in as

101:16

inspiration for claw. And you can say,

101:19

please use this thumbnail template, but

101:22

create it for codeex instead for a full

101:24

course about codeex. I'm just making

101:26

something up like a video idea. Paste

101:28

that in. Hit enter. And Claude is now

101:30

going to take this winning thumbnail

101:31

format and it's going to redesign it for

101:33

you specifically for the idea that you

101:35

have. This usually takes like 5 minutes

101:37

or so. And then you end up with a result

101:39

like this of a thumbnail that's based on

101:42

the winning one or this one as well. It

101:44

basically gives you two different

101:45

variations and you can just run this

101:47

skill until you find a thumbnail that

101:48

you like. I've also created this one

101:50

right here. This also in another color.

101:52

This one right here. Pretty cool, too.

101:53

And this is probably one of my favorites

101:55

that I've created. This one looks

101:57

extremely good all the way to the screen

101:59

of the actual laptop. And we just

102:01

download these thumbnails and use them

102:02

for our YouTube videos. Again, usually

102:04

you would have to go out and you have to

102:06

pay a thumbnail designer like 30 to 50,

102:08

maybe even sometimes a hundred bucks for

102:10

a thumbnail. Now, you can pretty quickly

102:12

generate them yourself. And this looks

102:14

extremely professional. And you might

102:15

say, "Well, there's no way that these

102:16

thumbnails work." Well, you look at this

102:18

Kimmy K free video right here. 190,000

102:21

views. And I use the same format of

102:23

thumbnail on that one as I did on this

102:25

one right here. I hope you see the power

102:27

of using AI skills for a lot of the

102:29

things that would usually either cost

102:30

money or take a bunch of your own time.

102:32

Now, you just give a skills applaud and

102:34

you can also make your content so much

102:36

faster. The next skill I'm about to show

102:37

you is also pretty insane because this

102:39

actually determines what the strategy

102:41

for your YouTube channel should be. What

102:43

I can do is that I can use my Albbert

102:45

YouTube analyze skill and I just copy my

102:47

channel and paste that in. The reason

102:49

you have to do this is because if you

102:51

have multiple channels, you can analyze

102:52

multiple different channels. And then

102:54

you just hit enter. And what this skill

102:55

does is that it basically opens

102:57

computer. So you need to have enabled

102:59

cloud computer. The way you do that is

103:00

that you just go inside of settings and

103:02

then you enable cloud browser right

103:04

here. And you also enable computer use

103:06

which basically allows claw to take

103:07

action and open stuff on your computer.

103:09

As you can see, it's using claw in

103:11

Chrome right now. Basically, what it's

103:12

doing is that it's opening up a new tab

103:14

right here. So, it's basically checking

103:16

my analytics live for me. The reason we

103:18

do this instead of doing it through

103:19

something like the YouTube API is

103:21

because some things you can't get

103:23

through the API, like the CTR on a

103:25

thumbnail, you won't be able to get

103:26

through the API. So, this basically gets

103:28

all of the data from your YouTube

103:30

channel. And when it's finished, it

103:32

gives you a full report like this one.

103:34

Albert Algots shows the date right here.

103:37

And then it says, "One video is carrying

103:38

the entire channel and it's decays the

103:40

whole trend. The three uploads since

103:41

haven't picked up the same amount of

103:43

views." It shows the amount of views

103:44

that we've gotten this period. It says,

103:46

"This video is the one that has

103:47

performed the best." And it basically

103:48

takes all of these stats and give you a

103:50

full report of what you need to do. And

103:53

then what you can then do after it has

103:54

created you this, you can say, "All

103:56

right, so what are my next steps? What

103:58

uh what is the next video I should

104:00

create? What should I create it about? I

104:01

heard there's just like a new GLM model

104:03

that just came out. GLM 5.2 max. Would

104:05

that be a good video? Hit enter. And

104:07

based on the real statistics, the real

104:09

data from your YouTube channel, Claude

104:11

can now coach you. Claude can now be

104:13

your second brain in okay, what is the

104:14

next video that you should create. Now,

104:16

Claude, based on real data, gives me an

104:19

honest answer. You can see it says GLM

104:21

5.2 not new enough, not the same as the

104:23

other video you created. What you should

104:25

do instead is focus on Deep Seek Harness

104:27

and then launch this. How to use the

104:28

number one free claude alternative

104:30

step-by-step setup. This video would

104:32

100% perform well. Two things worth

104:34

saying. You missed this by one day.

104:36

Honest drop, yada yada yada. You get the

104:38

point. Now Claude can coach us in real

104:40

time and help us make decisions about

104:41

what our next video should be about. So,

104:43

not only can Claude in these skills like

104:45

I've just showed you, edit our videos,

104:48

create B-roll for our videos, create the

104:49

thumbnail, create the packaging, they

104:51

can also look at our real data from our

104:53

YouTube channel through the YouTube

104:54

studio, get every data there is inside

104:56

of the YouTube studio, and then coach us

104:59

and they help us make decisions. Okay,

105:00

what should we post next? This is the

105:02

way that you build a personal brand in

105:04

2026. You look at the data. You look at,

105:06

okay, what's performing right now? And

105:08

the content creator that uses this

105:09

system compared to someone that just

105:11

does it the oldfashioned way will out

105:13

compete absolutely everyone else. In the

105:15

next module, I'll show you the secret to

105:17

how I grew so fast the last 3 months

105:19

specifically because I figured out two

105:21

formats that work extremely well. Let's

105:23

get into it. If you don't understand

105:24

this next thing, then it's basically

105:26

like trying to build a personal brand

105:28

and creating content while blind. And

105:30

that one thing that I'm talking about is

105:32

understanding what makes a winning

105:35

video. What actually is it? How does

105:36

YouTube calculate if it's a winning

105:38

video or not? If you should get 100,000

105:40

views or if you should get 10 views.

105:42

YouTube uses a couple of different

105:45

numbers to calculate if it's a good

105:47

video or if it's not a good video. And

105:49

the first number that it uses to

105:51

calculate it on is the click-through

105:53

rate. That is what the CTR means. It's

105:55

called the clickthrough rate like this.

105:58

But what is a clickthrough rate? Well, a

106:00

clickthrough rate is basically what

106:02

percentage of people that see your

106:06

thumbnail. So, people see the title,

106:08

they see the thumbnail of the video. The

106:09

clickthrough rate is what percentage of

106:11

people click on your video. And this is

106:13

of course the first metric that YouTube

106:14

takes a look at. Because if no one

106:16

clicks on your video, you're going to

106:17

get no views. So, the CTR is usually

106:20

determined by how good is your packaging

106:22

and also the idea that you have, the

106:24

thing that you're making a video about.

106:25

Is that actually a good idea? Are people

106:27

interested in that thing? Do they want

106:29

to know more about it? But what is a

106:31

good click-through rate? Well, in order

106:32

to know what a good click-through rate

106:33

is, we need to know what a bad

106:35

clickthrough rate is as well. And a bad

106:37

clickthrough rate, I would say, is

106:38

anything under 5%, that is a bad

106:41

click-through rate. So, if you have a

106:43

click-through rate on like 3%, or 4%,

106:46

when you push it out, it's not going to

106:48

get a lot of views. And that's because

106:50

YouTube then thinks, well, this video is

106:52

not interested for the audience. No one

106:54

wants to watch this, so we're not going

106:55

to push it further. YouTube is of course

106:57

interested in having as good content on

106:59

their platform as possible because that

107:01

gets people to stay on the platform

107:03

longer so they can service more ads so

107:05

they can make more money. It's important

107:06

to know the incentive from YouTube. And

107:08

if they see that you have a low

107:09

clickthrough rate, they think, "Okay,

107:11

this video is not good, so we're not

107:12

going to service it to a lot of people."

107:14

This also means that you can have the

107:15

best video in the world, but if it has a

107:18

bad clickthrough rate, it doesn't

107:19

matter. It's not going to get serviced

107:20

and it's not going to go viral. Let me

107:22

show you a video that has a good

107:23

clickthrough rate that performs well and

107:24

a video that has a bad clickthrough rate

107:26

that doesn't perform as well. Let's take

107:28

a look at this video right here. I told

107:30

AI to make me a 10K video. It actually

107:32

worked. If I click on this and go to

107:35

analytics, then you can see that the

107:37

click-through rate on this video right

107:38

here is 2.8%. Which means that if this

107:41

video is shown to 100 people, only 2.8%

107:44

of those people would actually click it.

107:45

And that's why it instantly kind of just

107:47

died this video. It doesn't matter if

107:49

the video is actually good. This

107:50

packaging right here did not hit with

107:52

the audience, which means the video just

107:54

died. We can take a look at another

107:56

video like this one right here. I told

107:58

Claw to find me clients and it's better

108:00

than me. And you can see that the CTR on

108:02

that is over double. It's almost 7%

108:04

which means that it got pushed out to a

108:06

lot more. You can see 17,000 views. So

108:08

that is the first thing that YouTube

108:10

ranks your video on. It's how good of a

108:12

click-through rate do you actually have.

108:13

And if it's under 5%, it usually will

108:16

not be pushed out. What is worth knowing

108:17

though is that one of my most viral

108:19

videos, which is this one right here,

108:21

only has a click-through rate only of

108:23

5.4%. The reason that it's not as high

108:26

as the other one that only got 16K

108:28

views, but still has way more views is

108:30

because when it gets pushed out, it's

108:31

automatically going to drop in

108:33

click-through rate. The way that YouTube

108:34

works is that it initially shows it to a

108:36

little pool of people and then a larger

108:38

pool of people and then it like slowly

108:40

gets pushed out more and more, right, to

108:41

a larger group of people. Initially, it

108:43

shows it to a concentrated audience. All

108:46

of this audience is interested in the

108:48

Kimmy model for example. If we take this

108:49

example, this video right here, but as

108:51

it gets pushed out, it tries a larger

108:53

and larger audience. And in that

108:55

audience, the concentration of people

108:56

that are actually interested in what

108:58

we're talking about will of course also

109:00

go down. And that's normal. So the

109:01

click-through rate, as the video is

109:03

actually going viral, will actually go

109:05

down. And that's why this video right

109:06

here, even though it performs very very

109:08

well, the clickthrough rate slowly

109:09

declines. You can see it right here. It

109:11

started on like 7.5%. And as it got

109:14

pushed out, it slowly decreased to like

109:16

4.7, 4.3, 4.6. Just saying this so you

109:19

are aware of that. You can have a

109:20

winning video that's still under 5%, but

109:22

usually it needs to start at like 7, 8,

109:25

9, maybe even 10% clickthrough rate in

109:27

order to go viral. The next metric is

109:29

also crucial to understand because you

109:31

can have a good click-through rate, but

109:32

if this next metric isn't there, it

109:35

doesn't matter. Your video is still

109:36

going to flop. Let's get into that. All

109:37

right. So, when you nailed the

109:38

clickthrough rate, now comes the next

109:40

important thing, which is the average

109:42

watch time. This is in the word. So, how

109:44

long does people on average watch your

109:46

video for? You can find that by going

109:49

into one of your videos and then going

109:51

to analytics and then you can see the

109:53

watch time right here. And if you go to

109:55

the engagement tab and scroll down, then

109:58

you can find the average view duration

110:00

right here, 2 minutes, and the average

110:01

percentage viewed of the entire video.

