There's been a lot of chatter about

SpaceX and Tesla combining in some way.

I mean, a lot of collaboration already

today. I mean, Elon, do you see

synergies eventually from combining the

company? And does that make sense from

you from your perspective over time?

>> Well, I mean, as you can tell from the

the many collaborations on on so many

fronts with with SpaceX and, you know,

and there's there's a lot there's

there's more and more overlap. Um

especially with Terafab that's that's

really going to be you know a gigantic

project. Um so but obviously you know we

can't talk about you know combining

companies and that kind of thing on on a

knowing school. It's it's got to be done

with the appropriate process. And with

that I'll I'll turn it over to Brandon

our general counsel.

>> Yeah. No thanks Elon and that's exactly

right. We continue to benefit from our

relationship with SpaceX and we've had

they've been a great partner and we have

numerous beneficial transactions with

them and earlier this year we deepened

our relationship through an investment

and a framework agreement and this will

allow us to continue to work with them

on projects that Elon mentioned like

Terraab and digital optics.