110:04

These two statistics are of course

110:06

extremely important because this tells

110:07

YouTube if people actually like what

110:09

they see. If you have a low average view

110:11

duration, it means that people click

110:13

your video, they like your packaging,

110:15

and usually you make some kind of

110:16

promise in your packaging that people

110:18

are going to get something. If they then

110:19

start watching your video and they don't

110:22

get that reward or that thing that you

110:24

promise them in the thumbnail, that is

110:26

where the average watch time drops. And

110:28

of course, this metric right here for

110:30

how much of the video, what percentage

110:33

of people watch also, of course, matters

110:35

a lot. And 17% is honestly quite low.

110:38

this video didn't perform that well

110:39

because if you have a very long video

110:41

like 4 hours or something then of course

110:44

your average watch time is going to be

110:46

higher but your average percentage

110:48

viewed is going to be lower. So how do

110:50

you actually fix your average watch time

110:52

and increase it? Well, it's very

110:54

connected to your packaging. You need to

110:56

in the first 30 seconds make sure that

110:59

you give the reward of the thumbnail or

111:01

at least get people hooked then that's

111:03

what a hook is for and tell them what

111:06

they're getting in this video. So, if

111:07

you are in the thumbnail showing some

111:09

top five tips of something, then when

111:12

people start watching a video, you need

111:13

to tell them again and hook them in

111:15

again and tell them that in this video,

111:16

they're going to find out this, this,

111:18

and this to keep them watching. Another

111:20

thing, and we've already talked a bit

111:21

about that, is the rehooks. So, when we

111:23

script our content, all of these

111:25

rehooks, this next skill will literally

111:26

save you 2K a month. They remind people

111:28

why they're watching the video. And you

111:30

need to rehook people again and again

111:32

and again, ideally every like 2 minutes

111:34

in the video. Those two things you

111:36

really need to focus on because you can

111:38

have a really high click-through rate,

111:39

but if people don't keep watching, then

111:41

YouTube thinks, okay, we are servicing

111:43

this video to someone, they don't like

111:44

the video, we're not going to push it

111:45

out anymore. Another thing that you can

111:47

do is that you can look at the retention

111:49

curve. So, this curve basically shows

111:51

throughout the entire video where people

111:53

are dropping off. And what you can see

111:55

is that people are dropping in the hook

111:57

right here. Only 47% of viewers are

111:59

still watching around the 30% mark. And

112:01

that is also why this video got around.

112:03

It has 23,000 views. If I then go to

112:05

another video like this one right here

112:07

and compare it, you can see this one has

112:10

190,000 views. And the reason why it has

112:13

so many more views is that the retention

112:15

curve looks a lot more flat. You can see

112:17

it's not as steep down of a curve. It

112:19

even has one point right here where

112:21

people go back and rewatch this part

112:23

right here. This is the tutorial part

112:25

where I show people how to do something.

112:27

They go back and rewatch it. That's why

112:28

the curve goes up. People are not

112:29

dropping off. They're actually going

112:31

back and re-watching that part. And you

112:32

can see 55% of viewers are still

112:34

watching around the 30% mark. So there's

112:36

a bit higher. People are still dropping

112:37

in the start. That's inevitable with

112:39

when it comes to a YouTube video, but

112:40

more people are watching throughout the

112:42

entire part. And if you look at the

112:43

average view duration, the videos are

112:44

about the same length. I think the other

112:46

one was actually 17 minutes. But this

112:48

one has almost twice the average view

112:50

duration. And the other one was 17%.

112:52

This is 27% duration viewed by default.

112:56

And that really makes the difference.

112:57

You can see the other one got 20k views.

112:59

This one has almost 200,000 views. So it

113:01

10xes the reach of the video. So in

113:04

order to get a good video, these are the

113:05

two things that you need to focus on. If

113:07

you get these two things right, you will

113:09

get viral videos. However, there's a

113:11

third thing as well which is crucial

113:12

when it comes to getting a winning

113:14

video. And I've seen video be pushed out

113:16

like crazy because of this one thing.

113:18

Let's look into that. The third thing

113:19

that can also absolutely blow up a

113:21

video. I actually multiple things

113:23

combined into one, which is the like,

113:25

comment, and sub rate that you're

113:26

getting. I want to show you something

113:28

quite interesting. This video right here

113:29

that is my most viewed video, the 4-hour

113:32

course that I've made has almost 900,000

113:34

views. And what you'll see is that the

113:36

average view duration is 4 minutes and

113:38

40 seconds, which isn't that long. The

113:39

average percentage views is 2.1% and

113:42

that's because it is such of a long

113:43

course. The clickthrough rate is pretty

113:44

good, especially considering it has 7.4

113:46

million impressions. Like 8%

113:48

clickthrough rate is really good. But

113:49

what really pushed this video out is how

113:51

many likes this video has gotten. You

113:53

can see usually likes versus dislikes.

113:55

That's one of the things that YouTube

113:56

calculates. It has 99% likes to dislikes

113:59

where my channel average is like 98.5.

114:02

But if we look at how many people are

114:03

subscribing, like this one video got me

114:05

22,000 subscribers, the rate of

114:07

subscribers are pretty insane. And you

114:09

can also see it has almost 40,000 likes

114:12

as well and it has 872 comments. So if

114:16

you can get people to like the video and

114:17

comment on the video and sub to your

114:19

channel, that's another sign to YouTube

114:21

that your video is actually good. And

114:22

that's also why I usually in my videos

114:24

have a segment where I say if you like

114:25

videos like this then you can show

114:27

YouTube by liking, commenting, and

114:29

subscribing to the channel. That tells

114:30

YouTube that you want more of those

114:31

videos. All right, back to the video.

114:32

You can see I did it right here. But

114:34

basically what this does is that it gets

114:36

people to like the video, comment,

114:37

subscribe, etc. Just reminds them, which

114:39

lets YouTube know that, okay, this is

114:41

actually a good video. We should service

114:42

this to more people even if the CTR and

114:45

the average watch time isn't there. All

114:46

right, now you know what to focus on.

114:48

But how would I actually scale a brand

114:49

new YouTube channel? What formats would

114:51

I focus on? I just showed you this video

114:53

right here with 900,000 views that I

114:55

posted two months ago and it's still

114:56

climbing. So, it's definitely going to

114:57

go to a million. What's crazy about this

114:59

video is that it got me 22,000

115:01

subscribers, which is absolutely insane.

115:03

It's the by far the most viewed video,

115:05

most subscribed video that I've ever

115:06

had. And when I posted this video, I

115:08

completely changed my strategy for how

115:10

I'm going to be posting. And it's

115:11

exactly what I'm doing in this video as

115:13

well. Basically, what I'm going to be

115:14

doing is that I'm going to be posting

115:15

around two of these short videos every

115:17

week around like 10 to 20 minutes or so.

115:19

And then once a month or so, I'm going

115:21

to make a long course like the one that

115:23

I've made right here. I also made a 7

115:25

and 1/2 hour AI agents full course of me

115:27

actually closing a real client that has

115:29

80,000 views. And then we have the 4hour

115:31

course here as well. You can see posted

115:33

two months ago, posted one month ago.

115:35

I'm trying to get these courses out like

115:36

around once a month. And if you're

115:38

starting a brand new YouTube channel, I

115:40

would say that's the exact same way that

115:42

you should be scaling a YouTube channel

115:43

as well because when you drop an actual

115:45

valuable long course, people really like

115:48

that and that gets them to subscribe,

115:49

like you and they keep watching your

115:51

videos over and over again when you post

115:52

next time as well. But I must warn you

115:54

that posting long videos like this take

115:56

an immense amount of effort. They're

115:58

probably like 20 to 30 hours of actual

116:00

video recording in a long course like

116:02

this with all the preparation, all the

116:04

things that happens when I'm not

116:06

recording. it takes so much time to

116:08

create these kind of courses. So, if you

116:09

don't have that time, and that's kind of

116:11

been the theme for this video, that you

116:12

can actually build a personal brand

116:13

without investing more than 1 hour a

116:15

day. What you can do is that you can

116:16

create individual videos like this that

116:18

are connected, and then later down the

116:20

line, I can say, "Okay, I'm going to

116:22

take all of these Clawude videos right

116:23

here. I'm going to combine them into one

116:25

video that's going to be a longer video.

116:26

I'm not going to call it a Clawed

116:28

Masterclass, for example." That's a

116:29

strategy that a bunch of YouTubers are

116:31

using, and it's working extremely well.

116:34

An example is Charlie Morgan. He's

116:35

absolutely crushing it. You can see one

116:37

of his longest videos. It's like a

116:38

22-hour video. It's called Beginner to

116:40

Millionaire Guide in 2025. 13X Outlier.

116:43

And that's just like 22 hours of his

116:45

previous content. And people just watch

116:46

that entire thing. And it's a free

116:48

upload because it just cuts the things

116:50

together. And you can see it's his fifth

116:51

most watched video. And my guess is it's

116:54

also one of his highest converting

116:55

videos because it's such a long video.

116:57

It is so much strategy. So, I would

116:59

highly recommend that you take the

117:00

industry you're in and that you create

117:02

long courses like this. It's definitely

117:04

worth the time. But if you don't have

117:05

the time, take shorter videos on the

117:07

same subject, put them together in one

117:09

long course and call it a cla masterass

117:11

or whatever subject that they are about,

117:14

mindset masterclass or, you know,

117:15

whatever, whatever your industry is. Do

117:17

that and let me know in the comments.

117:18

Come back to this video and tell me how

117:20

it went. This next tip is also pretty

117:21

insane. that has gotten me a lot of

117:23

views because you can also post shorts

117:25

on the YouTube channel and I'll highly

117:27

recommend doing that as well because

117:28

that also just grows the channel and

117:30

especially when you have a subscriber

117:32

base it shows people your face over and

117:34

over and over again on shorts as well

117:36

which just builds that audience builds

117:38

that connection and you can see some of

117:39

my shorts have like a million views 85k

117:42

50k you get the point but you can

117:44

actually use shorts to get more views on

117:46

your videos as well let me show you how

117:48

to do that when you go to upload a short

117:50

on your phone and You click this plus

117:52

right here and you make sure that you

117:54

are on short and you click upload. Let's

117:56

take this new video that I want to

117:57

upload. This one right here. There we

117:59

go. Now I add a caption. I usually write

118:02

something like full video above. And

118:05

then I link it like this. Should be

118:07

above the video. And I'm going to show

118:08

you why in just a second. Now we go down

118:10

to select audience. I say no, it's not

118:12

made for kids. Show more. And then you

118:14

can click on this one right here,

118:15

related video. Because what this does is

118:17

that this links to another video that

118:19

you have made. So, for example, what I'm

118:21

talking about right here is my content

118:23

skills, which are from this video right

118:24

here. So, I can link this video. So, it

118:26

says related video, and I'll show you

118:27

how that looks in a second. We of course

118:29

make sure that it's set to public. We

118:31

don't need to add more of a description,

118:33

and we've already added title, location.

118:34

We don't need to add or we don't need to

118:36

add anything else. And now, we click

118:37

upload short because I'll show you how

118:39

this looks on a short in just a second.

118:41

I can do that by going to one of my

118:43

other reels like this one right here. We

118:45

can now see the real links on the video

118:48

like how to use the number one open

118:49

source model. I can click this and this

118:51

then links to the long form video and on

118:53

the new one that we just created. You

118:54

see it also links to the video right

118:57

here. And what this basically does is

118:58

that it just sends more views to your

119:00

long form videos which again shows

119:02

YouTube that people like this stuff and

119:04

it's again a way to build a bigger

119:06

audience and you should be posting on

119:08

Instagram and YouTube. So you might as

119:10

well just take the reels that you're

119:11

doing on Instagram and then making them

119:12

on YouTube as well. Just wanted to show

119:15

you that strategy because it has gotten

119:16

me a lot of views. It doesn't

119:18

necessarily get a lot of subscribers

119:20

right off the bat, but it gets people to

119:22

get to know you and when they then see a

119:23

YouTube video of you, they then click on

119:25

it and they stay for longer. So again, a

119:27

way to build the audience. There's one

119:29

thing that absolutely blows up your

119:30

business when you're doing content and

119:32

that one thing that we haven't really

119:33

talked about so far is ads. And let me

119:36

explain to you why. When you are

119:38

creating content, people, they see your

119:40

face, right? You kind of become a

119:42

trusted figure in your space. People,

119:44

they start listening to what you say.

119:46

They start taking your opinion

119:47

seriously. You basically build trust in

119:49

your industry. And that becomes

119:51

extremely useful when it then comes to

119:54

paid acquisition that you can add on top

119:56

of the content that you're already doing

119:58

because this content by itself will

120:00

definitely generate sales. However, with

120:02

ads, we can increase how many sales that

120:05

your content is doing. And basically the

120:07

way that the funnel works is that people

120:08

would usually see your content first and

120:10

then after they've seen your content,

120:12

but they're going to start seeing your

120:13

ads and your ads are going to be more

120:15

promotional, so to say, they're going to

120:17

be selling something and that's going to

120:18

lead to even more sales. So, in this

120:20

part of the course, I'm going to show

120:21

you how you add this brand to your

120:24

already existing content that can really

120:26

blow up your business, no matter what

120:27

industry you're in. Let me show you one

120:29

the easiest way that we can create these

120:31

ads. And we can actually take content

120:33

that has performed well as content and

120:35

make it an ad. I'm going to show you how

120:36

we do that. And two, I'm going to show

120:38

you how we set up the Facebook Ads

120:40

Manager account the right way with the

120:42

right settings so we can run ads to our

120:45

audience. We need the right campaign

120:46

structure. And I'm going to show you

120:48

everything in this course as well. Let's

120:49

get into it. First step we need to do is

120:51

that we need to set up our business

120:53

account on Facebook. So, search for

120:55

business.fas.com.

120:56

And if you don't have an account

120:57

already, then create one. And then

120:59

you're going to be inside of the Meta

121:01

Business suite. If you have a business

121:03

Facebook page already, it needs to be a

121:05

business Facebook page. Then you can

121:06

also find the meta business suite by

121:08

just clicking here on the left hand

121:09

side. Meta business suite takes you to

121:11

the same place. Now go inside of

121:13

settings. And the first thing you want

121:14

to do is that you want to fill out

121:15

everything under business information

121:17

right here. And when you have done that,

121:19

then you create an ad account by going

121:21

into ad account, clicking add, and then

121:23

creating a new ad account for your

121:25

business if you don't have one already.

121:27

I have an ad account right here that's

121:28

called AI Automation A to C, which is

121:30

the one that we're going to be using.

121:31

So, I'm going to open that in ads

121:33

manager just like this in order to run

121:35

ads from our Instagram account because

121:37

the entire point of this is that we can

121:39

take our accounts like our IG account

121:42

and we can then use that to run ads both

121:44

to our audience but also to people that

121:46

don't know us yet. It's really good if

121:48

you already have some social proof on

121:49

your Instagram. You maybe have a couple

121:51

of thousand followers at this point.

121:52

Then running ads with your IG just

121:54

builds that trust that a an account with

121:57

like 20 followers wouldn't build. So,

121:58

the first thing we want to do is that we

122:00

want to go inside of Instagram accounts

122:01

right here. And then we want to connect

122:03

our Instagram account. Right now I have

122:05

my second Instagram right here, but I'm

122:07

going to add my other one. Claim

122:08

Instagram account. This blocked a popup.

122:10

[clears throat] And now I'm basically

122:11

going to log into my main account. So,

122:13

we can add that to the business account

122:15

as well. It then says this right here.

122:17

Log into M's business suite using your

122:19

Instagram account. You click login. And

122:21

now you're basically authenticating with

122:22

your Instagram account that this Meta

122:24

Business Suite account can run ads from

122:27

your account, which is exactly what you

122:28

want. There we go. When the Instagram

122:30

account has been added to the profile,

122:32

you can now click done like this. And

122:34

now we can see this Instagram account is

122:35

also now connected to this meta business

122:37

portfolio it's called. So let's go into

122:39

our ad accounts now and then set up a

122:42

campaign. And I'll show you the entire

122:44

process of the easiest way to get

122:46

results. If you don't know nothing about

122:48

running ads, then this is the easiest

122:50

way that you can get good results. I'm

122:51

going to delete this campaign. We don't

122:53

need that one. This is what a completely

122:55

blank ad account looks like. In order to

122:57

create an ad account, you'll also need

122:58

to set up your card that you're going to

123:00

be running ads from. We're going to

123:01

start at a low budget, like anywhere

123:03

from like 10 to 30 to 50 to 100 bucks a

123:05

day, which is in meta ads term very low

123:07

budget. You set up your card under

123:09

billing and payments right here. Set up

123:11

the card that you wanted to charge for.

123:12

And now we're going to create a new ad.

123:14

But we need to talk about how we create

123:16

the ads. So let's get into that. Before

123:18

we create the ads, you need to

123:20

understand how meta ads actually work.

123:22

And especially with the new update

123:24

that's called the Andromeda update,

123:26

built like this. Things are now a little

123:28

different when it comes to how you run

123:30

ads. The way Facebook ads work now is

123:33

that volume is king. which means that if

123:36

you want to be spending a lot of money

123:38

on Facebook ads because you are

123:40

profitable, you also need to have a lot

123:43

of ad creative. Basically to explain it

123:45

to you in short, the way that Facebook

123:47

ads used to work is that you would set a

123:49

targeting and then that targeting would

123:51

be very very important. But with the new

123:53

Andromeda update, things have changed.

123:56

Now instead of the targeting being

123:58

crucial, the ad itself is now what works

124:02

as the targeting. So if you in the ad

124:05

say I'm looking for plumbers for example

124:07

in the ad meta is now much better at

124:09

finding out okay who is this ad actually

124:11

for by looking at how specific it is and

124:13

then they're going to service that

124:14

specific ad through the algorithm to the

124:16

person that would be interested in that

124:18

ad. And what does that mean? Well it

124:20

means in order to spend a lot of money

124:21

on the platform which is ultimately our

124:23

goal. If we are profitable with ads we

124:25

want to be spending as much money on the

124:27

platform as humanly possible because we

124:29

are profitable. And in order to spend a

124:30

lot while being profitable, we need a

124:32

ton of ad creative. You can think

124:35

about ads like this. Basically, a bunch

124:37

of small pools with an audience in it.

124:41

Right? This is the audience that you are

124:43

running ads to. Audience is written

124:45

right here. Basically, what happens is

124:46

that when you create one ad, then you

124:49

might hit this audience right here. When

124:51

you create another ad and you start

124:52

spending, then you might hit this

124:53

audience right here. when you create

124:55

another ad that's a bit different. Maybe

124:57

it's an image instead of a video. Maybe

124:58

there's a different title on it. Maybe

125:00

the hook is different. Basically, the

125:02

more ads you create, the more pools of

125:04

these you can reach. However, the way

125:07

with pools is that they get drained. At

125:09

one point, this pool is drained. So, all

125:11

of a sudden, this pool is no more there.

125:12

And all of a sudden, this pool is

125:13

drained as well. So, as you basically

125:15

run ads to these pools, they

125:17

automatically disappear and they get

125:18

drained as you spend more and more money

125:20

showing ads to this type of people. In

125:22

reality, there are way more audiences

125:24

like this, right? It looks insane. Their

125:26

audience is crazy. Facebook has so many

125:28

users. The reality is that you want to

125:30

just run a ton of ads and you want

125:32

to keep running ads. Basically, test new

125:34

creative, test new pools, find ads for

125:37

all these different pools right here,

125:39

and some of them are going to disappear.

125:40

So, you need to like keep feeding the

125:42

machine with ads in order for it to run

125:44

and drain these pools that generates you

125:47

money. That is the name of Facebook ads.

125:49

You don't necessarily need to understand

125:50

this 100%. You just need to understand

125:52

that Facebook is an ad creative volume

125:55

game, which means you need good ads. You

125:56

need to have a lot of them and you need

125:58

to test a lot of different formats for

126:00

what actually works in order to drain

126:02

these pools that you're interested in

126:04

draining. But there is a secret tip to

126:06

how you can generate these ads with the

126:08

content that you're already creating and

126:10

how you can have a higher likelihood of

126:12

the ad performing very well as well. Let

126:14

me show you a trick in order to find the

126:15

content that can also be used as ads. I

126:17

have a very very cool tip which is that

126:19

we can use the already existing content

126:21

that we've already created that we know

126:23

our audience like and we can run that as

126:25

ads as well. For example, this video

126:27

right here has 54,000 likes. So, what

126:30

I'm going to do is that I'm going to

126:32

create a new doc and I'm basically just

126:33

going to take a picture of the video so

126:35

I know which video it is and I'm going

126:37

to call it winning content. And then I'm

126:39

going to paste this in. Make it small

126:41

cuz we're going to need a lot of ads

126:42

here. And then I'm going to copy this

126:44

bio right here because that's what we're

126:45

going to use to find it because we're

126:47

going to use this. And then I'm also

126:48

going to copy the link just so I have

126:50

it. And I'm going to do that with a

126:51

bunch of my winning videos, but the ones

126:53

that would actually be converting.

126:54

There's a big difference in that. For

126:56

example, this one right here has double

126:58

the amount of likes. However, it's like

126:59

a time lapse. This wouldn't convert as

127:02

Facebook ads. So, I'm going to go, for

127:03

example, this one right here is a good

127:05

one as well. So, I'm going to copy this

127:06

one, paste that in, insert a screenshot

127:09

like this, and then also comment this

127:11

thing right here so I can find the real.

127:13

It's very important that you get the bio

127:15

because that is how we're going to find

127:16

it. Like this. So, I'm just going to go

127:18

through and find a bunch of ads that I

127:20

think would perform well. For example,

127:22

was this this one? This was a different

127:24

one. This one right here. 15 favorite

127:25

claw skills. Copy that one. Insert that.

127:28

Take this as well. And what specifically

127:31

works quite well is when a video where

127:33

you give some kind of resource. For

127:35

example, in this video right here, I

127:36

basically just give a bunch of cloud

127:37

skills for free, running that into our

127:39

community with a free trial, for

127:40

example, I think could convert. So, I'm

127:42

basically going to go through all of my

127:44

videos, the ones that are the best

127:45

performing, that I think could convert

127:46

as ads as well. For example, this one as

127:48

well. Take a picture, paste it in, make

127:50

it smaller, insert the URL, and then

127:52

insert the caption as well. And I'm just

127:54

going to do this with a bunch of ads

127:56

until I have like 30, 40 or 50 ads or

127:59

something like this. Might take a little

128:00

time, but it's so worth it. Let me do

128:02

that and then I'll be right back. Cool.

128:03

I think I've added like maybe 20 videos

128:06

now or so that I think could perform

128:08

well as ads. All winning videos from my

128:10

Instagram profile and they are very

128:12

different. Some of them are like tier

128:13

list videos. Some of them are tutorials.

128:15

Some of them are like head talking

128:16

videos. Some of them are just like

128:17

straight resources of getting skills for

128:19

free. There's a bunch of different stuff

128:21

inside of here. Some of them is like me

128:22

riding on a white ball. There's a bunch

128:24

of like previous videos that have

128:25

performed well for me. But that is not

128:27

enough volume. Because when I say volume

128:29

and when I say that you should test a

128:30

bunch of different formats. It's both

128:32

with like different videos, but it's

128:34

definitely also different formats like

128:37

images and carousels, etc. My 15

128:40

favorite claw skills in 60 seconds. My

128:42

cost reducer skill, my inident skill, my

128:45

scalability skill, my security skill. So

128:47

I'm also going to find some of our

128:48

winning carousels that we have created.

128:50

And just like before, for example, this

128:52

one right here, I think I've spent 1,000

128:54

hours swipe coding. This one isn't

128:55

winning. So, I'm going to copy this as

128:57

well. And in a new docs, or this one

128:59

winning carousels, we're going to do the

129:01

exact same thing I did before. Paste in

129:03

the link, paste in the image so I can

129:05

remember which one it is. And then also

129:07

paste in the caption because we're going

129:08

to be using this for finding the post

129:10

when we are running our ads. So, I'm

129:12

going to find the ones that have

129:14

performed the best for me. This one

129:15

right here as well. My favorite claw

129:16

skills works well too. this. Copy the

129:19

caption too. This smaller we don't need

129:21

it this big. And just like before, I'm

129:23

going to take as many winning carousels

129:24

as I can find that I think would

129:26

convert. For example, start a one

129:27

business with claw like this. This is a

129:29

pretty good carousel. I'm going to paste

129:31

that in as well. All of the carousels

129:32

that I think could perform well as ads,

129:35

we're going to paste into this document

129:37

as well. Copy this. We don't need the

129:38

entire thing. Here's my setup. This is,

129:39

in my opinion, the best way that you can

129:41

start running ads. start from organic

129:43

content and then post and then make it

129:44

paid and push already winning content

129:46

because then you have a pretty high

129:48

likelihood of that content working as

129:50

ads as well. This carousel as well has

129:52

3,000 likes. Copy that one too. Paste

129:54

that in as well. So that's what I'm

129:56

going to do now. I'm going to just do

129:58

the exact same thing I did with the

129:59

reals. I'm going to find as many

130:00

carousels as I can that I think are

130:03

winning that would be good to include

130:05

and then I'm going to be right back.

130:06

There we have it. Now I've collected a

130:08

bunch of my best performing carousels

130:10

that I think could perform well. Some of

130:12

these have an extreme amount of likes.

130:14

This one has 10,000. This one has like

130:16

60,000 likes. So, these carousels are

130:18

also proven as organic content, which

130:21

means that they should probably perform

130:22

well as paid ads as well. When a

130:24

carousel has been performing well

130:26

organically, it doesn't mean that it

130:27

would be a good paid ad as well, but

130:29

there's a high chance that it would. And

130:31

it's basically just we already have this

130:33

content already. It's already posted.

130:34

Now, I'm going to show you a pretty cool

130:35

trick where we can take this exact post

130:37

with the social proof, with all the

130:39

likes, with all the comments, and then

130:40

run that as paid ads. It's going to be

130:42

pretty cool. However, while collecting

130:43

the ads, I want to show you something

130:44

cool that we can do with Canva as well

130:46

to create even more ads because it is

130:48

just about having as much volume as

130:50

possible, especially if you want to be

130:52

spending a lot on Facebook ads. You can

130:54

also set up a claw skill that creates

130:56

ads. I've done it a lot inside of Canva,

130:59

however, and I already have a lot of ad

131:01

templates, and I'm going to give you

131:02

those templates as well. For example,

131:05

this one I know performed well, this

131:06

kind of like ad template right here. So,

131:08

we can use these ad templates. We can

131:10

change them to our new offer, and you

131:12

can change them as well. And then we can

131:14

run those as ads as well. So, let's

131:17

start with this one. I'll be testing ads

131:19

for our community that has a free trial.

131:22

It's a pretty big community. Has 165,000

131:25

members inside of here already. So, I'm

131:27

going to update their course. It is $7

131:30

and it also has a free trial. So, might

131:32

like insert free trial here as well. And

131:34

then we can insert an arrow. And you

131:37

could also do this with Claude if you

131:38

wanted to. But it's almost fast at this

131:41

point just because I already have the

131:42

templates to set it up inside of Canva.

131:44

However, if you wanted to really scale

131:45

at one point, I would definitely

131:46

recommend that you set up claw skills

131:48

for this as well. Exactly like I've

131:49

showed you with the carousels with the

131:51

Hickfield MCP that works for this as

131:54

well. So, we're going to change this to

131:55

what's actually inside. There's a free

131:57

AI agency course, free agency go high

132:00

level trial and agent templates like

132:02

this. And then we're going to make it

132:03

red. I might try different colors as

132:05

well. Let's see. Do it like this so

132:07

people notice that it's free. Might need

132:09

to make an additional space right here

132:11

so it looks a little better. Now it says

132:12

free agency course, free go high level

132:14

trial, agent templates. Before 97, now

132:18

$7. We maybe make this wide so it stands

132:21

a bit more out. Does that stand more

132:22

out? I think the black one actually

132:24

stands more out. This is one of the ads

132:26

we can run. And I'm going to explain to

132:27

you why it's so crucial to have a lot of

132:29

ads as well. It requires a bit of

132:30

understanding about how Facebook

132:32

actually shows the ads, but I'll explain

132:33

to you in a second why we need this

132:35

amount of ads and why we need different

132:37

types of ads as well. We then have this

132:39

one as well. Free go highle course like

132:41

this. Free go high level trial. Yeah,

132:43

agency course 18 templates. And then we

132:45

write $7 because it's $7. Now I can

132:48

insert the free trial as well cuz I like

132:50

having that there. Well, maybe not on

132:52

this one. Doesn't really fit this one as

132:53

well. Yeah, probably don't want that

132:55

one. Delete that one. We can change this

132:57

to stop paying for expensive AI agency

133:00

courses and then highlight expensive

133:02

like this. Maybe make another space

133:04

right here so it looks best. Stop paying

133:06

for expensive AI agency causes. I think

133:08

that's that's pretty catchy. People are

133:10

going to look at that and they're going

133:11

to think, okay, that's interesting. free

133:12

go high level trial air agency course

133:14

cost $7 like this. That looks pretty

133:17

good. Maybe we make it a little bigger

133:18

because it is most people watch this

133:20

from their phone. And then maybe we make

133:22

a variation. Instead of stop paying for

133:23

expensive agency courses, we do stop

133:25

paying for $2,000 like this. And we can

133:28

even make this now say stop paying for

133:30

$2,000 agency courses. Three goals try

133:33

template. Seven bucks. I like these ads.

133:35

These ads are really good. There we go.

133:38

Based on this template and I'm going to

133:39

leave a template link to this Canva

133:41

template as well. So you can go in and

133:43

grab it. But basically inside of these

133:44

templates, I basically just have the

133:46

offer. I have the price. I also have

133:48

wording like stop paying for expensive

133:50

AI agency courses, free go high level

133:51

and stop paying for 2K agency courses,

133:53

free go high level trial, $7 all of

133:55

this. Then we have this as well. Same

133:57

messaging kind of just like in a

133:59

different format, different color as

134:01

well. This one as well is a bit

134:02

different too. Here we have like the

134:04

curve going on here. We have me on it as

134:06

well. And then we have the revenue that

134:07

we did from our agency. And then I also

134:09

have an ad like this. If this guy can do

134:10

it, you can too. basically a bunch of

134:13

different ad formats. This guy's giving

134:14

you a free AI course and then stop

134:16

paying for expensive courses for your AI

134:19

agencies. Start for $7. All you need to

134:21

start an AI agency 7 days free like

134:24

this. We can do can extend this backdrop

134:26

a bit. 7 days free. Start an agency in 7

134:30

days. This one is good as well. Add an

134:31

agency in 7 days like this. We can make

134:35

it a little bigger. 7 day free calls

134:38

like this. This looks pretty good, too.

134:39

I'm basically just taking this template,

134:40

updating the messaging a little bit,

134:42

updating the offer, stop paying for

134:44

expensive software for agency before

134:46

yada yada yada. Maybe we do cold

134:48

instead. $20 a month, free for 7 days.

134:51

We just do like this. Calls community

134:54

agents free and total 7 days free like

134:58

this. Do this. Stop paying $9.97. Stop

135:01

paying for a don't pay for a 997 AI

135:04

agency course yada yada yada. I like how

135:08

this looks. Delete that. Make this a

135:09

little bigger. And there we go. Now we

135:11

have the ads that we can run with a

135:12

bunch of different formats, a bunch of

135:14

different messaging. We can now click

135:16

share. We can click download. I'm going

135:17

to place it like a,000 by,000 like this.

135:20

And then download everything. Download

135:22

this one too. 1,000 by,000 by download.

135:25

Download this one too. And there we go.

135:27

Now we have all of our ads for our first

135:30

campaign. And I'm going to show you two

135:31

campaign structures that I usually use

135:33

when I'm running ads. It's going to be

135:34

good. Let's get into it. When we have

135:36

all of our ads, a lot of them coming

135:38

from organic content, both carousels,

135:40

both winning ads, and then all of the

135:42

static ads that we just created. Now,

135:44

it's time to actually create the

135:46

campaign. So, right now, I think we

135:48

probably have around like 30 ads in

135:49

here. And we probably have maybe like 10

135:52

10 ads in here. And then all of these

135:54

image ads, we have around 15. So, we

135:56

have maybe like 30 40 ads to start with

135:59

that we can test. And you might think

136:01

that that is a lot of volume, but in ad

136:03

terms, that's actually very low volume,

136:06

especially when you start increasing the

136:07

ad spend. For now, we're not going to

136:08

spend an insane amount. I wouldn't

136:10

recommend that when you start ads that

136:11

you spend a crazy amount. For now, we're

136:13

just going to get it to a point where

136:14

it's profitable to run. So, go inside of

136:16

your ads manager. And the first thing we

136:17

need to do when setting up a campaign is

136:19

that we need to set the success

136:21

criteria. And this, of course, depends

136:23

on what kind of business that you're

136:25

running your content to. So, this would

136:27

usually be like booking appointments or

136:29

getting sales or selling an e-commerce

136:32

product or selling a digital product or

136:34

whatever you're funneling your content

136:35

to. That is what you want to set up your

136:37

ads for. What I want to run ads for is

136:39

our community that's $7 a month where

136:41

people get a 7-day free trial. There's

136:44

already 165,000 members inside of here.

136:46

So, basically what I want to do is that

136:48

I want to run ads to this community.

136:50

People are going to sign up for a free

136:51

trial. Some of them are going to want to

136:52

stay in the community. So, we want to

136:54

set this like a free trial sign up as

136:56

the success criteria. And we're going to

136:58

do that through the conversions API. And

137:02

school that I'm using already has a

137:04

conversion API. You can see that I have

137:06

the meta pixel tracking on right here.

137:08

So, that's what we're going to be using.

137:09

The way that you use the conversions

137:11

API, this could also be when you book an

137:13

appointment. It could be when someone

137:14

signs up as a lead, whatever you want to

137:16

optimize for. One thing I will say

137:18

though that in 2026, the way to give

137:20

Facebook the best data is to send

137:23

something where it's a qualified lead.

137:25

Let me explain to you what I mean. The

137:26

way that Facebook ads work is that you

137:28

set some kind of goal. And what Facebook

137:31

will then see is that okay, this is what

137:32

you want. You want this kind of goal.

137:34

So, I'm going to show your ads to people

137:36

where you're going to reach that goal.

137:38

And there are kind of like two ways to

137:40

how you can set this goal. First way is

137:43

that you can set it early in the funnel.

137:45

Let's say this is your funnel and people

137:47

in the start they see your content or

137:50

they would see our ad. This is how

137:51

people get to know us and then after

137:53

that they sign up as a lead. After that

137:56

they might book an appointment before

137:58

they end up being a sale. This is what

138:01

your basic funnel will look like right

138:03

when it then comes to running ads and

138:06

setting this goal. Because this goal is

138:08

extremely important and I'm going to

138:09

show you how you set it in your campaign

138:11

in just a second. But when you set this

138:13

goal, we can set it for different

138:14

things. We could set the goal to be

138:16

impressions or clicks. Like, I'm going

138:18

to set this ad and my goal is just for

138:20

you to show this ad to as many people as

138:23

possible. The problem with that is that

138:25

Facebook will then do whatever it takes

138:26

to for you to reach this goal, which is

138:28

to show your ad to a bunch of

138:30

unqualified prospects. It's a little

138:32

better if you set it to leads. Let's say

138:34

that you have a lead form. So,

138:35

basically, it's like a form where

138:36

someone answers a couple of questions.

138:38

If someone fills that out, it probably

138:40

means they're interested in whatever

138:41

service that you are providing. and that

138:43

makes them a little more qualified. So

138:45

that's a little better. Even better is

138:47

if you set the goal to be appointments

138:49

because now Facebook is only going to

138:50

show your ads to people that actually

138:52

want to book an appointment. And if you

138:53

can, and it's not all businesses that

138:56

can do this, but if you can set it to a

138:58

sale and send that data back to

139:00

Facebook, so basically let people know,

139:02

okay, these are the kind of people that

139:04

convert from a sale, send that data back

139:06

to Facebook, because now Facebook is

139:08

going to start optimizing and show your

139:09

ads to as many people that are similar

139:11

to the people that actually buy. And

139:13

what you set your goal to depends on the

139:15

kind of business that you're running.

139:17

Because sometimes if you're selling

139:18

something for like $50,000 and you only

139:20

have maybe like five clients, then

139:22

sending this back would not be enough

139:24

data for Facebook to work on. So then it

139:26

makes sense to either do appointment or

139:27

leads. So there are kind of like two

139:29

ways that you can set the goal. You can

139:31

either set it in what I call like the

139:33

early part of the funnel. And here

139:34

you're going to get more volume, so

139:36

you're going to get a lower cost per

139:37

lead, but the lead is also going to be

139:39

more unqualified. Or you can set it to

139:41

the later stage. and then you're going

139:42

to have fewer leads, but they are also

139:44

going to be more qualified. And when you

139:46

have fewer leads, of course, you're

139:47

paying more per lead as well. So, there

139:49

is a trade-off. However, generally

139:51

speaking, if you can optimize for the

139:53

end of this to give Facebook better data

139:56

on who actually converts, you will have

139:57

a higher rorowaz, which basically just

140:00

means your return on ad spend. So, how

140:02

much do you get in return? If you have a

140:04

2x rorowass, it means you pay $1 to

140:06

Facebook and you get $2 back. If you

140:08

have a 5x rorowz, it means that you pay

140:10

$1 to Facebook. So you invest $1 and you

140:12

get $5 back. So of course you try to

140:14

have the highest rorowaz as possible,

140:16

the highest return. So in our example,

140:18

for the ads that I'm setting up right

140:19

now, we want to run it to this paid

140:21

community cuz it's a pretty good

140:22

balance. It is at the point of sale

140:24

because people sign up for a free trial,

140:26

which means they're obviously committed,

140:28

but it's still not too much of an ask.

140:30

Like if you just ran ads directed to a

140:32

$50,000 product, I doubt you're going to

140:34

get any to sign up to that. So depending

140:35

on the service, you want to choose a

140:37

good point in the funnel. But for our

140:38

scenario right here, we can set it to a

140:40

free trial. The way that you send the

140:42

data back cuz it's all a data game. You

140:44

want to give as good data as possible

140:46

back to Facebook. And how you send the

140:48

data back depends a bit on the platform

140:50

or website or whatever it is that you're

140:52

setting up. So what you need to do is

140:53

that you just ask Claude, "How do I set

140:55

this up?" Claude is going to give you a

140:56

guide for how you set it up for a

140:58

specific scenario. But you can see in

140:59

this data set right here, we have our

141:01

free community. And this is already

141:03

tracking the amount of traffic that we

141:06

are getting. Like we're getting around

141:07

like a,000 views in traffic every day.

141:09

And it's also calculating the amount of

141:11

signups that we are getting as well,

141:13

which is kind of like the same as the

141:14

purchase. However, right now I can see

141:16

that it says no recent activity. So I

141:18

probably need to reconnect it again to

141:20

make sure that the data is actually

141:22

flowing. So I'm going to do that right

141:23

quick and then I'll be right back.

141:24

Great. Now it should be working. So, we

141:27

should be able to go to campaigns and

141:29

then set up our first campaign. In this

141:31

course, I'm going to show you how to set

141:32

up two different types of campaigns. The

141:34

first one is just a cold campaign that

141:36

goes out to a broad audience that just

141:38

shows your content to more people, which

141:40

also will get conversions. And the

141:42

second type of campaign will be a

141:44

campaign that goes directly to your

141:45

followers so you can convert more often.

141:47

Click create. And now comes the campaign

141:49

objective. So, this was the goal that we

141:50

just talked about. And for us, it's

141:52

going to be sales. So, we can click

141:53

continue. And there we go. And the first

141:55

campaign I'm just going to call it broad

141:58

signups free school free trial live

142:01

video ad buying type set it to auction

142:03

campaign objective set it to sales and

142:05

then we set it to campaign budget and

142:07

I'm going to start at around $30 a day.

142:09

Could also start with lower than that.

142:11

Just be prepared that it's going to take

142:12

longer for Facebook in order to find out

142:14

what audience actually converts.

142:16

Campaign bid strategy. We're going to

142:17

set it to highest volume. And then we go

142:19

to the ads set here on the left hand

142:21

side. I'm just going to call this broad

142:23

campaign one. Actually, in the this one

142:26

right here, I'm going to call it broad

142:29

campaign one. I already know it's going

142:30

to be the free school. So, I'm just

142:32

going to write the date, which is the

142:34

18th of August. Same with this one. This

142:36

just makes it easy to know, okay, when

142:37

did I actually start the campaign. There

142:39

we go. So, now we are inside of the

142:41

adset. Customer life cycle strategy, we

142:43

set it to get conversions from all

142:44

audiences. And then conversion location,

142:47

we set it to website. The performance

142:49

goal is going to be to maximize number

142:51

of conversions. And the data set is the

142:53

one that we just created which is the

142:54

free community. And then we can select

142:56

the event which will be purchase like

142:59

this. This should fix itself because I

143:01

just reconnected it. And there we go.

143:02

Cost per goal will be none. We're not

143:04

going to set a cost per goal. And the

143:06

attribution model will just be standard.

143:08

We don't need to set a spending limit.

143:10

We just go down. And for the audience, I

143:11

like to keep it as broad as possible.

143:14

Right here, I have a list of countries.

143:15

And what I'll do is that I'm going to

143:16

paste this doc in the description of

143:18

this video. But I can copy all of these

143:20

countries and then we can go to

143:21

locations and countries. I can click add

143:24

locations in bulk and then type

143:26

countries. And I'm going to paste all of

143:27

these in and click match locations. And

143:29

basically what's inside of this right

143:31

here is all of the countries where I've

143:33

seen conversions before. So these are a

143:35

bit richer countries where it makes

143:37

sense to put ad spend. It says one

143:39

location can be added. That's fine.

143:41

Click add 91 locations. And this gives

143:43

us a very very broad audience of a lot

143:45

of countries that we can run ads to. I

143:47

can see right here the minimum age in

143:49

Thailand is 20 instead of 18. So what

143:52

I'll do is that I'm going to find

143:53

Thailand. I'll remove that right quick.

143:56

That removes that issue. And then two

143:58

tasks are required to deliver your ads

144:00

to Singapore and Taiwan. Stick tasks.

144:02

Actually, we also just going to remove

144:03

those. Can be asked to do that as well.

144:05

Going to remove Taiwan and we'll remove

144:08

Singapore. They have some additional

144:09

rules when running ads. Don't want to

144:11

bother setting that up right now. This

144:12

looks good. And then there's quickly

144:14

need to take review requirements right

144:15

here. Everything else right here, we're

144:17

just going to keep broad. You need to

144:19

set an advertiser profile if you don't

144:21

have one already. Placements we also

144:22

just keep broad. If you're selling a

144:24

higher ticket product, like $7 a month

144:26

is not too much. But if you're selling a

144:27

higher ticket product, then it makes

144:29

sense to remove some of these countries.

144:30

The second half is kind of like the tier

144:32

2 countries. First half is the tier one

144:34

countries in terms of like spending

144:35

power in the country. So you can remove

144:37

the ones that you don't think would fit.

144:39

Scroll down and now comes the ad. So I'm

144:42

basically just going to write campaign

144:44

one. Add one. And now we are at the ad

144:46

level. I've called it campaign one. Add

144:48

one. The Facebook page is going to be AI

144:50

with Albert. The Instagram profile is

144:52

going to be the Instagram profile we

144:53

added. And for the Brad's profile, we're

144:56

just going to use our Instagram profile.

144:57

Now we're going to click create ad. I'm

144:59

going to show you in a second how we can

145:00

also use an existing post. But for now,

145:03

click create ad. And now for the website

145:05

URL, I'm going to choose school.com/

145:10

regroup/about.

145:11

That's the link to the school community.

145:13

Paste that in. Now it's time to set up

145:16

our ads. I can see that it right now

145:18

says that the ad account doesn't have

145:19

access to our Instagram account. We can

145:22

fix that by going into business settings

145:24

right here. Then going into Instagram

145:26

accounts, clicking on the Instagram

145:28

account that we've just connected, and

145:29

then click connected as, and then

145:31

connect the ad account like this. Bit of

145:33

a funny setup, but it needs to be done.

145:34

Now the Instagram account is connected.

145:37

And now this should work if I add it

145:39

now. Let me just refresh this right

145:41

quick. Great. I just had to refresh a

145:43

couple of times, but now it shows my

145:44

actual Instagram account. We don't need

145:46

to connect this. That's good. We click

145:48

create ad and then we do manual upload

145:51

and then we do a single image or video.

145:53

For the website URL, we've already

145:54

inserted this link right here. We need

145:56

to make sure that's 100% correct because

145:58

we don't want to send traffic the wrong

145:59

way. And then for the media, for now,

146:00

I'm just going to delete this right

146:02

here. And then we're going to click

146:04

setup creative. We're going to set up an

146:06

image ad. And now it's time to set up

146:07

all of our ads. So I'm just going to

146:09

start with the ad one that we created

146:11

from Canva. Click next. And now it's

146:13

time to write a primary text and a

146:16

headline and then a call to action. As

146:19

the call to action, I always like to use

146:21

learn more. And for the primary text, I

146:23

created this document right here. I'll

146:25

also leave a link for that below, but it

146:27

basically says here's the harsh truth.

146:29

If you don't learn AI, you will get left

146:30

behind. But the good news is, and then

146:32

it basically just says need to update

146:34

this. We just launched the 7-day

146:35

challenge that takes you from a beginner

146:36

to an entrepreneur in 7 days. This how

146:38

to join, try the challenge, copy the

146:39

trigger, update your trigger. And the

146:41

best thing when you complete the

146:42

trigger, this needs to update as well.

146:43

It's basically based on an old ad I

146:45

created that works well. When you

146:46

complete the trigger, you get free

146:48

software deals. So, if you actually

146:50

committed, you get to try everything.

146:51

Free go high level trial, free AI

146:55

course, and network for free. Free 7

146:57

days. subscribing the challenge below

146:59

and then of course we're going to insert

147:00

the link to the actual challenge below

147:03

in the ad. So the way that I usually

147:04

create ads and I'll explain to you why

147:06

I've created that like this when we

147:08

actually create the ad, but basically

147:09

you want a hook that hooks people in

147:11

that gets people to watch. Then you want

147:12

to explain what it is that you're doing

147:14

and at the end you want to drop another

147:15

link which gets people to click for the

147:17

headline. I like to split test a couple.

147:19

So we're also going to have start for

147:21

free right here and we can add a couple

147:23

of options. And basically how this works

147:24

is that Facebook's then going to split

147:26

test your headlines and find the ones

147:28

that performs the best. And then I

147:29

usually don't include a description. And

147:31

for the call to action, I'm going to set

147:33

it to learn more like this and click

147:36

next. Now it's going to create a bunch

147:37

of AI variations of this. Like this one

147:40

actually looks pretty good. So let's

147:41

click on this one. This might work. If

147:43

there are some of them that's good

147:44

inside of here, we can try them. I think

147:46

this one is good. This one looks kind of

147:48

like 3D. I think this is the same. This

147:49

one might work as well. And then we

147:51

click next. All of this we just keep

147:53

off. I don't like to add music on

147:55

either. So, I'm going to remove that as

147:56

well. That click done. And there we have

147:58

our first ad. Look at this preview right

148:01

here. Here's the harsh truth. If you

148:02

don't learn AI, you will get left

148:03

behind. But the good news is that gets

148:05

people to click this see more button,

148:07

which increases ad performance because

148:09

it increases clicks. That's why I make a

148:11

hook right here. And then I always have

148:12

something that says but like read more.

148:14

Something that gets people to click. So

148:16

read the rest of the copy as well. An

148:18

important thing that we need to make

148:19

sure is off as well. Turned off is this

148:22

right here is essential. This one is

148:25

fine to keep on. Enhance CTA. That's

148:27

fine as well. Relevant comments also

148:29

fine. This we can keep on this setting

148:31

right here. Optimize website

148:33

destination. It's very important that

148:35

you have that off, especially if you're

148:37

using a platform like school. The reason

148:38

for that is that then they might send

148:40

traffic to other communities instead of

148:42

your own if you don't turn that off. So,

148:43

make sure that's turned off. We don't

148:45

need to turn this on. There we go. There

148:47

we have it. Now we have created the

148:48

first ad. We can also click on right

148:50

here to see how the others look. These

148:52

look good as well, I think. And now we

148:53

just need to add a bunch of ads. We

148:56

don't want too many ads in here. So I'm

148:57

probably going to choose some of the

148:58

reds, some of the ping, some of this,

149:00

and some of this to try out different

149:02

formats. And basically based on these,

149:04

we have a couple of campaigns that we

149:05

can run. I don't like to have more than

149:07

like I'll say 10 ads in one adset. The

149:09

reason for that is that we might get

149:10

budget constrainted, which means that we

149:12

don't we're not spending enough. If

149:13

we're spending like $30 a day, we're not

149:15

spending enough in order to show all of

149:16

these hats and actually find the winning

149:18

ones. So, I'm going to take four and

149:19

five from these images and then I'm

149:21

going to show you a trick right after

149:22

I've done that. The fastest way to

149:24

create a new ad is click on these three

149:26

dots and then click quickly duplicate.

149:27

That basically just creates another

149:29

exact copy of this ad you have right

149:31

now. And now we can call it campaign

149:33

one, add two. Because now we can just go

149:35

down into the creative. We can delete

149:38

this image that we have uploaded. And

149:39

now we can add another image. Let's see

149:41

which one I want to add. I probably want

149:44

two of the reds. I'm going to upload

149:46

this one as well. And then I'm going to

149:47

take some of the others as well that I

149:48

think is going to perform the best. So,

149:50

we add this one. We click next. You can

149:52

see it has the exact same settings as we

149:54

had before. We click next. Now, it's

149:56

creating some images. Let's see if it

149:58

comes up with anything good. If it

149:59

doesn't, then we just continue. Don't

150:01

really like this. I don't like this

150:03

creepy smile house in the background

150:05

like this. Might be okay. But again,

150:08

doesn't look too good. So, I'm just

150:09

going to click next. We're going to turn

150:11

off all of these visual touch shots, add

150:13

music, all of this. Turn that off. Add

150:15

overlays, text improvements, turn it

150:17

off. Done. And now we have the second

150:19

app set up. Just like that. I'm just

150:21

going to make sure turned off

150:22

promotions, turned on, branding, website

150:24

highlight. Don't think we want this

150:26

branding. Important that you go through

150:27

all of these settings because Meta

150:29

really likes turning on things that you

150:31

don't need. So, I'm just going to turn

150:32

this off. You want reveal details over

150:34

time. Cool. So now I'm just going to

150:36

duplicate all of these and basically

150:38

just add a couple of images that I think

150:40

will be performing well. I'm going to

150:42

add like four or five images because

150:44

then we're going to have like four or

150:45

five images. We're going to have like

150:46

four or five videos as well in the same

150:48

campaign. So we have a variety of ads.

150:50

That's very important. And then we are

150:52

soon ready to launch our ad. Cool. So

150:54

let's do this too. Remove this. Add

150:56

image. Let's see which one of these I

150:58

like the most. This one I kind of like

151:01

this one. Going to use this one right

151:03

here. Make sure the music is turned off.

151:05

Turns it on always by default. There we

151:07

have it. And I'm just going to add a

151:09

couple of more and then I'll be right

151:10

back. Cool. So, basically what I've done

151:11

now is that I've added six different ads

151:13

and different colors, different

151:14

messaging on them. All static ads, so

151:16

all like images. And they all have the

151:18

exact same settings, all have the exact

151:20

same text, all have the exact same

151:22

headlines. Something I forgot to mention

151:24

as well is that you see this headline

151:26

right here. The way that meta ads work

151:28

is that the real headline, even though

151:29

it isn't called headline, it's called

151:31

primary text. This one right here is

151:33

actually the first thing people see.

151:34

It's this text up here. So, you should

151:36

focus more time on the actual headline

151:38

that people read first rather than this

151:40

right here. This right here actually

151:41

works more than a call to action rather

151:43

than a headline. Just so you remember

151:45

that. Cool. Next up, we're going to do

151:47

the exact same thing, but we're going to

151:48

do it with videos. And we're going to

151:50

take our exact post that we've already

151:52

used. You can just click quickly

151:53

duplicate. And then I'm going to

151:54

duplicate this one right here. And then

151:56

we are going to call it video instead.

151:58

So, I'm going to call this add seven.

152:00

And then I'm just going to write like a

152:01

parenthesis bit right here. And then

152:03

we're going to go down. We're going to

152:04

click delete right here. And then

152:06

usually you could either add a video ad

152:08

like this. But we're actually going to

152:10

use an existing post. So I can scroll up

152:12

until I find add setup. And then I can

152:14

click use existing post. This will open

152:16

up a new setting right here where we can

152:19

find our Instagram post. You see this

152:21

right here. And then we click change

152:22

post. And that was the reason to why we

152:24

save these reels with the links and the

152:26

captions because we can use this to find

152:28

them. So, I think this ad right here

152:30

could be interesting. So, I'm going to

152:31

search for the caption. Going to make

152:33

sure we are on Instagram, best

152:35

industries. Then, we want to set the

152:37

date. I'm just going to set it like

152:38

January 2024. Go all the way over to

152:41

today. So, basically set the time frame

152:42

to be very long right here like this.

152:44

Click update. And basically what we can

152:46

do now is that when we go back to our

152:48

winning reels, let's say I want this

152:49

one. You see this ID that's in the URL?

152:52

I can copy that and then I can paste it

152:54

in and search for it. Hit enter. And you

152:56

can see this will find this reel right

152:57

here that I think will perform well. So

152:59

I can click on this, click continue.

153:01

This will now add this video as the ad

153:03

as an Instagram post. And the great

153:05

thing about this is all the social

153:06

proof. So all the likes and all the

153:08

saves will show on the ad. So it will

153:10

look like an ad that has been showed to

153:11

a bunch of people already. It will

153:13

already have a bunch of likes and it's

153:15

also going to have a bunch of comments

153:16

which basically just pushes and

153:17

increases the trust of the post.

153:19

Everything else we're just going to keep

153:20

the same. you know, we need to make sure

153:22

like we need to double check that side

153:24

links are turned off, especially if

153:25

you're working on a platform. And this

153:27

can take a little bit of time cuz it's

153:29

processing the ad. So, in the meantime,

153:30

I'm just going to duplicate this ad.

153:32

Click quickly duplicate. Then going to

153:34

change this to vid 8 like this. The

153:36

other one was vid 7. This is vid 8. And

153:38

then we can go back and we can change

153:41

the post right here cuz we don't want

153:42

the same post on this one. We want

153:44

another post. And then we can take

153:46

another one from our ad. For example,

153:48

this one right here might be good. This

153:50

one right here might be good as well.

153:51

And we pasted the link both to get the

153:53

idea, but also to go back and actually

153:55

find the videos that we think could

153:56

perform well. This one, for example, I

153:58

think could perform as well. So, I'm

153:59

going to copy the ID. Bit of a headache

154:01

to have to go back always and just like

154:03

set very far into the future, but with

154:05

the post ID, we can find the videos

154:06

pretty easily. Now, we choose this one.

154:08

We click continue. And now, that's going

154:10

to be uploading as well, just like the

154:12

other one. It's now going to be

154:13

processing that as well. And we can just

154:15

go back to our video 7 to see, okay, now

154:17

this is uploaded correctly as well. So

154:19

now I'm just going to go through and I'm

154:21

going to find all the ads that I think

154:22

could perform well in a bunch of

154:24

different formats. Like now I have one

154:26

tier list video. So I'm not going to add

154:27

another tier list video. Instead I'm

154:29

going to add maybe a tutorial video,

154:30

maybe a resource video. I'm basically

154:32

going to add different things, different

154:34

formats because you want a a variety of

154:36

different formats. So I'm going to do

154:37

that and then I'm going to be right

154:38

back. And there we have it. Now we have

154:40

10 ads in total, six images, four

154:42

videos. All the videos are based on

154:44

already high performing videos on our

154:46

social medias. So, we've taken our

154:48

organic content and basically just

154:49

turned it into ads. And the great thing

154:51

is that it's going to show, it doesn't

154:53

show in the preview, but it's going to

154:54

show all of the likes as well. So, all

154:57

of the social proof. And of course,

154:58

you're running it from your profile as

155:00

well. So, people are going to go to your

155:01

profile, too. It's going to help you get

155:03

followers and they're also just going to

155:04

convert naturally like organic content

155:06

usually does. Then click on the campaign

155:08

and then we're going to click publish

155:09

campaign. You can also go back and then

155:11

just making sure we have the campaign

155:12

marked. Click review and publish. Click

155:14

publish. And sometimes there's going to

155:16

be some errors. But let's see if we run

155:17

into errors here. Nope. 10 ads were

155:19

published correctly. If you have a brand

155:21

new ad account, then it's going to take

155:23

some time before it starts spending.

155:24

Basically, what the ads does is that

155:26

it's basically going to start processing

155:28

like this. So, basically, Meta reviews

155:29

all of the videos before they show them

155:31

as ads. And after everything has been

155:33

reviewed and everything is ready, then

155:34

the ads will start running. So, I'm

155:36

going to update you guys throughout the

155:37

entire process. You can see how this

155:39

works and then also how we decide what

155:40

ads are the winners and how we scale

155:42

ads. I'm going to show you absolutely

155:44

everything. So, it's going to be

155:45

extremely valuable. I'm dropping all the

155:46

source. Let's get into it. And there we

155:48

go. All of our ads are now live. It

155:50

still says $0 spend. And that's because

155:52

MEA takes some time before they start

155:54

spending, even when it says that it's

155:55

active. Sometimes it can even like take

155:57

half a day, maybe even sometimes a full

155:59

day before it actually starts spending.

156:00

So, just wait, be patient, and it's

156:02

going to start spending now. And what

156:04

we're going to be able to see is that

156:05

these impressions in a second, these

156:07

impressions right here will start going

156:08

up. We're going to be able to see

156:10

hopefully some link clicks and hopefully

156:11

some purchases. The most important thing

156:13

about this are the numbers behind it. So

156:15

after we've seen how much each cost per

156:17

result is, we are going to run through

156:19

the numbers so you actually understand

156:20

what's going on and how we can calculate

156:22

our return on investment etc. But so far

156:24

so good. All right, because this ad

156:26

account already has some reputation. You

156:28

can see that actually already started

156:29

spending. You can see on the reach right

156:31

here it says 553.

156:33

And what we can see is if we go inside

156:35

of the ad level right here where we can

156:37

see all of our ads, it has already now

156:39

started spending on these two ads right

156:41

here. add one and two and we are getting

156:43

a decent cost per thousand impressions

156:46

and we actually already have a couple of

156:48

link clicks which is really good and our

156:50

clickthrough rate is pretty high as

156:52

well. I'll say anything over 1.5% is a

156:55

good clickthrough rate which we have. So

156:57

already now this looks pretty promising

156:59

just based on these ads right here.

157:01

What's worth knowing is that the result

157:03

this is what our goal is right a website

157:05

purchase this will always be a bit

157:07

delayed. It's not always instant. So,

157:10

we're going to have to wait until the

157:11

end of the day to see the real cost per

157:13

result. But so far, so good. It has

157:15

started spending. It's going to spend

157:17

$30 today. It has spent $2 so far. Cool.

157:19

Let's talk about the next campaign

157:21

because this campaign is just broad,

157:22

right? It's straight cold. People that

157:24

have never heard about it before. I'm

157:25

going to show you an insane campaign

157:26

that we're also going to set up, which

157:28

is going to have a bunch of different

157:29

ads that's going to go out directly to

157:31

our followers. Let's set that up as

157:33

well. Let's create the second campaign

157:35

which in my opinion is the lowest

157:36

hanging fruit there is for every single

157:39

content creator out there. They can run

157:40

ads directly to their audience which

157:42

will have good conversion. The way we do

157:44

that, the way we run ads to our

157:45

followers is that you go inside of

157:47

audiences inside of the ads manager.

157:49

Then you go on create audience. Then you

157:51

go on create audience and you go on

157:53

custom audience. And then you're going

157:55

to choose your Instagram profile. So I'm

157:56

going to choose this one right here. And

157:58

we're going to say people who engage

158:00

with this professional account. We're

158:01

going to choose the one that says people

158:02

who started following this professional

158:04

account. You can also create a campaign

158:06

and it's the exact same method that I'm

158:08

showing you right here with everyone who

158:09

engaged with your professional account.

158:11

This can be commenting or liking a

158:13

video. But for now, we're just going to

158:15

go with people who started following

158:16

this professional account. For the

158:17

audience, I'm just going to call it

158:18

Albert followers like this. And then we

158:21

can click create audience. There we go.

158:23

Your custom audience was created. For

158:25

now, we don't need to do anything. It's

158:26

now going to say populating. And then

158:28

it's going to take the entire audience.

158:30

As you can see right now, it says

158:31

estimated audience size below a th00and,

158:33

but we have 300k followers on the page.

158:35

So, it's going to say around 300k right

158:37

here when the audience is done

158:39

populating. So, while we wait for that,

158:40

we can start setting up the campaign. We

158:42

do that by going inside of campaigns

158:44

right here. And now I'm actually going

158:46

to duplicate the other campaign that's

158:48

running right now. Because we already

158:49

have our ads inside of here, I can just

158:51

click duplicate, remove this

158:53

recommendation, click continue. And this

158:55

is basically going to take an exact copy

158:56

of the campaign we've already set up.

158:58

And it's just going to create another

158:59

one of them. So we can click duplicate.

159:01

And now you can see we have broad

159:02

campaign one August 18th with the copy.

159:05

So we can remove copy right here. And

159:07

instead of broad, I'm going to call it

159:09

followers campaign one. Same thing under

159:11

the adset. We're going just going to

159:13

call it followers campaign one. And then

159:15

the date. It's going to be the exact

159:16

same setup. So it's going to be get

159:18

conversions from all audience. It's

159:20

going to be conversion location. It's

159:21

going to be website. All of this is

159:22

going to be the same. For the location,

159:24

we're also going to keep it very broad

159:26

for all of these countries. But we're

159:28

going to click on this button right here

159:29

that says further limit the reach of

159:31

your ads. And then it's going to give a

159:32

recommendation right here not to do it.

159:34

But that's just because Facebook likes

159:36

to have it broad because they think that

159:37

most people don't know what they're

159:38

doing. So we're still going to click

159:39

further limit the reach of the ads. And

159:41

then click continue. This gives us some

159:42

more settings like the custom audience

159:44

right here that we can click on. And now

159:46

we can add our existing audience that we

159:48

created, which is this one right here,

159:50

IG followers, Elbert Algard. And now

159:51

it's going to say that your estimated

159:53

audience size is small. That's fine.

159:55

That's what we want it to be. We only

159:56

want to retarget the people that already

159:58

follow us. So right here you can see

160:00

custom audience include people who are

160:01

at least one of the following and then

160:03

the followers right here. And again, we

160:04

keep everything else broad. Same with

160:06

the placement. Same with everything

160:08

else. The only change that we have

160:09

inside of this campaign is that we are

160:11

only running it to our followers.

160:13

Another thing that I'll be changing is

160:14

our budget. I'm going to go back to the

160:16

campaign and then I'm going to set this

160:18

to something like $20 in the start

160:19

instead of $30 because these $20 will go

160:22

much further. It's a much more engaged

160:24

audience. So, we don't need to be

160:25

spending as much. And I'm going to use

160:27

the exact same ads as we had before.

160:29

However, I'm going to be adding way more

160:31

ads. And I'm going to explain to you why

160:33

in just a second. So, all of the ads

160:35

that we have right here, I'm going to be

160:36

adding all of them. So, just like

160:38

before, I'm just going to click quickly

160:39

duplicate. Going to call this ad 11. And

160:42

this is one of the videos. So, I'm going

160:43

to choose more of these videos right

160:45

here, like this one right here. Maybe

160:47

this change post. Paste in this. We get

160:49

this one right here. Select it. Click

160:51

continue. And it's the exact same thing

160:52

that we did before. I'm just going to

160:54

add way more ads to this ad set. And I'm

160:56

going to add all of the images. I'm

160:58

going to add all of the carousels and

160:59

all of the videos. So, let me do that

161:01

and then I'll be right back. There we

161:02

go. In total, I've now added 22

161:05

different ads. You can see it's much

161:07

higher than the 10 ads we had in the

161:08

other campaign. And I'll explain to you

161:10

why. However, one thing that I noticed

161:12

that Facebook does by default when I

161:14

quickly duplicate these ads is that it

161:16

turns on this optimize website

161:18

destination. We need that off.

161:20

Especially if you want a platform like

161:22

school or W or whatever. You don't want

161:24

to send traffic to other destinations on

161:26

a site because that might be another

161:28

group that you actually don't own. So,

161:30

I'm just going to go through all of

161:31

these posts and just make sure that this

161:33

optimized website destination is not on

161:35

on any of them. Very important to double

161:37

check this. I'll also recommend that you

161:39

turn browser add-ons off. You don't want

161:41

that on either. You don't want people to

161:43

call you if your funnel is to send

161:45

people to an about page. So, this all

161:48

looks good. I think I've checked

161:49

everyone now. Yes. Now, we can again

161:51

just click preview to publish. This is

161:53

going to pull this up. We can publish

161:54

the campaign. And there we have it. They

161:56

are now, if we give it a quick refresh

161:58

up here, now they will now start

162:00

processing. And then this campaign will

162:02

be live as well. Let me explain to you

162:04

why it's smart to have these two types

162:06

of campaigns. Why it performs extremely

162:08

well when you run ads like this with

162:10

organic content. I'm going to give you

162:12

all of the source. Let's talk about what

162:13

we have just set up. The way that our

162:15

entire funnel is going to work now is

162:16

that we are going to have a bunch of

162:18

content going out organically. And of

162:20

course, this is going to drive sales

162:22

directly to whatever your product is.

162:24

However, we're also going to take our

162:25

winning content, the content that

162:26

performed well, and we're going to run

162:28

that as ads. Because we are paying now,

162:31

we can force to a cold audience. This is

162:34

our campaign one, right? We're going to

162:36

call it campaign one right here. This

162:38

will now go out to another cold

162:39

audience. It's going to show our video

162:40

to even more people and that will

162:42

increase our sales further. That's why

162:44

it works so well with content we are

162:46

posting anyways. We might as well take

162:48

our winning content and post them as ads

162:50

as well and run that to get even more

162:52

sales. On top of that, we also running

162:54

our second campaign right here, which is

162:57

again ads, but it's not going out to a

162:59

cold audience. It's going out to our

163:01

already existing followers. So, the

163:03

people that have followed from our

163:05

content, they become a follower, right?

163:07

We are now running ads directly to them,

163:09

which again is also just going to

163:11

increase sales. So, most media

163:13

businesses, most companies that are

163:14

posting content, most creators, they

163:17

only have this in place right here. But

163:18

when you add this second layer to it,

163:21

you basically just increase the amount

163:22

of sales that you make without that much

163:24

more work. You can then scale this part

163:26

up if you wanted to. You can start

163:28

spending more money and creating even

163:29

more ads. But this is a very natural

163:32

setup to have if you are creating

163:34

content to also set up ads that goes out

163:36

to your already existing audience and

163:38

that uses your winning content already

163:39

to push that out to a cold audience as

163:41

well. But let's talk about why the

163:43

content works so well as ads. The reason

163:45

for that is that think about what they

163:47

are incentivized to show. They want the

163:49

experience for the user when they are

163:51

scrolling on their phone to be as good

163:53

as possible. And in order to do that,

163:55

they don't want ads on the platform to

163:57

ruin the experience. So the best

163:59

possible ads are actually ads that are

164:01

similar to content. And that's why it

164:03

works so well to run your content as ads

164:05

is because it is content. Facebook likes

164:08

to push the things that seems like

164:10

content. That's why like UGC ads of

164:13

influencers reviewing a product like

164:14

where it doesn't feel like an ad are

164:16

usually the videos that actually

164:17

performs the best. So, let's see how

164:19

these ads perform and I'll show you the

164:21

real raw results of running ads. One

164:24

thing I will say though is that many

164:25

people think that ads are just like,

164:27

okay, you run some image and all of a

164:29

sudden you're going to get results. In

164:30

order to get real profitable ads, you

164:32

need to find the winners. Nine out of 10

164:35

ads that you create will probably not be

164:37

a good ad. So, it's not going to perform

164:39

well. But the one out of 10, that's

164:40

where the real money is made. But that

164:42

also means that on the nine out of 10

164:43

ads, you're actually losing money.

164:45

You're testing an ad, it doesn't work,

164:46

and you're losing money. And that's why

164:48

volume is such a key thing. We will get

164:50

a decent rorowass right off the bat. But

164:52

in order to scale that, bro, we need to

164:54

create even more ads and we need to just

164:56

make sure that it's the winners that are

164:57

actually spending the most amount of

164:58

money. Cool. All we can do now is

165:00

literally just wait for our ads to be

165:02

finished. So, I'll keep you guys updated

165:03

on how the campaign goes. It is now the

165:05

next morning, server. I sound a little

165:07

tired. It's 6:00 a.m. and our campaign

165:09

is going pretty decently. You can see

165:11

that per purchase we are at $641. We can

165:15

sell to maximum in the top right corner.

165:17

And you can see on the followers

165:19

campaign we have spent $17 and so far no

165:21

sales has come in. But on the broad

165:23

campaign, so the completely cold

165:25

campaign, we have actually already

165:26

gotten free purchases which is pretty

165:28

good. We can also see how many people

165:30

have actually clicked. So I can see a

165:31

lot of people are clicking from the

165:33

other campaign but it doesn't seem like

165:34

they are signing up. And overall, our

165:36

metrics right here, our clickthrough

165:38

rate, our cost per landing page, all

165:39

looks are very, very healthy. We can

165:41

also click in to see what ads are the

165:43

ones that are performing best. And you

165:45

can see the majority of the spend right

165:47

now going to these two ads right here.

165:49

This one is getting $2.77

165:52

per purchase. And this one is getting

165:54

$12.51.

165:55

So, it seems like this ad right here is

165:57

the one that's by far performing the

165:59

best. And it has barely spent anything

166:00

on a bunch of the ads. It has not spent

166:02

anything yet. So, we just need to run

166:04

this campaign. It is still learning, so

166:06

it's still gathering data. But so far,

166:08

the cost per result, $641, especially

166:11

right off the bat, is really, really

166:13

healthy. We are still at an extremely

166:15

low spend. So, if this is going to hold,

166:17

we have no idea, but so far so good. I

166:19

want to show you the numbers behind it.

166:20

So, the traffic is going to our large

166:22

school group, this one right here, with

166:24

165,000 members. The community is $7 a

166:28

month, but it has a free trial. So it

166:30

starts with a free trial and about 33%

166:33

signs up after the free trial and

166:35

becomes a paying member and from paying

166:37

members they usually stay in the

166:39

community for around like 6 months. So

166:41

in order to break even right now we are

166:43

paying around $6 for our free trial sign

166:46

up. Then a third of those actually

166:48

convert into a paying member. So we just

166:50

got to multiply this with free. That

166:51

means that per paying member we are

166:53

paying $18. This is how much it cost us

166:56

in ads in order to get a paying member

166:58

inside of our school community. And how

167:00

much is a paying member worth? Well,

167:02

that's very easy to calculate. You just

167:04

multiply $7 a month, which is the cost

167:06

of the community. You multiply that with

167:08

how long they stay, which is 6 months.

167:10

And then 6 * 7, that's $42, right? So,

167:14

so far so good. If this holds, this

167:16

means that when I put $18 into ads, I

167:19

get $42 back after 6 months, which is a

167:22

little over a 2x rorowass. However,

167:25

something very important is that this is

167:27

not the entire funnel. My goal with this

167:29

is actually not to get a rorowass on

167:31

this. My goal is literally just to break

167:33

even, which is going pretty well because

167:35

we have back-end offers. We have our $97

167:38

a month community that people

167:39

automatically go into. We also have a

167:41

closer group that's $4,000 where we work

167:44

more hands-on with people. And then we

167:46

even have onetoone which is around 10K.

167:48

So we have a bunch of upsells from this

167:50

free community. So the entire goal of

167:53

this part right here is actually just to

167:55

break even right now. And that's the

167:56

power of ads. We actually getting paid

167:58

to acquire leads and customers and let

168:01

people know about our stuff. And this is

168:02

just like the initial campaign. Meta has

168:04

absolutely no data. This is a pretty new

168:06

ad account. So hopefully this holds. we

168:08

can break even at a much higher ad spend

168:11

as well. This is the way that you should

168:12

be thinking. You should try and have

168:14

some kind of intro offer that's low

168:16

ticket. The reason it needs to be low

168:17

ticket is that no one is going to sign

168:19

up to a 10K package if they don't know

168:21

nothing about you. However, if they come

168:23

through and they get some cheap resource

168:25

first, like $7 a month with a free trial

168:27

is extremely easy to sign up to. Doesn't

168:29

require much for most. Then they slowly

168:31

completely normal go through the funnel.

168:33

Maybe they want this, maybe they want

168:34

this. Maybe some of them are going to

168:36

take a one-to-one calls and all of a

168:38

sudden our row ads looks more like 10x.

168:40

And if you take a look at everyone else

168:41

whose main acquisition is paid ads,

168:44

you're almost always going to see

168:45

they're either going to have some like

168:47

webinar VIP ticket funnel where they try

168:49

to break even on the VIP ticket price or

168:52

they're going to have some community or

168:54

some resource basically something up

168:56

front that makes them break even because

168:58

then all of this is basically just free

168:59

revenue, right? If you're breaking even

169:01

on this right here where you can just

169:03

like spend and spend and spend and spend

169:04

and spend, then all of the revenue

169:05

that's generated on the higher tier

169:07

packages is just additional free money.

169:09

What should you do with this

169:10

information? Well, now you know how to

169:12

create content. You know how to create

169:13

insane skills that really helps with

169:14

that process that you can either install

169:16

into your own personal brand or someone

169:18

else's personal brand and get paid for

169:19

it. You can do the exact same thing with

169:21

ads. You can say, well, I can also take

169:22

care of your ads and then get paid to do

169:24

that or do it for yourself. But most

169:26

people think that paid ads is just like

169:28

something additional. and I can do it in

169:29

an afternoon, then it's just running.

169:30

But just like any acquisition channel,

169:32

there's way more behind it than you

169:33

actually think. And this is a quite

169:35

simple ad setup. There are people that

169:37

have some insane ad setups with

169:39

retargeting campaigns on different

169:40

stages. However, you get the best

169:42

results by just breaking even on some

169:44

kind of intro offer and then upselling

169:46

after that. Congratulations on watching

169:49

all the way to this point in the video.

169:51

You've done better than probably 95% of

169:54

people that clicked on this video and

169:56

started watching. And for that, you

169:57

should be proud of yourself. It is not

169:59

everyone that can do this these days

170:00

where dopamine is all around us. But you

170:03

might still be in a situation where you

170:05

have now seen all of this stuff, but

170:06

you're still on the edge. Is this

170:08

something you should start? Is this

170:09

something you should prioritize on

170:11

learning even more about and building it

170:12

up? And the only way that you can really

170:14

know if it is worth it or not, going

170:16

allin on content is to think about,

170:18

okay, how valuable is it going to be in

170:21

the future. I would say there are two

170:22

things that have greatly improved my

170:25

life. The first one is AI. I built an AI

170:27

agency. I scaled it to $40,000 a month

170:30

that allowed me to travel the world

170:31

while working. But the second thing is

170:34

content. Content does so much more than

170:36

just making you money. It is attention

170:38

that you can fall into a product. Yes,

170:40

and that makes you money. But it also

170:42

helps you acquire talent. It helps you

170:44

show your vision to more people that get

170:46

them to join your team. On top of that,

170:49

you also create a massive impact. If you

170:51

provide a lot of value and people start

170:52

following you from that value, you will

170:55

either directly or indirectly change

170:58

lives as well. You should see some of

170:59

the messages that people have sent me

171:01

based on the videos that I've made. And

171:02

sometimes it's very easy to forget that

171:05

that's actually the impact that you

171:06

make. 95% of people that see your

171:09

content and that you help in some kind

171:10

of way will never end up having a

171:12

conversation with you, will never end up

171:14

paying you. They're just going to take a

171:15

small part of it or big part of it and

171:17

that's going to change their life

171:18

without you even knowing about it. And

171:20

on top of that, having a personal brand

171:21

also connects you with a lot of other

171:23

people in the same space. We now have a

171:26

group of AI founders where we meet two

171:28

times every single year. And I'm only in

171:30

that group because I started providing

171:32

value for free and started posting about

171:34

my journey. So there are much more to

171:35

content than just posting and making

171:38

money from it. We also have to talk

171:39

about the future in a world where you

171:42

can create any product with AI already.

171:44

Now you can say okay I'm going to build

171:46

this thing and with AI you will have a

171:48

working prototype in literally weeks.

171:50

This was unheard of just like a year

171:53

ago. So think about 5 years think about

171:55

10 years into the future. How good AI is

171:58

going to be at building products and

171:59

starting businesses. The thing that will

172:01

actually matter and I mentioned this

172:03

earlier in the course as well will be

172:04

your ability to distribute those

172:07

products. Either your own products or

172:09

someone else's products it doesn't

172:10

matter. If you learn the skill of

172:12

distribution, then you will never be

172:14

broke. But this also means that we have

172:16

a ticking clock in front of us right

172:18

now. In a world where AI can also

172:20

generate content, which it basically can

172:22

already now, if you don't build a

172:24

personal brand or learn the skill of

172:25

building someone else's personal brand

172:27

so you can help them before that

172:28

happens, even if you don't know how to

172:30

utilize these tools as well, then it's

172:31

going to be impossible. If you're not a

172:33

known figure in a space, it's going to

172:35

be really hard to start when there's so

172:37

much AI slop on the platforms. So, as a

172:40

final word, if you're thinking about

172:42

starting a content business and using

172:43

these skills and using these things that

172:45

I've shown you throughout this course,

172:46

then now is the time. You can either say

172:48

that you're going to do it or that

172:49

you're not going to do it. However, the

172:51

one thing that I don't want you to say

172:52

is that I'm going to do it later. Thank

172:53

you so much for watching all the way to

172:55

the end of this course. I really hope

172:57

you found it valuable and I really hope

172:58

that it helps on whatever it is that

173:00

you're trying to build. I want to make

173:02

AI education free for everyone. So, if

173:04

you haven't already, make sure to

173:05

subscribe, like the video so you don't

173:07

miss my next video. Again, thank you so

173:09

much for watching. I am rooting for you.

173:11

Have a wonderful rest of your day.

Interactive Summary
